All which are phenomenal. They are educated, they make myself and my children comfortable when we have appointments. And if unforeseen occurrences come up. They always respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I may have. I truly appreciate the team who continually works together at Kaiser Permanente

Dave Witter Love Doctor Fasio. Hs a good listener. He is everything you want in a primary care physician. Just had my annual physical. Love the convenient medical offices, medical lab, X-ray and pharmacy being at the convenient Novato Kaiser location.

Bill McDevitt Kaycee was unbelievable. I have not been able to sleep with any of the many masks I tried before. I finally gave up until my primary MD said that was not a realistic option. Keep Trying! One visit with Kaycee and I am able to sleep all night wearing the device and am optimistic wearing it will help with extreme fatigue.

Kristin Kuzma Doctor was warm, caring, and thorough in his explanations. The visit was on time, efficient and I felt confident in his expertise.

Charles Little Kaycee was EXTREMELY helpful. She was caring and very knowledgable. The best help I’ve gotten with CPAP by far! She took all the time we needed and carefully helped me get the best fit and the best mask for may face. She is a real HELPER!

Donny Miller Im a new patient of Dr. Kubrican, and so far hes been awesome. Incredibly receptive, courteous, and knowledgeable. Responds to patient portal messages in no time. Was able to get a same day referral for my lower back — no problem. His office (which is the achilles heel of most health care): Very professional and efficient. Quality care thus far!

William99 Terrible. Wouldnt even consider him a doctor. Just follows an agenda, basically if you dont already have a problem soo bad its already too late he is of no use. What happened to the days of good relationships between healthcare and patients? Acted as if I was doing him a disservice. No respect.

Beverly Guarino My son loves Dr. Kubrican. He is ALWAYS attentive to his needs. He is supportive and has always come up with good solutions to any of my sons health issues. He also communicates with me respectfully and addresses problems expediently and professionally. He is one of our favorite doctors and we are so pleased to have him as my sons Primary Care Physician. Ashley C I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Tiglao. He was very professional and very informational. I had a miscarriage and I was ready to give up but he was there supporting me and telling me I can do it. He was very caring. My husband and I were beyond pleased with his service. I got pregnant again and I had my baby boy. I would TOTALLY recommend him. I also saw some other drs when he went on vacation and they were nice but he by far was the best.

Anusuya Mokashi MD I have had negative experiences with the support staff/ nurses on the phone. For the few times Ive had urgent symptoms, the screening nurse has been generally rude and unempathetic. I then get transferred back and forth between scheduling and nurses with long hold times. After a long hold time, scheduling transferred me to the nurse, who then was rude and transferred me back to scheduling who told me we dont schedule same day without a nurse conversation (the same first reason she transferred me to a nurse). Then I convinced her that she already transferred me and finally she transferred me to yet another place for an appointment. The right hand doesnt seem to know what the left hand is doing. Ive had great experiences with the actual doctors however. One of the desk clerks in the Novato office is also very rude.

Stefanie Stewart Worst ever. Not a reflection on the doctors or nurses because I never got to see one. I drove two hours to make this appointment to only find out they cancelled it. They tell me they left a phone message and that is their policy vs messaging through my chart. They are mistaken as they did not leave a message or left it on someone elses phone. However their system texted me a confirmation of the appointment. Really? I showed the person at the desk. Felt like they didnt even care like oh well there is nothing we can do. Its like my time is meaningless to them. Why would you do this and make no effort to reschedule, send communication through the chart system like everything else, or make some effort to make sure I knew about the cancellation. Even an automatic text like the confirmation would have made the difference. Since the pandemic primary care has gone down the tubes. So over it. Im a nurse and still work why isnt anyone else? Never coming back.

Morgan Story I am giving prima OBGYN 3 out if 5 stars. I really wanted to give them a 5 star review but Ive been really disappointed in my maternity care this pregnancy. When I first started coming to prima I was beyond 20 weeks pregnant. I had just moved across country with my family and was eager to find a doctor. Prima was the first thing available at the time so thats who I went with. Because I was already so far along and this is not my first pregnancy, I opted to try to meet with a different doctor or midwife for each appointment so that when I was ready to give birth I would not be unfamiliar with who ever is available to deliver my baby. So far I have met with almost everyone. I cannot remember names but this is my general impression. The younger female doctors and midwives are great, they are patient and understanding. The two older Male doctors I have seen are wonderful. They do a great job of making me feel informed and comfortable. But the older female doctors and midwives are not great. They make me feel rushed and stressed out. they talk to me like I am a child which I find to be very disrespectful. I dont feel informed at all when I have to meet with them and I honestly dont know why I even have to go to the appointments at all when it seems more like something I could do over the phone. "How are you feeling" "not great" listen to babies heart beat, measure belly. Appointment over. If you choose to go to prima just be aware that their bedside manner is lacking a bit.

Liz Vargas Dismissed entire year of mouth infection. Said I was born with a big neck. Never any follow up and if they call its always a wait for urgent care. Ended up in ER with massive infection and antibiotics during Christmas. Poor help careless.

I am disappointed in this hospital, I will never return and I recommend that you do not come

Andrew Smith Dont take your children here. My 1yr. Old has a broken foot. They sent us away after a 2 minute evaluation without an x-ray after telling me how much work it was to take one... Now hes in a ton of pain and needs help he didnt get. We were the only ones in the ER too, which speaks to their quality of care. Nurses never told me what to do and we sat in an empty room for 20 minutes until I left. They caught me on the way out and the only medical advice I got was printed prapers with instructions on a sprained ankle.... Extremely disappointed and frustrated in all aspects of the experience. Parking was top notch though.

Elli Edelmann Waited for hours while passing out in the waiting room multiple times. The doctor is online and looks like hes playing video games, hes definitely not paying attention. There have been the same 4 people in the waiting room for 3 hours, nothing is moving, and nobody is communicating.

BH I came in with intermittent severe pain in my flank. Arrived at 7 PM; there were three other people in the waiting room. I was called in for initial check pretty quickly, they took my vitals, and shortly thereafter was called into the back, given a bed, hooked up to vitals. They took my blood, I had a CT, they gave me warm blankets. They didnt really diagnose me, but they tried, and did find a UTI. What I came here to say is that everyone was warm and efficient, including the MD and every nurse or technician. While I was there, 5 people arrived in ambulances with complicated situations (you couldnt help but overhear what the patients had going on) and were treated with compassion and thoroughness, even when the patients or their families were complaining (loudly). There were many young kids with fever being treated, as well as a bunch of minor injuries that could have gone to urgent care. What these people in the ER put up with and get done every day is nothing short of heroic. It really opened my eyes; Ill think before complaining about any wait in an emergency room again. Its not that they dont care---they are BUSY!!

Jane Bertsch This is the BEST ER I’ve ever been to(and I’ve been to a LOT!!!) The ER doctors and nurses were SO helpful and SO kind! My back was flaring up horribly from my chemo infusions and I had to stop here for my pain. Everyone there was so wonderful to me and my mom! Thank you!!!

Ive also been called because they already have the results but they say I have to wait for the company to call me. Maryn Clinics nurse or doctor!!! I need to know my results, Maryn Clinics called and they also say the same thing. Please I need my results. Mary Hobbs Novato Community Hospital does not care about patients, sent me home in excruciating pain with no way to get relief from pain. Will never go there again. This why people turn to illict drugs. Thanks for the push. No one is going to help me. First vist dr. andrade seemed very nice, listened to me, but did not examine me in anyway. Second visit Dr. Jodi Very nice gave what i needed to make it thru the day. The third visit with dr. andrade no more mister nice guy. Again no exam, barley listen to me before yelling at me (in front of my daughter) i will not prescibe you any narcotices ( i had not asked for anything yet). Gave. Me an rx for something that people with high blood pressure should not take?? Obviously he did not look at my chart. I am a chronic pain suffer and have high blood pressure. When trying to leave Dr Butt and other employees (4) were working ( use the term losely), on my discharge papers and laughing. he made sure to include informatiom for rehab, my last rx for vicodin was for 90 three months ago what butt. I will die before every going to Novato community hospital. This happened over the cousre of 4 days. Check before you take an rx from these doctors.

Shari Morgan Kotila Super heroes. I was pampered start to finish. Even though I was fully vaccinated, I got a serious case of covid delta that required 5 days of hospitalization. I was taken care of so well by teams of COURTEOUS top notch doctors and nurses, I felt like an honored guest. Even food was yummy in new private room with big windows and a great view. If you have to be hospitalized, go here. I dont see how anyone could ever rate this hospital less than 5 full stars.

Jennifer Federman Horrible. I went to the ER after having a seizure while hiking. I was brought by ambulance, given a very basic neurological exam, peed in a cup, and told to leave despite being in severe pain, severe vertigo, vision coming and going, abdominal pain, nausea and chest pain. I questioned their decision saying I wasn’t given a proper exam and that I did not feel well due to the severe weakness, fatigue and disorientation that I get after having the seizures. They didn’t even do blood work to see if dehydration was an issue. I was threatened to have security take me out after the first question. . I asked a few more questions mainly because I was feeling so horrible which was a mistake because they brought in security and I was taken by wheelchair and left in the parking lot. Abusive, unfriendly and judgmental staff.I was treated like a criminal.

Natasha Dennoun I was sent here in January 2023 from my doctor who suspected acute appendicitis. The staff were so attentive and kind. From the ER to the OR and ward. I was in the OR within 2 hours of arriving at the hospital and the after care was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious with lots of natural light and a lovely view of the mountains from my room. It was also a quiet hospital which made it easy to relax and get the rest needed for recovery. My nurse Lydia was the best. Very kind and caring and on top of everything. I had everything I needed and didn’t need to ask for anything as it was already taken care and thought of. Thank you!

Merri Martori Disappointed. Waited3 hours. Was not able to walk, sudden onset for4 days, usually healthy. Was given prescription for prednisone with no blood count , ESR, etc. Was told I have gout but this happened overnight. It deserved some labs. With a history of chills, sweats, muscle aches, you don’t want to be giving prednisone unless you know what you are treating. An infection was certainly in the differential and a definite contraindication to prednisone. Not with my life, thank you. Will follow up with doctors in the community but I did not need that painful visit last nite. Should have stayed home.

Brother Greg These people are definitely into money too much. All they were trying to make me do was take tests and give blood and a bunch other things that I had already done. I was in major pain from a gallbladder attack with me. Any pain pills. I already had a prescription for pain pills, but I had left them at home. It was traveling. No attempt to call my doctor. No attempt to look up my record, nothing. Just pushing sales and trying to make more money off of me. Then when they said there was nothing they could do they charge me $120 just to talk to them. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. This hospital is disgusting with their sales practice and pushing to make more money.
