Mr Biggums Absolutely terrible service. I called for an appointment after my doctor referred me. They said they would call me back and never did. When I did call them the receptionist was the rudest lady Ive ever talked to. She didnt let me speak at all and eventually she said the next appointment would be 3 months down the line. Very very rude and hostile.

Keith Stirling I couldnt get medical records in almost 3 months because the doctor never responded to messages about them from his office. Before that couldnt get a referral for pain management where I moved. When I first saw Dr Gwalani it took almost 7 months to get a referral for medication management. Great in person but otherwise nothing gets done

Kate Betcher Everyone here was super nice and kind. The wait was long, not as long as they originally projected, but that made sense to me given it is the middle of cold, flu, and Covid season and a lot of people are sick. While I waited, they let me go grab lunch and come back without losing my place in line. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me checking me out and making sure I understood everything. It’s never fun to go to the urgent care, but this place is clean and has a comfortable waiting area and pleasant staff.

Peggy Kruger I checked in on a Saturday with wheezing and bad cough following a long battle with a cold. After having my vitals taken, I was told that it might be a long wait. I decided to get something to eat and a coffee. I was called an hour and 15 minutes later saying that my name was just called. I came back, and was seen immediately. Nurse and doctor listened to my concerns. Doctor sent my for a chest X-ray after listening to me wheeze. Radiology was on site and I was seen quickly. Confirmed that I had pneumonia and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. The whole experience was great and I am already feeling better.

K.C. Shekar The urgent care doctor saw us right away and did not delay in any fashion. The doctor recommended some lab tests and X-Ray and as soon as the results came out, the doctor gave us the feedback and analysis along with the needed medication. Excellent service.

Tianyue Gao We had an excellent experience at this urgent care! We waited just an hour on a Thursday morning. The entire process was smooth and efficient. We were able to get the treatment needed within the same day. Very grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!

Rajath Cariappa My wife and I were very sick. We found this urgent care in the morning, went in the afternoon and by evening our check up went smoothly and by night we got our medication. The only downside I could think of is the waiting time for a first time visitor. Doctors and all the support members were great and helpful.

Ana Lisa Gomez Took my 13 year old for a physical and the doctor, with no thought or hesitation, told my daughter she is overweight. I do not think telling any teenager they are overweight is okay. Things that could cause self esteem issues/body image issues, should be discussed with the parent away from the child. My daughter is not overweight nor does she look like it, but ever since we left she cant stop repeating what the doctor said. When I told the dr to not say that, she said she didnt have any other words, but she was missing the point; we dont comment on teens looks or body- its obvious.

Sindhuri Mamidi Fremont Kaiser is literally the most laziest office I have ever been to! Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!

s laura Another complaint about lab They read peoples orders out loud even for sensitive test ( ua pregnancy , etc) Pulled a number waited over an 40 mins had to pull another number . One gray hair rude receptionist blasting music on her phone . I’ll go to San Leandro next time

Pranjali s I had bad experience with Fremont kaiser. However, last Saturday I took a blood test and waiting till date i.e.wednesday(today) for the results. On calling the laboratory they say- they dont know what happened with the blood draw and asked me come back again and draw the blood. It is very frustating and disappointing!

Yachen Zhu First, the lady at desk B in the morning of 8/11/2023 was really rude to me when I tried to borrow a pen to write my name to my sample. Second, I waited 40 minutes just to drop off my sample that I collected at home. My original number was skipped for no reason, when I found that someone with a number larger than me got to be called while I was still not, I went to get another number, which was finally called. This whole process cost me a long time!

Sara Tang I had to get 4 blood draws at different times in the same day. I asked the phlebotomist each time to use a butterfly needles, which is the smallest needle, on me because I have small veins and I have to get jabbed 4 times within a short period of time. The 1st phlebotomist was unwilling to get the butterfly needle, but she did after I insisted. The phlebotomists the 2nd and 3rd times just got it for me right away without any problem. The last phlebotomist just said they are out and did not bother looking (which was a lie because inpatient phlebotomists have limitless butterfly needles and always use butterfly needles on patients). She insisted what she got was the same as the butterfly needle (which is another lie!) The needle size she used on me was a much bigger needle/gauge. This is a frustrating and disappointing experience at Fremont Kaiser. I hope this can get through to the management. Please stop limiting the use for the butterfly needles. Please stop putting profits over patients. This is not the way to cut cost.

Claire The nurses and doctors I spoke to were great. But I got charged $4500 for the emergency room (aka me sitting in their waiting room). And I now have to pay for most of that out of pocket. Sitting in the waiting room and having my vitals taken in the lobby somehow cost more than twice the cost of my x-ray. I will NEVER come back here. Update: I called the number they left below. They said that $4600 is just their fee for seeing you and there’s nothing they can do to change it. That’s criminal. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Server Agirman I was happy with the doctors here but today they just charged my insurance ~$8800 for a Neck MRI with contrast. That is absolutely outrageous. I got a call from billing department saying that its correct and comparable to other hospitals in the region. Anyone knows such MRI costs less than $800-$1000 in any other location. This is effectively insurance&hospital scam to pass along the cost to insured.

Rodrigo Ruben Santiago Nieves Got an emergency I couldnt stop vomiting and have a serious dehydration. It took too long to be able to see a doctor. Then when I saw the doctor, they didnt care about my symptoms just went through the protocol questions, and after that sent me back to the waiting room. I had to figure out by myself in the waiting room that I needed to rehydrate, and force myself to drink to recover, 4 hours after that I was stabilized by myself and just then the doctor show up and nothing was needed. The worst part was that I got billed for more than 4,000 dollars. I had a similar episode in Mexico, back then they were able to quickly identify my symptoms and give me the help I needed. I am surprised that the service is worse than Mexico where the emergency service is free and doesnt have the medical equipment and infrastructure that they have here, and I am very scared that in an emergency this hospital has no capacity to help.

DeLisa Seals I hold El Camino Hospital Mountain View in highest regard as one of the leading healthcare facilities in this area. Over the past thirty years, I have experienced various medical services here, including surgeries and the births of my daughter and grandchildren and great. Im consistently impressed by the level of care provided. The hospitals commitment to patient care is truly commendable.I always find the doctors to be thorough and direct in their approach, ensuring patients receive the best, appropriate care for their needs. Given my positive experiences, I prefer El Camino Hospital for my healthcare needs, than any other hospital. I remain confidant today and in near future I can receive the quality of service that others and I have come to expect from El Camino Hospital. My you it hasnt always been perfect the best out wayed the worst.

TK Safi I always have a great experience whenever I come here. I usually see Annabelle and Ekta, and they are both awesome. Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?

M D This is the worst clinic I have experienced. The front desk does not know how to handle paperwork and told me my care will only be 15 minutes for urgent care. Pls do not go there and I will definitely go back to Kaiser next year. I would rather wait for openings near my house; the Warm Springs branch are very much proficient than here. They need to hire people who have people skills for types of races.

Mari Filipak Worst experience that I ever expected from a health care place! I had to have school paper work done at this location, it all started back in August, when my school reviewed paper work many forms weren’t completed! I brought the forms back to this location for them to fill and they LOST it! Yes they lost my original documents with copies of all my personal information and school paper work!!!!!! I was able to get brand new forms and brought back to the clinic on October 10th and I was told I was going to receive a call when the paper work was ready! Finally today almost one month later I called, was held on hold for over 14 minutes to find out forms were finish on October 19!!! Extremely rude front desk! Rude on the phone and rude as overall! Also the front desks mentioned to me that they wouldn’t accept health insurance and charged me $749 for the physicals, when I called their billing department they told me that was not true and that they do accept insurance for school physicals!!! The worst service from health care! Please take your business and your health to a better place!

Jonathan Espinoza This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in the health care field. Receptionists don’t have a good personality and aren’t welcoming. The people who call you in don’t even introduce themselves, the assistant once I got in the room rushed to get the room ready when I was already in the room. That’s supposed to be done ahead of time. The so called “doctor” was terrible at his job and had missing teeth too. He came in quick didn’t even ask for any prior information on what I had. He just looked at what I had without even touching it. Which in my case you can’t see what I have unless you touch it. He came back and told me what I had supposedly. And all he said was “people get this at age 18-25 years old, but if you want to know more about it just research yourself on your phone.” Like he didn’t even give me a brief description, picture example, or even a printed copy with a short summary of what it is. I would think twice before coming in to this terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend one bit. It’s a bit sketch honestly.

Johnny H. Byrd Jr. This has got to be the most incompetent health care group I have ever encountered. Dont waste your time or money. The only reason Ive used them is because my PCP is the only one that seems to know her job and actually cares about her patients. If it wasnt for her I would have left a LONG time ago. I am on the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) program for OUD (Opioid Use Disorder). I have been on this program for over 1-1/2 years and its kept me from relapsing (heroin, fentanyl, and any other opiate I can get my hands on). Its required that I have a telemedicine appointment with my provider every month in order to get a refill for Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone). And, usually whenever we have our scheduled appointments, I am very close to running out of my medication. Now, if you have ever detoxed from opiates, you know its one of the most awful withdrawals you can experience. Withdrawing from the medication Im prescribed is 100 times worse than detoxing from heroin or fentanyl. I recently had my telemedicine appointment with the provider that oversees my participation in the MAT program and my medication refill was submitted (but, by whom, I dont know). Anyways, I went to my regular pharmacy to pick up my prescription on Wednesday when I was about to use the last dose I had on hand and it wasnt available because they had not receiveed the prescription. This is when I had realized they had sent it to the WRONG pharmacy! It was sent to one that I have never used and should not even be in my file. I always confirm which pharmacy to send it to and this department has not gotten it right in over 6 months. By the next morning (Thursday), I was already going through heavy withdrawals. I called BACH to try to get the provider to send it to the proper pharmacy (one that stocks this specific medication for me beacuse its a controlled substance, nobody carries it regularly, and usually takes a couple of days to get in if its not in stock). I was told that my provider would get back to me by the end of the day. Well, I never heard from anybody. So, I called back at 8am the next morning (Friday) to try to get them to send the prescription to my regular pharmacy immediately because I was beyond dope sick. But, it had to be done before 10am because I had to go to work (this pharmacy is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm establishment, so getting it on the weekend would be very challenging). I did not hear back and I could not be sick at work or I would not be able to function, so I ended up ralapsing. Thank you, BACH, for putting me back in the dope game! BACH finally submitted the the refill to my regular pharmacy at 3:30pm. My pharmacy filled it immediately because the pharmacist knows how detrimental to my "sobriety" it is. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to work until 6pm and they closed at 5:30. When I attempted to have them resend my prescription to Walmart Pharmacy because they are opened on the weekend, they did so and in a timely manner. BUT, Walmart did not have it in stock and could not get it until Tuesday. And, because of laws regarding controlled substances, could not tell me if any of the other local Walmarts have it on hand. I attempted to contact other pharmacies in order to see who had it and was told the same thing. So, I had to call BACH again to have them research a pharmacy that could refill it by this afternoon but its already 3:15pm on a Saturday (yes, my entire day was spent trying to get this starightened out so I can get off the fentanyl that Ive been using to keep from being dope sick). Im certain Ill need to wai until Monday before I can get this fixed. Lets just hope I dont get bad dope in the meantime and OD. GREAT JOB BACH!!!

He was on his cell phone and seemed to get really annoyed when bothered) stationed in the emergency room to the entire hospital staff. Staff will see clearly that you have questions and they will totally ignore you while they chit chat amongst themselves. Clearly they are in the wrong business of helping patients and their families. Wish the hospital administration had programs and trainings in place for employees to be more empathetic to patients and families when they visit the hospital. Goes a long way.

Heidenrich Candace (Aperture Advisory) We greatly appreciate all the care, support and personal attention our sister received while she stayed at the hospital for over two weeks. In particular, we would like to call out Dr. Shaxena who made extra efforts to connect with us as a family and also with my sister on a very personal basis. She took an interest when we had to weigh the options for our sister to transfer to a post-acute facility after her release from the hospital. Although we initially thought that we might even be trained to do the IVs every 4 hours and take her home, the doctor really asked me whether that was doable. I am so glad she questioned that because my sister has needed physical therapy to rebound and only a post-acute or skilled nursing facility can accommodate that on a regular basis. The IVs are complex and it would have been next to impossible for us to do all that. Also, We would like to share our appreciation for the entire nursing staff, Infectious disease, doctors, and neurologists. We wish to thank Santa Clara Valley Medical Hospital. You saved her life.

Kathleen S My husband was transferred here from OConnor for a surgery (arrived here Friday afternoon and surgery is scheduled for Monday morning). He has been here for two nights already and we are annoyed. The rooms are not set up well for someone who is fully mobile, but our biggest complaint at this time is about Dietary. My husband is a vegan and is labeled with "vegan cardiac diet." Somehow, they got the order he was NPO a whole day early, so he didnt get a breakfast tray. Fine. Mistakes happen. When he finally got a tray, the only thing he could eat was the juice and fruit cup. I dont know how cheese omelet was considered vegan or cardiac, but thats what he got.

Stefan Avila Took my mother to the hospital here when she had breathing problems so the hospital put her on a ventilator. When my dad was staying with my mom there at the hospital to keep her company he witness one of the nurses cranked up the ventilator pressure to a level where you used to inflate car tires, and collapsed her lungs and then they put her in a coma then a day later she passed away due to that complication. This hospital killed my mother right in front of my father do not go here if your life depends on it you will die by their hands

Yash Doshi I wonder why it is called the emergency department when you have to wait for a couple of hours to see a doctor. We visited with our 1 year old at 2AM as he was coughing extremely badly and vomited which looked like blood. He was crying for 30 minutes and still the doctor was not ready to see him. The receptionist said doctors are free and we dont have patients currently so she is also surprised why they are not taking him in. The person taking the pulse, oxygen and weight was so rude, I asked him why it is taking so much long and he replied you are extremely lucky that you didnt come earlier when their standard wait is 3 hours. The arrogant behavior had us leave from there right away. The top rated hospitals take our lives so lightly and charge us 3000$ to take pulse, oxygen and weight. This is how much broken the medical system is in the USA.

M. Kate (NightGoddessy) 5 months to get a new patient appointment. No waitlists maintained, I asked. I wait, finally get in and all that I get is being sent out to Quest for bloodwork, referred to gyno to setup routine appt setup and told to setup a separate annual physical appointment, drumroll: earliest available is 4 months out. So excuse me, what exactly did I wait 5 months for in the first place??? For an appointment that’s even shorter than one made for an actual issue, during which I’m not even looked at, only asked if I have any pressing concerns? No I don’t have any right now, all that was addressed through urgent care when it was pressing, since you know, it’s been 5 months since I set this appt up. What a waste of everyone’s time (hey this could have been an EMAIL), and I wonder what EXACTLY I will be paying for when it comes to THIS appointment. No one made clear through this whole process that this would be absolutely useless. I have ALWAYS gotten a physical when being established as a new patient at all previous practices. “Preventive care” is a sham. It’s no wonder I have been having to opt for urgent care ONLY for the last 5+ years outside of having the luxury of on site medical through previous job. Ugh! US, and maybe Bay Area in particular, medical business (I won’t call it a system because it’s anything but) is a bloodsucking money grabbing machine that would rather see you get as sick as possible and die and charge $$$$ anyway. That said everyone at this office is perfectly nice, though utterly unhelpful in bringing clarity to anything or setting any expectations. Washington Township Medical Foundation is a failure of a business, and, side note, they have a bunch of doctors on their website who aren’t even part of their organization as I found while booking a specialist.

J Bollo Just like all the other hospitals in the region overpriced and not very cordial or welcoming. I would love to feel like I will be in better shape than when I enter any clinic. Its a division of the washington hospital in an overly congested area of the bay.

lovejulia666 I would not even try to call to speak to a family member or loved one since nobody will pick up. They will transfer you over to requested unit only for nobody to pick up, not even to state said person you are calling about wants to speak or not. This will happen no matter day or time, has happened to two of my family members on separate occasions..terrible, and cruel.

allie vann This review is for my interaction with staff. A loved one being in the hospital is always difficult. Ive dealt with several hospitals and this location has staff that are strong advocates for your loved one. William S. has put my mind at ease with the care of my loved one, and has been integral in helping me navigate care going forward with my loved one.

Jossy Marie I am giving this place a two star, I just got my son (16) out of this horrible facility. Bear with me if your loved one is here you need to know the psychiatrist is shady here. I’ only gave this place 2 stars because most of their counselors (people who monitor and do classes with the teens) were amazing to my son and made him feel like a person. He said there’s people there who act like it’s their job and people who act like it’s where they want to be. As good as most of these individuals were, it doesn’t make up for the psychiatrist that works there (I’ll get her name soon) . She was rude to me when I wanted to google the medication she was trying to give my son, made me feel like a bad parent for even second guessing her. I visited my son 3 days after and he had dilated pupils and was acting worse than when I sent him off. He was also blank and very dark. I had never seen him like that in his whole life. I immediately asked he be off the meds and only given melatonin. She told me I was over reacting and that I’m basing my decision on emotions (fair enough) but what I didn’t like is that she told my son I was selfish for taking him off of the meds. I felt there was a better way to go about that. Then my son calls after being 2 days off the meds, acting normal again and saying he’s starting to feel emotions again. He kept saying that anytime he says he feels better the psychiatrist tells him that he isn’t. Come the day he was supposed to be released she says my son asked to stay to get more time in the classes they provide for coping. The thought these classes could be done outside of the hospital and felt she should have mentioned that to him before saying sure he could stay (it’s not a housing). Insurance calls Monday asking for his safety plan and discharge papers and I told them he’s still there and they were confused. I told them I do want my son back but he seems so impossible to get. Since day one of my sons 51/50 that lasted 7 days. I called to make sure he ate, slept and just to see how active he was being in classes. I always had a good report, never had a bad one. Come Tuesday (after I already called for Sunday’s& Mondays update) and they said he was doing good., they tell me my son said he was suicidal and I was shocked bc that’s not the info I was given prior. I had talked to my son the night prior and he was saying how he can’t wait to come home so I was confused and called him later and asked “hey did you say you felt or feel suicidal “ and he said no and assured me he didn’t say that . He even said but mom even if I did feel that way I would have lied bc I need to get out of here. I confront them and say my son is giving the same story I got a day prior but not sure how the story is changing and they are saying they can keep him 2-3 more days!!! It was a fiasco and I did raise my voice and eventually got the news he was coming home the next day. I am happy I am! But if he was suicidal why did you let him come home?? Shouldn’t you have kept him? So either she isn’t doing her job or she lied (for whatever reason) about my son saying that. What she planned on doing or getting out of it idk but one thing is I’m glad I fought for my son. As he sits here smiling and drinking his sprite I know it’s going to be a journey for us, but home is where he needed to be after day 3! I thank the counselors for caring for my son, and knowing exactly who he was when I asked about him and just being able to tell me everything I needed to know. My Son is truly grateful for the services and the lessons he was taught. He complained about the psychiatrist from day 1 but I wanted to see good. I wish I listened sooner. She made this harder on my son and us as a family . We trust these professionals with our kids and to see one trying to turn him against us was wild. And she wanted him there longer?? Just weird. I’m glad my son could see through her and I pray for any child who can’t. Mamas be careful . Yes my son gained knowledge from this hospital and it would have been great despite this one specific person.

blitz g i attended here as a php and iop patient (apart of the adolescents group, so experiences may differ) , and honestly the reviews dont do outpatient justice as it lumps both inpatient and outpatient together. when i first came here i didnt like it at first and was terrified, but it was so much better than expect and by the end of my experience here i was so sad that i was leaving. the patients and MOST of the therapist really made my experience here amazing as i felt like i can speak about experiences and others can sympathize and relate, and also felt like i made progress and came to realizations about myself. the only gripe i have is some bad experiences with staff members (the teacher lady was awful) and the mediocre snacks and food there, but other than that the rest was good. i like this place and recommend it as a resource, anyways shoutouts to andrea, jason, becky, nikki, charlotte, regina, katrina, felicia, and fawzia, love you all and ill miss you all

Laura J. Unterguggenberger I attended Fremont Outpatient group therapy IOP program after recommendation from my regular provider for a higher level of care without having been in Fremont inpatient, for the purposes of attending group therapy. Ive never attended group therapy before and wasnt sure what to expect but cant recommend it enough. Andrea Ruiz and her team presented cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in a way that was both accessible and empathetic. This program provided many great resources and Ted talks as well as having a safe space to process difficult events with people on staff and from the community who understand what youre going through. In addition, Outpatient Program is a great way to get a higher level of support than my regular provider as they also have providers on staff to monitor you and even a very comprehensive cognitive assessment that I was able to take back to my regular provider to get the support I needed for my adhd treatment which has been life changing. After suffering undiagnosed for my entire adulthood. This is a 6 hour assessment that would have cost me out of pocket anywhere else. I would definitely attend again in the future and Im glad to know theyre here. Thank you fremont Outpatient!

D F If you your loved one is in the “new building” as the staff reference the Morris Hyman Critical Care Pavilion you practically have to walk a mile from the front registration/check-in desk at the main entrance since the hospital does not staff people there since the pandemic!!! If you have a disability of walking then please be prepare for the long walk or ask for wheelchair assistance. I have provided pictures of the walk as well.

Josip Jason (Box) Nursing staff here are all extremely polite and professional. However, when it comes to doing actual work, they all seem to pass the buck repeatedly. Not a single doctor here does a single scrap of work for a living. The doctors share the most unprofessional, unethical and lazy people I have ever had. The unfortunate pleasure of being alongside. A case manager and social workers here actively try to not do a single thing to help you. Im convinced this hospital is designed to murder people. Despite the fact that no one assists you with absolutely anything, they repeatedly tried to administer me wrong medications, and filled my chart with incorrect information. I can only imagine the horrors that befall patients who can advocate for themselves. Ive stayed here 3 weeks on this stay, and three other times this past year. Each time I stay here the experience gets worse and worse and worse. This past stay was a horrific nightmare that will haunt me until the end of my days. Stay away from this hospital at all costs.

Nicole Angco This review is primarily about the staff on the 6 West floor. They were STELLAR! From the nurses and doctors, to the orderlies, to the housekeeping staff and food and nutrition teams - all of them were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. My grandmother collapsed and was dealing with compression fractures in her spine and was rushed to the ER. She was admitted for almost two weeks and I visited her every day that she was there. As I am 7 months pregnant, the entire 6West team even went out of their way in ensuring MY comfort as well as my grandmothers. Theyd bring extra pillows, blankets, snacks, etc. They took such good care of my grandmother, we almost didnt want to leave when she was finally cleared for discharge. Id like to give a special shout out to her nurses: Melissa, Valerie, Rav, Lorena, Lalaine - they were so gentle with my grandma and would call her "Mama" and hold her hand at night when she was scared that shed never be able to walk again. I have to say, the ER staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I always highly recommend Washington Hospital - their staff is absolutely wonderful.

No One I was recently admitted here for my stomach pain and I had a very positive exp with Dr Bealle at ER. He discovered that I had very high A1C, he prescribed me med right away and i saved my life. I will prefer to have my self checked by the doctors who studied in the US. My ex husband was admitted here and we didnt have a positive experience with the doctor we got that time. Doctor lacked bed side manners. Later when we searched his name found he came with his MBBS degree from India. May be Washington hospital should start hiring doctors who get education in the US. Specially after the rating are so bad.

Teresita Chua I had to undergo paracentesis on 12/20/24. The procedure is to remove accumulated fluid in the stomach due to dialysis. Everything went smoothly. From registration to preop at the short term stay to the procedure itself to post op. I’d like to give a shoutout to Kathy in short term stay. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Shout out to the team that did the actual procedure, Dr Jessica Young, PA Victor, sonogram tech, Kathleen, annd nurse, Debbie. Everyone was very nice and professional. Since I only had local anesthesia, they were able to kept me apprised every step of the way. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Weichen Friendly staff and doctors. I visited St Rose ER a few times in the last two months due to my anxiety attacks, and the staff and doctors here are very friendly and professional. They showed great sympathy with my situation and took good care of me every time I visited the ER. One time, the nurse even brought a sandwiche to me. I have been to another hospital, but they dont care about me as the St. Rose Hospital does, I feel safe and warm here. Obviously, I dont want to end up in the hospital again. But if I do, I trust St. Rose

Alicia Madrid Terrible service, terrible staff. The amount of time you have to wait to get a poor diagnosis is ridiculous. All staff, even the doctors are so careless about the patients. They do not give you updates, they have you just there waiting and they do not even offer water after 6 hours of wait. Terrible, insensitives, I do not know how this hospital can continue working like that and how they are allowed to treat patients like that.

Fanglu Guo Extremely deceptive practice of billing customers. I am very unhappy with such cheating and started to look into the reviews of this place. I noticed I am not the only one that got caught in surprise. Thus review here to help others avoid this place. My story: I went into for a physical exam. Doctor asked a bunch questions about family member history such as parents health, if the patient is taking any medicine, anything wrong in the past, etc. This is where the drama came in. You would think the doctor wants to know your history to help the physical exam. That is what I thought at that time. I mentioned I felt dizzy a couple times every year in the last two years. The dizziness usually lasts one day and then everything is normal again. The hospital charged me ~$230 for this "diagnostic care". It is not treated as physical exam but a separate visit. My surprise: * I didnt ask the doctor for advice. It is the doctor who asked me if I have any health issues blending in the questions of many other health history queries. * They didnt tell me I would be charged for a separate visit if I talked about anything about my health even if the doctor asked. I dont want to pay for this ridiculous charge. The hospital doesnt even give any discount for such cheating. It seems that the new law, SB 1061, will prohibit medical bill from affecting credit report. Lets see how it plays out. Bottom line: Avoid Sutter Health. If you have to use them, be very careful about their bill. For physical exam, dont mention any health issues even if the doctor asks.

L Chen Last year, my wife had her annual physical checkup at PAMF with her primary care doctor, gastroenterologist, and OB-GYN. About a year later, she received outstanding bills totaling over $3,000 for these visits. This came as a shock to us, especially since she had been paying high insurance premiums out of pocket while being unemployed. Fortunately, I was able to speak with Cherish from the billing department, who listened to our concerns and immediately looked into the matter. She resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It was clear to us that she genuinely cares about helping patients. Both my wife and I are deeply grateful for Cherish’s support and the compassion she showed us. Her assistance made a difficult situation much easier to handle, and we truly appreciate her efforts!

Lovely Place My mother has been experiencing headaches, her throat is swollen, she struggles to swallow her food, and her body has felt week for the past MONTH. We went to get her checked out by Dr Aruna and all she said was she has migraines. She prescribed my mom some medicine to help with her headaches and when I asked how it would help with her swallowing issue since she hasnt been eating well, she just re-explained how headaches can cause stress. She didnt give me an answer or even look into the throat problem. She did however, feel her throat and look inside her mouth, and didnt say anything about her condition. We went to the emergency room last night and she was diagnosed with acute pharyngitis. The doctor there mentioned how her throat was very swollen and should have been checked out sooner. We told him her primary doctor said it was because of headaches and he looked confused as to how that is correlated. He said its not related and she has a viral infection. Dr Aruna was NO help and sent my sickly mother home with no treatment. I do not like her service, she is negligent to her patients. And should not be a doctor there any longer.

Dream Lifestyle nuBeginning Hello, I am getting calls for appt after the test results and I dont understand why? Last time my test results were not good and I kept on asking for appt for 2 months and I never got an appt. This time my test results are good and you want to set up an appt; why? It doesnt make sense. You should serve a patient when he or she needs you. You refused to serve me when my test results were bad and now results are in healthy range you want to set up an appt. I went out and joined a holistic naturopath program and worked on my parameters, now they are in healthy range. You just refused to give me an appt for my test results when they were bad I kept on trying for 2 months to get that appt, you didnt even reply and finally when you replied, you said I dont need an appt for the bad test results.

Gi Dao We have been going to PAMF/Sutter Health for over a decade. The quality has gone downhill all around -- from quality of care, quality of admin, and help resolving any insurance mishaps. From care perspective, many of the good doctors are shaving hours, so good luck getting an appointment thats less than one month out. NPs are standing in for doctor visits. And its not clear how theyre measuring quality or effectiveness. When my daughter fractured her collarbone, the urgent care sent her home and didnt diagnose it properly. Only after a night of pain, we insisted to have her rechecked. We had several insurance billing mishaps, and one Im still very much dealing with that has been extremely frustrating. Sutter Health did very little to help or provide guidance except point fingers at the insurance company. I have to play the middle man and spent hours on the phone with both Sutter Health and my insurance. Its still not resolved. The insurance is covering the visit, but Sutter Health claims their system hasnt updated yet. Even though the ball fell through some crack at Sutter Health, they insist I call insurance (who have already resolved it on their end). Unfortunately you learn more than you need to dealing with this. When things are billed correctly, its fine, but good luck getting help if not.
