Nicole Rae Valencia My initial referral from my insurance for this office was valid 04/24/24-/07/23/24, but it took me that long to make an appointment. I had to get another referral valid from 07/09/24. Apparently my primary doctors office faxed over my records along with the referral, but only the referral was received at that fax #. There was a lot of back and forth with the medical coordinator and multiple faxes my doctors office, trying to make sure my bloodwork and abdominal scans were received just so I could make an appointment. That being said, at my visit, Wen Long, PA-C completed a thorough review of my records, ordered additional bloodwork, fibroscan and follow-up visit. She answered my questions, assured me Ive been doing correct preventative measures, and understood why my situation stumped my primary doctor. I look forward to learning more at my future visits!

Heather H. My review is specifically for Dr. Regmi and Dr. Villacana. These are the two most amazing transplant nephrologists that I have met and have taken amazing care of my mother. My mother is 4.5 years post transplant and they have helped us the entire time even though its been a rough road. Definitely room for improvement in other areas but I am grateful for these two physicians.

Mel C. I was able to give my brother a kidney to save his life but my care coordinator Lorena definitely didnt make it easy. They wonder why no one comes back for follow ups after donating? its because Id rather eat my own eyeball with a spoon than ever see my coordinator again. shes terrible.

Samantha Lopez Super confused about all the bad reviews! I’ve been coming to Loma Linda transplant for 18 years now. From having a baby while on dialysis to 2 kidney transplants, & multiple procedures. I have never had an issue with the team. When I call someone always helps me with medication refills or appts. I’ve been seeing Dr Hoang for years! Very sad to see all these reviews..

Tawny Dotson My father is a current patient in their PCU Unit for about 3 days now and has been in this hospital for approx 10 all together and lets just say patient care is not their strong point! He was recently diagnosed with cancer and transferred to this hospital due to the minimum health coverage he has. It has been a battle from the beginning! Most of the hospital staff is not pleasant to deal with, they are not good partners with discuss issues or providing updates and to your love ones and they definitely discriminate against the POOR! I have spoken to my dads doctor only once since he has been there! And The PCU Unit is worse! There nurse case manager Ellyn is the worst person I have dealt with thus far and when you try to change or have another care staff person assist they avoid you all together. I have emailed and left messages for social services and leadership with no contact or response since our first and only meeting! Terrible, just terrible! My father is possibly dying and no empathy whatsoever. They want to just kick him out because he has little to no health coverage. Why get in the field to help people if the only thing you are willing to do is stabilize and send them on their way! I pray that none of your family members have to go through what we are going through dealing with this hosptail!!!

Bonnie Eickhoff Sending enormous thanks to the staff working in the parking lot. Today was a cold morning, personnel driving shuttles made round after round to help patients get to where they needed to be. I was one of those patients. I parked in a distant handicapped spot and walked with two canes toward the main entrance. A very kind woman stopped to offer me a ride, unfortunately an arthritic hip and two knees did not allow me to sit in the shuttle. Two gentlemen saw our need and stopped to remove my power wheelchair from the trunk of my car. I seldom use the wheelchair, all three were so patient helping me figure out how to place batteries and operate the wheelchair. When I returned to the parking lot after the appointment, all three wonderful personnel helped me once again to remove batteries, place them in the trunk of the car, fold the wheelchair and place it in the trunk of the car. I am so very thankful to all three!!!!!!!

Nicole Gill I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the care I received in the ED on 12/23, followed with more exceptional care and compassion on the 2100 telemetry unit. I have never been hospitalized other than giving birth, and I was terrified when I awoke, at home, Monday morning, unable to breathe effectively. However, when I arrived, the care, compassion, and professionalism bestowed upon me, quickly alleviated my anxiety, and I knew I was safe. The ED was packed all day/night, yet the staff treated everyone with so much patience and kindness. From the Physicians, nurses, CNAs, respiratory therapist, physical therapists, X-ray technicians, to housekeeping, dietary, you name it! Everyone was wonderful. This is so rare nowadays, I can’t even put my true gratitude into words. Thank you all so much. God bless this hospital. Merry Christmas.

Noemi Vilarreal The best ER in this area! Attentive and through. I was rushed in for gallstones after 4+ visits to other ERs where they would tell me straight up “you’re not gonna get surgery, and just meds. Then send you home” …. This place was different and attentive. They had me do surgery the day after I went into the ER. Great surgeon too!

Manuel Corea I went in for a d.o.t physical and a drug test for a job. I clearly explained it and showed the guy in the front desk what i was there for and he said ok. When a lady called me to the back i asked her if i was doing my drug screening together with my d.o.t physical and she said yes. Seemed kinda weird at first but being there since 9am and waiting for 4 hours i figured it was because of both test. When i left they handed me my paperwork and they told me they will send my company the results i waited 4 days and called my company to check on my results. well i guess the workers are just lazy and careless because they lied to me they never even did a drug test just the d.o.t urine sample they almost cost me my job because their workers were being negligent.

Dulce Becerra No Covid tests were available . I had to bring one from home. Presented with flu symptoms and didn’t get tested till I asked for Tamiflu. Waited 3-4 hours but it wasn’t even a full waiting room. Honestly, everyone was very friendly and kind, just felt like some steps and efficiency were missing.

Yessell M Went here for a drug screening for my employer, I went on a Saturday morning which I love that this is a 24/7 clinic. I was in and out in 30 mins. The clinic was empty only 2 more patients were there. The lady that attended me was super friendly.

Lynn Harris Its convenient for patients with their 24 hr of service. I checked in at the front desk the receptionist took my lab order form from employer, asked if I have a good contact number and told me that she will send me a link to fill out their medical history intake form. I sat down and about 15 minutes of wait time I received link. Soon after more customers came through the door. The receptionist checking them in the same way she checked me in but added the wait time until they would be seen by the doctor. About 40 mins of waiting, I asked how long until I would be seen a MA walked over to her desk by this time, she explained about 4 hours because they only have one Doctor working. immediately I was upset mentioning to her YOU NEVER TOLD ME MY WAIT TIME as you explained to customers that came in after me. We proceeded to go back and forth about her telling me when IN FACT she failed to do so mind you if she had explained to me I would not have ASKED! UNPROFESSIONAL. The MA was nice and had me go to the back to start the process. I was greeted by someone that was very apologetic concerning the receptionist behavior. She immediately had the MA start my physical. He was pleasant and provided fast service. I was escorted to a examine room in about 10 minutes of waiting the Doctor came in went over my forms while having a friendly conversation with me. I signed, retrieved my paperwork and left. Luckily my wait time was only 2 1/2 hours. The hours of convenience is spot on although the receptionist didnt provide me with every detail when I arrived but other staff members made up for her unprofessional behavior. Hopefully I wont have to go back there. Concentra needs to hire another Doctor for their 24 hrs of service to the public.

Shirleen Armstrong I was in the hospital back in August 2024. It was loud full of chatter as if sick people weren’t there for care. I was just discharged today for surgery on February 12-13, 2025, it was a totally different place. Quiet from nurses’ stations, no huge crowds of loud talking “supposedly” professionals. I rested well and there were signs posted on the walls to “Hush” patients here. I felt so welcomed and respect to be there for care. I slept like a baby during the night. Yes, there were vital checks but a lot happier rest without all the noise from hospital professionals. I must add that the discharge procedure needs to be better my surgeon wasn’t available to sign my discharge paperwork and he someone who came around 2:45 pm and I had been asking to discharge by noon. We drove home to Silver Lakes in high winds and rain. Our power was out. This was such a waste of time to treat us this way. Please make improvements on earlier discharge if the patient asks to discharge by noon. Thank you.

Mayra V I had to stay in this hospital for 7 days last week due to illness, and everyone was so nice specially the lady that takes X-rays she was very kind and loving, thank you to all my nurses that were great specially Aira and Brenda and one other one but I can’t remember her name but you all were awesome. The only reason why I didn’t put a 5 star was because of the cleaning staff they only clean my room and restroom only 3 times and they hardly went to pick up trash the days I was there so need to work on that but other than that I had a good experience

Julien Davis Fellas the pull out beds are top notch, this is our 2nd baby and our first one was in Whittier, CA at the big PIH. Dessert valley hospital was paradise compared to the PIH. The room had restroom with shower, TV, rocking chair that really came in handy when our baby was born and the staff were all help full. We met morning shift, day shift and night shift they all treated my wife and baby with respect and professionalism.

Elijah Miles 0 STARS ! ZERO!!!! The wait time is extremely poor having people wait 12+hours . No sense of direction from staff nor any compassion the staff her should truly not be in the medical field. You immediately met by the front desk who turn around and talk about you or people in the waiting room turning off there mic thinking you can’t hear . I took my 9month old because she was severely throwing up . I was told she was fine and to only bring her if she has a fever or diarrhea or lethargic . We waited 4 hours for them to do absolutely nothing other than putting her in a CT giving her unnecessary radiation!!! She ended up getting worst and ended up with all these symptoms and extremely dehydrated. I took her a head of time they could’ve helped at least hydrate her because babies her age get extremely dehydrated very quickly !! I ultimately took her to Loma Linda Children’s Hospital were she was taken serious and very well taken care of . Extremely disappointed that this hospital is so poorly ran and operated truly sad for everyone who lives up here in Victorville , we can’t even get decent care .

Syed Mustafa Abidi I am writing to formally express my concerns and disappointment regarding the care my wife received during her recent visit to Birthplace Desert Valley Hospital. My wife is currently 34 weeks pregnant, and her experience on 26th February was distressing and, frankly, unacceptable. After experiencing swelling in her feet, she contacted the IEHP Dr. help line, who advised us to go to your hospital for a thorough checkup due to elevated blood pressure readings. Upon arrival, we checked in and waited for approximately 30 minutes before she was called in for her examination, while I was asked to wait in the waiting area. Once inside, the ultrasound technicians demeanor was concerning. Throughout the ultrasound, her facial expressions suggested something was wrong, causing undue anxiety for both of us. Despite my wifes assurance that she could feel the baby moving, the technician insisted the baby was not responding and recommended drinking cold water to stimulate movement. This inconsistency only added to our distress. Following the ultrasound, we were informed that the babys fetal breathing was recorded as zero, and found something in the baby’s stomach and we were instructed to return the following day for further consultation with Dr. Samadi. This news was alarming and led to a night filled with anxiety and worry about the health of our baby. Upon seeing Dr. Samadi the next day, he reviewed the reports and conducted another ultrasound, finding no issues with the babys condition. He expressed his disbelief regarding the previous reports and assured us that they were inaccurate. My gynecologist later confirmed the same, noting that your staff lacked the expertise to interpret the results correctly. The distress that this situation caused my wife and me cannot be overstated. We were left with unnecessary anxiety and fear, which could have been avoided with accurate assessments and communication from your staff. I urge you to review the protocols and training provided to your ultrasound technicians and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. The mental and emotional well-being of expectant parents is crucial, and I hope that you take this matter seriously to prevent others from experiencing similar distress.

I feel like my head is going to explode because of head pressure along with feeling like my brain is on fire I also have heart palpitations here and there. They did xray on my neck/shoulder said they didn’t see any inflammation. They also did blood work said looks good, what they need to do was an ct or mri what if my brain is bleeding and gonna have an aneurysm, or have a brain tumor or a stroke that is going to happen soon. I’ve been to this hospital twice for dizziness they aren’t taking me serious. They rule out as maybe headaches that radiate to your neck/shoulder blade or a viral infection I wasn’t even sick no cough no runny nose no flu symptoms nothing in that category. Don’t come here unless you want your day to be wasted and incorrect diagnosis.

harmony DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF POSSIBLE. This has to be the WORSE possible hospital I ever been in. The size of the waiting room is maybe the size of an average kitchen. There are patients everywhere sitting in the waiting room. My grandfather who fell and broke his hips it took them almost 9 hours to get him in a room. He was on a stretcher in the hallway of the facility!! No food nothing. It was the most wildest thing I have witnessed. This hospital needs some type of renovation.. BAD.

Michael Bass I was referred to Doctor at Neurosurgery, through my primary care insurance. I have a history of back pain stemming from an injury from the military. I had recently injured my back again and had increased back pain and my leg was/is numb from a pinched nerve. I brought a CD of my latest MRI scan, and I had not yet emailed the notes that went along with the MRI. The doctor came in and pulled up my MRI and started to tell me that my back looked great and that he sees nothing wrong with me. I asked if he was sure he has the right MRI pulled up and he started to tell me it is mine and pointing out all the great things going on with back. I pulled up on my phone the notes that go with the MRI, that contradict his observation, he changed his direction and eventually told me my back is not that bad, and I was not old enough for surgery. He did not once examine me, no offer to help me, didnt ask my pain level, nothing. It was a waste of time and money; I did not feel he was concerned about my wellbeing at all. I felt that this hospital only wanted my copay and keep scheduling appointments for my money and there was no real work towards a solution of healing.

Joy Lamech My mother is in the ICU and our brother cant see her because of an age restriction?? He’s 12, but I don’t understand why that would matter if he’s with adults? They said I could talk to child care services to start the "process". Shes in ICU and this is the last day they have her to live and her son cant see her because of policies? Family should always be allowed to see family especially in these types of last minute situations. I have never in my life seen something so ignorant. Be for real and change your policies. My mother is dying and now I’m having to fight with the nurses for them to allow my brother to see our mother? On her deathbed? What is wrong with your business?? The priority is seeing family on their deathbed and saying goodbye, not fighting because of age restriction.

Mayra Martinez If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying the receptionists and nursing staff were kind, patient and communacative I had no issues with them whatsoever. I was in the waiting area for about an hour after my appointment time before getting called in. Once I was called in it still took almost another hour to get seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally came in she was very hostile in her mannerisms and tone towards me. The doctor was very short/rude with her demeanor and wouldnt allow me to explain my issues fully, she also would interrupt me. I also had overheard two nurses complaining that I was waiting too long for lab work so they sent me home because the lab technician waited so long to call me in that they ended up leaving for lunch (which I had not eaten all morning because I knew there was a chance I would get labwork done). Over all I was there for about 3 hours and didnt even get the help I need. I wouldnt recommend this place at all, take your health issues elsewhere.

Jackeline Santana Their primary care doctors are negligent. I was sick for more than three months (I’m still suffering from the symptoms of the illness) and when telling my primary care doctor my symptoms he told me there was nothing he could do until I was vaccinated with my Covid booster and flu shot. I got both and still was sick. i went back and he refused to send me to a specialist and told me to keep taking cough medicine and home remedies. It wasn’t until i passed out from rib and chest pain and was in the ER when I was diagnosed with Pneumonia as well as inflammation in the lungs. The ER Doctor showed me my x ray and asked me why have I not seen my primary care doctor sooner. I explain to her my situation and was she completely shocked and concerned on why a doctor would have allowed a patient to take tough medication for so long. Please advocate for yourself when you’re at the doctors. I honestly wished I had someone to help me as the primary care doctor was intimidating and completely undermined my health.

isa escalante I went for a pre-op and saw Qin, Jaintong MD. at the OBG/YN center he was very confused entering the room, he wasnt sure what surgery i was going to have done or anything , i had to ask him questions just to make sure he had all the right information, he barely spoke, was very nervous. I was informed by him to only stop taking 1 medication and then when the nurse called me to from the surgery center and went over my medications again i had to reschedule my whole surgery do to the MD Qin not giving me the right information of what medications to stop taking. I was misinformed by an MD doctor. I was very upset that an MD gave me the wrong information, and i also asked if i need time off of work after my surgery and he stated " no your good to go back to work the next day , no need to take time off for surgery, and your able to drive a vehicle" , all wrong information given to me, and he didnt seem to even care. I suggest to not take medical advice from him and do your own research.

Crystal Gomez Overall, SAC Health Clinic (G Street) is a good one to go to and I always recommend people to go here. There are wonderful people here that give there all to help patients and who always stay professional. These are staff that Ive have good experiences with, and I applaud them for their professionalism and ALWAYS treating me with respect: Rio Ocampo, NP; M Chappell--Bradd, NP; M Hanna, MD; J Dawes, MD; T Laude, MD; Yifan Lii, MD. As wonderful as this clinic is there are some people who are just bad apples. Im not here vehemently bashing them but its my duty to call out their improper conduct and concerning behavior because it not only brings SAC Healths aim down but hurts patients who are there healing and expecting mutual respect. To anyone reading this, please be aware of Dr. Tania Ghazarian from Behavior Health. My experience with her was shocking. At the start she was nice and but then she turned very condescending and was speaking to me like I was a child. It was really weird. She didnt want to believe the answers that I gave her when she was doing my intake and kept asking the same question over and over. She then she resorted to intimidation. When she was done, her supervisor came in and her whole personality changed and was back to being "nice" and pretending like she just didnt intimidate me. I didnt say anything to her supervisor because I already have anxiety and Im not really a confrontational person, plus, I dont think he would have believed me. I wanted to cry but I held it in. The whole thing felt dehumanizing. Like who are they going to believe? A patient thats there in behavior health or the doctor? I cant believe there are just evil people like that in high positions that abuse their authority. This was the first time something like this happened to me.

Jordan Lopez Hi guys, so I was in the hospital for about 4 days in January and let me tell you guys how horrible I felt being in there. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes from that hospital since I had a glucose of 318mg and staff was great just it took them 3-4 days to figure out what type I was until the last day of getting discharged they said I am T1D. They kept taking out so much blood from me and doing tests to see if the insulin they were running would work on me and let me tell you.. that was a NIGHTMARE! I kept asking the doctors and nurses “what type am I “ and they didn’t know what I had so that gave me a curiosity to get a 2nd opinion so I left the country and saw a endocrinologist and they did blood work on me , studied me and turns out I am type 2 diabetic after getting the news I was in shock. I’m 25 years old and I never had symptoms as a kid nor teenager of diabetes neither does my family have a history of diabetes and until this day my sugars have been controlled without insulin and been changing my lifestyle of eating habits to pursue better health. I would recommend going to Loma Linda if you are a diabetic or see a diabetic endocrinologist if you have symptoms of diabetes.

Delgado 2030 Great staff but security likes to stand their ground like they’re above everyone else. Demanding at the already stressed patients. Understanding that they have rules, they can use a proper approach. We’ve been here for hours waiting patiently watching security escalate situations that didn’t need to be escalated because the person they were demanding was responding respectfully and the security themselves were using a strong and disrespectful approach, as if they were trying to instigate it. We watched a security turn around and say “you better watch your back homeboy” after a conversation with a patiently waiting patient who had to stand in the back due to lack of chairs.

Regardless of whether or not the hospital sees this or the receptionist sees this, what you did to me was not okay. You saw the condition I was in that day, but because of the way you treated me, I did the mature thing but still, I went home and screamed. I was hurting. You could see I was hurting. I was in public. At one point, the second my condition was only getting worse, I just left. My family was highly concerned and thats the thing, some people just dont care. For anyone reading this, I will say this as nicely as possible, there are other hospitals. This is the internet and just be careful, I had to leave for my own safety. My stay there alone was a bit traumatizing and Im fine now. The saddest part is I love this hospital, but the receptionist was very cruel to me. I didnt take what you did or said personally, but please stop. Respect me and my family please, we are going through something and it was not your place to laugh at me. I was in public and it was insensitive. Thanks.

R Vazquez Waiting time is ridiculous!! 3-4 hours just to get checked by the nurse then they tell you to wait outside for another 2-3 hours before you get a room. Then you wait for an hour for the doctor to finally see you. Then 30 minutes to an hour wait for your prescription. They only have 1 doctor. Theyre the worst Urgent Care waiting I ever had to wait for. Staff is okay. Doctor sucks.

ᙅᒪᗢᗩḰ - This place is better than going to my "primary doctor"! I can get in, get out and get medicine and the care that I need. And I can at least see someone in person and not over some stupid video call. And I dont have to wait forever. With my "primary doctor" I cant even get an appointment with them. Not like I would want to cause I feel irrelevant when I go there, always playing and typing on their stupid little laptops making no eye contact with you, making you feel ignored. At least with urgent care I feel like Im being listened to by everyone. They make eye contact and there is not a damn laptop in sight through the process. Ive never had a problem with anyone going here. They had one slip up but nobody is perfect and these people are working their butts off all day trying to do what they can. With all that said I can say I appreciate the work these people do and I will continue to go here whenever I have health issues in the future.

Annamarie Uribe Ive come to this Urgent care so many times and have always had great service. Came in today and everything went smoothly. It wasnt until I left and had to call back to ask for help with my 4 year olds prescription. Michelle the RN answered with so much attitude. Her passive aggressiveness and attitude threw me off that I asked for her name. I never ask for rude customer services names but this time I was just confused and taken back from her. She would only give me her first name and said shes the only Michelle there. Other than Michelle , Ive never had any bad experiences here.

Stephanie Franco Very rude and didn’t want to hear me at all. Went in for having severe migraines & dizziness and was told “it is because of your cough” what cough?? Was prescribed medication for a cough when I didn’t even go in for that. Also was told “there’s absolutely no reason why you need a doctors note”. The doctor “Brian Bearie” makes it seem like you are only there for a doctors note and doesn’t want to hear your concerns at all. I’ve never had this experience here before but today was totally different. He definitely needs to be fired for speaking to patients the way he does.

Brett Valentine Wasn’t very impressed with my last visit to this urgent care; which is unfortunately as I haven’t had problems here before. The PA came in, briefly looked at me, and seemingly undermined my symptoms I was experiencing at the time, and am still experiencing at the time of writing this (2 days after the fact). He had insinuated that I could have the Flu, but didn’t prescribe me anything that I wasn’t already taking to begin with. He topped it off with a seemingly snarky “I’m sorry you’re sick my friend” followed by a little shrug. They tested me for Covid and the Flu, and they said that my results shouldn’t take long to get back, and whenever I’ve called, I’ve been met with a snarky tone from the front desk receptionist and a very dry tone from whoever I spoke to in the lab department. To top it all off, the wait time was atrocious as there was only one physician working a queue of at least 10-12 patients that needed to be seen. I don’t anticipate me writing this review to get me anywhere, but I just feel that it’s necessary to put this out there.

Gabriella Barker This review is 5 stars because of 1 nurse in the CVICU. If your loved one goes to this unit, you’ll be blessed to have this nurse. So for Kandy S the RN in the CVICU I would like to say: She is an exceptional registered nurse who made a significant difference during a challenging time for our family as my mother was in critical condition. From our first interaction she had a warm presence and was so kind. Kandys care provided us with comfort and support. Her knowledge and skill were above expectations and her ability to explain complicated and confusing medical info helped us understand what was going on and the plan. She explained everything she was doing and why so we knew exactly what was being done. She treated my mother with kindness and respect and made sure to clean her mouth turn her and care for her wounds and prevent them. We felt safe and had full trust that my mother was in good caring hands and care. I cannot explain our appreciation highly enough. Her compassionate support has left a lasting impact on our family. We can’t express how grateful we are for her. Thank you Kandy. You are the best RN we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and blessed to have care for my mother!!! You’re remarkable!!.

Elizabeth Rodriguez My dad received great care by RN Anthony (from emergency room), RN Cindy, Melissa, Marissa, Gabe, and Richard. There was even a kind respiratory therapist who was extremely kind my dad and sister. Unfortunately she cannot remember his name. Great hospital.

Shane Torres Waited an hour for my name to be called. When called they took my temp. Then sent me back to waiting room.. took me back in to ask me what happened.. then sent me back out.. hour later got my ct scan.. then sent me back out.. was sent by a nurse to wait in a room for another nurse to let me know I didn’t belong there.. next I get called in so they can ask me again what happened.. still waiting on my paperwork from the ct scan 2 hours ago. It’s 5:06pm.. been here since 11:30am.

Rosie Tercero Extremely disappointed in the the way this hospital runs their ER. Husband went in with chest pain he was placed in a chair in the er hallways with absolutely no privacy, the doctor walked over to speak to us, ashe’d medical history in the hallway while other patients sat in other chairs right. He was basically treated from the lobby. He was sent back to the lobby after each procedure: blood work, IV insert and CT scan. Was called by phone and given results. I was in shock at the level of care that was given at this hospital. I will never go back.

Marcial Montecinos Dr Daniels office needs a lot more professionalism from the staff that work in the office. And Cassandras appointment for surgery was supposed to be done in October and has been postponed until December because Dr Daniels hurt her back. This is not right there should be a backup doctor because the situation that Cassandra is in is very serious. Cassandra has already waited long enough. Im letting other women know out there dont come to this woman to woman this place is a joke because your life is more important.

Stairs C This doctor seems nice but Her front desk staff is ran by racist and rude women. In her San Bernardino location. Her other office in Riverside had a incredibly rude b**** by the name Paula. I hope this woman isnt there anymore. The doctor seems nice but I dont understand how she was able to work around all these b******. Because of the front desk staff I never went back to either location.

Darklight Rebel Dhp. The front desk staff will give you the cold shoulder, cut you off and get nasty about different insurance companies. I wanted a African American physician for this particular health issue that I have. I guess this is what I get. Its that bitter vibe of San Bernardino. Damn!!!!!

Debi McGregor Dr. Daniels is wonderful! She is my granddaughters first gynecologist and she takes the time to actually listen to you and hear what you have to say. She spends a good amount of time with you and you dont feel rushed at all. She explains things so you understand them and before you leave she makes sure to ask if you have any questions or concerns. You can tell she loves her job and her patients!! Her staff are really nice as well. We highly recommend Dr. Daniels and Woman to Woman Ob/Gyn Medical Group!

Casey Ream Ive been going to Dr. Daniels for about 10 years now. She remembers everything including the first visit. Very personal and understanding of my needs. She helped get my hormones under control which allowed me to get pregnant after countless attempts by other physicians. Shes very professional and highly experienced. See you next year Doctor!

jackie drumal La Salle is great! I take my child. I been to the Rialto location as well as the San bernardino location on Mt Vernon and both have been wonderful. Rialto no longer has a pediatrician but that office is clean the staff is friendly and the doctor we seen at the time was so helpful. Both locations are always fast when I go and the Mt Vernon location is clean, friendly staff, doctors are great. The doctors look everything over, dont make me feel rushed and answer any questions I have. It has always been easy for me to get a same day appointment which is important to me so I dont have to go to urgent care and wait forever! The only bad thing is I have seen multiple doctors so they dont really get to know your child but either way theyre still great.

Carlos Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. I spent 30min on hold only to be hung up on, twice. Days later I finally talked to an employee who flat out lied about things because they were too lazy to check something for me. I am trying to get medical help so I don’t get other people sick.

Michael Seebalac Marina makes assessments on complaints but has no regulations that she can cite to back up her claims. But yet she makes the determinations. How is that even possible? Highly unlikely she is a college grad cause performance is that of a gradeschooler. They are in bed with these businesses that they protect even though they are supposed to be working to protect the public. What a waste of time and our tax paying dollars. They have no accountability. Nor do they hold businesses liable for their mistakes. Good thing for me I hired a private investigator to look into this location and he has been monitoring their actions for me with video evidence. Took her almost 6 months to address a complaint. No wonder these medical offices can go around giving poor care, malpractice, violate your rights, lie on medical records, killing people in the process with no recourse. Just a business huh?

Teresa Brecht Hello, my name is Teresa Brecht , and my son Jason has been going to to Carmack MTU since he was released from the hospital & Rehab back in 2011. Once we started coming here, I saw so much improvement. The therapists here care about his health & well- being. They want the children who need services to improve & become more sure of themselves. These kids do have disabilities but when they come here they know that they can get better & hopefully do more things for themselves. I am so thankful to Mr Mike, Ms. Amy, & Ms Riky for helping Jason get where he is today!!!!

Naomi Acosta I currently had an appointment to be seen at the clinic. I waited there for 20 min and asked how much longer it would be and they told me I was next. As I watched everyone being seen, I asked again how much longer and they told me there was 4 people ahead of me. Whats going on? Is the clinic so unorganized that they have no clue what they are doing?

Nola I was skeptical about going here following the reviews but I’m glad I gave it a try. They’ve been punctual. I called them to see a a doctor. I had to switch my plan and they also helped me with that. I went to my appointment. The wait was about 30 minutes. Front desk and doctor were kind. So far no complaints.

Adrienne Cooper I have been a patient with him for years and never had any problems, but since 2020 all they want to do is have tele appts and office staff has become incompetent in getting messages to Dr. Damirchi. Im a Breast cancer patient and the office staff states that tele appts. are the same as in-patient, b.s., im complaining about a lump by my right elbow that has been bothering me for over a month now and they are not ordering the right test or wont. This office and doctor obviously doesnt care about patients He needs more training or should lose his license. The staff they are hopeless. All new staff is needed and they should all work at a garbage dump facility.

kevin jun I do not honestly know this doctor but a nurse working for the doctor is very rude and non-professional. I am sure doctor has his own specialty of his own, but this doctor does not seem to have a skill to hire a right nurse or assistant who represents the doctors reputation. I am a medical supply owner but a nurse called me asked something we could not help, but she just hung up on me while I was explaining the detail without saying thanks or she needs to hang up. So, I called her back why she hung up on me and she said she does not need any more of explanation and hung up on me again. Very rude. Very unprofessional!! If I have a way to talk to the supervisor or doctor I really want to tell them to retrain her before she treats their own customers that way. I wonder how she treats others. DO NOT TALK TO NURSE unless you talk to doctor who is able to help you. Very unpleasant experience!!

christopher dallas went in cause i think i have a pinched nerve in my neck. hand and arm are numb and im loosing mobility and muscle in my left arm. havent been able to sleep in over 2 months. finally got into see the dr. and he agreed that it sounded like a pinched nerve. ordered an x-ray and some lab work. they were supposed to order another test to check which nerve was giving me the issues. after i never heard back from them i started calling them and it took 2 days to finally speak with someone. they said dr. said everything looked fine and dr. Recommend eating less meat and a more plant based diet!? youre telling me if i eat less meat and more plants my arm will start working properly again? Then the lady i was speaking with was like well the dr. already prescribed you a muscle relaxer, i took it like they thought i was in there trying to get drugs. Never ordered the test to check and see which nerve is causing me all the problems. this place is the biggest joke ive ever dealt with. I’m more frustrated that i wasted 2 months dealing with this place. I recommend if you’re having issues save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Leticia Rubio Granados Cyrus Damirchi is a great doctor, but if you cant get an appointment when you need one..what is the purpose? I tried to set up an appointment two weeks in advance but apparently the cant do that. I would also call and no one would pick up. When trying to leave a voicemail their inbox was full. I called for two days, finally on the third day I was able to leave a voicemail but no one ever got back to me. No choice but to switch doctors. I would recommend to reconsider how to schedule your patients, most of us work full-time and need to request a day off TWO weeks in advance. Hope you take my advice

Kathleen Deford I see why you have such bad reviews. You provide horrible patient care. Just realized Im supposed to wait by my phone 11 days after my urinalysis for a call from the King to see if I have a kidney infection. My Physician is able to provide the results right then. What about pregnant women?? They shouldn’t be arrogant at all because they are the worst care possible here. They have the monopoly now but wait till more physicians come to the HD. I’ve seen it happen time and time again. Horrible service just doesn’t cut it anymore after Luigi. The trolls that run the office take enjoyment in not caring for patients. Nothing here to be arrogant about. I hope y’all get a kidney infection, please God. You will reap what you sow.

Frederick Hernandez Dr here is not friendly or compassionate towards patients needs. He’s more condescending than anything. I’m definitely surprised that he hasn’t been sued or his license hasn’t been revoked. Do yourself a favor. Don’t look for convenience because it’s closer. It’s well worth it to travel an extra 5-10 miles for alternative care.

Vicente Reyes-Aguilera For Dr. Dong, supposedly he is very good, but no matter how good the doctor is if there is no consistency, they have to inject me once every two weeks, and normally they do not have the space to give me an appointment every two weeks so they give them to me three weeks apart, and to top it off now they called me to tell me that the doctor has to leave early, that if I can go in half an hour, which is impossible for me, so they give me a new appointment for 35 days, plus 18 days that have already passed since my last appointment, that is 53 days, and I have to inject every 14 days, and according to the receptionists the doctor has to be there for them to inject me, I asked the doctor if this is true and he tells me to ask them, even though they do not put me through to the doctor, they just inject me and thats it, but the doctor does not even see me to give me the injection, but he does charge me for the consultation just for giving me one injection, to top it off, it’s not that I arrive and get injected, I have to be there waiting for more than an hour, and it’s worse if I go to see the doctor, because in that case I wait more than two hours, their excuse is that they always have too many patients, but the truth is that they don’t know how to manage their time, for me if it’s at 2:00 PM it has to be at 2:00 and not at 4:15, that only shows that they are bad at organizing their time, and they make their patients spend hours waiting to receive their consultation, and if they have too many patients and they can’t attend to them, then they shouldn’t accept any more new patients and tell the truth, don’t play with people’s health just to charge for the consultations or hire more staff so that they can attend to more patients without wasting their time.
