Matt McMahon Dr. Stollman and his crew at the East Bay GI are absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! Ive had two procedures over that the past 7-years and each time the experience has been excellent (all things considered - LOL). From start to finish the entire team was professional, understanding, informative and made the patient safety, care and comfort a priority. Lets face it - it aint exactly a fun procedure, but Dr. Stollman walks you through the process, and gives you the confidence that you are in good hands. (ahhh yeah, not adding any photos)

Robert Dering Orderly office, courteous staff, on-time appointment. Dr. Gonzalez explained my options clearly and answered questions to the point. I felt confident of his abilities. Robotic surgery by Dr. Gonzalez to repair hernias went well with easy recovery.

Pat Gooding My hernia repair surgery was a great success as Dr Gonzalez is blessed with skilled hands. His wisdom, knowledge, and caring of my situation was awesome. He is a miracle worker and I am thankful forever!

Claire Rumore Very grateful to Dr. Gonzalez for correcting the diastasis recti that was the result of an emergency surgery Id had the year earlier. Our pre-consultations were very informative and together we came up with a suitable plan of action. His staff and the Sutter team helped prepare me thoroughly for the surgery. He also coached me on what to expect as well as what to anticipate for the recovery time. Of course the first days were challenging (But not as acutely painful as I initially anticipated). My recovery has been going unbelievably smoothly and faster than I anticipated (without me exerting any extra or excessive effort). I felt well informed, well cared for, and well monitored from start to finish. Im very grateful for this support and highly recommend Dr. Gonzalezs surgical expertise.

Joseph Mason I unfortunately found myself needing to have surgery for an issue that appeared suddenly with little warning. The extent of what needed to be done was somewhat unknown since I was not very good on keeping up with regular check ups and never had a colonoscopy. It was clear though that a surgery was needed and needed to happen quickly. With very limited time, Dr. Gonzalez arranged for me to have the surgery within a few days of our first appointment. He also coordinated the colonoscopy to happen the day before the surgery. The colonoscopy showed the situation was worse than expected and the surgery would be more complicated than originally thought. If it was not for the time and effort Dr. Gonzalez put into my hours long surgery I would not be almost fully recovered less than a few weeks later. I have minimal scaring, no pain and feeling stronger with every day. I truly believe Dr. Gonzalez made decisions that saved me from many complications and had my best interests in mind. I cant thank him enough. I also want to give his staff a very big thank you as well. They where very involved in my recovery while in the hospital. They answered all my questions, empathized with and calmed my concerns & anxieties. I cant express enough just how much that meant to me. THANK YOU!

Kirsten Magnuson This was the nicest experience in health care I’ve had yet. Everyone from reception to the doctors were so kind and attentive. I was a walk in and didn’t even have to wait that long. They happened to have an ear nose and throat specialist on hand, and my diagnosis was found by the end of my appointment at no cost. They are really helpful and I’m grateful for their care.

Madrine Nabukeera I didn’t know how bad my health was. I didn’t even have the resources to access medical care. When I went to this place, everything changed for the better. No questions asked but only care given. It’s too good to be true. Thank you Order of Malta.

Sarah Serio Live this place and Jen Tsang. I moved away from the Bay and I am very stressed about having to find a doctor who makes me feel as comfortable as I feel coming here. Thinking about transferring my benefits back to Alameda and driving the 2.5 hours anytime I need to come to the doctors office because I cant find anyone I feel comfortable seeing here. I have been stable because of the care Ive received here.

Tisha Hernadez When seeking for a primary care provider, I had to call three times to get in contact with a staff member. Once I was in contact, I was informed of how they offer their services and dont meet the requirements.

Jay Dee My primary Doctor is here. I always receive kind and considerate care and the wait time is always under 10-15 minutes. Im usually in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff here cares about their patients and go above the norm to make sure that we have the things we need in order to get well. The staff here is prompt, respectful, and considerate.

john marks Jess and the entire staff are heros here. I cant explain how grateful I am for them. Day in and out they provide medical care to anybody. They also do off-site outreach I believe two days a week. They go out to the encampments and find the people who otherwise would end up in the e.r. They offer full spectrum care too. The spot on 14th is a clinic but they have a full compound in the bay. They also do dental. Mad love.

Kerry Corcoran I feel incredibly fortunate to have Catherine Silva NP at One Medical as my primary care provider. She greets me with a smile and seems genuinely interested in seeing and listening to me. I feel like I can ask her anything and she will always respond thoughtfully with kindness and respect. She explains the why behind any recommendations she gives for testing etc and never seems rushed or distracted. In a world where I hear so many people complaining that their primary providers do not listen to them, Catherine is a rare gem! I hope I get to take her with me as my provider into old age.

Hadar Jacobson I recently saw Lindsay Rodgers at the Oakland office of One Medical, where I had a superior experience from start to finish. I had initially scheduled at a different office of One Medical (the one I usually go to), but realized as I was leaving the house that I had inadvertently scheduled the wrong date in the system. (This error was because the browser interface does not clearly indicate when appointment times listed are for the FOLLOWING day. For example, when checking in the morning, I see a doctors availability including afternoon times. Those times are actually for TOMORROW, but this is not clearly indicated in the interface. It would be helpful to fix this.) When I realized the error, it only took two or three minutes for One Medical customer service to find me an immediate availability in Oakland. That was a seamless service experience, and a relief. The Oakland facility is spacious, clean and well appointed. The intake staff were courteous and professional. Lindsay Rodgers was everything a practitioner should be. She has a friendly and supportive bedside manner and was extremely thorough in listening to and understanding my symptoms, examining me, and ordering the proper tests and medications. I am grateful to One Medical for this very positive experience.

Jim Norrena Admittedly, I was a tad skeptical of One Medical (probably because if its affiliation with Amazon), but in my short experience visiting the office and communicating with the staff, its been a real departure from the overall care I used to receive elsewhere (Kaiser). My visits have been personal and thorough, and so far everything has been remarkably convenient, especially using the One Medical patient portal, which can be overwhelming, but not here; its a super efficient system that makes communicating and scheduling easy to do. If youre skeptical, like I was, Id say give One Medical a try; I have zero regrets becoming a member.

Jean Farooki Very clean , professional, and secure office on Broadway. Easy to make online appointments and be seen by a provider within 2 days. Very short if any wait time for your appointment. My provider cares and listens to me and is very knowledgeable. There is an on site lab so that is very convenient.

M Val Dr. Geetha is an excellent clinician. She is professional, cites current evidence for her rationale for treatment and has a humanistic and caring approach in her bedside manner. I was initially hesitant to continue receiving care at One Medical when One Medical joined with Amazon but decided to stay because I’d be hard pressed to find care comparable to what I’ve received from Dr. Geetha. I’m saddened by her impending departure and hope that I’m able to partner with a clinician who is as strong of a patient advocate with the same holistic approach to medicine displayed by Dr. Geetha.

Pamela Marie Larkin I do not recommend the office of Dr Anthony Brown. The first problem is the lack of attention and empathy that his staff and himself has for his patients. I called Dr Brown twice to ask a question regarding my health which was deteriorating fast due to the bay area smoke and I had just left California. I have yet received a phone call back from him. This office has no flexibility in their schedule at all. My prior primary physician which left my network was awesome. Anytime I need to go in if she couldn’t see me than a partner would or the nurse practitioner or physician assistant would. This is what I am use to and my family. My 93 year old Father has been treated rudely and not assisted when he was have issues too. Please think about what I have said before you choose this office!

Eric Bachman As a former patient of the Mayo Clinic Minnesota moved to Oakland, I was looking for not a good Doctor, but a great Doctor. I found one here, Dr. Anthony Jones. A Doctor with Integrity, Values, Ethics, and knows his craft. This is one very talented man. I must also add, his support team is hands down one of the best I have ever seen. These is a group of people who truly care. Your visit is not timed in order bill your insurance in a 15 minute increment, you are seen until he is certain he is providing you the best treatment plan. I am thrilled to call Dr. Jones my Doctor and refer others to him for this exact reason. Jeffrey Styer

David Weintraub This is in response to Toto Thom, and also my own experience. NOTHING this person had to say is anything close to what Ive experienced. First off, Dr. Joness office has always been great with me, both with follow-ups and in offering advice post visit. His treatments have been accurate and helpful. The ONE time he asked me to get follow-up blood-work done, which did cost me a bit more, was after my numbers were higher than we expected they should be. It was because of what I had eaten the previous week, and specifically, the day before. Upon eating a cleaner diet for a couple of days, my numbers were completely in line with what he expected, and my lifestyle. Did it cost me a bit extra to find this out? Sure it did. But is that his fault? Absolutely not. I could have continued my life, assuming my cholesterol and other numbers were way off, and assumed I was unhealthy. I was happy to find out the real information. And all of the above is no fault of Dr. Jones, but rather the nature of medicine and insurance in this current era. He was completely correct to suggest I go back for blood-work again. That said, when I did have an insurance related issue, Dr.Jones called me personally and walked me through all of the steps I would need to take in order to minimize the damage from the insurer. That unless I tackled them head on they were not going to relent, and that if I made these phone calls I would avoid a lot of extra bills. He was 100% correct. He also told me to call him with an update if/when I resolved the problem, or if I was having more problems. In this day and age, considering the free time a doctor has, and how this had ZERO EFFECT on his bottom line, it was an extremely considerate and classy move. I know everyone has different experiences with different people; I get that. But based on what I know about Dr. Jones, the conversations weve had, dealing with his staff, and the general sense of things from my perspective, hes not only a great doctor, but hes actually a better person. Cheers.

Joseph Rivers Ive had plenty of Dr. experiences that were hit and miss. Id grown tired of not know what the quality of my care would be so I went on a search for someone who would hopefully be my Dr. for life. Anthony Jones is it. He remembers me not from a chart but who I am, my family, my history and my life concerns. Great advice, excellent staff. I highly recommend Dr. Jones.

Enrique Garcia Friendly staff and medical providers. I can only recommend them as General Practitioners as that was the purpose of my visit, but definitely give them a try. They are punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to speak with. Additionally they had an in-network lab, Foundation Laboratories, right next door making lab work very easy.

Jane Ramp I had an unfortunate fall on a Saturday afternoon, at which point went to emergency where they confirmed a broken wrist. I was told Dr. Pitcher is the doctor that was to repair my wrist. I then went to the surgery center a few days later on Telegraph Ave and had my wrist repaired. 1 hour later it was done. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Pitcher. My wrist healed really fast in about 4 weeks from surgery to going back to work. I had no pain or distress. He did an amazing job. I had the best surgical and aftercare treatment I could ask for. He is an incredible surgeon and a terrific doctor. A million thanks to his phenomenal skills, There is no place that I could have done better! Again thank you Dr Pitcher you are truly the best!

Bob Rothstein I had a hand problem and wanted to see Dr. Stuffman, whom I had seen before. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Amazingly I got a parking space right in front of the office and, despite getting there early, I was brought back to a treatment room within a few minutes. The registration staff were friendly and quick, the nursing assistant, similarly, was efficient. I was pleased that, having described my issue When making the appointment, all the equipment necessary for me to be treated was already in the room. Dr. Stuffman came in shortly thereafter, did a very brief history and physical examination, then told me what to expect -which was an injection of my trigger finger. The injection, while not totally painless, was about as easy as I could imagine . I was also impressed by the fact that all of the discussion was recorded by AI So that the doctor did not have to waste time typing or further dictating. I was very pleased with the whole process. It would highly recommend the practice and, specifically, Dr Stuffman

Anthony Hoey This review is in regards to the physical therapy. I dont and wont know how good the therapist are. I never got a chance. If you are going to be a new patient here, you may want to look elsewhere. Golden State is one of the providers listed with my insurance. I called at least two times, leaving a message to call back. Their message indicated they would respond within 24 hours. In my case, they did NOT. I called again and finally reached someone and was informed they would NOT be taking any new patients referred from doctors outside of Golden State. My frustration is the non-response initially which delayed me looking for help elsewhere by a week.

Alan Miller I spent most of the week focusing on the dietary aspects of the process. It was arduous and tedious, but it needed to be done. I got good help from the Advice Nurse about the process. Taking the gallon of fluid in the day before proved difficult; it took me longer than I expected on both ends: the night before, and the morning of the procedure. I arrived early and was greeted warmly. We quickly started preparing. I answered questions, undressed, had the IV inserted and prepared. The procedure was over before I knew it. I received a summary of the results and was on my way. My ride was even on time. I would like to do this every three years or so--not because I enjoyed it, but because I am a Black male and am at greater risk than most demo-graphics. You will see that I started asking to do this about six years ago. I retired last June, and had called to schedule the procedure in both previous Augusts. Covid slowed down access, but last year. (Aug., 2023) I was promised that I could do the procedure by March, during my regular insurance coverage. Not to do so was disappointing. I will begin advocating to do this again sooner than most other folks. I wish you would adopt guidelines for access that acknowledge the greater risk of patients from different demographics, and stop treating us as if we are all the same. Were not. That said, I truly appreciate the excellent care I received from the staff.

Dr Donde is simply wonderful. She fit a TON of information into a very short appointment which is exactly what I needed (and asked for to avoid having to come back another time). I left something in the exam room and was welcomed back in to grab it by another member of the team. Just a great experience overall.

Tori Barros I was without insurance and needed a primary care appointment for an upcoming job and came across Carbon Health. They were great. I was able to book an appointment within a few hours with virtually no wait time once in the clinic. They were very transparent on their pricing both on the phone and in the clinic and discussed my options with me. Additionally their staff was friendly and the place clean and Covid friendly. I would definitely choose them again if I was in that unfortunate position again.

Elaina Gray I was so pleasantly surprised - amazing overall! The receptionist / front technician was really friendly, informative, and just put me at ease. It wasn’t busy at all. I came a few minutes before my appointment and was able to immediately check in. There was no wait time from checking in to being escorted to a room. They let my partner accompany me into to the room. Once in the room, we were immediately seen by a nurse and promptly our provider. I felt our provider really actively listened to me, included my partner and made sure her questions were answered too, and really assured I understood everything we covered. She even had a pride sticker on her laptop which made me feel safe. I rarely walk away from a doctor office feeling impressed, let alone wanting to leave a review, but this truly was a great experience!

Been struggling with pneumonia for 3 months & still struggling because the correct tests aren’t done. Wasted about $500 to still be sick.

Mikal Here I have been consistently impressed with Carbon Health and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking attentive, professional, and compassionate care. My relationship with Carbon Health began in 2018 during an emergency visit to their Oakland location. The physician who treated me had an exceptional demeanor and provided impeccable care—he was the kind of doctor anyone would hope to have as a primary care provider. While he was unable to take on that role due to other responsibilities, my experience with Carbon Health’s physicians since then has remained consistently excellent, which is why I’ve continued to rely on them for my healthcare needs. Recently, I was introduced to a new primary care physician at the Alameda office, and I am optimistic about building a strong partnership in managing my care. Both the Oakland and Alameda offices are modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, creating an environment that puts patients at ease. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Carbon Health has a location in downtown Long Beach at 555 E. Ocean Blvd, 90802, which is convenient when I visit family in the area. Their growing network of offices nationwide makes it easier to access care while traveling, and I look forward to seeing them expand even further—perhaps one day to Waikiki, Honolulu! Carbon Health also stands out because they do not charge monthly or annual membership fees like some of their competitors, making their care more accessible. Their app is a standout feature: it allows direct communication with your physician or the Carbon Health team, provides the ability to upload photo IDs, track your medication history, access X-rays, and even schedule video consultations. It’s a seamless and user-friendly tool that adds to the overall experience. In summary, Carbon Health offers excellent care, modern facilities, and innovative technology that make managing your health simple and stress-free. I trust them with my healthcare and am confident that others will find them just as caring and professional as I do.

Alexandria McCauley I had an appointment scheduled at 12pm with the staff here. I’ve now been waiting one hour to be seen for an ear infection that I’m in incredible pain for. The staff decided to take a lunch break as there are people waiting to be seen. This is a disappointing experience because there is no communication and I feel like we’ve been shrugged off for a lunch break. It’s unfortunate that this is the situation- I will be reaching out to corporate and perusing a formal complaint with the company in response to this treatment. Update: I called to speak with their customer service team at the 888 number. The customer service rep was disappointed and surprised that this is happening. She tried to get in contact with the staff over lunch and there was no response. I asked this to be sent to a manager, district manager and whomever is in charge of this particular clinic. Please see the photo of the time and when I had checked in for reference. Update #2: The urgent care doctor and nurse let me know that the scheduling system somehow had a glitch and is over booking them. They are trying their best in this situation. Update #3: The manager reached out to me to say that the staff should have stayed on the clock to make sure that everyone was taken care of before leaving for lunch. He let me know that this isnt the way that things are supposed to be and he apologized for any type of frustration. This clinic hasnt had a manager for a while and hes new to the clinic. Hes working on getting things together. Also the front desk person that was working then isnt actually from this clinic. Shes a helper and she was literally SO mean to other clients.

Ongelique Pyles this review is for my May 8, 2024 visit. After having to drive here from Grand because of a break in there, I was seen promptly. I made sure to make an appt via their app. My physician was Angela Cassagne, FNP-BC. She was really freaking great. The team of nurses were also great. Highly recommended. I was seen for strep throat and hives. She actively listened to what I shared and prescribed medicine that cleared everything up. One of the nurses let her know I was crying and she actually asked why. Firstly, Im greatful to the nurse that communicated this AND that Angela followed up. Ive never had medical practioners care about my emotions as well - most are very stoic. That went a very long way with me. Thank you!!

Maureen Park This was my first appointment with Dr. Judy Chang-Witt, and my experience exceeded expectations! She is both thorough and efficient, super smart and so kind. I appreciate her gentle, calming voice. She listened to me and systematically addressed all my concerns, ordered labs, referred me to Physical Therapy (PT), and even printed my doctor’s note all within 20 minutes. I underwent my blood tests immediately after our visit. The next day (!), she messaged me with my lab results and further instructions. I have scheduled my PT Appointments and look forward to working with my Kaiser providers to maintain and even improve my health in 2025. I am someone who tries to avoid attending medical appointments. Dr. Chang-Witt inspires me to prioritize my health, and I’m so glad she’s my doctor! Kaiser is very lucky to have recruited her.

Ash Pochampally Well what can I say !!!! About this amazing Labor and Delivery team at San Leandro. I delivered two babies at this medical center. First of all thanks a lot for admitting me twice for my 1st and. 2nd baby . Love the team over here especially how they treated their patients coming to me they took care of me during the labor and after the delivery which is postpartum. During the induction phase the nurses and the midwife were amazing told me each and every step they were trying to do and when we moved to the labor and delivery room . There were two nurses named Elizabeth’s just focused on me and my baby in the womb making sure to get the heart beat monitor set up and continues monitoring , they even gave me some juices and be broth. Well once I moved to postpartum I can’t even THANK ENOUGH. The postpartum team at Kaiser is one the best I had ever seen. Amazing service by the night shift Nurses and Doctors . Since I had baby and was hungry due to feedings the nurses got me food whenever I asked them and made sure my health was set right before I leave the hospital with the new born. All I wanted to say is how amazing the day and night shift Nurses and Doctors work taking care of each and every patient who are in need. THANK YOU KAISER FOR HIRING SUCH A GREAT TEAM OF PEOPLE. Amazing Job !!!

Solène Delecourt I had an appointment at this practice with Dr Lauren Pallis, MD. I felt very well taken care of, and listened to. This is a practice where they actually CARE for you. This is NOT your typical US medical practice, where you are rushed from hand to hand (from nursing assistant to nurse), and spend 5 minutes max with the doctor, who is mainly reading their computer and not even looking at you. This is a medical practice where the doctor talks and listens to you. Additionally, its not the most important, but it does matter: the physical space is incredibly tasteful, with lots of natural light, and beautiful artwork. It does matter because it makes you feel at ease and relaxed, and thats already the beginning of care.

Carlos “Enk” When I was 19 I passed out in an elevator because I wasnt eating enough. I set up an appointment and they informed my mother that I passed out in an elevator. I didnt want her to know that happened. They wound up asking to verify my email address next time but never explained why they did that as I was an adult and that felt like a violation of my privacy. This was in 2015 maybe. Theyre pretty good but if youre a minor tell them affirmatively to not contact your parents when you turn 18 if you dont want that to happen

Alan Vietze I was referred to your practice with very high praise by a specialist colleague. I was very excited about the possibility of having a good and reliable doctor. It has been difficult to find a good, accessible general practice since I moved to the Bay Area three years ago. But once again the reliability and accessibility fell through despite the wonderful claims and promises on your very attractive website. I was turned away because I have Medicare. So the hunt continues.

Jon Collier Dr. William Sellman was directed by the front desk to meet with me for the first time three days ago. I am very pleased and impressed with the friendly attention he brought and the quality of his assessment of my injured hand. I look forward to having him as my doctor for annual checkups and when I have medical issues.

Orlo Elfes The entire experience was great: - Booking a same day appointment was easy. - Walking into the office I was warmly greeted by the office staff. - As a new patient, I was dreading the usual clipboard full of forms to be filled out in the waiting area - - that did not happen. Instead, my provider went through questions with me and entered the responses. Very efficient. - My provider came out to the waiting room exactly on time. - My provider listened to my concerns and questions and provided thorough, professional answers and guidance. - The check out process was friendly and efficient. - Within an hour of my appointment my prescription was filled at CVS, I had a referral to a specialist, and received appointment notes and follow up instructions. I was very impressed with my first One Medical experience.

Rebekah Wildman I’ve been a One Med member for several years now. I paused for a few months when Amazon initially bought them, but ultimately relented, and I’m glad I did - their service levels have somehow remained very high. One of the best aspects of being a member is the ability to schedule my own appointment, on-line, 24 hours a day, without having to make a phone call. Plus, there are multiple locations within just a few miles of my house, so if my first choice of location isn’t available, there are often several other options. I also pay for my 22-year-old daughter’s membership; she gets even more use out of hers than I do!

Alex Grande I went in for a rec for physical therapy. They said come back for an appointment in three weeks. When I arrived for my appointment they said, "youre here for a physical." "Physical therapy", I corrected. "We dont do physical therapy. Do you still want a physical?" They said. Sure I guess, I responded. I told her I have concerns about my heart. She said uh huh. Youre fine. And then I got a bill for $400. Years later, I had a heart surgery thanks to great medical treatment and care in Texas. 1. They didnt listen to what I needed nor my concerns. 2. I got billed a lot of money for something I didnt need.

Anuar RM Re: ER Services. We first went to another hospital nearby and the receptionist told us unsympathetically and almost sarcastically that it would be a “nice little wait of 2 hours plus.” The waiting room was dark and sad. While my wife checked in I immediately called CPMC Davis and an actual friendly human picked up. He said they would see us in minutes. We cancelled the registration and drove here. We arrived and encountered great fast customer service. We waited about 5 minutes to be seen and the waiting room doesn’t look like a mortuary.

J G My aging mother, who is living with Parkinsons disease required a same-day procedure in the OR and upon arrival there were no wheelchairs to be found and nobody really stepping up to find one. Rita (an ER nurse who happened to be nearby) made it her personal business to ensure we were taken care of with the highest of professionalism and care. She took control of the situation and ensured its positive outcome even though it wasnt her responsibility to do so. Im extensively familiar with hospital operations at all levels (many years of experience) and I know exactly what the difference between average and superior patient care looks (and feels) like. Rita exemplified the I-will-handle-it spirit and represented both the ER and the entire Davies campus with superior style and grace. Thank you Rita.

DJ Thomas Had a pretty big procedure on Monday. The surgeons and their associates are great! However the nurses are rude and have an attitude for reason. Similar to fast food workers who just don’t want to be there. Especially being happy and nervous about your journey it gives a bad vibe where you’re not happy and just want to go home. Not really for someone who got mental health

Jennifer A This CPMC Davies Campus offers the best Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy. Tiffany Tang (Occupational Therapist) is professional and has deep knowledge in this medical field. She is passionate, patient and listens thoroughly to my medical issues. She is amazing as she helped me tremendously by teaching me how to use my hands to reduce the pains. she is creative with various exercises. Jason is a very good therapist and listens to all the issues as well. Both therapist are the best Ive had and will continue seeking their help. I could give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

Yeshe Matthews Hands down the worst, most hectic, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a doctor. I am not exaggerating. I rarely if ever leave bad reviews, but this one was very serious for me. I called Dr Fredian twice to try to book an appointment. She blew me off and sent me to her online patient portal, which did not work. I called to explain that the online system did not work, and she told me to email her. She still would not just take a single moment to make me an appointment herself. I then followed her instructions and emailed her to try to set up an appointment, and she never responded. So I emailed one more time. By the 4th time I reached out, I asked her to please really take me seriously because I was experiencing symptoms that gave me some small discomforts and concern, and I truly felt I needed a doctor, but not an ER. Her response was to call my voicemail and yell at me in my voicemail to just go to Urgent Care and tell me that my email asking for her to please take me seriously was "inappropriate." When I called back and tried to explain that I was not in need of urgent care, but just in need of a regular doctors appointment, and that urgent care would not be helpful since I did not even have a regular doctor that I could list as my primary doctor, nor had I even seen a doctor at all for a basic visit, she told me that my phone call was "wasting valuable time" she could be spending with her patients. I was pretty shocked to hear that, but tried one more time to explain that I just really wanted to become one of those "valuable patients." I guess Im only "valuable" if I am already paying into her pocket? When I tried to explain that all I was trying to do was become a patient because she had come well-recommended, and that I was finding it frustrating to try to access her services using the online modality, she hung up on me. What kind of doctor blows off and hangs up on a sick person who is just trying to get an appointment?

Kevyn Jay Im new to the Clinic and found upon it by chance and good luck The Place is a very clean, modern, updated and comfortable clinic to walk into. The Receptionists and nurses are all very helpful and very friendly. I always feel welcomed when I arrive. It helps out alot when its hard for me to just fake being ok and happy when everyone is really nice. Being nice is contagious at this clinic and thats a wonderful thing! It means a lot and ensures not only did I go to the right place, but I will continue to back too The team of Doctors are very knowledgeable and in my situation have empathy for me. That helps so much, as the doctors see me ad a person, not a customer or a number. I really feel important and that they care about me. Dr. Fang was absolutely wonderful and much help in a difficult situation with obtaining medication and she got it done. Ive spoken to several BH specialists and they have been the best and the highest quality professionals. Tracy, she really is the one who saved me from myself and with her spending time even after closing to finish my intake /assessment shows how dedicated this clinic is to providing Quality care. I just saw Dr Tran and she is another one on my team of excellent providers providing real help and investing the time needed to make sure I am taken care. I appreciate everything and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing Medical Care.

Dippittyy Said Dr Star is amazing. I love her but AHS systems are totally dated. Barely got a patient portal this year but cant book appts online. Must call in to get transferred to triage nurse whom is the only one that can set a same day urgent care appt and its only for that day. I told 3 CSRs that i need an urgent care appt with dr star then i finally get to the last step only to find out she isnt even in today. The receptionist should of known that before even transferring me to anyone.

margaret s. After years trying to determine the source of various medical issues, I discovered Dr.Dismond. Through analysis, medical exams and blood work- I found I had ADHD. The diagnosis was life changing. Im finally free of debilitating issues - physically and mentally. His service offers more than other practices. I like the structure and regular check ins. The doctor and his staff are accessible and available. I also appreciate his counsel and insight. With the service, you can book an hour each month to speak to Dr. D. We have open dialogue on various topics and Ive found it both healing and informative. For those suffering from symptoms possibly related to ADHD, I highly recommend Dr. Dismonds practice.

Alex Smith I was considering changing insurance. Dr. Jessica Tsuei was listed on the new insurance companys website as an in-network provider, so I called this office. They confirmed that they accept my new potential insurance. They also confirmed that Dr. Jessica Tsuei is taking new patients. So I went ahead and changed my insurance. I set Dr. Jessica Tsuei as my new PCP. Just called this office and they said they actually dont take this insurance. Dear god. So disorganized. What a waste of time. Open enrollment is now long gone, so I am stuck. Terrible front office staff.
