jose orellana They have horrible patient care coordination. They constantly cant request a refill because they mess up a simple rescue inhaler and then they make appointments and close early and do not confirm contacting patients. And lastly Dr feels very judgemental. Rating -10

Francesco Riggi everything is fine in the parking lot and in the reception, the problems arise when we meet the doctor reebu kohli, with the request for help for a dmv certificate , she asks me an interview of 8 questions, 2 negative, 6 good in my favor, without ask for further checks: blood tests etc. the following day she gives me a certificate filled out against me so that I lose my driving license all because, with all due respect, she lives with fears and 0 desire to delve into the health of one of her patients. I had to go again afterwards and if I hadnt asked him for the blood tests she wouldnt have asked for them either, working for money not to help patients I dont think thats what a doctor should do. every time I go to this hospital they change my doctor

Emma Hochron Please do not choose this clinic. I’ll start by saying I have nothing against the staff. They are overrun and it is incredibly hard to manage a clinic or even work in one. I know I personally wouldn’t be able to do a better job than them. However, I still want to be completely transparent about this clinic. They take way too many patients and it makes it impossible to receive care when you need it. I have an ear infection and they’re completely booked for an entire week. They literally told me to go to an urgent care because they can’t help me. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone, and they very rarely call you on time when you have a phone appointment. The wait time when you go there in person is ridiculous. I’ve been in there with only like 2 other people in the waiting room, and have watched them both go in before me, and tons of people that came in AFTER me get seen before me. I’ve once sat there for TWO HOURS before being seen.
I know these people are just trying to do their job, and are probably very overwhelmed. And I really hope this clinic gets the funding and staff it needs to be its most efficient. But I’m planning on switching clinics asap. Do not come here unless the reviews start to change. Even if they have good intentions, the experience of being a patient here is a nightmare.

Emerald Martin I had called because my son needed a refil on medication nothing serious he has eczema and needed more ointment. My first call I was hung up on which was strange so I call again and for some reason the lady that answered had such an attitude I asked if his Dr had any appointments available over video because in the past I was told she doesnt give medication without an appointment, she says to me "well is it expired?" In such a rude way and I stutterd because I was a taken back a little and I said "no we ran out which is why Im calling" and in the same rude way "well have you checked to see if theres any refills??" Uhh no because I dont have access to my chart and i- she cuts me off and says "you need to call the pharmacy to see if theres any refills" like the information was fine but she sounded like she didnt want to be bothered and I think that maybe answering calls at a clinic might not be the best profession if your going to have a stank attitude Ive always been kind to staff and never had an issue so maybe she was just having an off day..
