Heather Ross The service is amazing. I wish I could remember the ladys name who helped us but she had so much knowledge in the products we were looking for that it helped us make our decisions on hair colors.

m hawkins Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and available to answer questions and offer suggestions. Smaller store, so inventory is not extensive, but can find what you need here. Prices very reasonable.

Beth deMandel Went in for a pedicure, waited in chair & feet in water for 30 min. It was only myself & one other lady there. The male manicurist did a horrible job!! I wont be returning ever.

Emily Nguyễn I had a great time here, especially considering it was my first time ever getting my nails done! I appreciate that the staff was masked and very friendly to me. Their customer service is truly unmatched! I scheduled an appointment with them, but they also take walk-ins. I got very pale pink, almond-shaped gel nail set done. Michael did a great job with the kintsugi-inspired design! I am so excited to come back :)

Emma Stanchfield Amazing job I came to jackson and me and my sister decided to get our nails done after previously having them done at the same place they got me, my sister, and our friend in very soon after called. both times they did a fabulous job with making them exactly how I wanted them please go to this place it is amazing, and they have the best customer service experience I have ever had from any other nail salon.

He has taken time to get to know me over the years, to the point he can choose my polish, nail art, ect. and I ALWAYS love it! I look forward to my twice monthly visit! I definitely recommend this spa!

F I think the T stands for Terrible.. I went to get my feet and hands done. They cut and made me bleed 3x! And they couldnt get my middle finger to stop bleeding after the 4th time they tried they put GLUE! to stop the bleeding, on 2 of my fingers. They nicked my toe too. I spent $50 there and they gave me a discount people where nice but plz dont go here. (See pix to see what I mean)

Meghan Chernay I usually don’t get my nails done in Amador because of this reason. Last picture is what I asked for first 3 is what I got. $55 for a crooked set and hot pink! Not red!

Myla Solorio Brooo... She did me so dirty. This took literally over an hour!!! Im not sure what its called but SHE KEPT BURNING ME WITH THE ELECTRIC NAIL FILER TOOL. I kept pulling my hands away AND SHE KEPT BURNING ME!! I was literally sweating in the chair as she shaved down my nails.. I was so relieved when she put it away. But she kept taking it out, and burned me several more times in succession. Everytime she took it out I wanted to cry. She literally took forever to file my nails down, and theyre still so big. Like I know my nail beds are slimmer than that. Its not a cute look, and it was a terrifying experience. The thing is, Ive been here before and was satisfied with the outcome. Theyve also been much gentler before. Its just this one lady who messed me up. Goes to show how one negative experience can ruin your outlook of something. I feel bad calling her out, but I dont want anyone else to go through the same thing as me. Her name was Sarah. Never coming back because of Sarah. Edit: went back and a different dude did my nails, free of charge. He was super nice about it. He saved my life lmao. First picture shows ladys work, and second one shows the guys work. Thank god he was there. Literally the best set Ive gotten, love them so much.

Hannonsay Iburay The staff are super nice and helpful. I tried the powder dip on my fingernails. Its expensive, $45. But they say its healthier and lasts a lot longer. My nails usually split with gel and dont even last 2 weeks.So Ill see how my nails do with the powder and if it does last longer Ill be back!

Scott Tina did a great job making me feel comfortable for a first timer. She did a great job, my feet feel incredible. The products she used smelled great and worked fantastic. My feet feel so much better. I will be going back.

Naomi Petersen Great service and I love my nail art! They really listen and take time so my nails look good! I always get compliments about my nails. The other service I use is the pedicures, I really enjoy these because my nails are always on point but they massage your feet and its so relaxing in the massage chair.

Angie Alicia 3 of us walked in for pedicures and they got us in quick and we’re kind and took extra time to make our pedis relaxing. Attention to detail is great. We love the atmosphere and music.

Its Tori Im giving this a two-star review not because of the place, The lady who worked on my nails was absolutely awful she dropped the acrylic nail colors on my hand very hard, did not give me time to even look at the colors, then while she was filing my nails she filed MY FINGER, not only that but this morning I woke up and my paint on my acrylic nail peeled, which I thought was kind of odd because usually acrylic nails dont really peel. Definitely will not be coming here again even though its cheaper.

Jan Murrell I havent seen Danny now for my third visit I love him he always makes you feel so welcome and hes fast and hes good and I love him I will never go anywhere else! When I have my nails redone after a month they still look amazing they dont look like its been a month even though theyve grown out I have gotten more compliments on my nails since I started going here the shop is beautiful its comfortable and I love it I wouldnt change a thing!

Evelyn Cardenas I was in to the shop on Jan 19th. That will be 2 weeks tomorrow. I got a full set. I have had 7 nails fall off. One fell off at 5 days. When I asked them to fix it the lady didn’t say one word to me. She replaced it but had a horrible attitude and got frustrated- making noises when she got the nail color wrong. I told her not to worry about the color. I also had a full set of lashes done at my initial visit. At 1 and half weeks, one eye had lost a lot of lashes- only half the eye was left. When I went back for the second time and asked if this was normal she was extremely rude and told me I would have to pay $90 for a fill. At 1.5?weeks. I paid $160 at my initial visit. Less than two weeks later I have no nails-barely any lashes and they wanted another $90. I have Been getting my nails done for over 30 years. Some of the worst quality and ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dont like to post negative reviews but I don’t want someone to lose out $160 of their money for nothing.

Melaiva B Apsolutely love the fingernails and pedicure I got today from Tina! I wanted tropical and got just that. She did admit shes not the very best at nail designs but Im not picky at all and actually love the way they turned out. I came in and got the classic pedicure and already shaped my fingernails myself, so asked her if she could also paint my fingers with a tropical design. It was great service. Super sweet to talk to and honestly feel bad she was the only one in the shop opening up. Shes extremely fast and hard working. She did everything I asked for in less than an hour. I didnt book for the fingernail service originally but she took care of me. Such a great attitude.

Qwheen Qwheen Helen, thank you for making my hands look and feel beautiful! This is one of the most beautiful nail shops I’ve seen in Jackson and Valley Springs. The location is in the heart of historical Jackson and it’s definitely a positive vibe! Kathy, and Helen, were kind and gentle. They respected my time and my request for how I wanted my nails! Thank you so much for taking as a walk in after my other nail shop canceled due to an emergency. My husband, loves my design and approves of this nail salon! I’ll see you ladies in 3 weeks when I return from my trip!
