Marguarite Selica Robin here... Dr Suh got a good review by Karyn, saying shes so fantastic, even wonderful... what a joke! The diabetes must have gone to Karyns head... unless it was her first appointment... uh, cuz otherwise she had to go to hospital by ambulance, under Dr Suhs care, no?
Dr Suh seems to feel threatened whenever I suggest a, quite necessary actually, dosage change or practically any input into my healthcare. Things she should have volunteered, she refuses, for no reason. She seems threatened by my input and although she should have volunteered changes, without my asking, she adamantly refuses to the point of neglect because, it seems, shes determined not to, pathologically, just because I asked for it. As a result, my health is suffering, as Im writing, right now. Many doctors encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare... Not this doctor! With Marin Health, Im filling a complaint against her and office mgr, Tina. Tina literally slandered me in my own medical records. If Marin Health fires Tina and investigates Dr Suh, I probably wont go to this practice site and protest, collecting contact info of other patients who are suffering likewise so that other patients and I might act collaboratively and I may remove this post, if Marin Health manages appropriately.

Alla Krel I would give -1000 stars to the customer service. Horrible experience, absolutely unacceptable. Over the last 24 months, this practice canceled my appointments twice without ever calling back to reschedule. Eighter the doctor was sick or doctors resigned at the last minute. Things happen and I accepted it as unforeseen circumstances. Finally, my physician scheduled an appointment for me. Three minutes past the appointment, I received a call from the receptionist, Laly discarding "You had an appointment at noon". I was 4 minutes away and I explained that I was coming to the appointment. There was construction work in Greenbrae and I ended up arriving 8 minutes late instead of 4 minutes. She immediately accused me "You said youll be here in 4 minutes and now its 8 minutes", we need to reschedule your appointment". I explained the circumstances of being 8 minutes late. She still insisted on rescheduling though I was in time for the grace period, within 10 minutes of my appointment. I requested to speak with the Office Manager. The Office Manager was not available, but I was offered to speak to the medical assistant, Julianna. After waiting for Julianna for 6 minutes finishing with another patient, I heard Laly telling Julianna about her plan to reschedule me. After that, Juliana explained to me that my appointment was just before lunch time and thats why the doctor could not see me. I am still wondering what type of appointment would be if arrived in time, less than 8 minutes? After coming back to work, I received another call from the MarinHealth scheduling department asking if I wanted to keep an appointment that was already rescheduled. I hope the manager of this practice will take appropriate steps to train front desk people to improve their customer service skills. Unfortunately, I have not had an opportunity to meet with a doctor yet but my first impression about this practice is super negative and disappointing.

Karyn Norris I see Dr Suh and she is fantastic. She and the rest of the office staff are wonderful. I ended up having to go to the hospital via ambulance and the staff was so compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Suh.
