Joseph Henkes This was the first visit for my wife and me. Dr. Shende was able set up an appointment soon after we called and was on time for our appointments. She was recommended by a trusted friend. We are very happy to have her as our primary care physician since she was very professional and caring.

Lilian Chavez Dr Shende is amazing, but her customer service crew is the worst I’ve had to deal with in my entire life. I had an ultrasound to check on my thyroid. I called the office 3 weeks after the ultrasound because they never reached out to let me know the results. Connie told me that Doctor Shende left a note for them to call me and let me know that my ultrasound showed some suspicious nodules and that she referred me to a specialist, but they never called to let me know. As bad as it sounds a month has passed after my ultrasound and I still can’t get an appointment with a specialist because they can’t find my name on the healthcare provider portal. Maggie told me to call Optum but when I called them, Optum told me that the Doctors office has to call them to have the patients name uploaded to the portal. They’re telling the patients to call Optum when they’re the ones who need to call them. Its very frustrating. Her customer service doesn’t care about the patients. If you want to know anything about your test results, you have to call them because they won’t. They will just tell you that they will call you back, and hang up the phone call without giving you a chance to talk and never call you back.

Dan Miller I was a new patient. My health plan called the doctors office. The receptionists said they were taking on new patients so I show up to make an appt. Same receptionist says I have to wait 2 months. I wont wait more than 2-3 weeks Thats my policy. If I have symptoms or if im sick, I need to see my doctor. And if I have to go to urgent care, I will, but im not gonna wait 8-10 weeks. The doctor is still young. He has lots of time to build his patient file.

Serrano Michael (Mikey) This is only the 2nd time I’ve seen Dr. Simon. First was supposed to be for a complete annual physical. This one, 6 months later, was a follow up. Dr. Simon does appear to genuinely care about my care, and offers practical advice and guidance. However, I feel like the actual physical part was minimized. We spent both sessions just talking and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Often feels rushed. Giving 4 stars because again he seems to care and likely he was rushed or overbooked. Willing to give him more time to see how it works out over time. Next follow up in 6 months so let’s see.

George White Memorial medical group is the best and most efficiently ran medical groups I’ve ever been a part of they really care about the patient Dr. David Simon is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had in my life. josh alonso I was so fortunate to find Dr. Melissa Gutierrez last year. Good Drs are really hard to find these days but shes an amazing one. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks for ways to help you and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number on her books. Sisitha Edirisinghe Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior at CVS Dear CVS Management, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience I had at your [store location] when I attempted to return an expired cream and exchange it for a suitable replacement. Upon approaching the employee for assistance, I was shocked to find that she was preoccupied with a video call with her husband rather than doing her job. Instead of helping me find a replacement, she dismissively told me to go to another CVS location. When I politely insisted that she assist me as a customer, she shockingly turned the video call towards me, showing me to her husband, and asked him to come to the store. It was as if they were treating this situation like a personal matter rather than a professional responsibility. To make matters worse, her husband, through the call, threatened me and told me never to return to this CVS location. I informed them that I would be filing a complaint, and as soon as I attempted to document the situation, both employees—Lisa and Maria—disappeared from the store. I want to commend the cashiers present at the time, as they appeared just as bewildered by this behavior as I was. However, the conduct of Lisa and Maria was completely unprofessional and damaging to the reputation of CVS as a trusted service provider. I urge CVS management to investigate this incident seriously. Customers should never be treated this way, and employees who prioritize personal calls over their responsibilities should be held accountable. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please let me know what actions will be taken.

Alias Iskey As soon as I walked in the front desk (3 of them) all greeted me with a warm welcome. That is always good to hear. Then when I went to get weight, pulse, and all else, Leslie Castro was absolutely amazing in doing her job. This is a person whom you can tell doesnt seem like its work to her. Its just something she loves doing. The smile even behind the mask was even having the sun envious of her shine. Leslie even took my ECG and explained everything before and after. jorge alvarado Very disorganized and very negligent. I came here for some blood work, arrived 15-20 minutes in advance, and completed the pre-visit check in before hand. When I arrived, there were 4 other people waiting for bloodwork as well. Apparently, they did not schedule a phlebotomist who knew how to process the lab tests/results. I believe his name was Julio. He knew how to draw blood but not process the information. This caused a delay. This could be a serious issue as well. Meaning that the results I get, can be incorrect because he is not experienced in processing the results,etc. You would think Memorial Care would have schedule someone who was competent enough to read the results and not be so negligent in scheduling patients, especially knowing that some of us waited weeks for an appointment. I, myself, waited over 3 weeks. I also waited over 40minutes during my time there just for them to communicate that they couldn’t draw my blood. They put a new staff member to operate the desk with no formal supervision or management on the floor, the receptionist was named Leslie. When communicating with the staff members, they gave me conflicting messages. I don’t blame them. I blame management. The manager is named Christie. She should have known better than to schedule phlebotomist with no experience to read the results or follow through on the process. I’m very disappointed with the service and the staff not communicating with me first. I would’ve been alright and would have happily rescheduled if they couldve communicated. We had to over hear everything and ask questions to figure out what was going on. I’m not the only patient who raised this issue. Anyways, I was worried my results won’t be accurate so now I need to schedule another appointment which may take another couple weeks. This is my first time here and I chose this location based on the reviews. I’m questioning the integrity of those reviews. Will escalate this further if necessary

Carri Petrus Dr. Cheng has been wonderful in managing my new medications. He is responsive to my concerns and provides excellent education. I am able to schedule appointments quickly and efficiently. His support staff are accessible by telephone for questions and make me feel well cared for.

RSB bo I have been with Dr Cheng for 20 years and he is wonderful. After he moved back to the Wier Canyon location the business office is TERRIBLE. They take 2-3 hours lunch time off and cannot be easily reached by phone for appointments. Also they are rude and condescending. I think Dr. Cheng need to make a decision about retaining his patients vs working with this front end staff who probably want to entertain only the highest paying patients.

Waell Yafawi The Dr is phenomenal. I can’t say anything bad about him. Well maybe one thing. His staff is lazy and incompetent and he has yet to realize it. They can’t handle prescriptions, they can’t handle appointments and they don’t want to do anything to help. Find a different office because the laziness and lack of empathy will get you hurt. As great and down to earth as Dr Berry is you will find comparable or better care elsewhere when you take into consideration his support staff.

Nathan Isler I went to this establishment back in 2016 when I was living in the area. I intended for John Hiserodt to be my doctor as he has a great reputation for putting his patients first. However, upon talking to the office staff, I was told that he only came in on Saturdays. That didnt work with my schedule. So I agreed to see the Physicians Assistant, Sarah Kirya. Sarah Kirya was awesome and she has a great sense of humor. Shes very personable and treats you in a respectful and dignified manner. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her if John Hiserodt is not available or his times dont work for you.

Alyssa Pedro I was treated so well at De La Paz Medical Centre. Their new location is wonderful! The staff is one of a kind. The most affordable Patelet Rich Plasma Facial is done so well at this office! It’s the coolest and most natural rejuvination around for sure. I recommended their office to everyone I know. :)

Alethia Larios I just transferred my Medical to another Provider. The main thing I will mention is that if you have multiple medical issues and on a budget, I wouldnt go with this Doctor. She had me schedule her according to her concerns, and would let me share mine during the visit. She told me one thing at at time, and that I have to schedule to see her again even after I told her that my insurance copays are high and to top it off, all I needed was referrals. Sorry, just being honest.

George Romeo I needed to find a local doctor after leaving Riverside county. I looked on the website for reviews on doctors in OC. The reviews for Dr. Roges were outstanding and impressive, so I decided to put my trust in him. My experience was life changing to say the least. He is so compassionate and really takes the time neccesary to satisfy your needs. In 18 months my health has gone from poor to excellent. I owe all my success to him. My prescription has been going back and forth with the pharmacy they blame my pharmacy then the pharmacy blames them not sending the code again i dont know if this people are tired of their jobs or over work but jesus christ if your not happy with your job just quit! I really liked Dr Medina, and will continue to have her as my primary doctor as long as shell have me! There is no way to contact the doctor via email, and getting through on the phone can be challenging, so I deducted one star. In this day and age most medical facilities use mychart which makes it easy to communicate with the doctor. I would like to see this doctor utilize that service since the telephone option is challenging with this office. I had an issue with confusion over my prescriptions being refilled which caused one of them to be delayed by a week. It is my belief this could be avoided with "MyChart." Otherwise Dr Medina seems very competent, compassionate and a good solid doctor. 5 stars for her!

Mary Barranco The reviews are what made me choose this provider, but after a few appointments Ive decided to go elsewhere. Its important to note, that this is a paper chart office, nothing is sent electronically, which is very inconvenient. The doctor and staff seem very... bland. I never saw anyone there smile. They prioritized others appointments before mine. People that walked in after me got seen first. Its also important to note that Dr Medina is liberal in her medical views, particularly covid related matters, which I know is important to some people. They did accommodate my schedule, but everything else was subpar. Their follow up is not great. After my first set of blood work, only one attempt was made to contact me. I called back and left messages for them to call me back, but they didnt. I finally got through and they said the doctor would call me in an hour, which didnt happen. I called the next day, and the doctor said she forgot. I let it go, but a few months later the same thing happened. Tests were done, I informed the doctor would be out of the country for a week following the appointment so she made note of it. They called while I was away, I called back after I returned and they said, the doctor already tried to call you, shes on vacation now and will call you when she returns..I called to follow up again and now 3 months later, still no call.

Mia - Yijia Ma I was looking for a primary doctor after I moved to Fullerton, my coworker highly recommended her. However I saw few bad reviews about Dr. Medina. I was hesitated, but Im so glad I finally gave it try. Dr. Medina is best Doctor Ive ever had so far, she listens to her patient, she knows what she is doing and she spent quite bit time try to know me and hear my concern. My wife has a very severe medical history which I wont go in details. Sometimes my wife needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. And they dont allow walk-ins. Maybe they need to hire more staff people?

Karla Rodriguez These last two doctor visits haven’t been a good experience for me with this New Dr. Emily Perez, she is not a very friendly doctor. She didn’t make me feel comfortable and doesn’t have a good bed side manner like some of the other doctors I have seen do. She is so adamant about me using my hand when I have already told her I still have pain. I am so glad I will be seeing Dr. Katz on my next appointment.

H Eric “Hello, Good Morning” This place is ghetto. The wait time is rediculos. There is nothing worse than offices that dont pay attention to their front office/front desk. I know there are things behind the scenes we dont see, but they feel unorganized. Also, they were talking about why customers were there in the office. HIPPA violations! Why are you talking loud while walking out front. They were also doing consults out front in the sitting area. And why is there a broke down mini van in the parking lot that has spiderwebs all over it showing how long its been there. What in the world? This is what you get when you randomly use google maps. Thank God for Jazmin, she was personable and helpful and fast.

Amanda Koning This place is a joke.. The doctor took FOREVER to come into the room and then proceeded to talk so damn fast that I couldnt even get two words out to answer any of his questions. I knew I had strep throat and he confirmed it and gave me antibiotics. I had mentioned that I had a wound on my leg that randomly showed up on my leg. He literally stood there and said that the Z-pack would not only clear up the issue with my throat he said it would clear up the spot on my leg.. I finished the antibiotics for my throat and it DIDNT WORK ON THE SORE ON MY LEGS!! It has been 11 days andthe wound on my lower leg NEVER healed. They had taken a swab to send in and see what it was and they told me they were going to call me with the result for.. well never got the call and did some research just to find that my suspicion was right.. I had cellulitis.. this place doesnt even deserve a star.. its nothing but frauds and quacks

Rus Mo Been coming here for the last 3-4 years for an annual check and physical. I found Dr. Be is very thorough with his evaluation and assessments. Consequently there will be a wait time about 10-15 min usually due to the thoroughness of Dr. Be. Appointments are preferred here and most insurance is taken. Its in a plaza so parking is shared with other shops. They are open M-F and every 3rd Saturday I think, because thats when I usually go. If youre on the lookout for a General Practioner Or family medicine check him out.

Paul He’s the best Primary care physician I’ve ever had. My case was complicated when I first came to him, I had just come out of my third heart surgery with several complications and he treated me for everything. He ran a battery of tests and recommended me to the best specialists. Dr be is very thorough and pays extreme attention to detail, I’ve never seen a doctor care so much. I highly recommended him to anyone.

Brandi Wade Honestly one of the worst health care providers I’ve ever had. I’ve been with him for a few months as my PCP. And he has refused to give me any medication for ANYTHING. Even when I dislocated my knee he didn’t give me any pain meds and referred me to a SURGEON. When the mri results were clearly stated that it wasn’t that bad to need a surgeon. Also called about testing positive for Covid. Instead of getting any kind of medication he said go to the ER. This man has literally never given me any medication for anything. I don’t know if it’s because he’s scared to prescribe meds for risk of being sued. But it’s terrible that my PCP is the first line of treatment before spending thousands of dollars on specialist. Because I still have to go to all these specialist BEFORE having any kind of “follow up” visit with my dr. Which those are a joke as well. A “follow up” visit for him is just reading the notes the specialist sent him. Which I also have access to.

Eunique I cant say enough great things about this doctor. He goes above and beyond, and honestly its hard to find true caring doctors now days. He takes his time to listen and he thoroughly does an assessment to make sure he has all the data. He then refers you to specialist if needed or if its in his practice he will give you his medical advice and prescribe whatevers needed. I am so happy I found Dr.Be!!! I always feel like Im in good hands. Everytime I see him he gives me the same time even if hes running behind, he will not rush you. Thank you for all you do Dr.Be!!!

Its not like the office has too many other patients. Its literally one patient after another. And there is no walk ins. You need to be mindful of others time.

Robert Lee From start to finish I was blown away by the service at CHOC. We were transferred in from St. Francis hospital. The nurses and doctors were so attentive and kept us up to speed on everything. We had so much confidence that our son would be taken cared of. We were so confident that we rested couple days at home because the nurses took care of our son like it was their own child. Dr Sinha gave me a drawing of what is going on and what surgical procedure they were going to operate. I had such confidence in the doctors to do the job. My son was carefully monitored and taken cared of. We were at CHOC for a time period of about 3 weeks. Was impressed by the security as well. Michelle Walker The experience at the CHOC Emergency Dept is terrible. Parking is chaotic—the garage is sketchy and good luck getting valet. Waiting outside for hours after check-in isn’t the worst part; it’s the total lack of compassion and communication. This is especially true for the late-night visits. None of the doctors or nurses seems to care at all that the rest of us work normal hours, so if you see me in the ED at 3am with my sick child, I’ve been up for nearly 24 hours at that point. I’m exhausted and stressed, and just want competent care from professionals that communicate expectations clearly. And that’s not what CHOC delivers.

Ma Like Ill always say .. if you have children.. this hospital is the best.. amazing hospital staff..great employees.. very protective of who they allow in .. security everywhere.. this place is so comforting for me as an adult. Just know they are 100%wonderful with children ..they make them feel at home.. great care..

Alice C. This is for their urgent care department. Asians BE AWARE! RACIST! RACIST! RACIST! They have a digital screen showing the end four number of the patient’s cell and have it in order. When we came in, we were the second. The front desk Alicia told me there’s only two in front of us. The one they are currently serving and the one that’s on the screen before us. We were at number 1 for 30 minutes. But they keep having other patients cut in front of us. All three patients cut in front of us came in much later than we did. All they did was chatting with the front desk, Alicia and Martha, and laughing, then we saw the numbers all of sudden popped up in front of us. When we asked, the supervisor said, ‘ oh this is technical issue.’ In total there were five cut of line. When we trying to figure out what’s going on with the supervisor Egar, the security came warning us keep it down. This is ridiculous! When they were chatting with those cut in lines using Spanish, their voice was way louder, but we got warned by the security? We ask for refund of our copay, Martha, that girl just kept shutting us up and had us wait for another 15 minutes but still no refund in a very rude attitude and rolled her eyes on us.

Angie On behalf of my daughter and our family, I want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at CHOC. From the moment the ambulance arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and professional, which made such a difference during a challenging time. My daughter especially loved watching a movie on the iPad during the transfer – it really helped put her at ease. The doctors and nurses were super friendly and professional, patiently addressing all our questions and concerns. We happened to arrive on Halloween, and the thoughtful little gift really brightened her day. Thank you for every gesture, from her favorite sandwich and juice to the warm care you showed us all. We’re so grateful for the amazing care and compassion CHOC provides.

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community. Michael Montoya Came here today for my dads wound care appointment. The Nurse (Tim) was the one to help us out. Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Things were neat and organized. Staff were on point & went above and beyond. Patient care was satisfactory. Facilities were clean. Definitely a 5-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Kaiser Permanente! Robin Johnson Quality care. ER staff fantastic. Every doctor Ive seen were exceptional. They gave as much time as needed to explain and such. GI, Radiology, cardiology, lab were fantastic. Check in easy. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Mary Mary Dr Egbert is an excellent surgeon and exudes so much enthusiasm before during and after surgery I felt cared as a person . I am in the. Physical therapy phase and currently doing PT at home daily. My expectations have been exceeded! Veronica MA. Is very personable, and empathetic . I love being treated like a person not a body part. Florilyn Sheene Marce Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lack of Care and Compassion My mother was in severe pain when we arrived at the hospital, yet we were left waiting in the lobby for over 6 hours. During this time, my parents requested a blanket for my mother but were told that blankets were unavailable, and if they provided one, other patients would also ask for them. This response showed a complete lack of compassion and patient care. After hours of waiting, my mother was only given pain medication, and no tests were conducted. We were then sent home without any further examination or treatment. It is unfathomable that a hospital would treat patients in this manner. I strongly advise avoiding this facility, as you can find better and more compassionate care elsewhere. This experience left me and my family feeling disappointed, frustrated, and utterly let down by the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the hospital staff.

Audra Wright-Alderson The ER and hospital Doctors and almost all of the nurses and staff including security are so competent and caring and provide the best care. Every organization has some bad actors but Kaiser Anaheim has done a great job at vetting and training their staff. They have saved my Mothers life and tended to the urgent needs of my children and their Father over the years. The recent care my Mother has received in the ER and on the 2nd floor has been amazing.

MacEachern Cait (Cat) This office has not been properly cleaned in weeks, or possibly months. I have never been in a doctor’s office as neglected as this one. I did not feel comfortable with receiving treatment at this facility. Dr. Ahmed seemed unconcerned with my objection to the cleanliness standard of this clinic, and her only suggestion was that I seek treatment elsewhere. Dr. Ahmed: please take control of your facility and take pride in your accreditation as a physician — demand better standards for care in your clinic.

Anonymous User Dr. Ahad is wonderful. I am near 30 and he approved me for a bisalp without any intrusive questions. Extremely respectful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone seeking tubal ligation or removal.

jasper m I went to my normal 20 week anatomy scan and was told my fluid levels were low and to follow up with Dr. George and i waited 4 weeks to have my follow up appointment. The doctor told me it’s nothing to worry about to just eat more food and drink more water. The next day I get a call from one of the lady’s in the front office says my authorization for a specialist was approved I responded very confused because the doctor did not tell me he was referring me to anyone because everything was fine. I did not think much of it so I went to that specialist on May 6th 2024 and that was the worst day of my life. I was told that my baby would not live to make it to term because I had NO amniotic fluid. May 8th I lost my baby at 24 weeks pregnant. For the doctor to lie to me and say everything was fine in my pregnancy when it most definitely was not was aweful. I will never go to that OB office again. The doctor always was late he was always in a rush. This is the worst Obgyn you can ever go to. Spare your health and your baby’s life and go somewhere else.

Fosha Family Diaries I’m leaving a review because since I’ve come to this place they’ve done nothing but waste my time. With an appointment time and all the wait is still about 1 hour until you can even get seen . Dr. NAYEEMA shows no concern for the pregnancy, doesn’t ask any questions or shows any compassion for her patients. Also, since I was unable to make an appointment, they sent me a letter saying how they can no longer see me at their office ! I thought that was very unprofessional and rude, though i planned to switch care for the remainder of my pregnancy anyway, I have never had a “doctor” tell me they can’t see me any longer . UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

BoomHill14 Neyeema Ahmed, the OB, was extremely unprofessional to my fiance, who is pregnant with our 4th kid. She walks in and when she gets seen dr neyeema Ahmed started to yell at her stating she is not putting any effort in her pregnancy all because when it was her 2nd Dr appointment we couldnt make it cause our car was broken down she called them and rescheduled about a week before the appointment we get a letter in the mail stating the office doesnt want to see her anymore and thats not right when things got out of our control. Also, our last OB retired and did not send this OB the paperwork from her current pregnancy, and Dr. neyeema Ahmed blamed my fiance for it. When we got our first referral for a ultra sound we had to reschedule due to car was still broken down and when we asked to get another referral they stated they had sent it but when we got to the ultra sound location they told us they never received it. We have never had this many issues with an OB before and never encountered so much unprofessionalism from an OB. We do not recommend this OB to anyone shes very rude her staff dont do their job right and always blame the patient. My fiance was the last patient to be seen, and they took 1.5 hours to finish her check-up appointment when all they did was draw blood, and they couldnt even do it. They are now transferring her to UCI to get another OB there but yet demanding test results when she gets her ultra sound and blood work done but shes no longer getting seen there so they will not get the results the new results will go to the new OB instead. Also, Dr. neyeema couldnt even tell how far along she is and give an estimated due date, and my fiance is more than halfway done with her pregnancy.

Marisela Robles This place deserves zero stars! Horrible record keeping! Sent an “invoice” with no transaction # and no phone number to call them, 2 years later. Does not state what the visit was for or what the amount being charged is for. Unprofessional invoice!!! I called to speak to them and handle it through them and ended up with no help at all. I had to call the insurance company I had at that time. Spent several days and hours on the phone. ONLY to tell me it was a mistake because my insurance representative did a 3 way call… they knew they couldn’t get away with it. This also happened to my mom. She was being billed for $1,000 for an appointment she had canceled ahead of time. They claim she was seen! They fail to updated their systems. The old lady in the front is rude, cuts you off when speaking and hangs up the phone. The other two assistants just keep passing the phone to each other when they don’t have an answer to your questions. Eliesko is the “bill representative” and she still couldn’t help me. The clinic is outdated. If you want service from 1950 and want old school typewriter health report, this is your spot. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!

Pamela Elise Positives: - the medical profession I saw provided me with the necessary referrals quickly. - Saturday appointments are available so I do not have to take off work. Negatives: - I left two voicemails to make an appointment to follow up on labs and X-rays. Two weeks later, still no call back for appointment. - mailbox is full, unable to leave a message. - phone is rarely answered, which would not be a problem if phone messages were returned. - a specific requested test was left off lab order. I was told I would have to speak to the doctor have him submit another request and return. This is unfortunate, as I would have stayed with this PCP if there was follow through. I will be switching by the end of the month.

We waited over two hours and after that my client was taken to a room and gave her the prescription without taken blood pressure or anything else. They send the bill for that for the amount of $ 562.00 be aware of that.

Araceli Morelos Doctors are really good, but there is no organization from the rest of the staff. They lost my kids files, they have you waiting in side for long time. They give appointments at the same time to a lot of people. Like a said, the Doctors are really good. Staff real bad.

Msessie Hollis Horrible sitting here now had an appointment bat 10 got here at 945 its now 1043 and still have not been seen. I definitely will be changing Drs. When I asked why lady at the front dest said she didnt know why. But everyone who came on before me and way after me got called right away. This wouldnt be acceptable if I was late for my appt 40 mins I would have to pay the late fee to reschedule as well as reschedule my appointment. Then when I said I had to go they claim 5 mins and I would be seen but instead of seeing me ina actual room I am in the room with a bunch of vaccine refrigerator so its like a supply room with a medical bed in it. Just horrible. And I thought planned parenthood was bad. Tacky!!!

Dianna Rebollar Dr. Morinishi is an amazing physician who spends his time reviewing your chart and your medical history and he makes sure to answer any questions you may have. You never feel rushed with him. The reason for the 1 star is for the front desk medical assistant who is extremely rude. I have been with Moronishi for 20+ years and because of her, I am willing to leave his service. This MA is a female, caucasian, with pimples on her face. She makes sure to ignore you and is on her phone while youre standing in front of her trying to get her attention. She messes up the appointments and schedules you for the P.A. instead of the PCP ,and when you ask about it, she gives you a dirty look and is very rude about it. My family has been having issues with her as well. My mother tried to make an appointment with Morinishi and she asked for a Spanish speaking person to assist her and the MA hung up on her. My mom called a few more times and she would answer and hang up on her again. This happened for 4 days straight until I called and was able to make the appointment for her IN ENGLISH. If you want a great PCP, Moronishi is an outstanding physician. .. but keep in mind that you will be mistreated by a racist, rude, unhappy service representative. It is unfortunate that because of her, my whole family and I are willing to change our PCP of 20+ years. And if you ask why I would rather leave.... she has been working with Morinishi for about 10 years already. We have complained, and nothing was done about it.

Daryl Isobe Dr. Morinishi is one of the best doctors Ive had, but his office personnel are clueless, especially when it comes to patients who are covered under TRICARE. We recently received an email from TRICARE stating that our Primary Care Manager (PCM) has been switched from Dr. Morinishi to Dr. Yoshikawa. When I contacted TRICARE, they informed me, most likely Dr. Morinishis contract with them had expired. So, I called Dr. Morinishis office and the person I talked to repeatedly told me that I had to call my provider after I told her what had previously transpired. She didnt even bother to check if Dr. Morinishis contract was current. Ive had this problem before, but last time I informed Dr. Morinishi during an appointment regarding the problem. He took care of the problem, unlike the unprofessional office worker.
