Kugel Family I have an HMO and he is my assigned dr. I like him but I can NEVER EVER call in and get an appointment for my sick child. The office is always booked with wellness checks. They ALWAYS refer me to urgent care! Why THE HECK do I have a pediatrician???? I see the urgent care physicians more than I see my pediatrician. This is WRONG!!!!

Liz Aguilar Favorite pediatrics office ever! Staff is friendly and amazing, never have had anyone treat us with an attitude as other places have. My child absolutely loves the waiting room. Doctors are very attentive, great listeners and answer any question you might have. Waiting times are not long! That’s a plus. Been going to Dr. A since 2018 and will continue taking my next child with him as well. Can’t wait for my newborn to get shots from our favorite staff Kayla Q. Makes it look so easy and has the best hand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Simply Tired Great doctor! After we lost Dr. Ortiz, who I had as a child, I was worried about my daughter having a good doctor, but Alshareef is a reassuring and kind man who will treat your child right, his nurses are great and very gentle with children; only reason I rate 4 stars is that his staff are definitely what drag the business down, you can tell they dont care and are just filing paperwork and have to talk with you. WOULD recommend but I would go prepared so that staff neglect doesnt ruin your visit.

Briana Fernandez I’ve been with with dr alshareef for about 5 years and I had some issues with him not acknowledging when my son had a head injury. Trusting a doctor i said ok it’s normal but his whole face swelled and I took him to the ER and his skull was fractured. I didn’t leave because I didn’t know how to or where to transfer my kids medical records. The staff is very nice. The doctor is also nice but I don’t think he dedicates the time he needs to with each patient which is his job. He does the basic that a doctor should do but as a parent you want a doctor to wonder more what’s behind their child’s issue. And I don’t see this here. I do think they over book for the day. Wait times are long which I don’t understand, then what are scheduled appointment times for. I will be moving doctors. I will be transferring both of my kids.

Kenia Arredondo I love this office it’s the best!! Dr. Alshareef Is awesome, super knowledgeable and is always making himself available for his patients. I also like that he has credentials for both hospitals in the valley. I’ve had my children at both hospitals and he went to visit them and followed up, this gave my family and I comfort.. Nurse practitioner is great too, she also explains everything very good and answers all questions. Staff is always nice, helpful and welcoming specially Kayla she has always taken care of my children’s vaccines and she is great! The most import thing for my family and I is that we feel safe, welcomed and our questions get answered and this office has everything!! ... thank you all :)

Vanessa Fejeran Dr. Gocke saved my pregnancy and is the reason I’m a parent today. Yes his wait time is 3 hrs long but if you have a high risk pregnancy, he’s the one you want to see.

Rodriguez Cecilia “CeCi” Honestly when I say he is probably the best Ob I have ever been to and especially with this being my first pregnancy I know Im coming back to him then if I plan on having more children. I dont have an issue with the wait time usually its pretty fast when I go for my appointments. The only issue I really have is I wish I had gone to see them sooner instead of my crappy Ob that I have in Brawle. Not a fan of Doctor Mercy or Nelson. With Dr Gocke he makes me feel like Im heard. I understand the information Im getting and he doesnt make you feel like an idiot or a bad. Very reassuring and honestly someone I trust unlike tho two other lady doctors.

Lesliee Aguilar Waiting time is usually terrible, but hes a great doctor. He takes time to get to know you and ask about your babys name and answer any concerns youre having. Hes very thorough, and will make you feel calm, even if theres complications because hes confident and knows what hes doing. Theres a reason hes frequently the go-to doctor other OBGYNs refer their patients to if theres complications or multiple fetuses.

Amanda Venuti I have been a patient of Dr. Gocke for over 5 years. He took ultrasounds of my first two pregnancies, then became my primary doctor during my pregnancy with twins. Hes extremely thorough and makes the care of the babies his top priority. I felt very confident in his care. His waiting room time is long, yes, but its well worth the wait to get the best care the valley can offer.

Honest Reviewer Dr Gocke is simply amazing!!! He made me feel comfortable and has a funny laugh I left Dr Kuraitis and it was the single BEST decision ever!!!! The waiting time is bad because he has a lot of patience he sees but at least your getting to see a DOCTOR not a nurse and he truly cares about you.

Jorge Briscoe I am a veteran and this new facility is AWESOME. The staff gives superbly great attention to the veterans.

Luis Avalos This place needs to be shut down. One they are a satellite VA clinic, with little to no oversight by the VA. Second they consistently hurt their own patients and blow it off like it is nothing: Nurse gave me nerve damage while doing a routine blood drawn. My body went into a temporary seizure, I screamed, and by the time I looked at my arm to see what was going on she continued to fish for a blood vane making more nerve damage. I addressed this to the Supervising Nurse in charge and she blew it off like it was normal and was attempting to make me think that my pain and suffering was mental cause of something else in my life. Someone working there informed me to report this to the VA in San Diego as this happens often and the Supervising Nurse would simply sweep this under the rug like nothing ever happened. My arm has not been the same since and I had it looked by the ER doctor in San Diego VA. They agreed it was nerve damage and had me referred to a neurologist who has also agreed that it was nerve damage. Now getting set up for an MRI on my arm and head. While I was in the waiting room in the SD VA I met someone else who had also experienced nerve damage from blood drawn at this facility. The Drive to San Diego is much longer than to this facility but it’s worth it. This place won’t help you, will simply make things worse like in my situation.

Alma Herrera Great staff, well prepared, quick solutions to my questions, very good atention from Sampat Unnati MD! This is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would like to have them around if I ever get sick again. Dr. Sampat Unnatti has been very busy but still takes care and takes the time to make me feel like If I am the only patient there.

Sebastian Mora Dr.Sanmpat it’s an amazing Dr. And nurse practitioners too, but staff are not organized and are rude. Today I had an appointment and was told by a staff member “you know you are here just for X-rays results right?” I answered yes she said “ we are really busy, all of our rooms are full at this moment , we are going to call you later to talk to you on the phone go over your results “ It’s the adittude they have and the careless of our time. we work and have to arrange time for appointment time and travel time since I live in Mexico they are so inconsiderate not to mention trying to call the office for information or to make an appointment an hour to answer if lucky and an extra hour on hold.

Dawn Falkenstein 5 stars for Dr. Sampat, always attentive and professional. Nurses that Ive dealt with have been nice. The office staff is lacking. She needs to get a good office manager to guide employees on how to correctly run a front medical office. Even though her employees are a reflection on her. She should not have to spend her time directing them and away from her patients. It does seem like they change staff a lot. Every time Ive called and left a message on their recorder, they seem to never retrieve the messages. Recent experience: I had an appointment on Tuesday. On Monday morning, I was admitted to the hospital. At 3:00, at my bedside, my husband phoned the office to let them know I would not be making the appointment. No one answered the phone, so he left a detailed message. On Tuesday, first thing in the morning, I called to let them know I would not be in. I called before the office opened, so I left another message on their recorder. As I am waiting to be transported to SD on Tuesday morning, I got a call wanting to know if I was coming to my appointment. I told the gal that my husband had left a message Monday and I on Tuesday on their recorder, and they need to check it. Like others, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I really do like Dr. Sampat and truly believe she is a great doctor. She has been my doctor for a long time. She knows my history, and at 69, I really dread the thought of having to find a new doctor. Im praying that things get better in the front office.

Lizbeth Plascencia I do not recommend this Doctor’s office if you want your significant other to be by your side during the visit. First of all, I was never told that I had to attend my appointment by myself. When my husband and I arrive to the appointment, the first thing I was told was that nobody was allowed to enter with me to my ultrasound exam. My husband and I work as technologists and we know we have the right to bring a family member if the patient’s desires to. I honestly felt uncomfortable entering by myself and front desk did not show any empathy towards that. I was told if my husband did not step out of the office (building) they would not checked me in. I’m truly in shock as this sounds to me so unprofessional. Obviously we both decided to cancel the appointment and be seen by another Doctor. They still have the audacity to call me and say that if I ever decide to go back, they would not be allowed to take me in. Of course if you have common sense I would never go back to this Doctor. You make the rules, but I don’t necessarily have to follow them, especially if you’re not the only doctor in the world.

MariaSusanna Lopez As a new patient my experience was so horrible. The younger registration clerk on the far right was so rude and demeaning. Her attitude and choice of words were not professional. I will not be coming back and I will not be referring this place to anyone. I came in with a stat referral and got no help. There needs to be a better training because the registration clerks lack experience and lack empathy. Do not come here if you want to be talked down to or ignored.

Chantal Lemus Don’t come unless you want to wait hours. Every time I come I have to wait an hour plus just to be seen, dr is super nice but this place is disorganized!!!! My appointment was at 9:30 it’s currently 11:30

Todd R. Dr. Zadeh and his staff are very attentive and thorough. I have no complaints about the level of care I have received. My only complaint is the long waiting times to see Dr. Zadeh but this comes with his popularity. On average, I would say I wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken into a room and possibly up to another 20 minutes to actually be seen by Dr. Zadeh. Again, he is in high demand because he is a great doctor. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable and takes his time with all his patients. I have never felt rushed. If you choose to see one of the great physician’s assistants, the wait is considerably less. I highly recommend Dr. Zadeh and his staff.

Joseph Espinosa The absolute worst customer service!! The girls who work the desk and make calls are unprofessional, inexperienced and no common courtesy. I’m surprised that they’re employed. Patients are treated as if they’re on a assembly line. Most important to them is get the patient in and seeming not concern after that. 92 year old mother has waited 3 hours before seen and sometimes cancelled after waiting 3 hours because “they don’t have what she needs”. Also, appointment cancelled after waiting a week and a half and instructed to just come in as it’s first come first served??? No consistency except for terrible service. I can go on and on but will leave it at that.

Baja Dirk On my first visit to Dr Zadeh, I was pleasantly surprised at his thoroughness in performing a full physical and setting up lab appointments and cardiac tests at the local hospital. However, on a subsequent visit, I waited 3 hours in a room and he never showed up! I finally visited the front desk to complain and they asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment! I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow with Dr Abraham. Just received a text reminder. I called to verify and they said Dr Abraham won’t be in tomorrow, so I could schedule a phone consultation later in the afternoon. This facility is a Medicare nightmare! Churning out visits for billing purposes only. The front staff are rude and actually hung up on me today when I advised that a phone consultation was a waste of time. Patient beware. Find another facility!

Taylor Burt The doctors are good, and spend adequate time with each patient. However, they are not supported by a competent office staff. I have had prescriptions take more than a week to be filled for family members because of the staffs ineffective management of patient records,and failure to follow up with insurance on authorizations and important paperwork. Days have gone by with no follow up from their prescription management team. I have also spoken with pharmacists around town that say the same thing. "They will not answer their phones." "Weve faxed the forms to them 6 times with no response." The office is more geared towards selling than I think a medical establishment should be. If as much effort were put into patient care and follow up as was shilling their weight-loss gimmick products, they would be a much better office. Not happy.

Jacqueline Tafoya I am a happy satisfied patient of DR. STEVENS AND Pauls. I have had 5 surgeries on my ankle and Dr. Paul at pain management office had had me under control in regards my chronic pain. I am able to rest and my anxiety is under control. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have nothing but great experience with doctors and nurses, and staff. I have referred all my family and they as well are happy with there treatments. ReNeé PatieNce (PReCioUS) The Doctors Office refused my husbands referral. Maybe i should talk to the doctor and find out what his response is to denying his referral. my husband insurance is a PPO. There is alot of MD willing to see him as a patient but the makers of a pharmaceutical recommended him. I will be sure to let them know that MD office refused him.

Richard Gray Extreme price gouging through inflated copays. Also required monthly office visit for prescriptions written every 90 days tripling copay costs. Tried to bill insurance company for unnecessary psychological tests. Well worth the time and effort to travel to San Diego for honest prescription administration.

Terry Robins Stevens has a disregard for patient health and safety by over prescribing addictive opiates for years and then abruptly reducing the dosage prescribed by 50%, and then 30 days later, stopping all medications causing this patient of his to suffer severe opiate withdrawal symptoms. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone

Em Dee Receptionists here are extremely rude. Today I dealt with a female receptionist that seemed mad at the fact she didn’t understand what I said. I had to explain to her again, which may have gotten her mad. Showing no professionalism, showed no manners, and literally hung up on me without saying a word. I confirmed my time visit and she just hung up. Very rude and not the first time I have dealt with her acting like this.

Patricia Reisin Went in because I was having a panic attack and was turned away by the rude receptionist because theyre overbooked. Before i went, i even called and the receptionist said theyre taking walk ins from 8 to 11 only. She could have said over the phone i wouldnt be seen! Health care here and this place is a damn joke.

A Person Very bad service from receptionist called LUPITA. Went in to accompany my grandpa for an eye checkup and was denied entry to the restroom. I am a pregnant woman and needed to use it, but they let a man go in an hour after I had asked. receptionist saw me sitting there for a while when she finally decided to ask me if I wanted to use the restroom, just cause she let the other man go in after she had told me no. In the span of the hour I was there I saw the receptionists forget to hand back a patient her insurance card, said they’d give it back to her and went out to lunch to El Pollo Loco instead. Also saw them make mistakes with 2 other patients. Very bad service, receptionists are not attentive and they constantly talked over the elderly patients.

I’ve called many times and all I get told is that my message is being sent to the staff and will get a call back. It’s been a week and still nothing. You guys need to do better. It’s this type of patient care that makes everyone go out of town to get actual care.

Arq Mexico This establishment is a huge disappointment and annoyance. My father understands himself in this place and it has been a long sum of inconsistencies, lack of attention, follow-up and formality. Enormous waiting periods without explanation, zero empathy and even shamelessness on the part of the collaborators as if they were treating patients by force or for free. And at reception, not to mention, they always receive the public with a bad attitude and do not give feedback when people come in sick and vulnerable. The staff abuse this situation and their attitude is malicious with no human sense and nothing professional. Therefore, it should be clarified that the compassionate treatment that they mention in their description DOES NOT EXIST. THEY ARE NOT RESPECTFUL, NOR EMPATHIC, NOR HUMAN. They are idiots! And what are they going to answer? Let them mark a no. who doesnt even respond to "try to fix the situation"? They have terrible organization, causing the patient to waste time and resources, they make them return, they do not take calls, they misplace information as well as documents. Formally mediocre and poor service. They are simply an insult to any intelligence and any level of tolerance. They think they are doing people a favor and they are very wrong. They provide a disgusting service for which they are paid by the way. What proceeds here is to make a complaint directly to the area on which they depend and also to the state health directorate. They are simply a bug in the system. P.s.: And no, we are not going to go to another clinic and they are going to take good care of my father and the other patients because it is not a question of whether they want to or not. Its your job.
