Bella M Dr prescribed a medicine I couldnt take due to allergy. I questioned it before leaving and he said it was fine. Pharmacy would not give it to me saying it could kill me. I called the office several times asking for a medicine change and they ignored me. I ended up having to go to a specialist for a simple infection that could have been taken care of easily. Do not go here they dont care about you.

Jerry Sidhu Based on my recent visit to the urgent care, I would strongly advise against visiting during the weekday. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and did not acknowledge me when I approached them. The smell of urine was also overwhelming, which made the experience even worse. Its disappointing to have to leave such a negative review, but the poor customer service and unpleasant environment are simply unacceptable for a medical facility. I cannot in good conscience recommend this urgent care based on my experience during the weekday. However, I did have a much better experience during my visit on the weekend. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall environment was much cleaner and more pleasant. If you do need to visit this urgent care, I would recommend trying to schedule your appointment for a weekend, rather than a weekday. Overall, my experience at this urgent care was a mixed bag. While the weekend staff were great, the weekday staff left a lot to be desired. The smell of urine was also a major issue that should be addressed. If you do choose to visit, I would recommend going on a weekend and being prepared for potential issues with customer service during the weekday.

Brooke Came to this office on 10/5/2024 and they were closed. The office door and online it says they’re opened saturdays 9am-3pm but I came around 12, the building was unlocked but their office door was locked and the lights off.

Stephanie Stone One of the first ones here when they opened the doors on a Monday. I was 4th to check in. No urgent patients. I came for a quick sports physical ( they charge $30) Almost an hour and a half and I still haven’t been seen and will be Very late to work. Don’t expect speedy service, clear your day if you plan to come here.

Kaylie Moore After explaining my abusive and neglectful past my psychiatrist (I believe it was dr pie) straight up told me im lucky because I have food and a roof over my head where other people in other countries dont. I literally didnt have a bed to sleep in or food to eat as a kid. This is so rude and invalidating and inconsiderate to say to someone. This doesnt help anyone but make them not want to talk about their trauma or ask for help. I will not be coming back thanks a lot.

Michael A Barnes Ive been seen.. via telechat twice, been misled, told Im wrong for how I feel, lied to, put the entire blame on me. Now, Im once again contemplating ending the pain and suffering thats been thrown back at me, and I have no recourse. I will never again use this service. Theyve only reiterated my lack of self worth and value. They are there for paychecks and send you to unsafe locations at your most vulnerable state of being.. I sincerely believe that Death is a better option than being belittled and judged. It only adds to my resolve.

john lopez Would have given zero stars if able Here is what happened I was sick with a pretty bad respiratory infection so I went the clinic in trinity parkway in Stockton . While I was waiting to see the doctor a medical assistant came in and wanted to take my vitals , I kindly asked her to please clean the blood pressure cuff and the spo2 finger probe , she left and came back and said she cleaned them . It did not appear to be cleaned so I asked her to do it in front of me . She refused and just left the room . A few minutes later a man came in the room . He never identified himself and asked why I wouldnt let the Assistant take my vitals . I told him I asked her to clean them in front of me . I reminded him of the Joint Commissions patient safety goal of hygiene that I was within my right to ask her to clean it in front of me . I told him that I was sick and that what I was there for didnt even need my vitals taken anyways . I just wanted to see the doctor, he then began yelling at at me that I had to let her take my vitals . I replied " no I dont Im a customer not a prisoner " . I then told him I no longer would spark to him that he needed to leave the room . He left and then returned and demanded that I leave , he stated he was " kicking me out and if I didnt leave he was going to call the police " I reminded him I was sick ! Was was amazed that he was kicking me out . I got up and left . Once in car I realized they had my 10 dollar co-pay so I went back In and demanded my money back . I then proceeded to another clinic in town . Where when I asked them to clean the equipment in front of me they kindly did so . I will never go back to that clinic again .

Jeremy Hunter I was seen yesterday for intense ear pain. Turned out I have swimmers ear and a sever ear infection. They gave me antibiotic drops and pills. The doctor and staff were somewhat friendly but not helpful. I left the office and assumed the antibiotics would kick in and at least start to make it better. I tried to sleep when I got home and woke up in intense pain (worse than before). I called them back to ask if they could give me anything other than ibuprofen (I was already taking the strongest dose of 800mg). I spoke with the office rep and transfered physician Jennifer. She told me they could not prescribe anything other than ibuprofen even if she wanted too. I didnt understand how they could still be open if they didnt (as physicians) have authority to prescribe something when a patient is in an extreme amount of pain. She gave me the ultimatum of going to the emergency room and I explained to her about how that would make my ear infection doctor visit cost go from $250 to $900 if I had to go to the hospital. She responded with since some people have abused the system it ruins it for people like myself. I asked who was in charge of their operation she said she could email me his info. She never did and I called back later that evening before they closed and she said she would again and never did. What was really odd about this whole thing was that Ive been seen at this office recently like 7 months ago for a tooth ache and they gave me Norcos and now when I had something with worse pain they couldnt do anything. I called this morning to speak with her and she was conveniently out of the office for the rest of the week and that I should go to the emergency room. The rep that I spoke with today said its just their policy that if I had a broken leg it would be different but that "its just an ear infection" they couldnt help me. I told her that my ear infection hurts worse than a broken leg and I would know because I recently broke my leg earlier this year. I would like to see them fix this problem. Either by letting people know before they cant help with pain killers or changing their policies. Yes some people abuse the system but Im not one of them. My thing is they are so unwilling to help when someone actually needs it.

Robert Gable Dr Zina is an actual joke of a “MD” not only do they not offer any actual medical advice that would be relevant to what you came to consult about; she just refers you to go elsewhere after giving you false, misleading, and or flat out irresponsible irrelevant information. She is so atrociously bad at her job and is genuinely on the verge of being an actual scam artist instead of a reputable professional MD. Instead of helping people she takes their money to tell them they should have just gone to such and such or an urgent care. It’s sickening how many people have experienced the same level of terrible medical advice and mistreatment that I have received. I hope she learns from her mistakes and gets better. May god forgive her but I will not. It’s disgusting and disturbing that a medical professional would scam someone who is already going through Ann illnesses and or medical issue as if we didn’t have a rough time already. She deserves to lose her career. Do not waste your time and money on her “services” through the various tela-health apps she “works” for especially the “K health” app. Seriously buyer beware!!!!!

Hollin Wilbur I have had nothing but a hard time. Youre rushed in your appointment with MOST but not all doctors. Then referrals take forever, you have to be on the ball about following up on them. Canceled appts that the doctor has to reschedule and almost all appointments are months out. Worst thing is living in Lodi, a town of 80,000+ people and I am being made to travel to Stockton, Sacramento, Elk Grove for specialist doctors like Dermatology, Child Orthopedic, Cardiac, Sleep, Ear Nose Throat. Why in a town that size must we go out of town to be seen. Not efficient for patients.

Art Oelsner I’ve been a member of Sutter Health for several years, barely needing their services, but when I finally did for a chronic condition, I found a physician on their website specializing in exactly what I needed. The site indicated she was accepting new patients. So, I followed the process. I called the number listed, and they told me I needed a referral from my out-of-area doctor. Fine, I did that. I was told after they received all the information, I’d get a call to schedule the appointment with the doctor. Weeks went by. Nothing. I called back a couple of times—once, they said they never received the referral, so I called my doctor, who confirmed it had been sent. To be safe, a second referral was sent. Still, I waited 3-4 weeks and heard nothing. My primary care physician asked for an update, and was shocked to hear I hadn’t been contacted. So, she took it upon herself to call Sutter Health directly. What did she find out? Yes, they had received my referral. Yes, they had all my information. But, not only had they never intended to make the appointment—they had zero plans to even call me. The issue here isn’t just poor service—though, frankly, having to send the referral twice and repeatedly call is poor service by definition. No, the issue is zero service. They couldn’t even be bothered to make a simple phone call to let me know they had no intention of seeing me. Not one ounce of care. Absolutely nothing. Too bad ZERO stars aren’t an option.

Mary W. I have most of my specialty doctors here. My ENT, Neuro, and Endocrinologist are all good doctors. Theyll listen to you and wont waste your time. Had to have an IV Infusion for Osteoporosis. Made me feel comfortable and not at all like in a clinic. Their Surgery Center is very nice. Its on the same ground as the main building, just across from it.

I made an appointment back in January and had it change to February 10th at 7:30 in the morning Was sent several reminders and text message and everything else to confirm my appointment they verified my insurance and asked about the insurance when I made the appointment so where in the hell do you wait till I show up to tell me that you dont except my insurance I cant get to sleep that I got up early for to come to this appointment back but Sutter Health needs to reimburse me for gas and I feel they owe me a breakfast and an apology

Taylor Ive never had issues with this insurance. Everything is usually great. My doctors have all left or passed away. The doctor I currently have at CMC West Ln is a joke. PHONE CALL APPOINTMENTS TO YOUR DOCTOR ARE A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!She was going over my bloodwork and said I have an auto immune disease with zero concern and when I asked her to explain more she said I need to make another appointment. Now I wait 3 weeks for her to explain to me what she could have already explained.

GH RM This is not dated review from five years ago. This facility has changed hands and ownership and is a complete crock when it comes to care. I just took my nine-year-old son in there who I know has influenza because i just got Over it, and we both got it from the same place. I was looking for some actual help in getting him some medicine that will help him get through it But they didn’t even wanna listen to the fact that I had it and just got over it and now he’s got it. They took his temperature twice and said he didn’t have a fever so all we can do is give him some cough syrup I bring them home and he’s got 101.7° temperature. I’m old-school I use the under the tongue the thermometer it doesn’t lie. These people now do not want any responsibility of diagnosing somebody with anything so they send you out of there with nothing. Absolutely horrific care do not go here ever.

Eric Neitzel Went here once…long wait, weird and small waiting area. It’s right in between two other urgent care places which are far superior, which I don’t really understand. It seems like the place where you go if you can’t get into anything else around the area, but with their hours you can drive a half mile either way and be somewhere better. Just my two cents.

The woman at front desk said “oh the doctor said he is done for the day” I asked what time do you close? Mind you it was 3:40 ish and she said “ it depends on when ever the doctor says he’s done.” I stated that the last person is seen at 4:30pm. She continue to say what the doctor said and how he was done. And she acted like she didn’t know what she was even talking about . I’ve come here before and the doctor does nothing for you he hears you. But he doesn’t listen to what you say and gives you meds and calls it a day I’m so over this place . And I pray people don’t leave here worst then what they came.

Kristina Forino #1 they always use excessive bleach to clean and dont have ANY ventilation. #2 My regular doctor informed me i had a bad sever UTI ..i went to this place a week earlier and they sent me home saying i was fine even tho i was in so much pain. #3 Another time my 3 year old had an ear infection and she was in a lot of pain. Her reg dr said it was a bad ear infection that this place said she DID NOT have. SMH. So Im going to assume they just dont know what theyre doing. Someone told me there is only students here.

Erika Bulsara The place is overpriced and overrated. The employees are rude and unhelpful starting with the receptionists. A doctor told me that he did not prescribed medicine that had to be authorized every month despite the medicine in question was working. He was rude and did not review the files so every time was like the first visit. Somehow they did not send me the co-pay bill and they sent me to collections although it was their fault. I got the bills from collections and called the clinic wanting to pay because I was tired of them at this point and wanted nothing more to do with them. The employee who answered told me that the clinic could not take the payment. After a lot of calls here and there they finally took it. The place is disorganized. It would not surprise me if people end up pushing up daisies because of them. One time I went to get something for the flu. A nurse supposedly saw me but did nothing other than order a cough syrup at the pharmacy. She did not ask me if I wanted a test to supposedly check for the type of virus but she did it. She charged me for it a lot of money. She should have told me what it was and that it was going to cost. She just wanted the money. I asked for a note for my job and she told me that she would give it to me after the three days that my job allows to take sick time without one. I needed a few more days off but she wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again. I left a lot of messages and she did not answer. Finally i called and she was around. She told me that she did not authorize me to take time off and was not going to give me a note. She said that if I needed the note it was necessary for me to make an appointment. It is all about money with them not the patient. Be careful

Linda Dillon I have always had dental insurance but since I am now covered under Kaiser insurance, I was very hesitant to find a new dentist. I cannot being to tell you how pleased I am with Dr. Alma Fonseca and Alina, her assistant. They were very thorough with x-rays and with the exam. Dr. Fonseca did the cleaning (scaling I believe its called). I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! They both explained everything to me when asked. I made the right choice!

Beto Rueda Front office staff is rude and unprofessional for sure! The operators will argue with you on the phone. They do add negative notes to your chart whatever they feel like writing and it will stay on your records forever. I have severe ptsd and I went in for an evaluation. The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t listen to me at all. Because he didn’t like my answers so he put me on a hold even though I was not a danger to myself or anybody else. Then 4 overweight security guards beat me up. I am very capable of fighting and I could have hurt them if I wanted to but I didn’t want to escalate the situation. I suffered bruises all over my body and a black eye. There is a fat lesbian there about 5’3 300 pounds. It likes to challenge men. I’ve heard by paramedics that it is known for causing problems. They abused me and injected me with a medication that I did not approve. I am suing. Horrible place. Terrible staff. Terrible doctors. I wouldn’t take my dog there for a shot. Stay away from all of Dignity Health like the plague.

Richard Rojo When I switched to a doctor here, it took a video visit, two in person visits, and several phone calls to get them to renew my prescriptions. This included meds for life threatening conditions like high blood pressure and cholesterol. They do not like taking phone messages and actively try to prevent you from getting through to the person you need, even if you are returning their call. Long wait times in the lobby, too.

Karen Silveira Dr. Nguyen and her staff have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. They are prompt to get back to me, and always follow through with everything such as referrals and questions I have sent through the portal. I am grateful for Dignity Health, who treats me with respect and that is hard to find these days.

Florence Antonette This is for a specific nurse in the ED that had the greatest beside manner, informative, sweet, and really made sure my dad was taken care of. She wasnt dismissive at all and from the short time getting to know her, she was amazing. If I could recommend her to get a Daisy I would. Jessica (shes Filipina with glasses) is a travel nurse and if youre blessed to have her, she will take care of you. Thank you again!

Jhonny Ali I recently visited Dameron Hospital after experiencing extreme pain , and I couldn’t be more impressed with their care. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in. They quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed me medications that started working within an hour. The relief I felt was almost immediate, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism and efficiency. Dameron Hospital truly exceeded my expectations. thank you for making such a painful experience much more manageable! Highly recommend. And the Iranian doctor was also great!

Emme Smees visit took 6 hours and was completely dismissed by all staff. they were packed which is fine, it happens, but my partner and i were watching shift changes happen and left in the waiting room long after everyone who came in at a similar time was discharged. during intake, explicit details were given of symptoms and the only one that was on the chart was ‘fever’ WHICH WAS NEVER THE CASE. we requested a simple ultrasound and were denied, nobody was able to tell us why and were told we’d have to contact medical records when they opened in the morning. these people simply do not care about the patients that come through their doors

Explain to me Each Procedure. I was So Happy. And on January the 31. I took my Sister Sylvia to Dameron For some Test that Her Dr. requested and Again Bryan was Our Nurse. WOOOOOWW! Never In My Sister and Mine Life, Feel So Comfortable and Relieved, because He cared and explained everything that my sister was going to have done by the Dr. Nurse Bryan was So Proffesional. I guess my PPO insurance was not good enough for them after 30 plus years they dropped me. Prices are through the roof for the same thing Dr Birlew did. I am thinking many feel the same cause that parking lot looks pretty sad when I drive by. Dr Birlew my Respect to you, you were never under appreciated. I wish you well & all the best.

Zola Volsan I went in here to pick up my grandmas paperwork for Sedgwick and the big Samoan receptionist made me wait and was super rude about it. I called at 9am to make sure the paperwork was ready and in return I get an attitude and my grandmother is still waiting on paperwork.

Vincent Lemos I have seen Dr. Birlew since I was a child approximately 8 months ago I had a major surgery. And the clinic had to shut down for a couple months of this year which resulted in me going back to work due to not having time to return to the doctors because of work. there was an outstanding balance I did not know of of for $147 they sent it to collections they told me on Friday when I went to go visit the doctor after not being able to see him I haven’t had time I called within an hour paid for it and now I am no longer able to see the one Doctor Who is taking care of me, since I was a child & through one of my biggest surgeries of my life. Regards to Dr. Birlew thank you for all you’ve done in the 33 years I’ve been a patient of yours.

Suzanne Garcia I spoke with the representative for Apria Before my walker was delivered, I specifically told her I am 4’11” I need a “short” walker. Joe Fleming Completely and utterly the worse company I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my CPAP out of the blue for no reason (they blamed me). I was wondering why I hadnt heard anything from them and only for me calling them did the process move forward. Linsey Gomes Robert the logistics manager in Stockton was the most helpful person we encountered. He seemed to genuinely care. Michael from the escalation team was helpful as well however, the fact that I had to escalate my concern to get the wheelchair we needed was ridiculous. I was lied to repeatedly about its whereabouts and ETA from multiple different employees after a weeks worth of phone calls.

Andrew Kramolisch Apria has friendly customer service agents, which I have to contact regularly because their actual service is terrible. I’m in week 2 of trying to get the right piece of equipment since they initially sent me the wrong one. If you can avoid this company, I recommend doing so.

Joe Gutz Over all it is a good hospital with good Doctors, nurses, and staff. But, the hospital itself, like most businesses, is run like a business. They are more worried about the money, the bottom line. My wife is having a procedure done and unfortunately the insurance only pays 80%. Before she can have this procedure we had to pay full amount or 75%, $750. We had to charge it on our credit card. This is ridiculous. They are more worried about getting their money than making sure a person gets treated. Our medical system is like any corporation in America, profits come first. Thanks for reaching out. But at this point, a bit late. We already charged it and you got your money. And my wife had her procedure, yesterday, the 5th.

Jessica Juarez I had to have surgery and then was admitted. I had 2 nurses Edgar and Aseye. Best nurses ever! They took great care of me. I was treated like was staying in a 5 star hotel. I never had to wait for my call light to be answered. They were on top of my pain. They were incredible. Management needs to reward theses nurses.

Vickie Sanchez I sent my mother by ambulance to the ER, she was having a hard time breathing. The ER doctors and nurses refused to admit. Over medicated her with pain medication. The abundance driver called me concerned that they were releasing her with blood pressure as high as 189/74. The next day she was to weak to get out of bed. I called her kidney doctor who told me to send her back out to the hospital. This was at 11:30am. I started to receive calls from my mom at 8pm that she had not received any treatment. I arrived at 9:45pm to find my mother with regulated blood pressure at 138/54 and low oxygen 86. I asked to speak to a doctor or nurse to see why my mother was not receiving oxygen. I had to remind them she is on 2 liters regularly as stated in previous visit. Still waiting after 10 hours in the ER for my mom to be admitted into ICU. Disappointing in the care and services with DMC. Praying my mother makes it, I will not hesitate to contact attorney guidance in the morning.

Donald Bradley My mother went to Drs Hospital and was fully alert,but very ill. Talked to her one day and the next the Dr. Was pushing us to allow them to take away her oxygen so she could strangle to death in her own fluids. He gave her Ativan against our wishes, As she lay dying my sister was distraught an the nurses were snickering and laughed at her. They spoke to each other in a foreign language and then would laugh. It was clear they had no intention of treating her and the Dr just let her go.

Javier Nesta If you can get this Hospital within your Insurance Network Coverage, I highly recommend them. Took my Dad on a Friday to the ER. We were there for a while as expected. However, Staff Nurses and Doctor all great service under the ER circumstances. This Hospital should be your go to if you live near by.

Rs My mom recently had a stroke and in our opinion she was taken care of well. Also she goes to wound care twice a month for something separate but the staff and nurses treat her with the most care. I personally have not had the best of luck with this facility but was years ago and the way they treat my mom I can forget about the past. I was apprehensive about my mom coming here but they took very good care of her and we continue to come here when in need.

Jee Seong Kim I went to the ER for an X-ray for my ankle and was out of there in about 1 hour and 30 ish minutes. I was billed 3308 dollars. I never spoke with a doctor or had a room in the ER. Just a simple X-ray, then the doctor looked at it over the computer, sent the results to the LVN, and then I was sent home. Its ridiculous how that costs 3308 dollars along with the Kaiser insurance I had.

miss steaks Waited at the hospital with excruciating pain for 6 hours to get care only to be told things I already know and sent home with a prescription I could get the next day. Next day comes and I discover they never even sent a prescription to my pharmacy despite promising me they would because apparently I “don’t actually need it”?? Do not go to this place if you can. All they do is waste your time and gaslight you.

Adorned by Noorain S. I took my mom to this location multiple times in ER ,each time they ran hundreds of tests telling us everything is ok. She needed biopsy right away but we have been told after several tests including CT scan,xrays,blood works, ultrasounds etc that she is ok and nothing to worry about. But the issue was still there and I my self asked and arranged biopsy with OBGYN in another clinic and now its diagnosed that she has uterus cancer.and referred to an Oncologist. The referral should be sent in October this year by Sutter ER but they hold us after several hours in ER running thousands of tests and then letting us go saying everything ok and nothing to worry. Bad place to go ,if they can do this type of negligence they can do anything.they do not deserve even 1 star rating. Disappointed and angry at the same time.

Moth Ortiz RANDEEP JOHL is very unprofessional and should not be a doctor. Ignored two referrals I was requested to get. My career choice was insulted. He talked about ELON MUSK at my appointment. Practically said hes only a doctor for the money. He should be fired. Plus after making a complaint about him twice now theyve told me a supervisor is gonna give me a call and they never did. Twice now. Ive been trying to get the correct referrals since my last appointment about TWO weeks or more ago. ☺️ Dont go here if you want actual medical help because theyre useless.

Cecilia Alcala I would rate them ZERO STARS if I could. Worse prenatal service they rejected me getting a OBGYN had 4 different midwife’s who dont know what the hell they are doing or talking about . Never took the time to even use the Doppler nor measure my stomach NOTHING at all. Had so many complications since the beginning trips to the ER. ER would tell me one thing and I’d always call to get in contacts with the midwife and of course they never took my concerns in consideration everything was “normal” to them . Lost my baby boy at 22 weeks due to me going into preterm labor and actually being a high risk pregnancy I was in the borderline of dying do to an infection I had which they never ran labs for that ended up going into sepsis shock.Oh and they never go over your ultrasound results or labs I had to ask them how everything came back but them doing it on their own never !!!!! Don’t go through this clinic if your pregnant.

Mariana Solorio I literally dont understand how they have two stars. They take forever to answer the phone and theres so many extensions. Healthy beginnings doesnt have their own phone number to call directly. They have me waiting forever even though I have an appointment. Its ridiculous. All they do is apologize but they dont change. I been waiting for my ultrasound appointment and its been a month and they dont send the referral. But when I go they tell me to give them 4 days and I do and I call the ultrasound they say theres no referral.

Shaneil Lindner- Mckinney Did not have a good experience. They didn’t keep up with anything, changed my appointments without consulting with me. I’ve been on maternity leave since July 28th and they never even turned in the paperwork to the edd office. Had my baby on the 25th of August and was told I’d be able to get my tubes tied after but the hospital knew nothing of it nor had my paperwork. I do not recommend this clinic especially to first time mothers

tamara woods On April 25, 2024 I went to the 1801 March lane Ste 470 community medical clinic in Stockton, hoping to receive services for an illness that I have. I only needed a prescription filled but was still made to wait nearly 5 hours! Upon arrival the desk clerks were extremely short tempered and intolerant with me and other patients. They displayed horrible attitudes when asked simple questions like wait time and buzzer information! The clerks were not discreet with their voices when they were checking in patients either! Therefore, confidentiality was out the window and everyone could hear what you were there for. The wait time was four plus hours so I chose to sit in my car because there was nowhere to sit inside of the lobby. After waiting an hour and a half I realize I was never issued a buzzer so I went back inside to obtain one. The CMC Supervisor issued me one with no problem, and was very mild mannered and kind. After waiting an additional hour, I went back inside to make sure that my name had not been called even though I had a buzzer, When I went to check the status of my wait time, another clerk at the desk was extremely rude and intolerant and shouted. It’s not your turn your buzzer will go off when it is (keep in mind they initially forgot to give me one) you’re not gonna be seen till after five, so you have more than an hour of wait time, it doesn’t matter what your buzzer says, and then she rolls her eyes and turns her back to me as if I was not standing there and not a human being. The Behavior displayed to multiple patients was beyond unacceptable! I finally asked to speak with a supervisor and issued a complaint, of course there were more details given than what I’m writing here … overall, if you want to keep your dignity and respect, go to a different clinic where you will be treated kindly. Although this is a walk-in clinic. We still have the right to be treated with respect and kindness. The work ethic at this place is extremely poor. They treat patients like they are less than a human and I would not suggest anyone come to this medical facility!

In so many words Im an begging this again right now that I have to pass out from asthma to be seen.I have 4 pumps left g non of them care. One gave me an appointment for the 30th & Im in the parking lot now. If you are signed up here you should leave and if you are considering you have a more sure result in the line for hell.

David J Completely useless staff. Nurses do not pay attention to doctor orders. Leave patients for other patients. I had a horrible experience. I was bleeding, multiple injuries. Meanwhile I cant get a nurse to take me from place to place without speaking in Spanish just to chat. Sometimes you see 4-5 nurses behind desk and only 2 working. In the back they chit chat with eachother 80% of the time then actually helping people. To bad because they are in medical field they can do whatever and get no consequences.

Ravneet Singh St joes I took my wife at the ER, for seizures. The nurse (Palvika Kumar) at registration kept rushing my wife, even though while she was seizing. When I asked to slow down, she rolled her eyes, looked at other staff and said we have time limits to do our tasks. She was moving my wife so fast and was very ruthless. My wife could not handle the stress. It took them 2 hours to send the doctor to check my wife. The urine sample stayed there for 3 hours. My wife was seizing every 5-9 minutes. After losing my patience after 5 hours, I asked the nurse coz the seizures were increasing, guess what the nurse (Melissa) said, “Sir, your wife is not dying, her vitals are normal” I asked if she is waiting for dying situation to occur, she said, yes if that happens we have all the equipment to take an action. She said it in front of my wife who is seizing!! These two nurses do not deserve to be in the health care. We eventually requested to be discharged. While discharging, the Nurse (Melissa) acknowledged that my wife was having seizures. The urine sample is still sitting there. We left!

Boni Hamilton My hubby and I have had to go to emergency several times in the last 6 months and we have had a great experience every time. He was taken back quickly and I was able to see him within 15 min after he was settled in. Everyone was very attentive. He had to be admitted one of those times and he was in an available bed the next day..

The nurses are doing their best, but the real issue lies with upper management and the system itself. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, and it’s clear that no one is stepping up to fix it. Frankly, I’ve lost faith in the people responsible for these decisions. There is too much to say here but no one cares.

Eduardo Cortez While some of the staff were kind and helpful, I couldn’t ignore how uncoordinated most of them seemed. I visited the ER for extreme dehydration, and I could feel my condition worsening by the hour. My body was struggling, and inside the ER, I could barely coordinate myself, sit upright, or think clearly as my cognition deteriorated rapidly. I repeatedly voiced concerns about my dehydration, which continued to worsen, yet I was denied water and did not receive IV fluids for several hours. The lack of urgency from the staff was troubling, and I felt that some of the nurses did not take my condition seriously. At one point, a nurse either drew blood or applied an IV but left the tourniquet tightly on my arm for an extended period. I only realized this much later when another nurse discovered it and corrected the mistake. While I understand that they couldn’t give me water right away, I would have appreciated more concern and attentiveness from the staff. I hold great respect for nurses, having spent time in many hospital environments due to my family’s medical history, but I have never witnessed anything like this before. I don’t want to place blame on the nursing staff or doctors specifically. Instead, I believe this hospital needs to focus on improving its systems and enforcing stronger ethical standards to ensure better patient care.

nb barrz I will definitely think about it twice before coming here again. Came with a hurt knee that I know isnt broken for them to do an Xray to tell me it isnt ( I already knew that) and thats all, asked to see my regular doctor to see if I need a MRI, I asked if they could just do it here since Im in pain and cant really walk and the doctor said "we dont do that here, its the emergency room and we only do it to patients that have a back injury" and something else cant recal,. So you do do it or you dont? I left this hospital exactly the same way that I came in which should never happen in my opinion. Waisted my time and theirs. The only good thing was my nurse that took me to the Xray, she is awesome and so helpful, I regret not getting her name, other than that this place is trash.

M Gomez Let me save you time. If you have something that is not obvious they will not help you, just run some preliminary testing and send you home saying you seem fine. So dont waste your precious minutes here if you think you have an emergency. I had debilitating anemia from a GI bleed that left me feeling the weakest I have ever felt in my life, I lost 8 pounds in less than a week from the lack of appetite. I tried telling them that I had blood work results from earlier this week, so I wanted to show them and compare to see if it had gotten worse, and they said yeah well look at it later. I also told them I was worried because had blood in my stool and they said okay well check for hemorrhoids and they never did that either, just took blood samples and ekg... After what little testing they did they I waited patiently, until they called me in and just gave me discharge papers telling me Im young so I should be healthy and I seem fine even though I was physically the worst I have ever felt in my life and obviously not fine... what the hell... Also, while I was waiting and needed to go pee, a homeless person took over the sink in the restroom for at least 30 minutes to wash himself with rags. How insane that I was unable to wash my hands in a HOSPITAL with a bunch of sick people because of this.

Holly Yager If you or any of your loved ones ever need surgery or care please do not go to San Jauquin General it was a nightmare they shoved 4 people to a room they couldnt get my wheel chair in it was so cramped, good thing there wasnt a fire I wouldnt have made it out, the food was so nasty I didnt eat anything except a muffin a fruit bowl and a dinner roll for 3 days. My call button didnt work which i told countless nurses they finally gave me a desk bell on my last night which they mostly ignored or couldnt hear, the machine alarms beeped for hours, everyone in my room including me moaning in pain all night and one lady sounded possessed so instead of giving her better care after 2 days they gave us ear plugs,my bed was next to the door so every time it opened the door hit my bed and hurt my broken leg. Oh and I had to go to the Jackson ER the same night I was released because I already had a fever,which I told the San Juaquin nurses about and nothing was done thank God for Jackson ER they gave me proper care and antibiotics. My leg was hot to the touch. Oh and its was nasty dirty in there carpets all stained trash overflowing. The more I think the worse it gets
