Erika Mejia I visited this hospital yesterday due to severe pain and had a very disappointing experience. It took over four hours before they finally diagnosed me with a UTI. Getting a CT scan took more than 2.5 hours, and I had to wait another two hours just to be told I was going home with antibiotics. Despite having a 102°F fever and severe back pain, there was no bed available for me to lay on the entire time. Throughout my visit, some staff members who seemed to be supervisors were walking around asking patients questions about their experience, almost like a survey, when all I wanted was to be left alone to deal with my pain. The only male nurse who treated me well was the one who took me to get my CT scan. Unfortunately, the others were rough when placing and removing my IV and during discharge. This was by far the worst ER experience I’ve had, and next time, I will go to a different hospital. I do not recommend this ER for emergency care.

Friend. I went into the emergency room expecting to wait forever but was very pleasantly surprised with how well organized they seemed to be. I was given multiple tests and checked in all quickly and with care. The doctor took my complaints seriously and determined I have pneumonia that hadnt been seen on previous chest x-rays. Overall as good an experience as I can imagine for an emergency room. Thanks for your care.

Loree Olson ER: Patti is FANTASTIC. My nurse Karyn truly should reevaluate if she actually likes her job and people. Ceasar with EKG was wonderful, and the two MRI guys were exceptional! Dr. Dylan Mann either has none or lost his “bedside manner” in addition to not being thorough.

Holly Garrett Doctors and nurses are amazing people. The hospital was really nice. I also had a great interaction with the help desk lady and told her how amazing the staff was and all the nurses. These women and a few men work hard for people there. And the experience wasn’t as long as I thought. The staff was all wearing holiday gear which made me feel welcome. They valet your car there which was really nice. And the view from the waiting area was beautiful.

Kimberley Brownwood Today we had to take our daughter to the emergency room, she was at our church playing on the monkey bars, slipped and tried to use her arm to catch herself and it was such a scary moment for my daughter and us. But I wanted to compliment the team there who took such great care of her and made her feel so special and comfortable. Rick The head nurse checked in on our daughter to make sure she was in good hands, and Adam brought her a teddy bear and popsicle. It was really kind of them to go above and beyond to make her feel special and cared for. thank you inland valley emergency!!!

Teresa Santiago All the Nurses were very nice and so helpful with my Husbands needs. The ones in ICU were great when my Husband was having delusions but he got over them when his sodium levels came up. Even the Nurses on the 2nd floor were great to my Husband. The only complaint I have is the rooms were two small for two Patience in them.

Boo Boo Well my name is Raymond I was in ICU FOR 30 days . There were so many great nurses that cared for me . However one stood out His name was James he was kind to me and after surgery had so much compassion for me that I’ll never forget him, I had a lower right lobectomy. Very painful. His attention to my pain and his calm demeanor surely was a godsend. I hope he is able to read this. Thank all of you so much

Howard Hough I have been to Dr. Ocampos office three times. Have only seen her once. 48 hours ago I had a ultrasound done on my leg due to severe Venus Reflux. I was told I would be getting a call from my doctor within 24 hours. So far I have called 4 times and left messages and they have not responded. This is unacceptable! I have a serious problem with my leg being swollen twice the normal size. Something really needs to change at this office.

Robert Smith I scheduled a consultation for my wife due to the high blood pressure and blood thinner medications she was taking that made her sick 24 hours a day. The first consultation ended up with a request for lab extensive lab work which was expected. Our expectation on the return consultation proved useless. No plan other than some hormone cream which has nothing to do with what we were after in ultimately getting to the root cause of her condition and eliminating the pharmaceuticals. I’m totally confused on what they actually do for someone looking for non mainstream medical help, it wasn’t there. We were left with the thoughts of what a waste of time and money. Seriously deficient in their ability to set up a treatment plan and zero follow through.

L B I took my daughter today after I’ve been seen , I wish they had more insurance options but everyone should know about this type of Health care, Luke Fisk has been amazing to me and now my daughter she feels for the first time that she has some answers, Regular doctors prescribe this Dr gets on our level figures out the root of the issues. I won’t ever do a regular primary again without seeing a intergrative Doctor first . I wish the office staff was as caring as the doctors but overall an amazing experience!

Michael C I must say this was an extremely disappointing situation. I took my wife in for an appointment that she waited 6 months for after confirming with staff that our insurance would cover the type of treatment she needed. At the check in , my wife was told that they did not cover the treatment after all and the staff that informed her previously was “new”. Then after being declined we were told that we had to pay a cancellation fee! Really horrible experience as my wife has no relief and we’re back to the waiting line.

Nick Castleberry They used to be great. Now, theyre just there for the profit, not for providing care. I still see Dr. Hazen, but refuse to see anyone else. Dr. Hazen and his staff are awesome, the rest of the office is hot garbage. It is unfortunate, but it is the truth. If you need chiropractic care, get in with Dr. Hazen and do not bother with the other side of the clinic, it just isnt worth it. One star for TCIM, 5 Stars for Dr. Hazen and his staff.

kathi woodard This practice from the Reception Areas to the IV room nurses to the doctors and staff are excellent. Ive been going to Dr, Hazen for years and have now moved my entire health issues to TCIM. Everyone is efficient, friendly and concerned. Dr. Lundquist has accepted my health issues and we are on a plan to bring me back to good health. It is not a practice that offers you drugs and pushes you out the door. It is mind, body soul and getting to the cause ad working with you to repair it. They offer it all. Would recommend to anyone who needs people who care.

Vivian Soto Horrible. Yes that is my first word on here. The nurses are amazing the staff is over all very nice. Now that doctor Laura, is the bad person here. She denied my FMLA leave mind you I was working is sanitation services. CHEMICALS. I even went homeless and every visit she kept asking what was my job. She doesn’t even bother to remember her patients let alone actually care for them. She even tried getting me on insulin when I did not even need it. She tried giving me every diabetic “medicine” in the book. My glucose were never that high. But maybe she was. Very rude when you try talking to her she will just talk over you so please don’t waste your breath. I do not recommend this “doctor” to any pregnant momma especially the new moms to be. Please avoid the headaches. I hope I save some from going through what I went through. I denied the 3rd 3 hour glucose test due to being bruised by the pokes from not finding my veins. And because I refused she tried forcing me again to do it or be transferred, glad I transferred instead. BYE. No thank you . Zero stars if I could. Please save yourself and your unborn child.

Yovaneli Mcknight Doctor Hoffman is simply amazing. In my lifetime going to doctors I have never been treated so amazing. He took his time and explained everything to me (which I have been to many doctors and appointments for this problem and none ever did) he also called me the following day just to simply check up on me and make sure I was doing ok. I am thankful and happy that I found him and moving forward will only be seen by him.

M E Dr Trang Louie is amazing! I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years, and I have always walked away feeling well taken care of, they are professional, patient and caring. From the front desk to the doctors, I have experienced friendly and sympathetic bedside manner. Dr Trang Louie goes above and beyond the call of duty. She makes me feel heard and in good hands. Her approach to medicine and care sets the bar. My family has also been patients of Dr Derrick Wright and he is also great! I highly recommend this clinic and the amazing Doctors who serve the community.

laura deyo Horrible MD (DR Vincent) my husband just went into a visit with him. My husband has been having horrible pain in his rotator cuff. It started while working as an ICU nurse in the COVID ICUs. He walked in the room per my husband and was in there less than 3 minutes. Us both being RNs I know you cannot possibly bill our insurance for that new visit contact which insurance allots 15-30 minutes when you spent 3 minutes in the room. When you don’t address his concerns about his rotator cuff and just blame it on…”ahhh man it’s just sports pain”. Sports pains? For deep rotator cuff pain dude? Mr. Vincent we are both are in the medical field do better. Horrible bedside manner. As an ER nurse in pediatrics if you came to me with your child and I only made contact for 45 seconds how would you feel?

Alexander Garcia I recently visited the urgent care due to sinus congestion that I had for over a week after recovering from a mild cold, this is not common at all for me and that why I needed immediate medical advise. Unfortunately the physicians assistant (Ernest Stock) didn’t provide the best care. He was adamant that I had Covid which the office couldn’t test me for, wrote me a prescription in case I didn’t feel better but was insistent that I didn’t need it and that this was probably Covid. I went home and tested negative for Covid while still feeling horrible, then went to a different physician the next day and he told me I needed antibiotics right away. Within one day I started feeling better. While I am appreciative I got a quick appointment at Rancho Family Urgent Care and was seen promptly, the visit felt pointless and very rushed. I was literally speaking about my continued concerns as the PAC was trying to walk out the door. I’m giving three stars because the staff was nice and the wait was very short.

Monique deGroot I’ve been here a few times & it was great. I got there around 7:20am. 1 patient was leaving. Sat in the empty lobby till 8am. Paid my copay. Was taken back. They weighed me and put me in a room for another 15 minutes. When the nurse came in, he was wearing a blue puffer jacket. Friendly, no name tag, looked in my throat with a light, then stood over 4 ft away from me. Didn’t feel my neck which was totally swollen, didn’t look at my ears or nose. He didn’t even have a stethoscope to check my chest or my back if I was wheezing or had fluid in my lungs. Left the room came back and said they had no more strep tests so he couldn’t do that test? I told him my symptoms. I thought I might have food poisoning, but my throat was killing me maybe from the acid of throwing up for the entire day? I could barely swallow. He asked me to come back if I still wasn’t feeling well, but I said what if I am sick, the weekend was coming up & I wouldn’t have time. If he could just give me some antibiotics if I started feeling worse. He also prescribed me a steroid, and some lidocaine gel for my throat. I know nothing about steroids, so I picked them up at the pharmacy but I didn’t use them. He never explained what that was for anyway. Then left the room. It felt look like he just walked off the street and into the room. It’s 2 days later now and I still feel terrible. I started taking the antibiotics. Not sure what I have, but that certainly didn’t make me feel any better. Weirdest urgent care experience ever. I will say I’ve seen Dr. Nunez here & he was very thorough with me, my son, and my parents.

Joe Reynoso Heal Medical Group is a healthcare provider that collaborates with the Veterans Affairs (VA) to evaluate medical reports submitted by veterans as part of their claim process. I recently had an encounter with this process. I consulted with a doctor for my VA claim, and upon submission of the report, it was forwarded to Heal Medical Group for a “REVIEW”. It was disheartening to learn that they concluded my claim was not service-related. This decision was made without a personal consultation, which I believe is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of a veteran’s health condition. If you are a veteran and your VA claim process involves Heal Medical Group, I would recommend requesting a different medical office for a more thorough and personal evaluation. This could potentially increase the chances of your claim being accepted.

Renee Bouffard We have had a horrible experience with Dr. Messenger and his staff. They constantly cancel appointments and never return calls. We’ve been trying to contact the office for four weeks now to give us an update on my daughter’s medication and no one will get back to us. She has a serious medical condition and Dr. Messenger has failed to put in a prior authorization for her medication. We’ve made several attempts to get a hold of his medical assistant with no return calls going on week five now. Someone from the front office told us it was pending to only find out from our insurance that it’s not true. Front staff and his medical assistants are completely unprofessional and don’t care about their patients. My husband went to the office today and no one would help him or give him any information and they refused to contact a supervisor. We are moving forward with filing a complaint with the medical board. I would not recommend this cardiology medical group.

Andy Stockglausner **UPDATE AGAIN** They stuck me with the pathetic Dr Niraj V. Parekh again and the experience was worse than the 1 star experience I had the first time. Based on other negative reviews Ive seen of this place, this is a common practice for this poor excuse for a doctor. Dr. Parekh in Murrieta, CA, is an embarrassment to the entire profession of cardiology. I saw him once, about a year ago, and he was so horrible that the office promised that Id never have to see him again. Somehow they booked me with him again this time and he was actually worse, which I didnt think was possible. I have a history of heart failure and he dismissed every concern I had and laughed at me and said "that’s not my problem" when I talked about having chest pains. Yes, a CARDIOLOGIST told someone with a history of heart failure describing chest pains that it wasnt his problem that its my primary care doctors problem. Because my calcium scan score was low, a test that he didnt order, he couldnt care less about my chest pains. I explained the reason I had concerns about and thats when he told me it wasnt his problem, literally, that is a direct quote, no BS. He did a 2 second listen to my heart, I mean literally 2 seconds, no exaggeration, I think he was just checking a box. He laughed at my concerns and said "weve been through this before, man". Thats an exact quote. Im assuming he was talking about the last time he blew me off and insulted me. I told the office to make sure his appointment notes show that someone with a history of heart failure complained of chest pains and he said it wasnt a problem. That way, if I drop dead from a heart attack at least my wife can sue him for malpractice. If you have an appointment with Cardiology Specialists in Murrieta, Im telling you, tell them you will not see this guy. Hes a pathetic doctor. Ive seen a lot of doctors in my life and Dr. Niraj V. Parekh is by far the worst. Its not even close. He shouldnt even be practicing medicine with a pathetic bedside manner like that. Ill be writing reviews about him in as many places as I can find. The staff at this office has always been great. But Dr. Niraj V. Parekh is dragging the place down. **UPDATE** In the end the new doctor ended up being good and Im happy with the office overall. **UPDATE 2/8/23* After seeing my review the office called me and was very nice and is working to see if I can see a different doctor in the office. Everyone I dealt with there BESIDES the specific doctor I saw was great, it was just the doctor had no interest in my condition. I will update the review accordingly after my next visit. They completely blew me off. I had CHF in 2005 at the age of 29. I recently had some symptoms again and during my appointment the doc couldnt have been less interested. He said "If your heart was going bad again you would know it". My primary doc referred me to get an echocardiogram, which I used to get annually. The cardiologist said "We can do one, but we wont contact you unless something is wrong." I saw during my echo that my EF was below 50%, which is 15% lower than my previous echo. I had to follow up and call the office and they wouldnt book a follow up appointment and told me that doctor said "50% EF, normal echo. They didnt care what I had to say and the doctor didnt listen to me and seemed annoyed that he even had to see me. If you can find another doctor you should instead of going to these guys.

Dottie Henderson Saw Dr. Cox after having my first scary event with my heart going in to A-FIB. I actually saw him in the hospital first and he listened and prescribed the right meds for me. Then said I need to follow up with a cardiologist when I leave and I told him I did not have one yet because we just changed insurance from Kaiser to PPO Blue Shield /Blue Cross, so he gave me his card and I followed up with him which gave me peace and he was once again kind and attentive. The nurse and receptionist were also very sweet. I’m feeling great now! I go back in 6 months.

Freedom 0fThought I saw “doctor” Nader attia for follow up few years after seeing other Indian doctor who was very rude to me for some reason. Yet, he did order echo and stress test. Anyway my pcp wants me to see cardiologist since last year bc of my blood work and tachycardia and shortness of breath and I saw Attia few months ago, he did ekg, and said “since nothing has happened to you so far we don’t need to continue further testing if something wouldv happened to you it wouldv have by now, don’t need to come back”. That’s shady and messed up. I could tell he didn’t like me bc of some reason (maybe bc of my middle eastern ethnic background?) or was in bad mood. 100% could tell bad intent. Well I will definitely let Sacramento board know bc he can hurt more patients. This “Cardiology Specialist Medical Group” should close down for well-being of patients.

Tracy Jors Dr. Basch and his staff would get a 10 star rating from me if I could give that rating to him and the staff. Dr. Basch is a great Doctor. He has helped me through some medical issues that have changed my life! He has always been able to make me feel positive and informed about my health. I am glad that he is my Doctor. The staff there is caring and very helpful, when I have a question and need to call the office. They take time to get me an answer and call me back if they need to. Appointments are easy to setup and not booked way out. The wait time that I have recieved at the office is minimal as well as the wait time for Dr. Basch to enter the room. Jaleh M The worst staff ever, they should not be working in a medical field, I have seen front office girl place patients on hold to finish her paperwork or wonders around the office. if you need anything from prescriptions to X-rays and lab work, takes minimum of 2-3 calls in order for them to get it right and send it through, absolutely the most incompetent staff, also rude and very disrespectful at times and they talk back to you . I don’t think dr. Basch knows how his staff works and how they are hurting his business. I am not going back there anymore, I don’t have the time or energy, Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

Dr. Basch himself takes the time to actually find out what is wrong and he cares and asks appropriate questions. He is a definitely a rare find.

daisy saucedo The staff and Dr. Berns are all very professional and kind. I brought my mother-in-law to her surgery appointment. They allowed me to go in the back with her while they prepped her for surgery. This was extremely important for my mother-in-law as she had so much anxiety. Everyone treated her so kindly and were extremely patient with her. My mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the level of care she received.

Arman Semerjian I had a last minute emergency surgery that was going to cost me over $16,000 at Inland Valley Medical Center. As a cash patient, this was not a viable option. With only 1 day notice, Temecula Valley Day Surgery and Home understood my situation and their cost was $3,000. I was extremely happy with the entire process from check in to post op. Staff was friendly and professional and I had not hidden costs. Highly recommend this center. Arman S

Kay Jane The staff here are excellent. They went above and beyond to make me feel calmed and confident going into surgery. All the nurses were super sweet and I would highly recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Kim D BEWARE! They charge you an ”estimate” for your portion up front (which is ALWAYS high) and tell you you will receive a refund if you overpay BUT they will keep your money unless you check your insurance and can understand all the confusing bills and call and request a refund! They will keep your overpayments! This should be illegal and is it least horrible business practice! This happened both times I had surgery there and they had my money for over a year and had no intention of reaching out to me to let me know it was owed to me. It was by accident I find out.

SB I had one appointment with Dr. Carla Soler, and while I found her to be a great doctor, the office management is a nightmare. Their phone system has been down for months. I needed a prescription updated with the pharmacy, and despite multiple attempts from the pharmacy to contact them, I kept getting a message that their system was down and to come into the office for any concerns. Frustrated, I went to the office only to find out they had moved locations. I then had to go to the new office to request the prescription update. Despite this, the prescription was still not sent, and I had to make another trip. I dont live close, so this was a major inconvenience. While my situation wasnt life-threatening, I worry about older patients who may live alone and rely on timely medication. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. When I complained in the office, they showed no concern at all. Needless to say, I have changed my primary care provider.

Jillian Crosby I really liked Dr. Soler at first! She was super nice and accommodating. However, I wanted a referral to a rheumatologist for a suspected autoimmune disorder. She refused to give me a referral, even though I asked for one a few different times. She still would not give me this, so I changed primary care doctors. My new primary care doctor gave me the referral right away and it turns out I do have an autoimmune disease.

Kayan D. Absolutely terrible experience. I am considered high risk for miscarriage and found myself with new insurance and pregnant and not having established care anywhere yet and made an appointment here. I know the insurance I have and I know I need a prior authorization in order to be seen at the high risk obgyn clinic. They refused to even see me to write the prior authorization. Funny that cuz to me that really just says "we dont want to treat you but we dont want you to be able to be treated elsewhere either" this place either lacks compassion or critical thinking skills

Lauren Rosario This place has some good doctors ive been seeing them for 2 years and havent had many issues. I have seen Mirshahzadeh for womens health twice now and both times she made me feel very uncomfortable. Very rough and non comforting or compassionate. She does not know how to talk to patients. If I had realized she was the same provider I had seen when I first started coming here I wouldnt have even scheduled with her.

Tint Deals They wont prescribe any "controlled substances" for severe sciatica from a bone spur on my L2 pressing on my S1 sciatic nerve on an x ray and MRI. Car accident aggravated it 10x. I went outside laid down and called the ambulance. At the hospital they gave me 2 weeks worth of Norco 10mg (invented for pain) to get me though till pain management. If you have an appointment with Dr Vivian for any type of serious issue past something an ointment would cure, you would be better off asking a random person what to do. I waited a over a month to see pain management where they prescribed opioid pain treatment. Almost lost my job from the pain and Vivian Thai was quite ok with that. Out of all the people who go to medical school there are a few who cheat their way through. I think I found one.

Alexandria Stopsen We LOVE Dr. Robbins however the excessive wait times are awful. I waited almost 3 hours yesterday with my 4 month old, there is no way I could’ve done this with my toddler. The front desk staff isn’t the nicest either and seemed very annoyed when I asked for an updated wait time. I get things happen but we’ve had crazy long waits now with every appt with our new baby.

Arta Conder I would give this office four and a half starts if I could. My children have been patients at this office for many years, and we love all our doctors and all the staff. The reason why I did not give all 5 stars is the fact that many times the waits are long, like other people have mentioned, but I feel that lately they have gotten better. They always are helpful to explain if theres are changes in insurance or doctors or what not. Again if it wasnt for the occasional long wait, I would give them all 5 stars.

Eliza Live We have had very good experiences at CPCMG Temecula. Dr. Schiffer - our regular doc- is warm, caring and takes her time to listen to your concerns. When we have needed to see other doctors, they have also been caring and listened earnestly to our concerns. We have never had to wait even 30 minutes for our appointment.

Brittany Baldridge I’m not one to write negative reviews, however, I just had to walk out without being seen after an hour of waiting. I took off a majority of my day in my business, picked my child up early from school, and arrived on time for an 11:30 appointment. We were told upon check in that the dr was running approximately 40 mins behind. I expressed the need to possibly reschedule because I had clients to get back in time for at my office. They said they would check in with the dr and let me know if it was still looking like a long wait. Moments later they took us back so I thought maybe the dr was catching up. This was not the case. They left us in the room for an hour with no update or checkin. We had to walk out without my child being seen for her appointment at this point. I will be looking for a new pediatrician office.

Stephen Zeeb The doctors here save this review from 1 star. They are 5 stars. But the physical policies and wait time are just terrible. Weve had a kid here on average 1x month for earn infections, bugs, pulmonologist…. But when physical came up to get him enrolled in kindergarten, we have to book a new and separate appointment. I have one on Friday, but he had a fever at 330am s I made an appointment today. Well guess what- they cant do the physical today because theres not enough time. Well, theres one more appointment Friday that could free up your schedule but you want my copays and insurance money to keep coming back. Do you realize parents in this town tend to have 2 incomes? Then factor in multiple kids… come on. Oh and to mention the opposite happened with our 8 year old. He was required to get a physical in person too because he hadnt been here ENOUGH. So its not enough 4 years ago, and now 10-14 apts since being 4… they never had time for this kid. Such a scam and waste of peoples time and money. Play more offense Radys. *written while in lobby, because once again were at least 20minutes behind schedule (wonder why theres not enough time to do a physical- its only every visit 20-45min behind). PS- he already has his vax records, already has his vision and hearing… so… you need him to cough?!!!

I gave them my primary and secondary insurance and no matter how many times I correct them they continue to bill backwards or one but not the other. Sam V Not vaccine friendly. I wouldn’t recommend seeing the NP J Sterns. Despite the reviews and being new to the area we gave this office a try for a 2 month check up. Front office and nurse were respectful and we were seen quickly. Our personal experience with NP Jenny Sterns was pretty poor. She came off positive but was negative about our choice to pick which vaccines to give our child. It felt like I was being pushed for 6 vaccines. She made Hep B sound extremely contagious and regarding rotavirus she told us don’t take our newborn around anyone and no family for Thanksgiving. Later oddly she was asking me if I was recording on my phone which was quite unprofessional again. I hope the office takes this as feedback cause other parents would have not as been as kind as we were. Recommending a 2 month old have 6 vaccines in one day is quite extreme. Scientifically speaking any of them have a small risk or chance of effects and they’re are unnatural and chemicals in vaccines depending on the specific vaccine. Not being radical by researching and making an educated decision. Delaying vaccines are a risk just like injecting 6 in one day

Brenda Romero My daughter is usually seen in the Fallbrook office but due to a doctor emergency she was seen here a few days ago. We had an amazing experience! Wait time was minimal. The doctor was great. He listened to all my concerns and he really seemed to care about my daughter. I was extremely hesitant and was close to canceling the appointment due to all the negative reviews. But I’m really glad I gave them a chance. All the office personal I encountered were very pleasant and knowledgeable!

Christopher Caldwell Hey you, yes you. I took my daughter to Radys to see Dr. Brian Winter today. The office staff were great. Dr. Winter was so friendly and compassionate. He treated my daughter and me with warmth, respect, and skill. He got us on a treatment plan for my daughter, and asked me if I had any questions. The receptionist, Im sorry I didnt catch her name was kind enough to print the summary for me, and offered my daughter stickers for her visit. I recommend bringing your child to Childrens Primary Care in Temecula.

Allen Redondo Our kids doctor (Dr. Winter) is very good. The problem is his staff. The hispanic receptionist is far from being friendly. I dont know how she got the job. The person doing the referral didnt process the doctors request til after I called them which is a month after the doctor saw my child. She said that shell process it right away..clearly she forgot about it and our child needs the procedure asap. Now their billing department is also a failure. She put in a different bill code that shows that we are not covered by our insurance so we called the insurance and they said that the clinic did the code wrong and they will call them directly so they could fix it as our insurance still covers the clinic. Bottom line is that the staff here is very VERY incompetent. They need to be replaced. Im not into firing people but these people need to find a different line of work. They are a complete failure and the clinic needs to find a more competent employees. Do not go cheap...go for knowledgeable and experienced people. Maybe check your site manager too and start appraising him or her coz it clearly shows that he/she is not running the clinic well. This is what happens when people are hired because they know somebody from the inside..and not because of their knowledge and competency. The rating of your clinic is very low. Its time for change. Dont act when its too late. Act now! Save the reputation of your clinic.

Samantha Hunt Today was our first visit, took my 18 month old in for her check up. Front office was welcoming, kind, and professional when we checked in. Didnt wait long. Doctor Winter was awesome! Very nice and good with my kids. I also had my 3 year old with me and Doctor Winter involved him too. You can tell he actually cares about your child, he made the visit fun for my kids and he was very professional. Arrived at 9:30 am and was out by 10:30 am. Id definitely recommend this office and Doctor Winter. Thank you!!

(34) Reviews McDonald Clinic:

Shelby Schindler *IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I was a patient a year ago, my name has changed since I got married. I was treated badly by all office staff, not just Yelena. I was seen by Dr. Robert McDonald and have added pictures. Again, you are dismissing your office’s responsibility. REVIEW: I want to write this review not out of anger or disgust, even though I feel both of those things, but out of a genuine desire to warn others. I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience so that anyone seeking care at this establishment is fully informed. I apologize for the length of this review, but I strongly urge you to read it carefully before deciding to be seen here, bring your loved ones or your children to this clinic. I was awaiting a very serious test result to determine if I had a cancerous or benign brain tumor—a situation no one should face with uncertainty or fear. Unfortunately, my experience was made worse by this office. My appointment was canceled four times, and when I expressed frustration after the fourth cancellation, Yelena at the front desk hung up on me. Never in my life have I had a health professional hang up on me, and I was appalled by this unprofessional behavior. At this point, I had been waiting for nearly four weeks for my results with no explanation for the repeated cancellations. What made the situation even more distressing was that they refused to give me my results over the phone. I was told I had to come into the office to receive them from the doctor, which is why the repeated cancellations became so upsetting. I was terrified, needing answers about potentially life-or-death information, and felt as though they were withholding crucial results with no regard for my emotional or physical well-being. I had hoped to be met with comforting words, reassurance, or at least some accommodation to receive my results over the phone due to their repeated cancellations, but instead, I was met with cold indifference, insensitivity, and outright disregard for my well-being. After being hung up on, I called back, only to be treated just as poorly by the second staff member who answered my call. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was unacceptable and unprofessional behavior—especially from healthcare professionals. Additionally, every time I came in for an appointment at this clinic, I arrived on time but still waited almost an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen, it often felt like no one genuinely cared about my situation. There was always confusion at the front desk about why I was there, which often carried into my appointments with the doctors. I specifically told the front desk staff that I preferred to be seen by a female doctor due to the sensitive nature of my women’s health concerns. Despite this, when I arrived for one of my appointments, I was met by a male doctor. My request had either been ignored or overlooked, and no one seemed to acknowledge my discomfort. I immediately voiced my concern but was told that if I wished to reschedule with the female doctor, it would be another two weeks before I could be seen. Once again, there was no regard for my discomfort or any attempt to accommodate the situation or take responsibility for their mistake. I felt forced to proceed with the appointment, knowing that if I didn’t, it would be weeks before I could get another chance to be seen. This made an already distressing experience even more uncomfortable. No patient should ever be put in a situation where they feel unheard, uncared for, or forced into uncomfortable circumstances, especially when facing a situation as serious as mine. I share this experience not to be vengeful but to make others aware of the lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect I encountered. I genuinely hope that this review serves as a reminder for healthcare providers of the critical importance of compassion and communication. For anyone considering care at this clinic, please do your research and think twice before trusting them with your health or the health of your loved ones.

Heather Ibbitson I have been a patient of the McDonald clinic for about four years. Dr. Kathy seemed caring and efficient at the beginning, but I have been turfed to her husband the last two times I have needed to see someone. He is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever been to. There is no way I will be back to see him. He is rude has the greasiest longest hair I have ever seen. He is about the most unprofessional physician I have ever had the unfortunate experience to cross paths with. Sandals with white socks , really? In the back in the patient waiting rooms they had music blaring AC/DC George Thorogood Guns N’ Roses. Absolutely beyond belief. I have changed to a different physician and the care is like day and night. I really would think twice or three times or four times before I would choose them as my physician. Beware

A S Dr. Mary was great when we first started here 5 years ago. Dr.Robert, SO unprofessional but so quick to give you a prescription. Most doctors offices have space in their schedule for sick people on the same day, not a WEEK out. Definitely go elsewhere, there’s better places out there.

Grant Waller All about the co-pay. Ive been a patient of the McDonalds for a few years now. Recently I was required to see Dr. McDonald to get a referral for a Dermatologist. Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and was asked for a $45 co-pay which I immediately wrote a check. When I handed it to the receptionist, she said she needed to ask the Doctor if they would accept it. She returned and said they dont accept checks. I said I could go get cash but it will take a few minutes and she said we dont accept cash either. Unreal. Im not a new patient to this clinic, theyve always received payment from myself and family. I had a recent credit card issue due to identity theft and Credit was all they would accept. My time was wasted driving in for the appointment and now cant get the help I need.

Mark Miller The receptionist Jannette (I dont know if I spelled it right), is so helpful and informational. Shes super sweet and really puts her care towards patients. Megan is also super kind and really puts patients first. I had to call to switch up referrals and without denying me like multiple other clinics when I had discrepancies, she did it immediately over the phone. Dr. Robert Mcdonald is an amazing doctor. Super comedic, knows how to make patients comfortable. He is super informative and really puts the care needed to his patients. Im thankful for this clinic, its really assisted me in my treatment.
