Renee Alejo Would give zero stars, if I could. She didnt treat our senior mother with respect. My mother-in-law went in post cancer with severe pain in her neck/base of skull. She brushed it off as arthritis. Put cream on ot, she said. No diagnostics. A few months later, she came down with severe vertigo and symptoms of memory loss and cognitive function impairment. The docs figured out it was an auto immune attack on her cerbellum (base of skull). We called her doctor for advice while she was in the hospital. She didnt say sorry to hear she isnt well, nothing. She said "what do you expect me to do?". My husband and sister in law were also on the call. We were appalled at her lack of empathy and bedside manner. Despicable. We lost my mother in law. She hasnt followed up, except a letter saying shes past due for mediare appointment. Avoid this doctor, she doesnt care one bit!!!

Carl Cordell Not gay friendly. I was talked to like I was human garbage. Refused to treat me and did not refer me to another doctor. I filled in the paperwork showing I was depressed and she just looked at it and laid it on the counter. She then backed up to the door which was the furthest she could stand away from me. She looked at me with literal hate in her eyes. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN.

Rick Horowitz In my opinion, Mary Sadlek is one of the most unprofessional "doctors," I have ever known. And now Im in the position of needing to go to an urgent care because, since she knows how I feel about her, and that Im trying to find another doctor, she is refusing to fill my prescription for my blood pressure medication. I wish Id never met this person.

Erin Kennedy I personally love her direct approach and her willingness to investigate a problem without automatically pushing pills. BUT she does expect patients to meet her halfway by being invested enough in themselves to attempt to follow basic wellness principals -- nutrition, exercise, maintenance medications and recommended vaccinations. Ive NEVER found her to be rude when I disagree with her or ask for a different approach. She does come from a culture with a direct communications style -- a style that I think most of her patients appreciate. Please do not go to her if you are looking for someone to enable a lifestyle that will lead away from wellness. I have recommended her to so many friends and family and all have had wonderful experiences and felt that for the first time in years they had someone who truly listened to them and wanted to partner with them on improving their health.

Annie 101 Unfortunately I had the worst experience with the front desk lady in suite 490, I was referred by the dentist to come here and I drove 40 minutes just to be turned down by the front desk girl saying the doctor doesn’t take those diagnostics…. Like what my dentist sent me here for a reason and what’s worse is that she didn’t even explain anything and had the worst attitude, really unwelcoming.

KryAna Drea The medical building is very clean. The staff group are very friendly. They greet you while passing by. The check-in process was super quick. Waited less than five minutes to be seeing. Restroom is clean too. They have a cafe that’s open from 7am to 2pm. People can get dropped off and picked up at the front entrance.

Nancy This rating is for the Cafe located inside North Medical Plaza. My dad and I went to the cafe and we were going to purchase an apple. My dad asked the teller if she could rinse off the apple in the sink they have right behind them bc it was really sticky! She seemed to be new and asked the other Cafe worker who was training her if it would be okay. We were told they could not wash the sticky dirty apple they were selling us! We ended up not purchasing and left. Poor customer service!!

Alejandro R Zamora David quenzer is an amazing therapist who has helped my mother very much over this year. Hes so professional and kind. My mom had a stroke and was unable to move on her own or do basic things by herself. Thanks to David’s hard work and patience with her, she has been able to become even more active than before even her surgery. She has lost aswell around 150 pounds with the workout and flexibility routines he tells her also to practice at home. She can now even go down and up stairs, jump, and on the way to run! Thank you David!

Zaida Ortega Be careful with what they have you sign because during your appointment no one explains what they will be billing you with..in the paper work they have you sign a paper saying that your dr might or might not need cone beam ct which would be $100.. During your consultation no one tells you if in fact you do need the cone ct scan so you’re thinking you’re just getting X-rays done & a month later you receive the bill for it. So be careful when you’re having consultations at the oral maxillofacial surgery plaza.

Alarcon Rose “Moving Up2021” This place is awful. Everyone lies, they force medications on people and take away human rights. The staff takes away peoples humanity by breaking them down while admitted. My wife came home full of bruises, puncture marks, had no food or water, and a gash on her forehead after Clovis community falsely held her, and forged documents in order to abuse her. She refused medication because she was cognizant and knew she couldnt/ didnt need it, and they took away her human rights in order to force her to "comply" with treatment. I had to go there and force them to listen after the doctor called me and couldnt diagnose her. Ive never had an experience like this in my entire life with medical personnel, and I wouldnt wish this for anyone, let alone showings is crisis. Dont go here, they abuse people and lie about everything.

Alyssa Santangelo Looking back, I believe this facility may be involved in a human trafficking operation. I was coercively taken to this facility by the police with no due cause, and was involuntarily drugged with dangerous substances. This facility violated the United States Constitution and involuntarily injected me with dangerous drugs, prior to allowing me to converse with an actual doctor. I was not pregnancy tested, nor was I provided aftercare instructions not to get pregnant. I reached out to the FDA and discovered all the drugs they injected into me contain boxed warnings and are known to cause birth defects. Following my unconstitutional stay, my sanity, health, and happiness were all ripped away. Not a single physician even had the decency to follow-up to see if the dangerous drugs they injected into me (some with black box FDA warnings) caused detriment. I attempted to call the facility to learn the names of the physicians that drugged me (without so much as a single conversation), only to learn the facility refuses to provide patients with their health information.

Alyssa I was visiting Fresno from the other side of the country and was illegally taken here on a falsified police claim. I was immediately knocked completely unconscious. The facility proceeded to inflict permanent damages into my life through a combination of random injections. The “forced” medications, which were injected after ripping off my pants, temporarily crippled me, prevented me from sleeping for months, and actually inflicted mental health problems into my life.

After her mother falsified a police claim, the “mental health” experts locked her up for taking a prescription prescribed by her doctor (one with a valid medical degree). IT TOOK SO LONG I HAD TO DRIVE THERE JUST FOR SIMPLE GENERAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE ARE 3 MEXICAN GIRLS WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST. ALL OF THEM LITERALLY SITTING THERE TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER LAUGHING AND CHIT CHATTING. ONE EVEN WAS JUST BROWSING ON HER PHONE!!! FIRE THEM OR CLOSE DOWN THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC.

Katelynn Sotello 5 months pregnant and tried scheduling an appointment to see my primary dr because I’ve been sick for over a week. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was transferred and was yelled at by the lady on the other end of the phone. I wish I was making that up. She never even bothered to get my name, DOB, or reason for my call. If you want quality care, switch clinics. I have never dealt with somebody so rude and unprofessional in a medical setting. If you can’t handle communicating with patients, switch your line of work. That lady, and the clinic as a whole, should be ashamed.

Carolina Covarrubias I have never been to a hospital with a bathroom looking like this. I have been to a lot of hospitals in different towns and never have I seen anything like this. The hospital should be keeping up with their maintenance. As many people come here and as much as they charge private health insurance, I think they should be able to afford it.

Mattos Erick “Panda” My daughter went in today after threatening to unalive me and herself and going into a 5150 episode and you did not take it seriously at all. You just sent her home 6 hours later and didnt care one bit about her suicidal thoughts and actions. She came home and attacked me and instead of sending her to a mental hospital you just sent her home. Wow so you dont care about suicide huh?

Mini Rag No one wants to visit a hospital, but if you have to the Regional Medical Center has good. The staff are very patient and took good care of our parent, keeping them for the time they needed to do thorough tests and care. The hospital itself is extremely clean and well organized. During Covid they have extra precautions for visiting patients, but it is great that they are still permitting one visitor per day. There is a free visitor parking garage just across from the main entrance.

Kel U In some aspects...mostly the nurses at community, are wonderful.. however as a low income patient i have never been treated so poorly. When i had private insurance my doctor actually seemed like she wpuld go to the end of the earth to find out what was wrong with me but because of recent hardships i had to be put on medi-cal..now i cant even get an appointment to the doctor...im on something called a waitlist...when i asked to switch dr. I was told no. How many people die a year on medi-cal just waiting to see a doctor? How is this system better...seems as if money is all you care about.

Jessica Anguiano Susan the therapist sucks , very rude and doesn’t care for her patients at all. I called regarding my mom and the receptions Barbara was super nice very friendly and helpful she’s a doll. But once I got transferred to Susan she had an attitude and said was not able to even confirm my mom was a pt there due to confidentiality. The only reason I called is because Susan told my mom she was going to get billed because her time is money , which all she did is ask my mom what insurance she had and let her know they don’t accept it and sent her on her way. No services were rendered and some how we are getting billed ! She only cares about money . Sad we have drs that only seek money

BUGG BURTON (Tha Buggster) I only went there like 4 times. One, only ONE TIME I had an attendance issue. It was a couple years ago so I dont remember if I was a few minutes late or if I had to call in that I wouldnt be there that day. But Alie, my "counselor" was very adamant about sternly reminding me that I must NEVER be late etc etc. So I made plans to correct my attendance issue. Wouldnt ya know the very next time I came in on my "scheduled day", Alie not only wouldnt acknowledge that I was there, after a half hour the receptionist had no idea what the hold up was!! So after about 45 min waiting on Allie, I left never to hear from them again! I guess thats how they weed out the people they dont wanna help? Idk whats up with them but if theres a person on the planet that ACTUALLY NEEDS help, that person would be myself! Thats what I know. That was maybe a year or so ago! I dont know where else to go! So I guess Im just gonna stay ticking until whenever / whatever.

Spaek Intung GO ELSEWHERE. BEWARE! ABYSMAL, UNCARING, EGOTISTICAL Please allow for some descriptive introduction. It would be better to drive to a scenic location and experience nature than experience the nurses here. At first your treatment may be directed swiftly towards rarely available doctors who wish to actually help - but say, you experience poor side effects from your medication and need further help like my wife did today. "Well, did you do any hard drugs?" a question we have been asked multiple times, or, "Is your husband who has been present for 100% of your appointments and care forcing you to take medication? Lets make sure hes out of the room before we continue". Fully explaining that our prescription may have side effects FOUR NURSES! FOUR! Faced my wife and I and grilled her, when she already has anxiety in medical situations and Im already authorized to be involved with her care - what did they say? Surely theyve reviewed her chart! Surely they know her situation! No, 4 nurses who all turnedabout in their chairs to address my wife, and kicked me out of the room to tell her she was experiencing "stress from childcare" when she has a diagnosed and documented case of schizophrenia and DID. Perhaps this is a Fresnian exercise in determining which people in the medical profession should be issued a restraining order from any and all medical patients for life. To say we have been categorically-failed, betrayed, and violated by this experience when my wife already has diagnosed SMI and has been hospitalized several times within the past 3 years is an indication of abuse in the Fresno system. There is an obvious path to removing the cancer present in this system. We will never be returning. There is no path to successful reform for this clinic with its present triage team members. Edit: Ah, and for the record, this was almost a dozen visits in and many of the extremely pleasant and cordial office staff already knew us by face and name. Actually phenomenal clerical care by the actual good-hearted staff in the building. I wish this extended to triage.

Lisa Jamison A few years ago I took my son here on the recommendation of his pediatrician. I went there seeking peer counseling for my son. My son had told me he thought about killing himself but also told me he would never do it. Which is why I thought he should talk to someone, This place did not help him at all. They asked him 2 questions - the second question being “Do you want to kill yourself?” I told him to be honest with the “ Counselor” so he was. He responded by telling her he thought about it but WOULD NEVER DO IT. She immediately put him on a 5150 and took him away. IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I lost all my rights as a parent and my son was devastated by what was happening. This is not what he needed! Long story short - they admitted him to Exodus. Exodus told us they couldn’t release him until he was evaluated by a psychologist who wasn’t going to be in until the next day. I tried to explain to them several times that this is not what my son needed and that he didn’t belong there. They kept him over night which was traumatizing for him. I was forced to leave at 2am. The next morning he was evaluated by the psychologist, who told us that our son did not belong there and that he was free to go. By this time the damage had already been done. Now my son is afraid to seek counseling of any kind and I don’t blame him. Our situation was gravely mishandled. I do not recommend you seek help here because you will not get proper care you need or deserve. You will end up way worse than when you went in.

Arthur A Nice, caring doctor, but if youre considering becoming a patient there, you need to understand that they have no regard for your time. Youll be scheduled at 8am and may see the doctor at 11am. They constantly overbook and have no regard for your time. Their stance is that if you need to see the doctor, you need to wait as long as it takes, and give them all of your time that they may need. Personally, I found another doctor whos more respectful of my time. If I respect his schedule and show up on time, I expect him to do the same with me. He does this because he can. If youre unhappy, "NEXT" , he says ...
1 /5
Jessica Solano Easy check-in in. The nurse practitioners are great. Dr. Gurmej has a humble demeanor he approaches everybody with kindness and respect, and I love how you dont need to go to a lab , they have their own ! You can download the App Healow to check on your lab results. The only downfall of the clinic is that the wait is long.

Andy Maschitano Very frustrating experience with this doctors office. The doctor acts like he cares but the practices he has set up to help patients are a source of endless frustration for the patient. The girls at the front seem unorganized, uncaring, and rude. They push endless appointments for everything. Seems they want to milk the insurance companies for everything, whether by setting up useless in-person appointments or tele-visits. If the doctor knew the patients or paid attention to what they needed, a tele-visit or an appointment is not always needed. Thats what distinguishes a good doctor from one that does not care for the health of the patient. The doctor is useless when seen in person, let alone when seen over the phone. Look elsewhere! Dont waste your time! And dont feed the greed of this "so-called" medical practice!

Tanner Reisz DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! I needed medication that I have already been prescribed before. This doctor made me do blood work before prescribing. I had my blood drawn and never heard back from the doctor. I called three times over the course of 3 weeks. And eventually gave up and went to a different doctor to get the medication. Now years later they are threatening to take me to collections saying I owe them money. I checked with their office before my appointment to make sure I was fully covered with no co pay. Called my insurance and they said they don’t even have a record of the service. Still dealing with it. But save your self from this ridiculously unprofessional “doctor’s office” and go anywhere else.

lupita pacheco I love Doctor Warren and all the nurses and NP. I rate it a 1 due to the office not having a phone number. I can never directly call the office for questions or concerns, I have to wait on the phone for a 1800 nunber to make changes or anything and thats 30 min plus waiting. I also really dislike the billing department I ALWAYS get voicemail and never a call back. Ive left voicemail for a call back and dont hear back in weeks, when they do call its like 7 am and I miss the call. I leave emails as well and nothing! Its disappointing that they never have appointments for emergencies you have to wait a month or more.

Fable Facio LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!! I had a really bad sore throat and went to get tested here. Sat in my car for over 2 hours for the testing and results. The nurses who took care of me were nice but, while waiting a nurse came out and went to get in her truck. She swings her door open, hits my car, looks at me and drives away. The doctor wrote down what happened and I told them just to tell her to be careful next time. Then my results came back and they said nothing came back positive and to just take Tylenol or ibuprofen and sent me home. They called me two weeks later, after I had gotten better and confirmed that I had strep throat and offer to approve me for medicine. Another time I came here again for a check up on a procedure I had done. They said everything was fine but that they wanted me to come back for testing which I did not need nor want but they insisted so I said fine. I came in a couple days later got the test done and left. I found out a month later that my insurance was no longer working. So 3 months after that stupid test they call me to tell me about my insurance and I said I know but cant you just tell me my results over the phone and they said no. Then they charged me 165 dollars for that test that I didn’t even want in the first place. My problem with it is why didn’t they check my insurance before giving me that test and they are charging me money for a test that I didn’t even get the results of. I get that they want to make their money but very unprofessional. Some nurses are mean, the wait for appointments are months, and they just keep asking for random tests you don’t need.

Angelita F Had not been here for at least two years and I am now remembering why. Last visit in July was to have my hearing checked and I was told I would get a referral for an ENT. I was told I would need to cone back for a transference if care which was just to ask me the same questions I was asked at the last appointment. I was asked if I received the referral letter and of course I had not and I had to call myself to get an appointment with an audiologist. I do not like going to VHT because they are always disorganized and do not do what they say they are going to do. It could be the turnover of doctors, it could be the rude front desk people. After todays visit, I am still waiting for a prescription that may never come.

Lizbeth Vega Through out the years I’ve been here, I’ve always had an issue with this office. They always schedule me at a certain time and I end up getting called like 2 hours later. It’s either because they are under staffed or overbook the patients! I’m really considering in switching up doctors because I lost patience with them and some of the receptionists are very rude!!! If you are going to schedule someone at 2pm be sure to call them at 2pm and not 3 or 4pm like people have lives outside the doctor office and we don’t have all day to be waiting.

Lacey Hopkins There are some negative reviews but they must be from negative people. Out of the thousands of people this clinic serves, we shouldn’t let the small amount of negative reviews scare us from finding great doctors. I’m glad I saw for myself how great the clinic is. From front to the back, to even the management, I had an amazing experience. I wish more people would recognize the positive and give credit to those who serve our community because not all heroes wear capes. My doctor has helped me get back to my normal self and truly cares about how I feel. And I am so thankful for this. 5 stars!!

Ruthie Vozar If you have a real condition DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! They do not address your real problems. They either dont know how or they dont care about certain individuals. I have scoliosis and a blood tumor on my spine , its causing me a lot of pain and is crippling me. Ive been going here for 4years. They have done nothing for me but remove a few moles. Not what I went there for . I moved here from out of state, I understand now why people are moving out of this state or homeless. They have different doctors everytime you turn around you have to explain to these doctors?, whats going on and they do everything but take care of whats wrong, is this just a training facility? You tell them your depressed they want to put you through counseling. WERE IN PAIN AND CANT WORK GETTING BEHIND ON BILLS FACING BEING HOMELESS, BECAUSE NOT PHYSICALLY ABLE TO WORK, THATS WHY WERE DEPRESSED,BECAUSE THE DOCTOR YOU HAD WAS A FAILURE!!!;!!!!!!!!;!!!!

I got called back around 10:25am. I was in for a pap. I was told to take my clothes off from the waste down. So in my head Im thinking the Dr is about to walk in very soon. Oh no. I sat there with a paper sheet blanket till 11am. Then I was curious why the wait was taking long. Im already cold in the room. Then I hear the nurses and drs. Laughing about their weekend and fun. So I get dressed to see if a Dr was going to come in. The nurse in the back said not yet because they had another patient before me. I agree the other patient should come first. But I dont like sitting in a room half naked waiting for more than 30min. They could have been more professional and told me to wait up front and I would have been ok with that. But no. You dont intake a patient and make them sit half naked while your in the lobby giggling and cracking jokes. Be more professional or dont work there. I take my healthcare very seriously. Im very disappointed.

Nora Cedillo I made an eye appointment three weeks ago. I went directly to the optometry sign. there were two clerks, I go to the first one and she tells me “ you need to get in line and I say for optometry? there’s no line. she says, “oh that’s the next window”. Sign was above both clerks. This employee was very unfriendly, no “Good Morning” no welcome to UHC” nothing ! She seemed unhappy to be there but if you need a job ( many people are unemployed not by choice), just suck it up & represent your health center in a friendly professional manner. FYI: UHC isn’t the only game in town. Signed in & waited. Mom‘s name is called & I get up so my elderly 89 yr old mom who needs assistance walking can stay seated. I go up and the clerk tells me “ your mother is not due for an eye exam until August so you will need to reschedule “ I said, “ isn’t it the department‘s responsibility to check this prior to the patient coming into the appointment.” She said, “ yes it is but we were so short staffed that no one had time to do that yesterday”. I said, “ that is not an acceptable answer”. This clinic employs incompetent, lazy, lack of common sense & unprofessional people. I should’ve read reviews prior to making an appointment. Due to lack of competency at this UHC clinic my mom had to change her morning routine & step outside in the cold weather for what? Nothing! I even took time off work for this!! DO NOT ignore the negative reviews trust me they’re true. apparently supervisors and managers at this clinic do not care because some of these reviews are old. What happened to their customer service pledge? "At United Health Centers, we are committed to doing everything we can for our patients”. It’s a no brainer that I plan to take mom elsewhere. I hope Justin Preas takes notice. I’m sure I still have his cell # maybe a call is in order?

Donna Adams The ER was nothing but awful thru the whole visit! Had to consistently demand for my pediatric nephew receive proper treatment! From walking into the first door. After discussing with security, both his mom and myself, his aunt, had to be with him! Had to go up the chain of command to talk to Nursing, charge nurse then House Supervisor letting him know hed need to call on call Administration if they still tried to make me leave her and him! Both my sister and myself are more than willing to stand at his bedside 24/7 in the hallway to keep him safe and keep from both of them being traumatized when he attacks my sister and or takes off running around the ER. My sister can not be alone either when he does just that! They consistently tried to discharge him without what his primary care doctor sent my sister, his mom, here to get for him! The full time in ER we were told hes being discharged to hes staying for 5150 72hr hold. The only medication he was giving wasnt helping him. Between my sister and myself, we are able to keep him from escalating even when he hates me and wants me gone. Then he flips to being sorry and thanking me. When he was admitted to Pediatrics floor, they were amazing, and everyone was great! Although he was discharged with the medication is still not helping and could take up to 2 weeks to take effect. We kept asking for anything to help him till it kicked in. It wasnt till after he was dcd his primary care doctor ordered additional medicine. This medication even took several days to help him! I wouldnt recommend this hospital if youre looking for assistance for psychological & emotional problems for a pediatric patient with multiple significantly difficult histories! I do recommend their pediatric psychological Dr who, at almost 10 yrs old, saw how much more complicated his diagnoses are! Do better, especially ER! Remember, as nursing staff, its your responsibility to advocate for your patients! Even if that means you have to demand proper treatment, you are willing to go up the chain of command to make sure your patients receive the treatment they need! If you refuse to do that, then nursing isnt for you! Put yourself in your patients shoes, then treat them the way you want to be treated! Never forget that one day, you will be on an ER gurney, wanting just that care! Thank you, Donna Adams RN Patient L. Adams Mom Annette Adams RN

cin Fernandez My daughter was here for over 6 hours in ER being ignore...kept asking why are we not being help since we are no longer a priority we can wait over 8 hours....not even water offered......then there was the older lady across the hall also being ignored.....I had to get a phlebotomist to help her because her nurse was no where to be found. And, she was having breathing problems. Mind you the old lady had already asked for help but none had arrived.....

RICHARD RichardL Doctors are great. Staff not so much. They had great great granny’s and younger people assisting with recovery. The granny’s are way way beyond helping much. They created more chaos than assistance. I would NEVER have these people do this. Then there were the patients. I had two patients in adjacent rooms next to me that were screaming at the top of their lungs for hours. You couldn’t sleep. The beds naturally are awful nothing new there. I was there for six days and was very happy to leave. And the food was absolutely abysmal. That’s my take.

christian bueno One time I took my kid as a walk in since my insurance has been discontinued and when I got there they were so nice checked me in and all. Like an hour later they said if I can come back after the doctors lunch. I went home fed my kids. I came back and was told my son couldn’t be seen. They tried telling me it wasn’t a good excuse for him to miss school. I made them give me a doctors note and they ended up seeing . Until today it’s been maybe like 7-8 months and I’m still waiting for my sons podiatrist referral. Worst place ever.

Valdemar Guzman Worst clinic I have ever visited. First time visit took over two month wait for appointment. Did lab work and nobody ever got back to me to explain results. Tried to talk to my doctor and staff there advised me she was gone and they only had temporary doctors working. New hires would start in September and even then appointment would be way beyond that date. Terrible place to go.

Genesee Paine My husband was brought in by ambulance after having a ruptured ulcer and throwing up black (dead) blood. After racing into the ER they brought me back right away to see him, he was in critical condition, I was distraught and the staff was so amazing and compassionate. He ended up getting a bed/room and staying for 5 days and needed 5 blood transfusions. I was able to stay with him on the fold-out couch in his room which was very private and nicely designed. The nurses and doctors were angels, every single one of them were informed, attentive and even patient with my millions of questions. Even the neurologists made visits, as he has epilepsy, where his meds were adjusted & he has way less seizures now! This is the hospital for us in scary situations that I hope never happen again, but if they do- I know we’ll be in the best hands ever. Thank you, Clovis Community.

Lisa Persons My husband was in the ER and ended up on being admitted to the 5th floor on 3/9/25. The doctors and nurses, and nurse assistants were so amazing. Amanda the nurses assistant saw that my husband had had a rough couple of days and went out of her way to give him a little laugh. Ruby, his nurse was equally as sweet. All of the staff were great. The rooms are nice and well equipped for the patients and the family members.

Anthone Reinke I am beside myself after how I was treated by this nurse at the front. I had to call Clovis pd after I was assaulted by her. This nurse and security officer refused me a supervisor claiming they “did not have one “ and changing the story to they are busy. She knew she messed up with disrespect and actions highly unbecoming of a medical professional. She was gaslighting me, shoved her badge in my face asking if I knew how to read and shoving her hands in my face while I was attempting a picture so I could make some sort of complaint since neither wanted to identify themselves. I’ll be contacting my attorney.

Laura Deaver My husband passed away due to negligence of a doctor. He was doing well and released to a rehab. The doctors were great up until they switched doctors for the week. Without checking, she added additional blood thinner when he was released, which caused him to basically bleed out the day after release and he had to return to the hospital. I had explained to the doctor that he was already on blood thinner and her response to me was, I am the doctor here". The rehab and pharmacist also questioned the amount he was being given. The ER staff was surprised at the amount of blood thinner showing in his results. When he was placed in step down, I overheard the doctor and nurse discussing him outside the door. They said he was there because of the medication she had given him. He was low on blood and fluids. They would not give him blood infusion because as the doctor quoted, "they only require patients to have 7 liters in the hospital ". So even though a person needs more to live, they wouldnt give him more. When I kept complaining, they called the response team, which said he was basically dry. They gave him IVs, etc. It was already too late. His organs were shutting down. He Unfortunately passed away that night. Please, check out what the doctors are giving your loved ones. Just because they are a doctor, doesnt mean they know what they are doing. Common sense.

Patricia Prezioso I was recently admitted to Clovis Community Medical Center for a shoulder replacement surgery on 02/18/2025. Dr. Julia Lee from SPOC was my surgeon and is amazing. She did a wonderful job. Dr. Lee had authorized an overnight stay for 1 due to past medical history and was taking precautions. Check in-Admissions, Pre-op, Surgery, Recovery all was very professional and very professional. I had no problems at all, in fact when I woke up in recovery I was starving and it was past meal service time in the hospital but my recovery nurse Anthony was sweet and nice enough to bring me a meal in recovery while we were waiting for my room. Everyone that day was wonderful. When I got to my room and settled close to midnight the nursing staff was just changing shifts and my nurses on the 5th Floor, Post op were Cassie and Gabe. My Nurse Assistant was Ericka. They were all very attentive and we worked out the little bugs because of the time of night. I had great service and was attended too whenever I needed something. I really appreciated them and Ericka went the extra mile every time she could. I would also like to thank the 3 of them. The next morning shift change nurses and I rang for someone, anyone for some help. It took at least an hour for someone to show up and they told me I had to wait for a nurse. Which was another 2 hours and I had gone over needing my pain medication about 3 hours. Then they would not give me the medication which was prescribed the previous night if I needed it for major pain. I hadn’t because my nurses kept my medication regulated to where I didn’t go long periods of time without so my pain was manageable. The nurses that were there on the 5th Floor Post op were horrible on the morning shift which I believe started at 7 or 8 am. One (the worst one) Luz Morales should not be a nurse first of all, she was an LVN. Was rude, not at all helpful and comes in my room and Blurts out I was being discharged and the order was already in the computer. Which of course I knew I was only staying one night but never gave me a time, a timeframe or anything. Then leaves my room still without giving me my pain meds from the previous night. She disappeared for another hour or two leaving me to get out of bed and back in without assistance right after surgery. When I finally got ahold of a nurse they were arguing with me about the medication that was prescribed for me. The order from the night before was still in my chart but they wouldn’t look for it. Finally about 4 hours later I saw an RN and had an argument with her about my pain medication. Needless to say, I was still waiting to be discharged and finally got my pain meds. I was waiting to pack my stuff up to leave but still wasn’t told when that would be. They brought me lunch around noon and I had just finished eating when someone from the discharge desk comes in with a wheelchair and said we’re leaving. Now, I still had no idea how the discharge process worked and was waiting for the paperwork to tell me what my home instructions were after discharge. I told them they would have to come back to give me time to call my ride home and pack my overnight bag. After I had to argue with this person she finally leaves says she’ll be back in an hour and to call my ride. I was just getting ready to do that when another one from the discharge desk comes to tell me we’re leaving. I had the same exact argument with her only she wouldn’t leave my room. She kept telling me she would pack my things and I didn’t want anyone else doing that. Last time I was in the hospital they lost my clothes. In the meantime they had called my sister and told her she needed to be there, they were discarding me immediately. She told them it would be at least 20 minutes before she could get there from across town. They called her right back and said she needed to hurry, so she did. She sat in her car over an hour and the dr had not even signed my discharge paperwork. Luz told me I was not even authorized to stay overnight that’s why the paperwork was messed up. I left with no paperwork.

N G I went in today both my son and I needed to be seen. The process was quick and painless. The nurses and nurse practitioners took good care of of us and had us in and out. My son, 2.5 years old, even got stickers when we walked out! Jessica the Nurse Practitioner is who helped us while we were there.

Richard Manuel I arrived at Urgent Care this morning with what I thought was the flu. I was given a Covid test right away and tested positive. I was told to go home and wait for a call from Dr. Holmes. The staff was very polite and caring. When Dr Holmes called, he prescribed some medicine. Dr. Holmes was also very caring and didn’t rush the phone call and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend Northwest Medical Urgent Care to anyone professional caring people to help them. Q Jay I had a really good experience at this urgent care. The lady at the front desk was very busy, but very polite towards me and everyone on the phone and who walked in. I was in and out relatively fast. It was cold and rainy and I had to wait outside while waiting to be tested for Covid. That was the only negative thing, but I still understand why that is the procedure since I had symptoms. The assistant who took my blood pressure was very kind, and the doctor was nice as well.

Merili Loucks LONG POST, but I’m tired of the inadequacy of our medical system. I Took my daughter in to check her hand because she had fainted and fell a few weeks before and her fingers were still slightly sore. It hadn’t been painful and she was always able to move her fingers. The doctor shamed me for not bringing her in earlier and for not taking her to a neurologist for her fainting. When I explained that my daughter has been in and out of numerous medical professional offices over the past few years and NO ONE has been able to figure out what was causing her symptoms I finally found the solution OUTSIDE of the system. Yes we’ve had x-rays we’ve had tests we’ve had ultrasounds and No doctor had answers. Finally I found a Functional Medicine practitioner who instantly told us my daughter may have mold toxicity that was causing her neurological problems and multitude of other symptoms. Sure enough all tests are positive for mold in her body, in our home, we FINALLY had answers and are on a treatment plan for healing. So being shamed at urgent care for bringing my daughter in after 2 weeks of her fainting, to make sure her fingers were OK was unacceptable. The doctor even looked at my daughter and said that because she was 19 she could choose what to do. She told me alternative medicine is fine, but i need science-backed medicine. Well, mold toxins don’t show up on X-rays! My daughter was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome by the Functional Medicine Practitioner. CIRS is not even on the radar for 90% of Doctors. Not only that, Northwest handed me a form to take my daughter to Advanced Medical Imaging for hand X-ray and when I got home to call them for an appointment, I realized the form was blank! So I called Northwest and was told they would call it in. Then they ended up sending us to Community Hospital for X-rays which ended up costing more for us than it should have. THEN, at Community Hospital for our appointment, we realize Northwest ordered the wrong hand to be X-rayd. I’m never going back to Northwest Urgent Care again. The service, compassion, caring, time spent with patient and healing that is finally happening by my Functional medicine practitioner is priceless! Urgent care is needed when it’s urgent so I’ll find another place!

Dunia Hayek Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Dr. Holmes and would not recommend seeing him to others. He failed to take my concerns seriously and made assumptions about not being able to afford treatments despite telling him that the cost would not be an issue. In addition, I waited close to 2 hours before being seen, which I was okay with, only to be told to take some Advil. You can tell he was not happy to be helping patients.

Lipmeng Heng This facility has a very very poor service and heartless. My ear has a very bad infection and needs air drop medicine for that. I saw a Dr. at this facility and requested a particular ear drop that works for my infected ear which was prescribed by other Dr. with 0 refill. At the end of the visit, I double made sure with the Dr. to prescribe me the medicine that works for my ear infection and the Dr. agreed to prescribe me the medicine and would send it out to the pharmacy for me to pick up. However the prescription was not sent and no ear drop for my infected ear and was left in pain. I called to the facility and was told to pass the information to the Dr. and heard no response from the Dr.. I stopped by the facility 2 times in 2 different days talking to the people work at the counter, they gave me the same answer which they will pass the information to the Dr. and heard nothing from that facility. Today was the fourth day after seeing the Dr., I called to the facility again asking for the status for my ear drop and nothing was updated from the Dr. and was told to set up another appointment for the same symptom. Why I went to see the Dr. in the first place? it seems like this facility is abusing the helpless patients. Please someone who has the power to investigate and find out how they conduct their business

I. S. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and aren’t very helpful at all. Instead of helping they just make the situation worse. I’ve been handling my mother’s appointments/medications for years but now I can’t get any information about her medical history despite being listed on her medical profile to have access to that information. They divulge information over the phone so easily but in person it’s a different situation? They need to communicate with each other to figure out the process. The guy at the front desk just asked for my name the other day and compared it to the name in her profile and was able to let me access her information but the girl today must’ve not gotten the memo on how things are done. One of them is incorrect. They need to have a meeting and figure it out because it’s causing inconveniences to those they are paid to help and they could possibly attend customer service training as well or get a new job they might be better at.

Mariah Church My care here has been a blessing so I’ll make this review to also reflect that. My issue with this place has nothing to do with the doctors I see there but the front desk. They called me the morning of my appointment to cancel, which I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for this appointment for some pretty pressing issues. The soonest she could reschedule me was another 6 weeks out. When I let her know what my issues were she pretty much told me there’s nothing she can do for me and that the other issue they wouldn’t even see me for?! Are you kidding me! You are my primary care providing office and you can’t help me?! Or even be compassionate and offer kindness? Instead the lady I spoke with was rude and very matter of fact. Luckily I love the doctor I see or else I’d definitely be searching for another office to be seen at.

It was my appointment day and Ive been waiting months for it, and they canceled on the day of and said I had to make another appointment, but they have nothing available until 4 months out!!! That is ridiculous. My previous appointment was a 2+ hours of wait time and all I needed was some booster vaccine shots, and they failed to tell me that they were out of 1 of them so they said Id have to make another appt to go to a different location. I cant believe I stayed with this place for 5 years. Time for a change.

Like Kane My mother was admitted here for a few days. Reese, the over- seeing nurse on the third floor along with the rest of the rotating staff of nurses were wonderful. The doctor (forgive me for not remembering his exact name, but his last name was of a Middle Eastern or Indian (Hindu-type) of surname, that - I do remember) called me, her son, and spent a generous amount of time with me going over her prognosis and answering all of my questions, in-depth I might add. Thank you all for aiding to her full recovery, and I certainly hope the staff enjoyed the dumplings and potstickers I brought in on Thanksgiving. It was the least I can do.

Princessa Sanchez I’ve had 3 deliveries here and my first experience in 2018 was literally magical. All my nurses were Angels! I will never forget how much my nurses actually cared for me and my newborn. Then in 2020 I had my 2nd baby & this was during COVID. The care was still attentive, but very minimal with all the reason it was the start of the COVID pandemic. Now my 3rd delivery in 2023 I’m still in disbelief and extremely disappointed and traumatized by that experience. If I get dwn to every detail this already long review will go on forever, but long story short on 2-18-2023 I gave birth to my 3rd son. Right after I gave birth I started feeling weird. The nurse that helped me deliver kept trying to make me get up and I just couldn’t do it. She even brought some type of walker to help me. I’m the type of person that can push herself & tolerate pain pretty well but I knew something was wrong and I expressed that to the nurse. She kept pushing me to get up a till I started vomiting and in that moment I really thought I was going to die. Like I said I won’t go too much into details but it took the doctor on duty a long time to figure out that I had a retained placenta. She was stuck on my weight and kept asking if I had any underlying health issues. She asked me twice and she asked my husband once somehow thinking he might know something I don’t know about my own health. I hate to say this but I feel that I was discriminated against as a Mexican American and then I was discriminated for my weight. I think that if the doctor wasn’t so fixated on my weight she could have figured out I had a retained placenta sooner. I filed a complaint through CDPH(who are unprofessional took them a year to let me know they found one mistake) and me thinking that was a way to file a grievance all they do is investigate the procedures. So I contacted Saint Agnes and oddly enough I got a report from CDPH a day or two after that call. A WHOLE YEAR after going back and forth with them about an update. In October 2024(complaint was made in Feb 2024 they said they would give me a report something like 90days. Again I didn’t get a report till I contacted Saint Agnes. So weird. You know how many times women of color have passed away from labor/delivery for being ignored? Anyways I feel like I’m going all over with this now but I do want to say out of all that staff the nurse that was an Angel to me and is the one that realized something was wrong was the nurse who was working my postpartum room. Then my VERY last nurse was the rudest and most heartless one I ever encountered. I was thrown out like a dog on the 3rd day after going through blood transfusions and other things. If anyone knows who else I should go to about this other than the CDHP & Saint Agnes themselves plz reach out to me.

Dido Liu I would like to raise a complaint about some of the policies at this hospital, which I find to be inhumane. For example, my friend’s baby was born at 36 weeks and 1 day and is required to undergo a car seat test. Normally, this test should only take about 90 minutes. However, the doctor insisted on a 4-hour test. The issue is that my friend’s baby needs to be fed every 2-3 hours, making it impossible for them to stay in the car seat for 4 hours. They are requiring baby to go hungry during this time just to complete the test. This lack of consideration for basic needs is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Camille Jackson Approximately a year and a half ago, my mom was admitted to St. Agnes and it was a very bad experience. Upon entering, tge security guards were on their phones, nurses were rude and disorganized. People with minimal issues were being seen before people who were in need of urgent attention. The waiting room was dirty and full of people and children who were not needing to be seen and just simply shouldnt have been there. Fast forward to middle of 2024, since Trinity Health has taken over, and it is LITERALLY a completely different hospital. Security guards are assisting with triage, answering phones and fully managing the waiting area. Things upon entering St. Agnes move swiftly and smoothly. Nurses, once my mom has been assigned a room are efficient, proactive and communicating not only flawlessly with each other, but with me as well. The hospital is clean, the staff is friendly and are consistent on following protocols as simple as name tags. I can relate to anyone who has had a bad experience with St. Agnes in the past, but you have to give them another try, it is NOT the same hospital it was 2 years ago. When I take my mom in, I am comfortable and do not worry about the care shes receiving and that is a priceless feeling!! Great job St. Agnes

Ijeoma Okwelogu I recently went to this clinic to be seen for a physical. I was checked in promptly booked by Catherine and checked in by Chantel and I had an MA that did my vitals were all awesome outstanding and the doctor very very good very very good doctor the next day I came back for labs and I had to see the front desk lady on the other side where they do the labs in the morning and her name is Noreen. She speaks Russian or some kind of you know foreign language and she has Gray or platinum gray hair. She was extremely rude immediately when I walked in to hand her my paperwork for my lab she told me “ GO SIT DOWN THERE IS SOMEONE AHEAD OF YOU” without even checking my paperwork or knowing who I was. I went and sat down and watched three other people go ahead of me (including one Russian couple that went and spoke only Russian to Noreen, who she was very pleasant and helpful with.) before I went up to ask her how come she didn’t at least find out my name Before telling you to sit down and how come I saw 3 people go ahead of me at which point Mrs. Noreen became very argumentative and dismissive. She stated “I’m not checking paperwork. I don’t do that.” Luckily, luckily, for her, Chantha was there to defuse the situation and try to explain away her horrible behavior out of respect for Chantha I sat down and continued to wait. Her was Rude, unprofessional, and they need to have her working somewhere in the back not in the front. She will be a deterrent for all future customers and patients!! if I have to do labs in the future, I will no longer go to this facility to do labs. I would rather go directly through the Quest. It’s sad to see this because they have a great team, including the lab lady the doctor and also the other front desk ladies who are very pleasant and helpful is just one bad apple that ruins the bunch that bad apple today is Mrs. Noreen.

Twice I had to take time off work to go into that office & see 3-4 people sitting in the receptionist but they can’t answer or return calls??? I just finished making an appt to a new provider dr. They don’t want my business & they definitely do not care. One star is way too many stars.

Desiree Herrera Unorganized, unprofessional they would have interns working there scheduling appointments that I didn’t need, follow ups when I asked for Pap smears, I was scheduled consultations for Pap smears for almost a year. Taking time off of work thinking I was finally getting a Pap smear but when I got there it was for follow ups or consultations. Then I asked for help with my PTSD and they prescribed me medication and had a therapist “threw” their office call me, that therapist called me twice and never heard from him OR the doctors office again, Even when I called to follow up with the therapist the newer Mexican lady that answers the phone is rude! She never has no answers to my questions and her tone is as she’s bothered that she’s working. My prescription was out I myself and the pharmacy tried to get refills and both me and the pharmacy never heard back from that doctors office, this medication should not be stopped suddenly, since then i decided to find health care elsewhere. I don’t feel my health was valued at this doctors office both doctors there are rude.
