Kimberly Elayyne We never expected to hear the words your dog has throat cancer, but South Davis Vet helped us through one of the hardest moments of our lives with kindness and compassion. My mom and I brought our beloved Annabelle in when we noticed she was bleeding while eating and showing troubling symptoms. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian treated us with warmth, patience, and care. They took Annabelle back to examine her throat, and when they returned, they had to deliver the news no pet parent ever wants to hear—she had severe throat cancer, and it was progressing fast. They didn’t just give us a diagnosis; they guided us through the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. They spoke with honesty but also with empathy, making sure we understood what was happening while treating Annabelle with the love and dignity she deserved. They introduced us to Beloved Pet Vet, an at-home euthanasia service, and because of their guidance, Annabelle was able to pass away peacefully at home, wrapped in love, on February 17th at 8 p.m. The hardest part of loving a pet is saying goodbye, but South Davis Vet made sure Annabelle’s last days were filled with comfort instead of suffering. For that, we will be forever grateful. Thank you for giving us the gift of a peaceful goodbye❤️

Jessie Thatcher Ive been bringing my dog to South Davis Vet for several years now and have always been impressed with the care. Dr. Schawel is exceptional, especially when handling reactive dogs. He is patient, knowledgeable, and makes the experience much less stressful. The staff is also incredibly accommodating and understanding, ensuring a positive visit every time. Thank you!!

Brianna Sommers I really loved our visit with Dr. Yackey and our vet tech, Kelly. Very informative and compassionate care. The front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful in setting up our appointment and getting us all signed in. I really like this facility and the level of care they provide.

Brittany Villalpando I have nothing but wonderful things to say about West Davis Vet. Dr. Bradley, Dr. Brown, and Dr. Carlisle are caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. They’ve been attentive and proactive with my cat who has an ongoing health issue and my dog who is entering her golden years. No matter my questions, comments or concerns they’re always so helpful. Sadly, I’m making a move to SoCal soon and can say, there’s no place as awesome as West Davis Vet. I also want to give praise to the technicians and other staff as well for being awesome with scheduling, email replying, and overall patient care. I recommend this vet highly!

Michael Lloyd III We have been taking our dog here for the last 4 months and lets just say there is a reason why they are so highly rated. Pets quickly become a part of your household and when they are sick or injured, you want them to have the best care possible and they definitely deliver it here. We unfortunately have had to take our dog in multiple times for treatment in the last few months and never at any point have we had any regret going here. Some key points that make them great. 1) Super friendly staff that is patient with your animals but also tailors the treatment to best fit your animals personality and temperament. 2) accepts must major insurances but also super reasonable prices and not afraid to tell you other ways to save money short & long term 3) Accessible schedule and up to date technology to communicate about your pet and schedule an appointment along with constant communication on their hours and alternative it if they are closed. Overall a phenomenal veterinarian service in the Yolo/ Solano county area and one you definitely wouldnt regret having your pets health care needs being treated with here.

Ashley M The good: They vet staff and students were wonderful. They were empathetic, caring, kinds, and supportive. Even though I knew my pet was most likely going to pass, they made me feel safe and heard. They answered all my questions and concerns to the best of their abilities and without hesitation. Reaching to them through email was a breeze and always had such quick response times. When my pet passed, I reached out to the vet & she offered to get my baby’s prints done, which I was so grateful for — to have some part of her with me. They worked with my schedule and still made sure my pet was treated as if she were alive. They made my incredibly sad experience easy and smooth! The bad: They need new front desk people. Not even a “hi” or “welcome in” or a smile was given each time I visited. These people are the face of the building, and all they’re serving is their “I don’t care” faces and attitudes. I have not met one single receptionist who works there that is welcoming. One good reason why clients come is because our pets are sick. We don’t need strangers to look at us and treat us nastily. I only felt comfortable with the vets, vet techs, and students. When my pet passed away, I called the front desk to get in contact with my vet. The one thing that stuck to my head that the receptionist told me is “I don’t know how she can help” because my pet is dead… My vet sure did help by offering paw prints and services like group sessions. My vet made me feel heard in my time of grief. The thing the receptionists did was make me even more upset. This clinic needs to find better, more empathetic people. Even though they’re just receptionists, they’re still working as part of a medical field and need to act as such.

Jaya Singhal I’m so impressed by the doctors, students and clinic. They were able to see my dog for a fracture surgery in 2 days. Even when the surgery was complicated (my local dr said he may have to amputate) UC davis took care of us. It was so thoughtful for them to even send pictures of my dog during recovery. They just went beyond to take care of me and my dog.

Jessica Guyette Wonderful vet. Having specialists all available at one site can be a literal lifesaver. They took my very ill anemic dog through ER. She had a blood transfusion, cardiology exams, and neurology exams all under supervision of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ad and Brooke were fabulous caring for Willow.

Kacie Hill Absolutely amazing staff! From the call to see if I should bring my fur baby in, to the doctor that ended up with Pandora as her patient. Nov 20th, I alone with my 2 year old had to bring my fur baby in due to blood in her urine, after deciding to check her kidney value, the results were not what we hoped for. I unfortunately had to make the most difficult decision a pet owner has to make. My daughter was beyond tired at this point and I was beyond emotional, the Doctor was so patient and so helpful by trying to entertain my daughter while I processed what was happening. I wish I had better memory because I can’t remember her name now that I write this. I just want to thank her immensely for being there for my fur baby Pandora and for me and my daughter and never losing patients with an overly tired toddler during the whole process and for helping me come to terms that the choice I made was for the best. I’ll forever recommend UC Davis for emergency pet services!

R 1 If I could give UC Davis Veterinary Hospital more than five stars, I would without hesitation. This incredible team of professionals didn’t just save my cat’s life—they restored my faith in veterinary medicine. After experiencing a nightmare of failed treatments and profit-driven care at several Los Angeles emergency hospitals and clinics, we were desperate, heartbroken, and on the brink of losing hope. That’s when UC Davis stepped in and showed us what real care looks like. This hospital is nothing short of a miracle. My cat was critically ill, and everywhere we turned in LA, we were met with outrageous demands for money, unnecessary procedures, and advice that seemed more focused on padding bills than saving lives. We decided to make the seven-hour drive to UC Davis not once, but twice, in hopes of finding someone who genuinely cared—and it was worth every mile, every sleepless night, and every single penny. The team at UC Davis didn’t waste time with theatrics or financial ultimatums. They focused entirely on my cat’s health, treating him like their own. The compassion, expertise, and integrity of everyone involved were simply unmatched. They carefully assessed the situation, created a clear and effective treatment plan, and walked us through every step without any pressure or scare tactics. They gave us honesty, empathy, and above all, results. Today, my beloved cat is thriving because of their care. What’s even more remarkable is how they prioritized his well-being over profit. There were no unnecessary surgeries, no hidden costs, no guilt-inducing sales pitches—just pure dedication to doing what was best for him. It’s clear that at UC Davis, the animal always comes first. If you’re reading this and your pet’s life hangs in the balance, don’t hesitate. Make the drive. Do what it takes. UC Davis Veterinary Hospital isn’t just the best option—it’s the only option. They saved my cat when no one else could, and for that, I will be forever grateful. Thank you, UC Davis, for giving my furry family member a second chance at life and for proving that compassion and excellence still exist in this world.

Steph L The optometrist doctor himself was excellent, but the first main reception area was completely disappointing. The staff lacked any trace of warmth or friendliness, creating a cold and uninviting atmosphere. No eye contact. Their attitudes were dismissive, and the absence of basic customer service etiquette was very noticeable. This was my second experience with the Davis facility, and unfortunately, it was no better. Even the MAs and staff in the pediatric department showed no compassion or customer service skills. They had no problem openly showing their attitudes on their faces, further adding to the discomfort and unprofessionalism of the experience. I have worked with patients, customers and general public for about 10 years so I believe that to improve the experience for patients, the facility should focus on making staff more welcoming and compassionate. Training staff on better customer service and encouraging them to show kindness, especially in the reception area and pediatrics, would go a long way. It’s also important to make sure staff are mindful of their attitudes and how they come across, as a simple smile can make a big difference. Gathering feedback from patients regularly and having leadership step in to offer support would help ensure everyone feels heard and cared for. These small changes could create a much more positive and comfortable environment for patients.

Maryna Stupak The place where you can get benefits. But we have been waiting for 2 months, all the employees are different in relation to people, they are in no hurry to help much. Every time there is a live queue and it is not known how long you will have to wait to get into the office! We need to create an electronic queue and a smart office where you can make appointments and look at your work.

Sierra Frleta I have only been a client in the behavioral health dept here, and actually got labs done on the health side. They were all nice and well mannered. The wait will more than likely be incredibly long regardless of what side your going to. Bring some snacks or a lunch, something to drink and read. Plan to spend a big part of your day there.

Pamela Newman Very clean. I let them know they were out of sanitizer in both areas and they were replaced right away. They are always nice to me and others. Security take care of issues as needed. I do miss the kids area in Main waiting room. The books, small table and white board to draw on, or chalk board. Maybe kids can check out chalk or white board PENS as to maybe help keep them nice longer. Dont forget the TV vhs or DVD for Childrens movies. The kids really liked this. They have plenty of space, for all this after the remodel. Love the new separate area with thick plexi glass that protects the welcome staff and security guard, its so much better.

Blake Henderson If you are new to the VA facility at Mather Field of Sacramento, it is a first class hospital providing excellent care to the veteran community in the area. One clinic i have been seen recently was the Orthopedic Clinic and it falls under the Specialty category. It was easy to find because it was the only one without a building number. I was told that the number is in the works. It was situated behind the hospital building 650 and simply labeled at the front entrance as Sacramento VA Center Consolidated Outpatient Surgical Specialty Clinic. In particular, i was well cared for by PA-C Michelle Boskovich, the Orthopedic Injury professional, assisted by "Mike" the casting technician who also did a great job. Then i had to go to the X-Ray Clinic by walking through the adjacent building 650. It was a great way for me to familiarize myself where the other clinics were located, such as Urology, Primary Care, and Pharmacy. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. I did not see any sign that would direct me to the place where i wanted to go. So i ask the person at the Information Center who kindly directed me to go out of the door and across would be a 5-storey Main Hospital building where the X-Ray department would be. The Radiology department that handles X-Ray was located on the first floor next to the main entrance. I was seen right away by a curteous technician.

Angel Sanchez First I would like to thank the VA for two great hires. First Dr Kungys he was the most pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining everything during my examination. Kept it simple so that anyone could understand. His assistant Janelle Spears was so attentive, first assessing how bad my injury was and relayed her findings to the Dr. JENELLE under the Drs order got me a better compression sleeve and she helped me put it on. She immediately started to set up my MRI appointment with the up most efficiency. I was receiving a call for an appointment and it was made. She had a calming effect in the way she interacted with me. And I immediately felt everything was going to be alright. Again kudos to the Department of Veterans Affairs for two great hires. They raised the bar of excellence to another level. And are committed to the care of not only me but to all our veterans. Respectfully Angel Sanchez Semper fi

Sharissa Easter I delivered my baby girl here on Valentine’s Day and had the most amazing birth experience, I knew going into it that I would have such a better experience than I did with my first baby that I delivered at Valley Care/Stanford in Pleasanton, because of rave reviews from a few friends. This birthing center is very mama-focused and respects your wishes. They don’t try to push all the hospital policy BS on you. They fed me lunch right before my labor kicked into high gear, telling me I would need the energy! At Valley Care I could only have ice. From all of the labor pain coping options they offer to how amazing the nurses, doctors and midwives are, my experience was as close to perfect as it could have been. My precipitous labor prevented me from utilizing the birth tub or the many other options they have that I wanted to try, but if you’re going for an unmedicated birth (or medicated), this is the place to be!!!

T L My wife just gave birth to our daughter here, and although we werent able to stick to our birth plan due to an unusually fast first birth (from 2cm to 10cm and pushing in an hour to born in another 1.5 hrs!), The midwives, nurses, and volunteer doula were an amazing support system which helped alot with whats sure to be some PTSD from labor and delivering itself, again, nothing done wrong by anyone, just a very fast birth. They are very attentive, and always happy to help. Krista (one of our midwives) seemed genuinely invested in our new family and it made us feel at home during our stay. Unfortunately we are now back after being home for a day due to postpartum pre-eclampsia and once again the staff has been amazing. My wife who is very sleep deprived needed time away from the baby to get some much needed rest, so they graciously accommodated me with a seperate unused room to take the baby to in between feedings so my wife did not have to worry about anything but resting and recovering. Thank you Sutter Davis Birthing Center!

K Andrews I birthed my second here earlier this year in the spring. When I tell you I made it to the end 2 hours of a 24+ hr labor without intervention thanks to the volunteer doulas and the incredible midwives, I have them to thank for helping me honor my birth plan in my second low risk delivery. They now have 5 rooms with tubs and each also have a bed if you choose intervention ie epidural, etc. I tried nearly all of the tools they offer before any intervention and the touch of the doula as well as what they taught my support people was incredibly integral to my 2nd positive and empowering experience giving birth. In my opinion, this is the ideal fusion of birthing center meets hospital. I birthed my first in an LA hospital, which was also great compared to the regular hospitals here in Sac, but this takes the cake for me and I would birth 1000 times if it went like it did with my 2nd here. The environment is quiet and peaceful, so natural to drive out to a place like Davis, somewhat remote and private. The center is small but recently updated and gives you many options for your desired birth, given you are low risk. Higher risk is sent to downtown etc. They honor the type of delivery you have in recovery stage as well by prioritizing the comfier rooms for C sections and traumatic events. My birth went well and it felt good knowing they put me in a basic room for others who needed a comfier/longer stay. They have incredible extra support for mama if you need, for mental health etc. They don’t have a full nicu so this is as hands off as you could get with spending time with your baby and being left alone post-birth in a hospital setting. Everyone who came in was so kind. I’m grateful. I opted for midwives to deliver rather than an OB and am glad bc it was a value to me to opt for a woman delivering my baby. I am coming back a few months later to simply thank and send love to the staff at the center whose touch and care throughout was everything I needed. Thank you x10

Brendaly Felix Hoang My experience at Sutter Davis was not what I expected. I transferred from home, I tried for a home birth. Since they have a low cesarean rate I was sure I wouldn’t need to have one, with the right support team I felt my birth would go as I wished. My home birth team did not support my wishes how I had outlined in my birth plan. I believe the lack of mindfulness and intuitive support is what led me to the hospital. My doctor at Sutter was concerned about how I had been in prolonged labor, 40 hours. She laid out our plan, I got the epidural, rested and after some time a cesarean was recommended due to babies heart tones changing. It was NOT an emergency cesarean but it sure felt like it... I asked if a gentle cesarean would be possible, I asked for immediate skin to skin, and to nurse my baby while I was stitched. I was strapped to the surgery table, it felt horrible, my baby was not immediately placed on my chest and I was not given the opportunity to nurse her. She was placed on my chest very briefly after they did the assessment. I was still strapped to the table, I couldn’t hug my baby. They took her and we were reunited in one hour. The hospital placed us in the most horrible recovery room, one close to the main door, every single time someone came in and out there was a very loud bang. I couldn’t rest, finally after 24 hours and a lot of asking we were moved to another room. Sutter gives the new mommies a cute floral arrangement after giving birth, well I didn’t get one. I wondered, is it because I had a cesarean or because I was not an established patient. It was an awful feeling, my birth didn’t go as I wished and then to feel left out of a cute tradition felt horrible. I wanted to be out of there ASAP! I did everything in my power to go home within two days. I asked to take my placenta home for encapsulation. Once I got home and and my placenta was being prepped my cord was missing. It was a beautiful long cord, I wanted to make a keepsake. My review had been long overdue and I only wish to share my experience because it may help someone be more assertive in stating their wishes and making sure they will be granted.

Mind you I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay the night so one bag was clothes one bag was snacks and the other was my every day backpack with things I need and things to entertain me if the need to stay happened. Yes they were not the cleanest but comments like that in the healthCARE profession are not even ok. My position in life is not who I am but a product of a series of unfortunate events one right after another and I’m just doing my best to try and survive but I’m not gonna bore you with the details. Xingsheng Ma I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this hospital. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am, but unfortunately, due to a mistake on my part, I arrived at the wrong location and subsequently was late. Upon arriving, the front desk staff informed me that it was not possible to be seen by a doctor due to my tardiness. While I understand the policy regarding late arrivals, how this message was conveyed was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The staff member at the front desk, while offering to reschedule the appointment, displayed a marked impatience and a discourteous attitude throughout our interaction. This behavior escalated when I sought to clarify the time for the next available appointment. Instead of responding professionally, she raised her voice and yelled at us. Her conduct was not only distressing but also created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. It is disheartening and unacceptable to encounter such rudeness and unprofessionalism, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and empathy are paramount. This experience was, without a doubt, the most negative and disconcerting I have ever had in any medical facility. The behavior of this staff member, particularly her lack of professionalism and courtesy, seriously undermines the quality of service at this hospital and should be addressed immediately.

Autumn Hazel This place was awful!!! They treated my sister horribly. A hospital is a place where they should take care of people not be cruel to. She had a pseudo seizure because of her anxiety and the hospital staff hit her, threw water in her face and lost her shoes. They did not help her at all. They were extremely unprofessional and cruel.

Taheer Jaan I am a very busy man and I do not have time to leave reviews, but today UC Davis hospital in Sacramento made me sit in the waiting room for 8 hours. I got this time to share my experience. Hope this help some of you who decide to choose a hospital for their love ones: 1. My mom visited the ER for a stabbing sharp pain on her chest above the heart. She has been in UC Davis for 28 hours now despite her heart rate, ECG, and scans look normal. 2. UC Davis hospital does not allow family members to translate for their love ones. They use translation services. The translators are not certified. She was unable to translate for the patient. Lots of information was missing in between. This is unprofessional and unethical. 3. My family doctor in UC Davis recommends over the counter medication rather then prescription medication. She reasons to reduce health care cost. In contrast, UC Davis hospital use translation service paying $120 a hour rather than allowing the family members to translate for free. 3. The hospital does not have the decency to validate the parking ticket for a patient. You must pay $24 dollars for parking if you wanna stay with your love one. While they charge 10 thousands of dollars for an ER visit. 4. The hospital is definitely dirty as all the reviews says. Definitely unorganized and a chaotic. 5. I am still in the hospital. Already been here for pass 28 hours and not sure how long more to be here.

Ashana Rapisura My child was rushed in for suicidal attempts, we waited for a total of 8 hours in the waiting room and we keep seeing everybody else get called while im sitting here with anxiety over my child needing help. Nurses here all they kept telling me was sorry its gonna be a while and that they cant tell me a specific time. Hate this hospital they are dirty here and unprofessional and registration people are hella rude they act like they dont know anythimh and justify shoo you away. Im done here i will never take my kids back here.

Lisa Kirkham I have been going there for about three decades. Love my doctor. The hospital is great too. Emergency room gets backed up but they are great too. It is a popular place and huge. I like that they have specialty clinics for probably everything so no going to outside doctors or hospitals.

ELMentado Chavez Understaffed, 1.5 months to get an appointment with primary care doctor. Rushed through the appointment, foreign doctor not easy to understand. 6/21/2022 - UPDATE: I am still waiting on a referral from that visit which by the way, it was marked as "urgent". I have been paying for almost 3 months full monthly payment... for nothing. So much for "Human Kindness" 6/29/2022 - UPDATE - They said the referral was authorized month an a half ago but no one notified me of my referral. By the time I see the specialist more than 4 months would have passed, meanwhile, the bill keeps coming monthly and I have no choice but to pay it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

Shirley Ree I always seem to get into the lab within ten min or less when I drop by. They do a good job. But today, cannot find out hours of business. The site says hours may change! Tried Calling with no luck. Response was. "They didnt tell us hours of lab operation today!" Must have Appt now....set up on line.

Sheri H Competent enough care if you can actually get an appointment. Most of the time we have to drive to Woodland to see someone, which is not convenient for us as Davis residents. They used to be open some off hours but no longer, so less availability for more urgent issues. The new urgent care is in Woodland, and no appointment so you have to sit in chairs to wait. Probably better if you live in Woodland. I am switching to a doctor/practice in town.

Jennifer Figliozzi The best medical care I’ve ever received has been at Dignity Health Medical Foundation in Woodland and Davis. I moved here as a transfer student to the University over 2 years ago and I must say that out of all the places in which I have previously resided throughout California, Dignity Health has been by far the best medical care I have experienced. Honestly, it is a major factor that I constantly consider upon planning to move or relocate! Not only is DH in network with private providers but they also see patients covered under Medical-cal. They have modern machines, facilities, and online scheduling, messaging, and personal results included within their online portal, so if you need a prescription refill or have a question for your primary doctor, all you need to do is send them a direct message through their online system (no need to call or schedule an appointment, which is incredibly convenient for patients who may not have the time to go in right away or wait to speak to them over the phone!). Finally, I must mention the exceptional care that has been consistently provided by my Primary Care Provider, Dr. Chiang ,and dermatologist, Dr. Caroll, both who are wonderful, responsive, caring, and excellent doctors! Over the past 2+ years I have not had one bad experience, and if I could provide any insight into how great this facility is it would be this: If youre looking for quality care provided by experienced professionals who enjoy getting to know their patients, this is the place to be. I am, as a patient, just as dedicated to them as they are to me, and I hope to continue seeing them well into the future.

Laura Young I had symptoms of a growing fibroid and they not only failed to recognize it. They put me on a prescription that made it grow due to failing to identify the symptoms. I had to switch doctors and ultimately have 2yrs of treatment and surgery that were ALL PREVENTABLE HAD THESE DOCTORS NOT BEEN SO DISMISSIVE about my symptoms. Had to go to a different clinic to even first get a diagnosis. This clinic and all its doctors are garbage.

fredie mcguy Nice building but many of the employees working here are sub par. The location is clean and safe, the building is well maintained and there are lots of TVs and an area for kids to play. The biggest problem is the staff, especially at reception. The woman working at the front desk has an attitude problem and acts as if she doesnt want to be there. She was rude and provided little help in answering even the most basic questions. The majority of the medical staff take their jobs seriously, but there are a handful that behave as if working at this clinic is not something that they need to take seriously. Also setting up appointments is overly complicated and must be made on average 6 weeks into the future. A better management and change of attitude with many of the employees could really make this clinic into an exceptional establishment, but sadly right now it is sub standard.

Marsha Coupé Five-Star health and dental care in Yolo County. We are incredibly fortunate to have the highly skilled professionals who work at CommuniCare care for us. Every doctor, nurse, dentist, therapist, advocate, social services champion, administrative staff member, lab technician, cleaner, volunteers, and board member are extraordinary. The facilities are thoughtfully designed and spotless. We always leave with a smile on our faces. The community garden CommuniCare hosts in Woodland is fabulous. We have been introduced to new vegetables, freely offered in the waiting room. How many healthcare facilities offer visitors fresh produce? This is everything social medicine is meant to be. We wish everyone in the world had access to such skilled and compassionate care.

Julie Vatuone The team goes the extra mile. I especially appreciate the good care given by John and Lorraine. I wish I had gone to them a long time ago instead of Dignity Healthcare. My life would probably be smoother today.

Carson I went here for prenatal+postpartum care. The midwives are amazing. I saw many and only one was just a bit rude, but everyone else was fantastic and trauma informed. The staff is also impeccable. My son also briefly saw a pediatrician, Dr Phillips, here before having to switch because of his insurance changing. He has absolutely amazing bedside manner. There were a few moments where he just chatted with us about our new baby and really made sure we felt okay, especially while in the newborn stage. Hes gentle, open-minded, and the best doctor Ive ever interacted with, pediatrician or not! If I couldve stayed, I would have.

Jeremy Heavlin-Martinez My daughter has had a great experience with Dr Buss in pediatrics. This site has always been great for pharmacy pick ups and routine vaccine clinics too.

Ivan Castillo Super inconvenient that there is no testing here. On top of that I have never received home covid test from Kaiser and I went to the pharmacy because they were "free" even though my insurance covers them and they still try to charge me for them. Now I have to drive 20 miles to Vacaville to get tested. Ridiculous.

Temps Tramhuong (Angeli) We find the staff, nurses, and Dr. Honwychurch super helpful, friendly, and completely on top of COVID safety protocol. My little boy gets all the care, lab tests, referrals, vaccinations that he needs. We are grateful for the services that we can get Kaiser Davis Medical Offices

sarah alexa As a pregnant women who has established care here to get my ultrasounds and referred by healthcare provider. Sutter front desk has been by far the worst customer experience/ service. Very rude. I do not recommend nor doubt you will get any help from the front desk. They need to be trained on customer service and being helpful with info instead of turning patients away. Other than that the nurses there are great and ultrasound techs they show professionalism and kindness.

Michael Shierloh I have been very impressed with Sutter Imaging in Davis. They have been coordinating my care between Davis and my doctor in Santa Barbara. Marina in particular has been an awesome helper with an awesome attitude. The news I got was not good, and she understood that and went above and beyond.

Nicole Childs Speaking to the supervisor in radiology was very rude and hounding the patient about policies. Speaking to her about having someone in the visit with me while getting a ultrasound she was very direct with a attitude. After speaking to other sutters they are aloud one person in there. I think she needs to recheck her policy and her patience with patients. She needs to have patient satisfaction and care. I was not happy with her in being this way. Very unprofessional and not good with caring for patients.

Michael Goodman As a "senior" athlete with > 60 years of tennis, basketball and football under my belt, my joints are trashed and I have had the occasion to have more imaging studies (MRI, X-rays, CT scans) than I can count on my fingers (and Im on to my toes), most of these at Sutter Davis Outpatient Imaging. I am also a surgeon, in private practice for > 45 years, so I "...know the system." From every vantage point: scheduling, hours of operation, support staff, radiologists, etc. SDH imaging takes the prize. It is a caring, well-run, and responsive department. Thank you for your care!
