Samuel Soles Bad service from some who work in that hospital, from all the medical and accounting divisions with very poor criteria, they treat patients very badly, those who go with government coverage, in large part, the hospital is maintained, they are a misery of being human People be careful when changing their medical plan.

kurea pdl I went into the surgery center for a laparoscopy yesterday. My RN, Dominic, was so sweet during my pre-op. I was extremely nervous and my anxiety wasn’t helping. He put in an IV and I had a full blown panic attack. He was quick to assist me and make me feel better. We talked about my job, his job, and other fun things to keep my mind off of it. Any question I had he answered without judgement. He even smiled at me and wished me good luck when I was being wheeled in to the OR. This man deserves a raise! My anesthesiologist, Robyn, was also very sweet. I told her I was nervous and she gave me some Midazolam to calm me down while wheeling me into surgery, and informed me that she would take good care of me. When I was put under, she didn’t tell me to count down because I think that would’ve made me more nervous and I thank her professional judgement on that. Anytime I have a surgery, I’ll request to go here. The professionalism I experienced was amazing and I’ll be recommending it to anyone thinking of having surgery in the future. I cant seem to change my username on here but- my name is Claire S. If they read this review and remember me, thank you so much for what you do. You made my experience wonderful.

Brianna Mainey I went in with a ton of anxiety and the nurse I had was amazing ! I wish I could remember her name . All of the staff were amazing ! I was terrified of being put under anesthesia and the anesthesiologist Valerie was so sweet and really calmed my nerves . I started to panic once I got into the procedure room and she had everyone get me set up really quickly so she could put me out . Amazing experience and I’m very happy with the care I got .

Becky A I have had 4 procedures here in last 6 months. I give this place 5 stars and would give MORE if allowed. The Doctors, nurses and staff are amazing!! They are caring and professional. Very clean facility. Ive had a great experience all 4 times I have been here , from front desk to exiting in wheelchair and everything in between. Thank you St. Josephs Surgery center!

Bess D “Beloved” The nurses and staff in the back that works with the patients were great. Even the person I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. However the front desk staff was very rude for no reason and couldnt answer any questions or take information without having an aggressive response.

Marisol Loretta is amazing , my dad doesn’t speak much English but she was able to assist in Spanish ! They were fast and very helpful!

Shua Her Don’t Let one night of bad experience hold you back from going again! Long story short, Back in August when my infant had a fever, I brought my baby into the ER. The nurses at the time were rude. They made me feel stupid for bringing my child in. Mind you I’m a first time mom too. One of the nurses that night came to see me and my child and told me they’re not going to run test on my baby because there’s a long line and I’ll be waiting 3 hrs just to run some test and that it’s probably nothing so they just did a covid test and sent me home. Fast foward to Dec 20, My baby had a fever again and I waited out but I can’t seem to bring down the temp. Down. I keep telling myself I’ll wait till Monday to call his pediatrician because I refused to go to the ER again because I was afraid of feeling stupid again by the nurses. Midnight came on Dec 23. My baby fever spiked up again and had rash all over his head and face. I rushed him to the ER and we got checked in and seen real fast! The nurses and staff that night was so sweet and amazing! We love Dr. Al!(I believe Alvarado?) I told him my concern and he listened! He ordered a test right away and turns out my baby had an infection! St Joseph if you’re reading this, Dr. Al deserves a praise! Back to my point, don’t let a bad experience ruined your next visit. I’m glad I took my baby in after all.

Eddy Ayon I would leave 0 stars. Went on 2/6 at 5PMish for a fever, I understand its busy and hectic, but the staff was so unprofessional. From mocking a patients last name in the waiting room, asking for the pharmacy I want to pick up my prescription from and then writing it down AND still sent it to the completely wrong pharmacy on the opposite side of town. Kept me in the back cold room for HOURS, no one checking up. When I finally got to see some one, I just asked if I could get my prescription and a doctors note so I can leave. Guy nurse goes out of the room and yells to other nurse "Eddy wants to talk to you!" Umm I didnt but I was like, whatever. I hear the nurse then say, "Ugh! Everyone wants to talk to me just cause Im a nurse" My blood boiled. Worst experience, horrible treatment, and definitely not going back if I got shot in this city. I dont know where these "nurses" got their education on how to work for the sick and care for the injured, but its a poor representation on their part.

Heirloom Peace Biggest praise to the PA in the ER today around 12pm. She was so kind, direct, attentive, and most importantly humane. She explained everything in a concise, understandable manner. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an amazing human that deserves all positive praise. St. Joes is blessed to have her presence in that ER!

Maria Medina Absolutely terrible, entering they get your vitals have you sign paper work make you wait 20minutes and then get placed in the center for triage (youd hope to get your treatment and seen) there they placed me in a TINY ROOM (smaller then a bedroom) this is where a woman was laying on a bed and four cramped chairs facing the bed. 2 chairs were already taken and one of the patients had an iv drip on. (If you didn’t know better you would think we were family members for the woman due to how cramped and how close the chairs were to her bed) when I turned to the guy on my right I asked him if he’d been seen.(he was just sitting with no IV on his phone) He said he’d been waiting for 2 hours because they couldn’t find a Dr no one had seen him yet. I looked at the girl in the bed and asked the same thing she told me she had been there since 12:30am, it was 6:30 at this point I decided to leave. This place is terrible when walking towards that cramped room they sat me in you saw nurses standing sitting laughing with their Starbucks coffee. Everything is messy, no sanitizer stations anywhere absolutely a mess and waste of time. I didn’t wait around to waste my day and neither should you! Pick another ER.

Mable King At St Josephs ER and while here have been in a room with women that had COVID ( and they did not make her were mask) and a used IV for blood was left in the room ......Not to mention the staff was extremely rude

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a compassionate and professional medical team who put me at ease during a stressful time. RN Sean stood out as an exceptional provider. His attentive care and clear explanations of my treatment made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Haberman, Zachary C MD, was equally impressive. His expertise and thoroughness were evident as he explained my condition and outlined the next steps in my care. His calm demeanor and willingness to answer my questions put me at ease and significantly improved my experience. The entire team at St. Joseph’s Medical Center went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of emergency care.

Robert Curtis I really enjoyed Dignity Health of Stockton California. The doctors are kind, caring, know whats best for me, listen to my needs, and are very knowledgeable in the medical field. They explain what therapy you need thoroughly. The referral Department, they works with me diligently giving me that extra mile to the department where I need to go. Totally awesome. Dwight T. Great hospital. Truly wonderful Dr and nurses, staff and others made my stay as comfortable as possible under the circumstances of my illness. I was heartfelt at there attention to detail in doing everything possible for my health. I am very thankful to each and everyone there on the staff. God bless all of you.

Karina It was my first time in the ER and the doctors and nurses were amazing! Nurse Brandon made sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. He forsure made a huge impact on making me feel positive with the issue I was going in for. I appreciate all the staff for taking care of me and ensuring all my needs were met along with answering all my questions with confidence.
