Patrice Capitant The quality of residents you see is random. Some good, some bad. They do get feedback for one of their teachers if they request it and that is positive. Getting prescriptions refilled is a nightmare. The very worse is that if you are on Medicare you end up paying 60% more for this iffy service than for seeing a good Adventist specialist!!!

Phoebe Langwell Administrative staff is incredibly rude. A suggestion: fix your attitude problem before dealing with patients and develop some basic human communication skills beyond that of a 5 year old.

Allen Burke Dr MacInnis is the BEST doctor, I have ever had. He is smart, caring, very knowledgeable about my problems. I am glad he is here in Ukiah.

Natasha Carter The actual visit was okay. Dr. seemed empathetic and caring. Ordered a panel of blood tests for my joint, hand, ankle and feet inflammation which came back with no significant indicators. But follow up was terrible. It took over a week and several calls from me for someone to call back and go over results with me. The recommendation was an insipid go on a low carb, low sugar diet and exercise which I was already doing. In the meantime, my extremities were still inflamed and I was in pain, but there was no attempt by the doctor here to help identify the problem, no referral to a specialist to get to the bottom of my ailment. No other communication from the doctor. Patient follow up care is sub-par

Brandon Oxford Place is a disorganized mess. Been going to this location for over 3 years and it was GREAT, I never had any problems until I lost my last primary care (she graduated I guess), and I was assigned another doctor. At least thats what I thought.
Well apparently this entire time he wasnt considered my doctor, even though he saw me on 10 different occasions for a myriad of appointments and follow ups. He prescribed my medicines, referred me to specialists and from my understanding was my doctor. Nobody ever told me differently.
Well I have been stuck out of county dealing with a family stuff and as such cannot setup a physical appointment to get my medicine refilled. I have called 10 times trying to get a message to whom I thought was my primary, asking if we could please do a virtual appointment as we did in the past. Each time I am met with rude receptionists who say the same thing "he is not your provider, your provider left" and they refuse to send him a message for me. Oh and when I told her why I was out of county dealing with a family emergency, she had the nerve to ask me who it was, as if I was lying. Absolutely abhorrent behavior, its none of her business which family member of mine was in the ICU. I hope the calls are recorded, because she should be reprimanded for involving herself into my situation after I explained to her why I couldnt make it there for a physical appointment.
He has filled my prescriptions over a dozen times, but suddenly he can no longer do it, according to the receptionist. Nobody informed me I needed a new primary care, he never mentioned it on our visits and neither did the front staff. If he wasnt my doctor, why was he seeing me monthly, prescribing me meds and caring for my needs?
All of this because I wanted to get my BP meds filled. They saw in their records he was caring for me for like 8+ months, yet the rude receptionist didnt want to hear it.
Theyre all rude every single time I call. Youre a health care provider, not the DMV. You shouldnt treat people like garbage just because there is some sort of confusion, confusion of which I believe to be on your end as I was under the assumption HE was my doctor.
The only saving grace is that Dr. Wei was awesome, a very intelligent and empathetic doctor who tended to all my medical needs and imo actually cared. I guess I will be finding a new doctor at a new location.
