Only complaint was waiting for the doctors to give us results - but it is a busy hospital! Lots of people tell you not to go here but I found the care excellent, the staff great and highly recommend their services.

Loge Timothy (Tim) I am 70 years old and have been working with PMC for nine years. The relationship has changed my life. Last week I had my first 1 hour phone appointment with Dr. Suarez to go over my lab results. Never in my experience with physicians have I had such a comprehensive informative discussion. The conversation went far beyond BHRT. Dr Suarez focuses on prevention via lifestyle and supplements. After nine years, I still have a lot to learn and improvements to make. Nancy Jones Dr. Rouzier is the most research knowledgeable Physician I have ever had the privilege to meet and train with. He is well educated, board certified in two specialties and knows what he is taking about. I highly recommend his protocol and his trained providers. I only have one criticism and that is that he can be a bit suspicious of sincere questions because he is a bit guarded from all of the hassles and criticisms he faces from other professionals and people who just do not know the literature and the profound research that supports the use of bio identical hormones. Lisa I have not made my appointment yet, but I’m going to. Currently reading “ How to Achieve Healthy Aging” by Dr Neal Rouzier. Trying to educate myself before I go. All I know...is my aunt & uncle both are under the initial care of Dr Rouzier. They have been for years. They are both in their late 70’s almost 80. I have seen the proof firsthand in comparison to others in the family. They look/feel amazing. My cousin...(their oldest) also visited the Palm Springs office. Him and his wife..to my understanding..are on Bio-identical hormones. I have been thinking of this for years unfortunately and haven’t moved on the idea. Firm believer though. Getting older (currently 57) and feeling it. While I’m not in this to look younger for cosmetic reasons...I am in it for being able to enjoy doing the things I enjoy for a longer period of time.

Jan Haagen I have been under the care of Dr Rouzier for 10yrs, since the onset of menopausal symptoms. Thanks to this doctor, his extremely knowledgeable wife, and their exceptional staff; the shift in my mind and body throughout my 50’s has been manageable and obviously easier on me than my friends who chose not to do HRT. I feel and look healthier than ALL OF THEM! Just to test myself, once a year I go off the hormones just to see how I feel. Within days comes the sweat, mood swings, itchy & dry skin, restlessness, interrupted sleep, body odor, dry vag,... I am turning 60 and my regular doctor says I’m in perfect health. I have no complaints. Dr Rouzier is ahead of the aging game and has seen me through it to perfection. I take Thyroid, DHEA, Estrogen, Progesterone & Testosterone for 10yrs now. If you have the privilege of seeing this genius, DO IT! He’s the hormone guru of the world!

Mark Gonzalez I had to get a Covid test and the staff were extremely cold about it. Making me very uncomfortable and humiliated.They work in a medical profession. They should not treat the patient like that. they can’t handle their jobs don’t work in the medical profession And the desk clerk made it obvious what I was doing and moved back away from me making it obvious to everyone ( the Circumstances ). That should be private and they are Breaking the Hipaa laws. Pharmacy here the same way. Girl at counter tells me to wait outside very rudely in 105° temperatures and she’ll bring it to me. I was given no options. I stood outside for 15 minutes or more in 105° weather, no shade, feeling more sick than I already did and extremely humiliated. This was after I was told to go out there and pointed to the outside. I was told to go there to do these things and to wear a mask which I did. I already felt bad enough having to do so. They did these things in front of people making it obvious and said it to me with the voice that other people can hear. They always ask you about your prescriptions when other people can hear. That’s breaking HIPAA law. I I talked to the pharmacist about this by phone because she didn’t want to get near me and she did not care and was very condescending and brought up my other medication’s Suggesting I was just having anxiety. Didn’t have any concern about what they were doing. You should not work in the medical profession. Extremely unprofessional and should be dealt with. Causing a sick patient to be sicker by putting them out and extreme heat and no shade. And taking their time about it. People were going in after me and leaving where their prescriptions while I’ll still waited. The girl that finally brought them to me the same one that was at the counter didn’t even look at me, just looked down, handed to me, walked away, and then had the cleaning lady wash the door and stuff while I stood there in disbelief. I’m embarrassed for you people that Call yourselves medical professionals. I’m embarrassed for you as a person. I’ve had Kaiser for about eight years now and it’s just horrible. You can’t call the offices, you can’t speak to the doctor, you can’t call the pharmacy and it’s just very difficult to get appointments or to get anything. It’s very lacking. It’s like no concern for the patient or for what you’re paying for . It’s no concern for your health or well-being. They are also frequently out of stock on medications. Management never calked me as requested. As you can see, my message goes, unresponded to as well. these people need to be reported for breaking so many hippaa laws and treatment of sick people. I can only imagine how they treated people when they all began. feel so bad for them. This place is horrible and unprofessional and cruel.

Cathy DavisM I met with Dr. Nasr, who is by far the best physician my husband and I have ever come in contact with, but that’s no secret! Everyone tells me the same thing. Both nurses in the office today, Ian & Giselle were stellar also. They were friendly, kind, put me at ease, and agreed with me wholeheartedly when I said I felt I had the best physician in all of Kaiser. They told me lots of ppl said the same & they felt so, too. Then I got to the Lab. Carlos V. apologized for the wait, which truly wasn’t long at all, then after formalities, proceeded to chat with me & make me feel at ease. He distracted me so well that I didn’t even feel the poke of the needle! Before I knew it he was thanking me and saying he would open the door as I exited. What I love about Kaiser is this: Everyone I come across from doctors to nurses to lab techs make me feel like family, in addition to their skills being second to none. Kaiser is the best & I’m beyond blessed to have them leading the charge in my medical care.

Lilian Hendricks I just love Dr. Western and Angelica. Dr. Western is so open minded. I like to try natural remedies first before medications and he makes me feel that he totally supports that. I feel comfortable sharing with him what I do to take control of my health because he doesnt judge or shut down my ideas. I love going to a doctor who lets his patients be proactive in their care. Angelica is an "angel". She always has a welcoming tone when I call to set an appointment. I kept forgetting her name and she was so patient when I asked her again.

Casey Emfinger I have been seeing Dr Western for a couple years now. Up until now I have only been seen for checkups and have had no problems. I went in a week ago with intense pain on the right side of my head. The dr referred me to a surgeon for biopsy and prescribed meds. It’s been a week and I still do not have an appointment with the dr referred. I had to call multiple times and then had to call Dr western’s office again to ask them to make sure the referral went through. I took the meds prescribed and had an adverse reaction, I felt dizzy and agitated. When I called the Dr to report these feelings, he just said that that’s what he prescribes and offered NO other solution. Although I liked the Dr, but his ignoring my reaction to the medication is inexcusable. I will now have to find another primary care provider.

Pamela Desert Dr Western has been my doctor for so long I don’t even remember when I first started seeing him….but at least 20 years. I have not one thing negative to say about him or his staff. I have always gotten call backs and referrals quickly. Dr Western is that rare doctor who listens and takes his time with you. I never have the feeling of being rushed. Angelica s a blessing …she calls me by name and always has a cheerful word. I love the confidential energy from this office and feel my concerns are always considered carefully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this office if you are new to the desert, changing insurance, or just tired of the same-o, same-o. I have recommended many people, friends and family, and they are all extremely happy with their choice.

sandra I have been going to this family practice for over a year now and was hesitant to give a review because everyone is nice and professional in the beginning. I must say they treat me like the first visit I had. To this day,The receptionists are all nice and professional, I see dr Job Lopez and he is extremely professional and most importantly he listens with care. Most doctors these days are more in sales than being a doctor, not this place at all. I have nothing negative to say and very grateful to find a family doctor that accepts IEHP insurance and they treat you with the up most respect. The whole staff from the receptionists to the nurses and the dr Job Lopez is very sufficient and caring staff. My thought of a real doctor is a doctor that listens with care and most importantly get you off of medicine. I trust doctor job Lopez and very grateful to have him as my family doctor.

But I tried to call his office repeatedly and his staff never answered, never returned a phone call. Not once or twice....but for weeks and months. How is that possible? Now he is no longer taking new patients. WHAT A SURPRISE (not). Sadly, most healthcare providers in this area have stunningly incompetent and unprofessional staff members.

Ari Calv Hes a excellent doctor, Im always well taken care of here . His PA Boyf is awesome too. Im from the Inland Empire and I commute to Dr. Stanley . The Inland Empire doctors didnt believe me when I told them I have high blood pressure, even both my parents have hypertension. Dr. Stanley took my blood pressure like 3 to 4 times, he couldnt believe how high my blood pressure was. He even hooked me up to EKG in office, because he thought I was going to stroke out . Dr. Stanley said guess whose going on medication, and I said I am . Blood pressure is a silent killer, and if left untreated can lead up to organ failure or stroke and heart attack. Dr. Stanley saved my life by believing in his patients.

Rachel Freed I’d read negative things on-line about ER services in Palm Springs but when I had a cat bite get infected the staff at the Eisenhower Urgent Care in Palm Springs took excellent care of me. I went in early on a Sunday morning and was seen in five minutes. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and I was out the door - with a tetanus shot and a prescription for antibiotics and a pain reliever - within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this facility.

Pelumi Olaleye First time visiting. So many great things about this hospital. The area is breathtaking; as soon as you get into the area there’s this peace and calmness. Secondly, l I appreciated every interaction I had with the office staff here. From the moment I got lost in the building I went into the women’s clinic and one of staff’s literally walked with me all the way back downstairs and around the building to where I needed to be. Then the checkin/checkout process. Everything from start to finish was absolutely stress free. I highly recommend this hospital.

Nate Jones Typical Medical building, however the parking is nearly impossible because security is too lazy to keep staff from parking in this garage reserved for patients, Why have security at all if they just wave everyone in. Hospital staff needs to park in their designated lot.

James Killian The ER is horrible. The hospital stays are decent. These two observations are based, intermittently, on the staff. Also, theres an "air," slightly tangible, that this is a poor, county-like facility. My hy musband, a year ago, went into the ER due to an undiagnosed vasculitis. He went twice and had no clue. Finally, he went to Eisenhower, and they had 5 doctors in consult, and the rheumatologist knew what it was, prescribed meds, and was admitted 3 days. The Cancer Center is awesome. Its totally opposite. Clean, consistently great care and awesome staff! I understand the different dynamics between the 2 facilities, but I DO NOT recommend Desert Regional ER and, to a lesser extent, the hospital itself.

She is extremely patient (answered all of my MANY questions), kind, & made me feel at ease with everything. Knowing that she was going to be out of town after my surgery, she made sure that I was given an appointment for a checkup before she left. With her I know that she genuinely cares & that I am in the best hands. Maisa is Dr. Agarwals right-hand woman & is as sweet as they come. She has helped me throughout this entire process & continues to do so. You can tell she works really hard & I feel truly lucky that she is a part of Dr. Agarwals team. She is without a doubt an absolute asset! :)

Michael Hayes The staff here are very helpful. Theyre extremely friendly, and theyre just good. Overall, people were very lucky to have Desert rmRegional Medical center here and available to us. Its an excellent alternative to Eisenhower, which seems to be constantly undergoing changes. And its not as friendly as it used to be, so Desert Regional Medical Center is really holding up its own.

Miguel Ramirez Last year dr Jamison did a hiatal hernia repair. From The beginning Doctor Jamison treated me very poorly with a bad attitude. He did what I now was told was an unnecessary Incision opening me from Upper abdomen to belly button which I must say Was very painful during recovery And the Tylenol for pain that he prescribed me didnt even come close to Helping. He did not even attempt to fix the hernia. And the sleeve put on my asophagus slipped. I assume by the second week. Cause thats when I started feeling bad again. His solution was eat more yogurt. I had to sleep practically sitting up I started having Back pain issues, fluid Would come up my asophagus for no apparent reason. I was a 100% worse. Needless to say, I just got my new surgery a week ago to Fix everything he did. It took my new surgeon 6 hours. To fix and Repair. My Colon was out of line. My stomach pushed aside, which started sticking to the inner wall. I dont know if I was one in a million That he screwed up with or if he just didnt like me, but just be careful. Do your homework on him.

Trevor Wheeler These guys are absolutely great. They very quickly got me in for an inguinal hernia surgery and made sure that I was accommodated through the whole process. Everything from listening to my concerns to being able to call them in case of emergency 24/7... they do it all here. The staff is some of the best Ive seen in the medical field for a long time. Front desk always has a smile, and even remembered my name when I came in! Jamieson was also great to talk to, very transparent and great at answering my questions. My insurance chose this place for me, but I really hit the jackpot. Thanks to the team for everything, if I had the power of choice then I would always return here in the event of injury/surgery.

Jason Roberts I, Jason Roberts had the great pleasure of being a patient for Doctor Jamieson, for my colostomy reversal, every visit to his office was a great joy. His staff was always polite and attentive, they contacted the hospital diligently to receive my ultra sound information needed just days before my surgery, great staff. Doctor Jamison was diligent to keep me informed of what to expect from my surgery. The surgery went perfectly, Doctor Azani helped, she has helped in prior surgeries of mine as well, we greatly appreciate her. After the surgery both Doctor Jamieson and Doctor Azani would check on me daily for my eight day stay at 5 Sinatra. Ken S I visited this facility on 6/24 for blood work. I was greeted warmly and check in went fast and smooth. Then Irene drew the necessary blood and she was fantastic. On 6/27 I returned to a different office here for imaging. Same warm greeting and fast check in. Technician Gabby was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reassuring. Margo Rabenau Usually when you have an appointment, this lab is good. I had my appointment 7 AM fasting blood work when I arrive there and had my blood work taken at five minutes after seven. They said I would have to wait another hour and be provided with another blood test at 8 o’clock due to their scheduling and pick up time for samples, I was there at 6:45 for an 7 o’clock appointment and I was made to sit in their lobby for over an hour. I was told it was time sensitive the test and that I would be taking another blood draw at eight no that didn’t happen. The blood draw was at 8:15 because they wanted to see me wait. I told them I didn’t want to sit another 10 minutes after eight but they were annoyed because I spoke up, when the phlebotomist was taking the second blood draw 8:15, I asked her what can be done to fix this problem. All of a sudden her annoyance on her face as she was “thinking” It was disgusting the whole morning and nasty to me. It wasn’t right what they did and their attitude was Bad. They weren’t nice. I was there on time. I sat and waited quietly, but no they couldn’t cooperate with somebody that was coming in fasting and then made to wait another hour. That was stupid, really stupid and they couldn’t get their attitude right. The only way around this problem is to make an appointment and then call and hassle them about that appointment and what the requirements are. There’s no other solution according to them and they can’t even guarantee they know, that was pathetic. They were sad and pathetic there. They need to know their job better so they can inform patients better but I don’t know that’s too much trouble. Haley was very rude in my face!

D G Terrible. Im paying 138 a month, insurance doesnt cover covid testing, Im coughing really bad, congested and am in pain. They said I have to get tested before they can prescribe something, So I go out and have to buy a covid test, results were negative, I must have the flu/fever. Called back trying to get some better meds.Was told they left messages to the dr to send a referal/prescription to the pharmacy, i understand the DR must be busy but we are on Day 3 of calling trying to get some medicine. Literally health insurance is such a scam and waste, whats the point. i paid copay over the phone and got ZERO SERVICE for 3 days. Get your facts correct. I was told i would recieve a call back for the initial missed call. This office will really make you feel like crap, when your already feeling like crap. Zero help. ive been a patient here for a little over 2 years. worst experience ever. still waiting for someone to call me. still waiting to get medicine for my sickness. paid money zero service. Christina Breiling The front desk staff are amazing! Lupita and Elvira were great checking us in and answering all of our questions. Super friendly and courteous something I always look for when seeing any doctor. Dr. Alicia Rios listens to you and really cares about her patients. She made my mom feel better after seeing different doctors. That is why I had my daughter and husband start seeing her too.

Lady My Son is sick and they completely ignored his health and concerns after he had reached out to them numerous times and had given them money. Unprofessional, no standards, zero ethics or empathy for their patients.

Hye Maiden Great office they helped me the day of when I needed something that was easily doable without making a separate appointment again and or instead of going to urgent care for a specific medication that I really needed urgently but didnt require extra steps they were very helpful!! It all depends on the specifics of the situation as well and this was done to my satisfaction as all doctors offices should do for basic minimal health services!

Aaron Adamski In September I scheduled a new patient appointment for the earliest date they had available which was end of January 2025. Today they called and said they are no longer taking new patients on that day and would have to reschedule me to March 30, 2025. Awful experience for new patients, they dont have enough providers. Stay away and go see someone at West Dermatology instead!

Dennis Utterberg I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez for about two years. My experience with both the doctor and the office staff has been superior to any other providers in the area. The doctor listens to me when I have concerns and will fully explain the pros and cons to all avenues of treatments. I really appreciate his approach. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and just generally want to help the patients with whatever they need!

Keith Ference I have Dr. Gonzales as my primary doctor and I would highly recommend him. He is the first doctor where I just dont feel like I am a number. He takes an extra amount of time to go over all of my test results, as well as asking me lots of questions on how I am feeling. I have never had a primary doctor take this much time with me. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. His staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I had been tossed about doctor to doctor from another agency and it is great to have a reliable, concerned, highly intelligent, knowledgeable physician I can count on. Jeffrey Cipcic I began coming to this office 2 years ago after moving to the valley. I have lived with AIDS for 37 years and was with the same Infectious Disease Doc in Michigan for 25 years, so I was terrified at the thought of finding healthcare in SoCal as I had been told it can be a nightmare. Dr. Gonzales is an independent office so it took a little getting used to not being in a large teaching hospital like my last doc. The office is in a great location. Cindy, the office manager, and CC, Dr. G’s Assistant, are competent, helpful and friendly. I really appreciate what they do for their patients. Dr. Gonzalez has been fantastic. (I have read through all these reviews and I must say, I have witnessed some pretty snarky patient’s to both the staff and Dr. G. when they are being patient and kind). I appreciate a leader that sticks up for their team and doesn’t allow disrespect and as most can and should understand, hiring and retaining good help is very difficult. I am a bit of a complicated case. In addition to AIDS, I also suffered a stroke over 10 years ago so managing that component of my health care as well as HIV can be tricky. I am also approaching the big 6-0 so there have been lots of tests that have needed to be run. He has been amazing! Organized, prepared, proactive as well as an excellent communicator….even when he needs to manage time (I understand I’m not his only patient, but I’m a talker, so there was a visit he had to gently tell me we could only cover these certain items at that visit) which anyone should understand. In March I contracted a nasty case of COVID while back in Michigan that lead to pneumonia and some time in the hospital. When I was able to fly home, Dr. G took the reins and did an incredible job of getting me back in good shape. It was incredibly scary but I felt confident he had my back. And he did. I have been extremely happy (and grateful) with Dr. Gonzales and his team (and I’ve seen a LOT of docs over the years) and would highly recommend him as both PCP and an ID provider.

Nina MawMaw Let’s be real! Nobody wakes up excited for an OB-GYN appointment. But with Dr. Lisa Boden, I might just be the exception! She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but she also has this magical ability to make even the most awkward moments feel totally normal. She listens, she cares, and she explains things in a way that makes sense (without making you feel like you need a medical degree to understand). If you’re looking for an OB-GYN who’s both brilliant and actually fun to talk to, Dr. Boden is the one. Highly recommend!

Katleen Nika Magsino called multiple times to confirm my schedule, had my appointment set up a month ago. A day before my appointment, they confirmed if Im coming to their Palm dessert clinic and not Palm springs and I said yes. today I came in the clinic early saying the scheduler messed up the appointment and I have to go back to Palm Springs instead. Very annoying, I ended up having a cancelled appointment and offering another appointment on February. VERYYYY ANNOYED right now!

Melissa Pelkey I have been coming to Dr Biden for over 2 years and I have nothing but compliments for her! So professional, actually concerned about my needs and concerns. Appreciate all she recommends. I have also been doing the HRT and not only can I tell a huge improvement in my mood, sex life and overall body controls ( ladies You know hot flashes gone, arthritis way way less(didn’t even know it existed till body aches gone)mood swings 95%gone, I am still a girl, actual sex drive engaged! Par18 Dr Bodon is very personable and likeable but Im tired of chasing her office staff. Im supposed to call the office to reschedule my next appointment because shes going to be on a long vacation. This is my 5th attempt today, leaving messages and no real person EVER calls me back. This is NOT ok!

Brandie My initial appointment with Dr. Bodon was amazing. She listened to my concerns and ordered all of the appropriate tests for my age. She had wonderful bedside manner. I did not experience any issues with her staff.

Ken S I had the best experience at Eisenhower primary care at Rimrock today. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating from check-in to check out, everything went quickly and smoothly. Dr. Schiessl and nurse John were awesome!

Heath Baker Ive had nothing but great interaction at this location, both in person and virtually. The medical staff is great. Even when I dont appear in person and need something virtually, they are quick to answer and always help give me the answers I need or point me in the direction I need, to find the answers Im looking for. I would like to list specific people, but I fear I will miss some and fail to include them all - everyone so far has been excellent.

Bergeron Daryl (He/Him) I would give a five-star review, but I had to drop two for very bad communication. Ive been seeing my primary care doc at the Rimrock office for four years now. And it never fails that when I am given instructions at the end of my appointment, they seem to always fail to provide all details. Like giving me lab work orders but not telling me to wait until 10 days before my next appointment before having them done. Or not letting me know that I need to call them to let them know where I am having my labs done so they can fax the orders to them. Communication via MyChart is also bad. Ive sent messages to them without getting any response. And sometimes even though I get a response, they instructions/answers are ambiguous.

Cassandra King-Zinnen Absolutely terrible customer service at this facility. The manager was condescending and very rude. She barked at me in front of other customers, which was completely inappropriate,and said Dr. FARNAZEH denied my appointment that I had waited patiently for 4 months for because I was 15 minutes late due to icy roads up in Idyllwild. I even called prior to let them know I was on my way and that I was dealing with dangerous roads. No human kindness what so ever and basically argued with me even after I said I would let all the other patients currently waiting go ahead of me since I was late. What happened to caring for humans here,
