Azalea F I had a good experience as a first time patient with Dr Wimmer I really liked her and all the staff. I was not rushed and did not wait to be seen everything went quick and smooth. The staff was able to get my medication approved Im so happy with them.

carmen cooper This is really upsetting experience. So I’ve been with the clinic since 2008 and I love my doctors. It’s the way staffing in the billing department runs. I was told by one of my doctors nurse that my Chart is blocked due to an over due bill. I was just in February diagnosed with Breast Cancer after having to not grieve over my lost of my oldest Son that passed away on Christmas Eve. The bill will get paid but they told me yesterday that I would not be seen by any doctors due to my $600 bill. I’m going through Chemo and I just felt very hurt that they feel money comes before health.

Joey Justiniani Yesterday I went into urgent care on February 22, 2025 due to the fact that I wasnt feeling too good. As I seen Doctor Christine Vo. She was able to see that I had a bad ear bilateral infection, sore throat and sinus infection. Omg... she put me at ease with getting straight to the facts and she so caring, professional and loved her cheerful personality!!!! If you ever have to go to this facility be sure to request to see her.

Cindy ODell I went to the clinic on Day Street in Riverside. I really like Dr. Blanton and I also like the receptionists at the front desk. They do a great job and are very efficient. Dr. Blanton ordered an MRI for my knee. Its now been a month and this office (utilization dept, apparently) has still not sent over a request for authorization to my insurance company. Ive called no less than 4 times. Its absolutely ridiculous that Ive had to wait a month for them to send this over to my insurance company. At some point very soon, Ill be forced to just find another orthopedic doc. A sad state of affairs, but if you need an MRI or other type of imagining that will require the approval of your insurance company, I highly advise you to go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable!!

Mike Rodriguez What kind of world do we live in where my Tricare Prime insurance covered child could not be seen because the business processing office could not be contacted to verify the insurance? If your clinic is in Tricare primes network and Ive given you all the information then you see that patient. Especially, if your waiting room is empty and the child is in freaking pain. Only for them to have to prescribe a drug that you have to get in another location. We had to pay the out of pocket costs because they couldnt verify my sons coverage. They didnt offer any other solutions nor try to get us in as quickly as possible. The women at the front desk had the verify the same information that I had already shown her numerous times. If I had known it would only cost a couple hundred dollars I would have made the decision to have my son seen immediately and pay then from the begining. Despite how livid I am from this whole incident, I kept calm and respectful the entire time I was in the clinic. However, I will definitely not be returning here. The whole system is broken. In other countries they care for you and send you an invoice

Brianna Ramirez I was visiting California when I was 3 months pregnant we had gotten into a bad car accident. When the ambulance arrived I informed them NO MORPHINE OR ANYTHING IN THAT NATURE due to my pregnancy. I was in terror of what happened and the condition of my baby girl. The Ambulance took me here to this hospital where they did 3 ultrasound to show me my baby was fine and moving. Then they took me to the trauma section. That’s when I was laying in their bed with a neck brace on going in and out of sleep. A Doctor came and told me they will distribute me Tylenol for any pain we both agreed that would be fine. Then after maybe 15 - 20 minutes a nurse came into my section telling me he will give me “ pain medicine” and I said okay thinking Tylenol. That’s when I felt burning and got a strong taste in my mouth I then freaked out and told him no no no they told me Tylenol not anything hard because of my pregnancy! He then told me okay hold on and left when he came back he said “ well if you are pregnant I will move you to postpartum upstairs of the hospital” I then told him “ IF? They did 3 ultrasounds what do you mean if” he then came with a cup for me to do a urinalysis test the test came out positive so he moved me. The next day in the hospital a case worker called me threatening me with CPS then had another man come into my room asking me weird questions like if I’m a mule for drugs and other ridiculous questions I was scared, alone, and in a whole other state away from my family. I will be starting a case against this hospital because that male nurse never wrote down what mistake he had done. This place is disgusting and the nurse who handled me during my traumatic experience. I’d advise if you come to the hospital to MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NAMES AND BE AWARE OF WHO YOUR NURSE IS and your medical charts practice your rights as a human being. Thank you.

Sonia Freeman From emergency room security all the way through ICU and the 4th floor care of my father who had a stroke, everything was amazing and so grateful to everyone here! Even the Janitor said he "works" for the patients. The PT team we had said they prayed before they worked with anyone that they would "make a difference." They all made a difference. Very grateful.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team of medical professionals—emergency room staff, surgeons, nurses in particular Kristi, Code Team, and support staff—demonstrated a level of compassion, expertise, and dedication that went above and beyond. The doctors were thorough in their assessment and ensured that my mom’s health was a priority and achieved to stabilize her condition. The ortho surgical team worked swiftly and skillfully, and the recovery team was attentive and supportive every step of the way. The level of care my mother received was nothing short of outstanding. The staff treated her with kindness, respect, and professionalism, making a difficult situation much more manageable. We are deeply thankful for the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of emergency care. Thank you for making such a difference in saving my mother’s life!

Adam Hernandez Ive been here before in the past and had very long Waits for patients Went there yesterday to Emergency because I had a cold that Ive had for the last 3 weeks and everything has changed. They are way more faster. They check you in faster. Theyre real attentive. I had asked one of the nurses that they were filled to capacity with patients and she had told me that they have a new program where they try to get patients in in less than 2 hours and she was exactly right. I had got in there at 2:30 and I was out by 4:00 p.m. and thats with check in they did the EKG and x-ray and pull blood. The doctor (she was the head emergency doctors I just did not get her name) came to see me no more than 15 minutes later. Let me know that everything was okay. She told me what medication I was going to receive and send me to the pharmacy. I had a very good experience here. I would go here again and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone else.

Sam Chaoui I felt a strong need to write this review to make everyone aware of the existence of this wonderful pain management clinic. Savas Health is a life saver. The people that work there are highly professional, caring, attentive to your needs and all in all amazing. I give high praise to everyone but to name a few wonderful doctors, nurses and assistants: 1- Steven (LVN - licensed nurse) 2- Dr. David Schaefer (chiropractic) 3- Alisa (medical assistant) 4- Jason (massage therapist) 5- Dr. Harrier (doctor of medicine) I came to them over a year ago. I could barely walk and pain had taken a hold of my neck, shoulders, back and legs. From the first chiropractic session, I improved over 80% and regained my mobility. Getting better with every visit. I now see them every 2 weeks and go through doctor consultation, chiropractic, massage, pain management, group therapy and starting soon acupuncture. When I am with them, I feel welcomed and know that I am in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any pain or simply needs some loving. Call them today and schedule an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Heather Molinar Dont ever, go to savas, not one savas they dont want to treat your pain all they want to do is get you off your medicine that has worked for so long because no other method will do for you to be able to live a somewhat normal life, not sure if this is when you first come they make you wait almost a week even though you were supposed to get your prescription that day, without explaining, and say its protocol, I think that any doctor is going to specialize in pain medicine they are to use the medicine they give out and told to get off on their own maybe they will have sympathy for actual pain patients, Im so angry, that I have to go through this nonsense and they call themselves professional. Note if its Friday when they say give them 48 hours to process the weekend doesnt count you will have to wait on monday until for Tuesday

Noel Daniels They made me an apt and didnt have me on the calendar after waiting a whole month so I had to make another apt! Then they didnt put in my prescription refill after several calls and days of waiting! This place is too packed and not enough staff.

David Ilie They take walk-in patients before those with appointments. Waited for 45 minutes without being seen. Been living with my pain most my life, I suppose I will just keep doing so. Additionally, place was very dirty and cramped, I felt like I was going to get sick there.

Michelle Jones Run dont walk. He will tell you your symptoms are valid while writing its all in your head in his notes. He will never request nor review medical records but will state your symptoms are solely from depression you never had and told him your positive and never suffered from. He will not take you or your care seriously. He will sit on you and your progressive care denying access to services/additional diagnoses. He has practiced negligence and malpractice. He will need to get ready for a lawsuit. RUN!!!!!!!

K B Idk what has happened with the front desk staff lately. I called to make a follow up appointment after I had surgery and the first day of called I was on hold for an hour. I waited 45 minutes the first time I called and the second time was 30 minutes so I gave up and called the next day. I showed up to my follow up appointment and I forgot my mask.. my first time forget one normally i have extra in my car but I didnt drive my normal vehicle because im having work done on my house. I even told myself to grab a mask and i forgot. All of a sudden the girl at the front starts lecturing me about bring my own my mask, telling me "we cant give you masks everytime. You need to bring your own" & so on. Trust me I normally do. I wear it when Im out with my husband, anytime I go out. I work as a receptionist at an animal hospital. I understand it can be frustrating when people forget. But the nursing staff and doctors are still the best.

Ari H Impossible to get a timely appointment. Everything requires a referral which takes from a few weeks to a few months. My experience with care has been disjointed. My PCP works 2 days a week and gives great care but I was outsourced to Arlanza for a referral and the care was less than appropriate. The transition from Borrego to Neighborhood has made this doctor’s office much less accessible and astute.

Sophie R Pretty upset. Took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment to see an obgyn. my first appointment was a JOKE. I thought I was going to have an ultrasound done or my blood work done as I am nearing 10 weeks. None happened. Asked me some questions and said next appointment is an "orientation" to go over what to expect and my birthing plan and the appointment after that is an ultrasound. Um shouldnt you be more concerned about how the baby is doing or my levels? What if the baby isnt okay? Wait to tell me that something is wrong and its too late? Very disappointed! Wish things could have gone better.

Vivianna Briano Borrego is the best but ever since neighborhood healthcare took over its just been a complete hassle Ive been off of my Ive been off of my medication for 9 days now waiting on a prior authorization I dont think it has anything to do with the doctors I think it has everything to do with the people who are working in the office. Doctors are fine because they came from borrego but as far as neighborhood healthcare nah these arent even the same stuff as it was borrego. Borrego staff was way better unfortunately they didnt carry over into the transition. Even the nurses that draw blood are better theyve never left me with bruises this place always leaves me with bruises. I saw somebody defending them at the top comments claiming it was a five-star its obvious that they work here and theyre talking about people being ghetto complaining while being first-timers..No. Honey were not in San Bernardino were in Riverside so we know that Youre childish and full of it.

Marvely Nunez Horrible staff I was literally 1 minute late I called the office and told them if it was ok if I can be a bit late I’m coming from Perris it’s raining and traffic was horrible, the lady on the phone said theirs a 15 minute grace period understandable mind you my daughter has had a cold for over a week and got pink eye, once arrived the lady opens the door and says “you have to reschedule” I ask her if the doctor can see her at all I’ll even wait “straight no” lady has no sympathy whatsoever nasty person

Lauren Alanis First appointment was nice. Nice building nice staff. Called in the morning to make an appointment cause I wasnt feeling well, receptionist made it for the same day at 1:45pm asked if there was anything later was told no. Okay fine. Tried to make it but having kids I wasnt going to be able to be there on time. Called to reschedule, receptionist said I cant reschedule because I cancelled my appointment. I asked why if I called the same day to make the appointment am I unable to reschedule. She said because I am cancelling my appointment late notice I wont be able to make a new appointment per the system wont let her. I wasnt informed that if I wanted to reschedule I wouldnt be able to and now I supposedly have to wait until next week to even call and make an appointment. Very frustrating and unprofessional let alone the receptionist was rude. im pretty sure their business is meant to help people not cause even more obstacles to even be seen. Ive delt with good doctors offices and bad ones and usually the good places are more concerned with their patients than their "system". So with that being said going to find a new doctors office that isnt a hassel to be seen in the first place. The receptionists are the first contact through their services and at least I personally feel as though class and integrity should be shown to represent their business from the start to finish.

Davey Jones Worst clinic ive ever been to. I got here at 10am and didn’t leave until 1pm. They took an hour just to call me up even tho I was early. They kept leaving the room saying they would be right back and then disappear for 20-30mins at a time. After I saw the doctor they asked me to mail in my labs and wait for results. I’ve never had a clinic ask me to do that. They always mail the lab tests for me. This place was very unprofessional and will never be back.

From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and well taken care of by the entire medical staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with the latest technology, and the staff was both kind and professional. The morning shift was outstanding, providing exceptional care and attentiveness. However, the evening shift did not quite meet the same level of expectations as the morning team. One of the highlights was that they allowed the baby to stay with us in the room at all times, which made the experience even more special. They also offered a wide range of meal options to suit different preferences. The staff provided thorough information before every step and gave a comprehensive explanation of post-delivery care and guidance on how to take care of the baby. I am grateful to everyone for making this wonderful experience possible and safe for me and my baby.

溜娃记绿叶小贝 I gave birth to my second child at this hospital, and overall, the experience was quite positive. Most of the doctors and nurses were very good, although there was one nurse who seemed a bit indifferent. The postpartum recovery room was slightly cold, but other than that, I was quite satisfied with everything. The most memorable part of my experience was meeting a particularly nice nurse named Lindzey during labor. She often chatted with me cheerfully to help me relax, and when she learned that my husband wouldnt make it in time for the birth, she reassured me by saying, "Its okay, Ill be right here with you during the birth. Everything will be fine." She even took many photos of the baby from various angles right after the birth. Overall, its a really good hospital, and I would recommend it to anyone considering giving birth here.

Thank you to Heidi and Teresa in NICU! All of you were so sweet, caring and attentive! You made the birth/delivery of my baby boy Carter a very sweet and memorable moment! We were admitted on 02/04/25 for an induction and discharged 02/09/25. Baby boy was in the NICU for two days and the nurses made sure he was 100% and doing good. Every time I went to see him he was constantly progressing and to that I thank you ladies!

We lived in a darkness society where job and money are the most immediate priority more then life of a mom and a daughter that need medical attention. God have mercy on them. Drea Riv My doctor was very sweet, however if you call for any information or help you might not receive it. One of the girls who answers calls is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I have been waiting for my medication to be authorized for 3 weeks. I have been calling every week and the staff notifies me that they have sent it to my insurance. I called my insurance today and they have not received anything from my doctors office.

Manuel Blanco If there was any possible way of putting no stars I would do just that. A family member called there who is a regular patient asking for their ill child to be seen on a cash basis. They were told that the child cannot be seen because they do not accept cash payments. First of all their regular patients there and secondly Ive never seen a clinic turn down a form of payment. These people have not returned our calls. Were reporting them to the various state agencies and giving them bad reviews on social network.

Diana Sanders My family and myself have been seeing Dr. Mahdi and his staff since my son was about 6 months old. My son is now graduating from high school. Our insurance plans have changed over the years and we keep choosing to use Dr. Mahdi and his staff. Throughout the years my husband and myself have had our share of medical problems and RFP have been awesome getting us to the specialist that we needed to see. I highly recommend Dr. Mahdi and his staff. I am very please with the services they provide my family and myself.

Bailey Smith night staff is incredibly rude, nobody in this facility speaks to you like a human being besides one woman whom i never caught the name of. they dont actually care about your progress they just want you to say what they want to hear. no calls are remotely private, any call i had to make was to be made nowhere but the main room where all of the other patients are , in front of multiple staff. the staff members were speaking on the phone incredibly late at night in the room where the patients sleep, speaking about a patients sexual assault story. the nurses would get mad when asked the time, despite there being no clocks. not to mention several patients being grouped together in a room no larger than a living room, all ages, all different issues was incredibly uncomfortable. the patients would often try to antagonize each-other but no nurses or staff would intervene. this was the least helpful, most unprofessional "hospital" setting ive ever encountered. this facility does not care about their patients wellbeing they want a paycheck. do not send your loved ones here if you want to know how they actually feel.

Dallas Speck The worst place... the ONLY thing that I can say about this place is that the therapy groups, and the physical therapist are amazing, especially in the psychiatric until. The doctor that I had, was a complete joke, and the nursing staff with very few exceptions are complete nightmares. ESPECIALLY Doreen!!! As far as seeing the doctor, he comes in and says. How are you feeling today? Do you feel like hurting yourself or others?? And thats it!! Maybe it was a dr., not sure. The social workers lie to you AND family and friends. Its a pathetic place...they dont deserve the title as a hospital. STAY AWAY!!

Spidey Sockz My brother came to this place and they only came back with complaints. 1st day, they where trying to use the restroom and a nurse just walked in on them while he was trying to use the bathroom to ask him questions. Didnt even knock . (BTW MY BROTHER IS A MINOR, SO SHE WALKED IN ON A KID TRYING TO USE THE BATHROOM). they were called up and asked questions infront of a crowd of doctors. He said it felt like he was just some experiment for them, and that they didnt even tell him he was gonna be infront of a bunch of ppl. I hate this place cuz they actually have NO respect for their patients as far as I can tell. Also said that the food sucked. Barley ate because it was that bad. Also whenever we would try to call my brother in there it would take SO LONG. Like what the heck man.
