Doug Zavala This Urgent Care was amazing! I had not yet experienced this office yet, but I had family that highly recommended them. Upon arrival I found they were not overly crowded like many others. It was clean and orderly and I was quickly greeted by the young lady at the front desk. The paperwork was pretty quick and I was taken to a room shortly afterward. The nurse was very friendly and professional and got things moving along. She listened to every one of my concerns before updating the doctor. They took care of all necessary tests etc… after which the doctor came in to discuss everything and again he listened to everything I had to say. The doctor took his time and listened closely and I truly felt he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of properly. After everything was said and done I was extremely satisfied with the experience I had at Armstrong Urgent Care and I can guarantee I will return the next time I have medical needs.

Soua Chang Great experience from start to finish. Did everything electronically before coming in so didn’t need to complete any paperwork when I got there. Greeted the moment I entered. Got in a room as scheduled. Assistant who took my vitals was very nice. Doctor was super friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to explain things throughly while at the same time allowing me to ask questions. Overall, one of the best urgent care I’ve visited.

PAWANJIT KAUR DHILLON It is totally a game changer to be able to schedule an appointment for urgent care, my primary care doctor’s office said they don’t have appointments in next two weeks. I am glad that I went there, Dr. Gill is very thorough and caring. He listened to me very patiently and answered my questions and concerns. Kathy Breedlove I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a medical facility. I was treated with the utmost respect. And the staff seemed to all work together to make this experience go as smoothly as possible. The office is very clean and decorated nicely.It was very comfortable interval and the people there are very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back there.

Alex B Chavez I took my mother for a physical exam appointment to Camarena Health and the staff were really respectful and upbeat. The provider was alright. However, she forgot to perform a thorough exam to my mother. She did not listen to her heart, lungs nor check her vision or ears. As a PCP it is pivotal to perform and check for these tests to new patients. For me, I would rate the provider 4/10.

koren brosnac I’ve been going here for about 3 or 4 years now and it’s been a great experience each time. The nurse practitioner takes the time to listen to your concerns and sends out needed referrals. Front desk staff are always so kind to me and helpful, and the referral department is quick too. :)

Sara Fike Excellent vet. Dr. Stabbe is wonderful. What I really liked about the visit was he explained everything he was doing to my goat Ellie and why. He teaches the pet owners as he treats. The last vet I went to goat shamed me because she is over weight and Dr. did no such thing. He was there to make Ellie feel better and I appreciated it so much. The gals he has working with him are wonderful too. Very eager to help and learn, so respectful of everyone. Wish I found his clinic sooner. Thank you Dr.

Tisha Iness My son’s school nurse invited us to have an eye exam with them after my son failed the vision test. He had not had an eye exam previously, as he is special needs and we weren’t aware he had a vision problem. They were parked at the school in a really cool rv. Everyone was super nice, exam was quick, but thorough, and they do everything right there!! My son picked out his frames from a good selection and a few minutes later, bam! He has brand new glasses and can see! All this free of charge!! I think this will definitely have a positive impact on his learning ability and I am grateful. Cee Cabrera Very nice staff, not so good on communication. One representative was able to answer questions we had. If you need a tooth pulled this is the place for you. If you whant tooth repairs I dont think they do that there. Different days offer different low income services for dental and health. Would recommend to others with no insurance.

Jeannie Ingels Dr Downey is very thorough. He knows medicine like no other I’ve known. He’s respectful, supportive, concerned with your concerns and a good sole. I highly recommend him. Btw he’s a tiny mighty man who stands tall nonetheless. He has sense of humor when needed and is always sincere and direct. He’s a top Dr in our valley for sure. Exceptional bed side manner and has a female PA to do exams that are more intimate if you prefer. Really REALLY a five star man!

They really try their best to not scheduled a patient. It’s almost like they don’t like working/helping and are being forced to be there.

Anonymous Another Drs office that exploits Covid by refusing to see anyone in person if they remotely could have Covid symptoms (which is anything from mono, strep throat, tonsillitis, common cold, flu, allergies, sinusitis, bronchitis, bad air effects, etc etc etc etc etc). How can any doctor be effective with telephone appts and not see a patient. Yes, their own personal conduct would likely suggest no fear whatsoever out of office. Dont waste your time or continue to empower these doctors taking advantage of you. The scam continues..

Mary Haynes Dr. Huang and the entire staff group that assisted with my knee procedure--from the gentleman that took my vitals, to the woman who took me back to the x-ray room (Im terrible with remembering names)--were all extremely nice and gave details of everything I was about to experience. They were very thorough and informative, which kept me at ease during the procedure. This treatment was extremely important to me because I tend to get nervous and scared during new experiences.

He had great knowledge of how to take care of my issues and gave me choices on how I wanted to proceed with my appointments. I was kind of dreading to go to my appointment, but when my appointment was over I felt so much better and was very glad that I went. He is a great doctor, I wish all doctors were like him.

David Young It took longer to get a primary care appointment than I wanted--my cough was actually getting somewhat better by the time I saw my primary care doc--10 days after first contact. But after hearing my friends talk about getting an appointment outside of Kaiser and waiting months or finally giving up and going to an urgent care or the ER, I felt like I was better off than they were.

Rochelle Noblett Dr. Tan has helped me with a chronic pain condition that was debilitating in 2022. I had tried acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic and stretching to no avail. This was a follow up visit because the pain started returning. After trigger point injection treatment, Im good to go.

Yulia Rossignoli The Pediatrics deportation at Kaiser Clovis is amazing! The doctors are attentive and caring. Weve had very good care here for our children and I highly recommend any parents with kaiser insurance to sign up here. That is not the case for the other facility within the fresno area. It is worth driving here to get really good doctors!!

NannieNannie ChaCha Dr. May Heu is by far one of the best, most caring & professional doctors Ive seen in Fresno County. Shes the primary for both my aging parents & my older disabled brother, weve been seeing her for the last 5 years. Shes very honest & does not cut corners when it comes to professional opinions regarding health care & health care options. She has a full staff who is also great just like her. I highly recommend her to everyone for professional health care services.

Felipe Dr. May Yeu Hue is an unbelievable great doctor. She honestly cares for each and one of her patients. I take a client to her all the time and she takes care of him very well. This is their new location and it is beautiful inside. It is no longer crammed like the other office. They do not accept Blue Anthem Cross Insurance. They also do not accept medical insurance. Be sure to always call ahead if you have any important questions regarding bailing or canceling an appointment and rescheduling.

C.S. I have been going to Dr. May Heu (pronounced Her) for years. Im a woman in my 40s and I havent always felt comfortable talking to my doctors- especially when I was younger. Dr. May Heu is so personable, kind, and smart- she makes seeing a doctor a really great experience when we all know it can be really stressful. My sister and my daughter both see her and have felt the most comfortable with her. Dr. May Heu problem-solves efficiently to help find the best way to support you and your medical needs. Shes amazing! Always great bed-side manner and doesnt blame everything youre feeling on your weight or age. She seems to really want to help you feel your best. I can always get an appt. with her (some places I had to wait weeks and weeks!), and her staff is very professional. Please try her out if youre frustrated with your current doctor, or youre looking for a new one! Shes THE BEST!

Leanne Mottern I am very disappointed with 3h Medical Group. I used to love this office and always recommended it to anyone looking for a doctor and now I definitely do not recommend it. Now just to make things clear, Doctor May Heu is a wonderful doctor who is very personable and easy to talk to, she really makes you feel as if she genuinely cares about you. Now for her office staff, I do not feel the same way what so ever. The girl and older man in there , have both given me so much conflicting information and given me wrong doctors information, they also didn’t inform me that my FMLA papers were done or that my specialists office was switched to a different one. As soon as I expressed my frustration of the office and expressed that all of these mishaps were making me consider going to another doctor, they told doctor May Heu that I was “discharging” myself and already had the paperwork ready. THAT was the only thing they got done within a matter of minutes, when of course I never actually said I was “discharging myself” I just said “all of this stuff is really making me consider going to another doctors office.” And what do I get in the mail a few days later? A “discharge” letter.he had the nerve to ask me “ma’am what would you like us to do about it?” When THEY gave my specialist the WRONG number of mine after I called them to give them the correct number but they still gave them the wrong number, and they also failed to inform me that they switched me to an entirely different specialist than the one I was calling over and over trying to get into and looking like an idiot when they had NOTHING from 3h Medical Group. I recommend Doctor May Heu to anyone, but just be cautious of her staff and make sure you have all of your information correct and updated constantly because her staff is incompetent. All I wanted was to get my health issues taken care of and her staff made it practically impossible. Now, because they wrongfully discharged me, I will now have to seek another doctor, and of course put off any treatment for even longer now.

Christy McCrea I would give ZERO stars if I could. The absolute worst receptionists on the face of earth! Karen, Serri, and Tamos were the rudest people I’ve ever experienced in my 45 years on this earth! My blood test was compromised due to a negligence in their office they told me my tests came back normal when in fact they didn’t spin my blood. I tried to ask them not to bill me because now I have to retest somewhere else they will not help me! Serri said she would take care of it and make sure I wasn’t charged she promised a call back mind you this was after Serri went off on me in a rude way saying she’s not a robot and literally yelled at me on the phone just because I needed help with my bill! Serri lied to me she didn’t call nor fixed the problem. She said my tests were normal when in fact they weren’t and if I didn’t request a copy I wouldn’t of known that the results were compromised They so rude, I can’t believe the amount of neglect I went through! I still am having unresolved medical issues, and they don’t care about people! When I called a 6th time Tamos said they made notes about me in the system, that I had to pay for the tests and threatened she was going to call the cops on me!!? Like for what? I just needed help with my bill!! I’m so shocked I went through this! I’m not a difficult person and overall understanding I just didn’t want to pay for a blood result that’s wasn’t spun and caused my blood cells to separate to long for quest to give a good result. It was a very important test! I can’t believe I went through this! By far the worst experience in my life! Do NOT go here!!! I recommend this company fire these receptionist and get new ones. Clearly, after reading reviews I’m not the only one experiencing awful customer service. Please safe yourself the trouble and go anywhere else these people only care about money not people.

Rebecca Calleja Everytime I have to go into Clovis urgent Care the staff, the PAs and the doctor are great. Wait time maybe a little because they have a several coming into see them and use their service, but be patient they care about your welfare.

En Kay The doctor on staff seemed more interested in finding reasons why he didn’t need to see another patient in the day than trying to assist. Is taking a few moments to see a patient and prescribe an inhaler for asthma and an epipen for severe life threatening allergies really that difficult? He couldn’t have taken a few moments to do that? It’s not like I was asking for narcotics or anything remotely illegal or addictive or could even be abused. I literally only wanted inhalers for asthma, nebulizer medication for asthma so I can breathe and an epipen for a severe peanut type allergy and a topical eczema cream I’ve been using since I was a kid… it’s for a rash for goodness sake. Over the years I’ve had doctors prescribe with no problem addictive steroids (without explaining to me that it was highly addictive) and other narcotics for pain (which I didn’t ask for, didn’t want & can’t even handle taking because I get super sick from hard pain medication)…. But yet I’ve had the WORST time getting simple prescriptions like inhalers or skin creams for eczema from doctors.. what is the deal! It’s not like I’m going to get high off of a topical eczema cream or an inhaler for asthma… It just helps me breathe! Again none of my medications are remotely addictive or drug abused medications! And why did they take down ALL my insurance information and copy’s of all my information and have me wait forever JUST to tell me they won’t see me. If they have attempted to charge my insurance for a visit that never happened I will be livid. The ladies at the front reception area were respectful and pleasant. The doctor was awful.

Alan Adams If I could give then a no star I would I went t in there earlier h ave been there ounce e before I should of k own then he wouldnt be able e to help me I had my insurance card and sh e goes to t elll me that I owed 34.00 dollars for the last time I was in there and I told them I was having chest pains on my left side didnt care that I possibly could be having a heart attack or stroke and goes to tell me they want see me that I owe a bill which my insurance would covered if they would submit it to my insurance so I go to a different urgent care and they were closing and I believe that a very bad practice to turn away a patient complaining of chest pains so I wouldnt recommend taking anybody there for urgent care because money is more Important than my well being so if I die tonight Im telling my family to sue this place not right .I understand they have to get payed then she tries. To tell me I didnt have medical when I came in before how would she know she never tried to bill them just left it as a bill I needed to pay and I bet they will send me another bill now .Im feeling real bad now need to call a ambulance .oh and also found out there not supposed to ask me for money while Im on medical .please do not use this facility they dont care if your having chest pains Im turning them in to the board and bbb and any other group I find to make them get there crap together its a urgent care place and needs to do urgent care not send people away when they didnt even take my vitals to see if its probably a heart attack didnt ask me any questions except why am I there and I owe a bill the y didnt submit to my insurance baddddd business .they could of at least say do I need a ambulance just sent me away didnt care one bit .not a good place to go .dont know why I went back didnt do anything for me the first time and tried to bill me for that bill .needs to be looked into I do believe after all the complaints they have had of rude people that work there they would seek new help .they said couldnt see me because there corporate told them if I couldnt pay the bill they couldnt see me .

Karina Torres I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Her for a couple of years now. She has always been kind, understanding and listens to you. I have called and sent emails on mycart. She always responds promptly and that is always appreciated. Never have to wait long during visits and the rest of the staff are just as kind and attentive. I am very pleased and happy she is my doctor. She will also be my moms doctor this year also. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Chris Chapman Dr Her is fantastic. While busy (guess thats what happens when you are a good and personable doctor) I have never felt like the next person she has to see. She takes her time and actually listens to you. Utilizes MyChart also and it is not a long delay between responses. All-in-all. I highly recommend.

Gunjan Batth If I were you, I would think twice before going to her. I agree with Niki T’s assessment her skills are not apt for advanced patient care and she feels threatened if u get additional testing. She is very unprofessional and uses phrases like “ u need to get another primary care doctor as this relationship is not working” or “ I will kick you out of the practice” if u seek a second opinion or question her. She is very focused on getting all these routine testings and misses big red flags that should have been very obvious. Does not know her patients or their history of procedures despite seeing them for the past 10 years. She quoted two different organs in her diagnosis that I no longer have and one of them was removed under her care

Sandy Thompson Dr. Bonnie Her is a true gem. She shows empathy when caring for her patients. The compassion she displays makes her easy to talk to because shes approachable. Never one to downplay your questions or concerns Dr. Her is always looking out for your best medical interest. I would still be a patient if I hadnt relocated.

Patricia Roe Dr Her is the most kind and compassionate doctor I’ve been treated by. She spends time when needed and explains everything, very attentive!! If your not an established patient be prepared to wait for an initial appointment. Dr Her is very high in demand!! Once established there is option for same day appointments if needed depending on urgency of the situation! Thank you Dr Her and staff! Highly recommended.

Sandra Perez Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I dont understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.

Danielle Walton I absolutely love this location, I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The check in process was smooth, they are very talkative to the other patients, it felt very warm and welcoming. Once I went to the back my nurse was very kind and understanding they listen to me. I also got me a primary doctor that’s very compassionate. I also enjoyed that they are a “one stop shop” I got everything done ✅ in the same visit. When I was exiting, the manager waved to me and said have a wonderful day, and the front desk all said bye. I will be recommending to all my friend and family

John Miller II Worst customer service ever! My wife booked an appointment over five weeks ago because we moved from WA to CA and she needed a new O.B. They scheduled an appointment and we show up on the day of the appointment and they said they can’t take her because she is too far along. Why didn’t the tell us five weeks ago when we called to schedule an appointment? Don’t bother with these incompetent people! They didn’t even apologize and now my wife is 37 weeks pregnant without an O.B. Don’t give them your business!

Idella Willis As a new patient coming into this practice the service staff in the front is very nice and seem to have a lot of fun with each othe. They seem to love being there everyday and love their jobs. So happy to have been seen by Nurse Practitioner Lisa Salter Green. She went through my complete medical history and got me up to speed with what screenings were needed, and aligned my prescription renewal so there would not be a lapse. She made me feel comfortable that we will have great patient professional relationship and that she will be attentive and acessible but communicate with me in the best way as a working corporate mother with limited time. Jeanette Wierman I’ve been with this office since Dr Kitabgian. Ann Rushing was a very good NP and now Ashley Salter-Green NP is turning out to be an excellent practitioner. The office staff is all business (they can be really sweet and occasionally a little salty) and they handle all of the insurance nonsense and paperwork efficiently. I’ve also seen David Stone NP and he’s also a very good practitioner. Healthcare has become a ridiculous business but I have managed to feel heard and respected at Clovis Medical Group which is important when trusting people with your health

Sharon Strickland I have been a patient of Clovis Medical Group for many years and have always been treated great! The doctors are wonderful and always listen to what I have to say and are caring and compassionate. The staff does a great job in a very busy environment. They laugh and are smiling which is nice to see in a medical office. Not stuffy at all! Sometimes all you see are the negative comments and not enough of the positive ones, so here is mine!

L D I’m was bit disappointed during New Patient Meet. I switch over to MD Javaid because of all of great reviews but my visit is not comfortable, the front desk was unprofessional, and the meeting with Dr Javaid felt rush and harsh. Maybe I was a younger patient and maybe they think I’m making up my pain. Hopefully our next meet is a lot better.

Savannah Faith DO NOT go here. Seriously so unprofessional. I was told on the phone WEEKS ago that my insurance would be accepted here only to show up a half hour early as requested & then they don’t take it. A COMPLETE waste of time & now I’m going to have to wait to get in somewhere else. The lady at the front office was rude even on the phone when she called to move the appointment, but my husband & I moved our schedules around to make it work. She was rude in person as well & insensitive when she informed me of this insurance mix up & didn’t do anything to make it right. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional for this to happen. This is my first pregnancy & I am extremely sick & in desperate need of seeing someone. Seriously go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

Samantha Zavala I usually don’t write reviews but this is the third time I’ve been here and have had to wait over an hour every time. The Midwife has been great and all the services have been great. However, I am taking my time off work when in reality I can come after work based on the amount of time I’m waiting in a room. I have also cut it close making it back to work on the days that I have had early appointments.

M S I’m super conflicted. I have been going here since I was in high school. I love my midwife. She has been with me throughout two miscarriages. I am now currently pregnant and had my ultrasound scheduled for today. Naturally, I am very anxious when it comes to this because of my previous pregnancies. I got a call today informing that my ultrasound was cancelled and would need to be rescheduled. They still wanted me to see the midwife which was fine. I was not opposed to going in because it still relieves some anxiety. My husband and I are on the way to the appointment when we get a call that our appointment was being cancelled due to my account going to collections and me being discharged as a patient. Twenty minutes before my appointment. Naturally, I was upset and angry. I called and sat on hold for twenty minutes while crying and waiting to speak with the biller. She informed me that my secondary insurance denied my claims, however they never billed my primary insurance. They have had my primary insurance on file since I first started attending and I let them know I got a secondary in 2023. None of my claims were getting denied until May of 2024. I called both insurances to get references numbers and spent the rest of my afternoon trying to settle that just so I can call the biller back and leave her a message. I am truly frustrated with this experience here. I used to recommend this place to all of my friends and can’t say I will continue to do so. The providers are all great but I am just simply disappointed in such a large mistake like this occurring.

Kary Garcia I have been trying to get seen by a gynecologist for two months, but have been repeatedly told that the wait to be seen would be months out. I spoke with Mary and was told that April would be the first available appointment, but she took the time to check for anything that had opened up sooner, and she found me an appointment much sooner. She was extremely helpful and empathetic, as I have been having ongoing issues, and I cant thank her enough. I am hoping this is a sign of good things to come at FWMG! Fingers crossed!

Cheyenne Cranney My pregnancy was high risk from the start and fresno womens medical group were with me every step of the way. They reassured me and would check on me and make sure every thing was looked at or taken care of. The staff are always so nice and helpful with any questions and the Drs answered every concern and made me feel that me and my baby were safe. Im grateful that they were concerned for me and my baby and would make sure we were monitored very closely, it ended up saving mine and my babies life and i could not say more amazing things about the people in this office!

Paja Yang My mom has the worst customer service from the her primary doctor. I am very disappointed and I will not recommend this to anyone. The doctor always running late. We have to constantly remind her doctor to schedule her referral. I thought supporting my community would best but it not.

Omori The best doctors Ive seen. Loved my visit and felt very comfortable. They really know what they are doing. I can understand the wait can take a bit sometimes theyre just waiting for the back to get cleaned up. So far such a good experience! Also from my experience all doctor offices usually take a bit to see you. My wait wasnt that long but I know it will be when they get busy.

Lia Pennington A hidden gem in the heart of Clovis! United Health Centers is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! I recently discovered United Health Centers because we are new to the area. We have been very unhappy at our previous dentist so when a local Mom in a Clovis Moms group highly suggested UHC I couldn’t wait to make an appointment! They even accept Medi-cal which is a plus! To my surprise they have a brand spanking new office location off Shaw in Clovis! The staff was super professional when I made my first appointment. They were able to see me right away which was so accommodating. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell the new carpets and paint that’s how new this place is! The receptionist was friendly & courteous and all the equipment is shining & state of the art. The lobby overall is warm & inviting. The dental assistant, Sara, was so polite and caring. My now dentist Dr. Prieto is very attentive. I got a cleaning done a few days ago and she was so gentle. I came back again yesterday to get a filling and not only was it painless she explained every step each time throughout the procedure. In the past I had anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experiences but because Dr. Prieto is so knowledgeable and because she and the staff make me feel like family and treat me with respect and make me feel so comfortable I am so proud to be a forever client! I couldn’t wait to tell my family & friends about my excitement and I couldn’t wait to do a Yelp review! I highly suggest that you too become a forever client! You will not be disappointed!

BENJAMIN JAKOBS Dr Martin is the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. Genuinely seems like he doesn’t care about his job, when I asked him if I could get a preventative inhaler for my asthma he didn’t even know even know what that was. If you have asthma seriously don’t come here.

Sonny G I have to say Elizabeth was incredible. My insurance was not allowed me to be seen that day, she called in and fought my case for me and made it happen. I appreciate the effort, the kindness, and the respect that was given. Thank you

Diana Munoz I have been receiving care from this health group for 4 years now and I still do not have a diagnosis!! I have severe back issues, a long with other health problems. Ive switch Doctors 4 times hoping i could see a Doctor that can do their job but no luck! I had one doctor accuse me of taking advantage of the system because i was going on Short-term Disability due to my spine, I had another doctor tell me that I wasnt sick enough to request a handicap placard, I was prescribed 3 different medications that I could not take together, Its been a nightmare!! Waited months to see the rheumatologist only to get a call from the clinic letting me know that they didnt take my insurance and to notify the referral Dept to verify first before sending it! I have PCOS and endometriosis and a medication I need for this was submitted twice and both times it was denied because the Authorization department did not submit prior clinical notes or the reason why I needed this?!? I filed a grievance agains my current MD and UHC after this I get a call from the front office supervisor to let me know that my MD would not be treating anymore because she didnt feel we were a good match and I was to see a new MD!!!!!

Katrina Jensen Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their patients and have no empathy when it comes to the elderly. My mother had a fall last week and was in a lot of pain. We had a video call with Dr. Jaskeerit Purewal and she asked my mother what her pain level was. She told her a 9. The Dr. ordered x-rays and we took my mother the next morning. My mother was in so much pain she could barely walk so we requested a wheelcahir. The x-ray tech was surprised there wasnt a "stat" order to get the results right away especially because it was Friday morning and it was going to be a 3 day weekend. My sister and I called the Drs office numerous times to ask that they put a rush on the results and the Dr refused. My mother was in very bad pain all weekend and even though the results came back Tuesday morning (4 days after the x-rays were done) we still were not able to get the results till the next day when we went in for an appointment. We called multiple times Tuesday and asked for the results and no one ever called us back. My mother is 82 years old and has previous back problems (that are on file with this Drs office) and walks with a walker. When we went into the office for the appointment they acted like they didnt care. The Dr. again stated that in her "professional opinion" it wasnt severe even though my mother had stated her pain level was at a 9. It was like she didnt even read her chart or look at her history. My mother ended up having a fracture and nothing else was done for her. She stated to my sister that we could get a 2nd opinion if needed. She did not offer anything for pain or a referral to orthopedics. In my opinion she caused her patient harm physically and mentally for not helping her as she should and she violated her code of ethics. Stay away from this practice. I would have given a 0 star rating if possible.

Carla Flores Dr Sharnjit Purewall refused to listen to a 1 page letter I wrote to explain my medical concerns. He refused to address it and said I had to make another appt. My daughter whom was present, a RN herself was appalled at the disrespect to a Patient.

JOHN LIZZARD Dr Purewall he is the best Dr I have ever had in the 11 years I ave been coming here. Very happy with him getting things done for my Wc case and always listens to my needs. Thank goodness for his staff also who are always on point and supportive.

Lianne Phipps So far I like Jaskeererit Purewal and the office. In the past I have had issues with getting referals correct for my insurance at a different primary care and so far this office has gotten all the referals right for my hmo insurance and they ask if I have my preferences too. The referals call me within a week or two ready to schedule my appointment and I dont have to wait for the 2 week mail I was used to at my other primary care. Going here has saved me alot of time and patience compared my prior experiences at other places.

Rachel Leal My 89 year old Mother complained of leg swelling, abdominal pain and fatigue. She was told that the swelling was due to heat, stomach pain was acid reflux. They fluctuated her medication each time she visited. My Mother became very confused, lost her ability to walk and was in severe pain. We had to take her to the emergency where she was diagnosed with fatty liver diseases (non-alcoholic psoriasis of the liver). We have been told that this was untreated and she has had it for years. She just recently had full panel labs and we were never told that her liver enzymes were high. This is the worst physicians office I have ever been in contact with and I have worked for health insurance for 25 years. They took years of her life from her not doing the job they took an oath for. Its all about herding patients in and out for the money. They have not heard the last from our family!

A M Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

R P I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. Was the first person to check in right after the lunch hour. Still waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment! Absolutely ridiculous. It was not the first time either. Dr. Quintana Van Horne is not considerate of peoples time. She could careless and doesnt apologize for her delay. If she is going to spend over an hour with a patient and keep others waiting she needs to schedule her patients appropriately to reduce wait times. If you value your time, stay away from this place! Dr. Quintana Van Horne is the problem, not her staff. Also, the urgent care at Peachwood is a joke. They wont prescribe anything and suggest over the counter medication even when you tell them youve tried everything. The doctors dont take your complaints seriously.

Meghan McLeese My urgent care visit was great! I was seen and on my way in less than an hour and they promptly called in my prescription to my pharmacy as well. Dr. Erickson and the MA were knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for making an urgent care visit easy and pleasant!

Serena Soliz I was a former patient there, my doctor was amitasha mann she’s a very lazy doctor didn’t feel “comfortable” treating certain issues i was having etc just overall a very mediocre provider. another thing i want to add was i knew my mom was a pt there and my mom and dr.mann were having some issues and one day i had an appointment with doctor mann and she was telling me “im sure you know what’s going on with me and your mom i thinks its best you switch providers due to your mom also being my pt” not ONLY did she BREAK HIPAA but was also making me uncomfortable in the process by putting me in the middle. i wouldn’t recommend her at all.

Jennifer Wilkins They were running an hour and a half behind. No acknowledging the wait time. I get there can be things going on with patients that put Doctor behind, but no acknowledgement to those waiting is rude. Once the doctor came in, she barely let me speak. She interrupted me when I did try to talk. I got less than 5 minutes with Dr Miramontes after waiting for an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment. I left without feeling like I was heard. I understand appointment times aren’t long, but I was prepared with specific questions to be efficient. I also want to feel like I’m having a conversation with my doctor. Extremely disappointed today.
