Amin Momeni They keep sending me bills in the mail for an annual check up thats covered 100% by insurance. Tried to resolve this issue with them, but they dont respond to my emails/phone calls. Next time you go in for a visit, know that it doesnt matter if you mention you are there for an annual check up a thousand times to everyone you see in their office because they are going to charge you and your insurance for a 5 min visit where the physician does not even know how to use a manual blood pressure device.

Anna took us back and she was so great with my mom, taking her vitals, etc. Then we met with Dr. Nurick. He’s professional, friendly and very thorough. Brenda Best I had set up the appointment 1 month ahead to meet new primary care doctor. Drove in from Arizona to make appointment. They called and canceled that morning. They asked if I could come next day. I agreed. The next morning they moved me again to a different doctor. I told them this was 2nd time in 2 days they had done this. I went. Doctor I met was nice, but I need more reliable appointments. I won’t be back.

Emily Forsberg Im hard of hearing and i utilize ASL as my first and preferred language. I was provided a VRI (virtual relay interpreter service) but it was not successful because the service for the image quality was not great and it kept freezing. Although the audio part worked great, just not the video part where i need access to. That needs to be fixed because it happens more than just once. As a person who is deaf or hard of hearing we should have equal access. So fix that. Prob my last 3 visit the vri was not successful at all. Also while i was waiting for the neurologist to come and talk with me about my prognosis, while i was waiting there was an open bottle of ethyl chloride unattended sitting on the counter. It should be put away for our safety. I will add picture for proof.

Brandie Ellis I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lynsey Lakin, a stand-in at UCR Neurology. She has been completely unprofessional and non-responsive to my medication requests. Its been a full month since I reached out, and I have received no updates. On top of that, she was 40 minutes late to my virtual appointment without any prior communication. Her delays in processing my medication refills have caused significant inconvenience, and when I raised these concerns, her response was that I could be transferred to another provider. This lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking timely and attentive care

Clarence dodson During my 3 months at the Cancer Center the customer service was great. They all way had bottle water and snacks for patients that were waiting. The doctors were great on information. Only issue I have is the wait. You have a set time you have to be there, however you would wait an extra 15 to 30 minuets.

My mom, the patient, gets confused and he just spent as much time as she needed explaining everything to her. I love this place, 10 out 10 wound recommend. Jesus Trapp Really disappointed with UCR Health, specially since my family members have mentioned different experiences. Ill start with the positive: the resident doctor I saw. She was courteous and I could see she genuinely was listening to me. Unfortunately, thats about as good of an experience as I had. The attending physician, Dr. Yamaguchi, rudely interrupted my resident within the first 30 seconds of the meeting. The resident I was talking to was starting to give me the rundown of the way the appointment would work when she came in, said her piece, and left. It was jarring and it showed that, even though she was present from the beginning and for a good portion of the appointment, she wasnt really paying attention or possibly interest. At the end of the appointment, I was told I would get a call to schedule the next appointment. I didnt hear from UCR, until later in the evening when I received a confirmation to an appointment date and time that did not work for me. I wish Dr. Fletcher the best because I thought she was fantastic, but the rest of the UCR Health team left a bad taste in my mouth.

Connie Rich Dr. Andro Sharobeim saved my life several years ago at Riverside Community Hospital. He was my admitting doctor through the ER, and worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was covered with my care. I spent a week in intensive care, and was critically ill. I have been going to him for my care ever since. His office staff is knowledgeable, caring, and very efficient. When I go in for an office visit I never have a long wait. The office staff is beyond efficient! Thank you, Dr. Sharobeim, and staff!!!

David N. Simple, DO NOT COME HERE! The scheduling department is the worst - they consistently fail to honor appointments made months in advance and reaching them is nearly impossible. Overall service is poor with endless wait times. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Joann Saylor Dr. Christensen was my Dr. at another facility and I was saddened to hear that he was leaving that facility. I have recently gotten new insurance and Dr. C was on the list of providers, so I immediately made an appt w him! Dr. C is kind, patient and truly listens to what you have to say. I have never been rushed or felt that he didnt care or that I was just another patient. He takes the time to listen. My son also sees Dr. C. I would recommend Dr. C. to anyone! Im really glad to have found him again!

Lacy Robitzer Dr. Christensen, makes sure to take the time to answer all questions. He does not push medication and gives us all the options to fix problems before as a last resort medication. The office staff is helpful and follow up is easy.

Quarterspeed I have seen Dr Kane for many years now. I have never had a better primary care doctor. He is always on top of it and there has never been any problem communicating with him. The nurses and/or aids are also great each and every time I go there. They are friendly and professional. The back office is always outstanding. The problem occurs when its time to schedule an appointment. The receptionist Robin is rude, unpleasant, very difficult to deal with, untrustworthy, and seems to think she is the person who gets to decide if you get to see Dr. Kane. She seems to have some control issues as well as being extremely judgmental. I have had to call the back office on several occasions to get a timely appointment or any appointment at all. It seems as though she judges if you are worthy to see the doctor and if she deems you unworthy you dont get in and are told to go to urgent care. This has happened several times. On one occasion I needed a letter from the Dr. I submitted the required paperwork and paid a small fee. A short time later I started calling about the letter and always got the same response. The item is on his desk and will be done as soon as he is able. Finally a year later when I saw the Dr. I asked him about it. He had no knowledge of the letter at all. After telling him about the letter and how I was treated it was in my hand in 10 minutes It turned out Robin never gave him the request to start with. I know of many complaints about her but somehow she is still there. Dr Kane is outstanding, Just be aware of the creature at the front desk.

Angela Bain I have to say our family absolutely loves this office. Dr. Kane is always great at answering questions, offering options and really showing he cares about our family. He has been my husbands primary care physician since he was a child, then became mine as an adult and has been our sons since birth. (My son is 9 now and suffers from severe allergies that turn into sinus infections 2-3 times per year). We have ALWAYS been able to get an appointment when needed. The staff is spot on 100% of the time. I do not have a list of every persons name, but I can tell you they are ALL great. Robyn (spelling may be wrong) is always helpful when I call and she tries her best to get us in when we have a last minute situation. If not that same morning or afternoon, then the next day for sure. Also, the offices are pristine. There are no odd fragrances (this matters when you have allergies); the offices are always immaculate: clean floors, bathrooms, etc. Simply THE BEST. There is not one negative thing I could say re this practice. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr. Kane, Robyn and Staff! Liana Infante Initially I was going to another ob/gyn for my prenatal care but then they switched me to this one on Brockton, and my first appointment here Dr. Gomez was more than an hour late (they made me leave and come back twice) once I was seen he then ordered me to do some lab work but told me I didn’t have to fast, he even wrote it on the order, came to do lab work and turns out I do have to fast. So now I have to come back another day because he don’t know what he’s doing. First and last time coming to this place.

Today I had an appointment I show up I get checked in and even taken to the back to be told that the doctor had an emergency and couldnt see me and that they had called me to tell me .. Karlie Ferem Wouldn’t see my son because he’s 3 months, so not sure why they don’t put that they don’t see pediatric patients? Makes no sense if you’re an urgent care to refuse service to my 3 month old and tell us to go to the ER and wait all day just because he’s constipated!!! Another urgent care said yes we’ll take him right now. So clearly this urgent care just doesn’t care about patients and would rather a 3 month old just be miserable at an ER for hours and catch an illness from sitting in there all day. Wild to me how healthcare can pick and choose who they want to treat and say they’re “better suited” to go to ER because your providers are incapable of doing their job.

Darin D I had a mixed experience at Raincross when I showed up to see a doctor after my toddler-aged son fell at his preschool and cut his lip pretty severely. If youre looking for a quick summary, the front desk/intake process was smooth and quick and the nurse was great. The doctor we saw was rude and referred us to the ER (wasting our time and money) to have a procedure that the ER doctors ultimately told us wasnt needed. If you want more information on what transpired, keep reading. We were called back to the patient room and the nurse measured my sons weight, height, temperature, etc. When she left, we waited 45 minutes before Doctor Wesley Tolles came in. During that time, I could hear him through the walls loudly and flippantly discussing the other patients with the nurses. When he came in, he went to take a look at my sons mouth, told him to open his mouth and when my son didnt understand immediately he looked at me with impatience and said "Can I get a little help here?" in a very rude manner. I have no issues with helping out and I often do during medical appointments, but in this instance the doctor got impatient immediately. Sometimes you need to repeat when youre asking a toddler to do something and I assumed that Doctor Tolles might be able to do that before I jumped in to help out. After looking at my sons lip Dr. Tolles told us that he would need stitches and we needed to go to the ER. I kind of jokingly asked "I wonder if theres any chance well get hoime before his bedtime" and the dude just kinda went off and said "What do you mean, you just show up. What, do you want me to call them for you? I dont work there? Im not sure what you want me to do?" I was just verbally processing the news that wed be at the ER all night, it wasnt that serious and at this point the dude seemed like he was almost instigating a conflict. We left. The worst part of all of this is that after checking in and waiting 2 hours at the ER (which is pretty quick, to be honest), the doctors there told us that stitches were not necessary and thanks to Dr. Tolles referral we went home with an ER bill and instructions to keep the cut clean until it heals in a couple of weeks. I might try Raincross again because other than the doctor we had a fine experience but Ill probably call ahead to ensure that Dr. Tolles isnt on duty first.

Grant Atkinson Rose. Is very rude… this urgent care didn’t accept my medi cal insurance because I’m from Los Angeles county. So I was illegally overcharged for my appoint today. Infact. The pharmacist later, told me they should have accepted my insurance and that I should file a complaint. Besides that, place is very nice and the doctors are super helping and friendly.

Deanne Moore Front desk receptionist spoke too quickly and it was difficult to understand her. They offered pens to complete paperwork, however, they weren’t sanitized after use. The person who administered my COVID test, caused my nose to bleed and it dripped all over my face, dress, and glasses. Do you think she stopped to offer me tissue? She didn’t. As I tried to clean myself up, she showed no compassion or care and kept going. When she returned, she did not even bring tissue. She DEFINITELY lacks the human skills needed to treat people in the medical profession. Never again. I’ll make the drive elsewhere.

Flo Haynes I thought Dr. Oh was a wonderful Doctor until he gave me two cortisone injections but only wrote down he gave me one. :( Then the one in the shoulder collasped my lung. I went to Urgent Care 3 hours after the procedure to a PA who could care less!! I asked for an x-ray and she said nope!! I was having difficulty breathing and standing straight up or walking. Couldnt lay down as I couldnt breath. I contacted his office at 8:30 am the day after the procedure and he didnt call me until 5:30 pm and said he thinks I have a collasped lung but there is nothing he could do for it and to go get a chest xray the next morning!! REALLY!! I did and my lung was 75% collasped. He called 3 hours later (said he put a stat rush on the xray I was there at 9 am) and told me to go directly to the hospital as they were going to have to admit me and put a chest tube in. I was in the hospital for 5 days. When I called his office that morning I told them I was having difficulty breathing and all the other symptoms--you would have thought he would have called and sent me directly to the hopsital then. Dont trust him---always have someone else go in with you and make sure you check your records for accuracy!!

Micky Pineda Dr. Oh is by far one of the best physicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He has always been very kind and informative about every step we take in my treatment plan. He will also listen to you and give you advice based on your health issues. I dont feel rushed when I have my appointments, although he is quite busy and had to add a PA to his staff. I will continue to see him as long as I need treatment from him. His front staff is also knowledgeable and efficient. Update: Dr. Oh continues to be outstanding. I wish he could be my Primary Care physician in all honestly. He is extremely thorough in all aspects of health issues pertaining to his specialty and even branches off to guide you with other issues.

Nicole Noriega Dr. Solis is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I am a Respiratory Therapist in Temecula and I found Dr. Solis through a patient I was caring for. My patient was singing Dr. Solis’ praises and at the time I was looking for a new primary. Anybody who lives around the 215/60/91 freeways, knows what traffic is like everyday, and Dr.Solis is worth every mile and minute spent in traffic. He is kind, attentive, genuine, supportive, patient, and funny. His bedside manner is superb, he is thorough, detail-oriented, and makes you truly feel so comfortable and at ease. I honestly couldn’t say enough about him. If you’re thinking of switching doctors or looking for a new primary, he is top tier.

Stephanie Smith My insurance changed and I read the positive comments by other patients of Dr. Kunaseelan. I had my first visit a few weeks ago and she was very warm, attentive and engaged. She took her time, never seemed to be in a rush. I received an immediate message after my tests were back to assume a follow up. I find the staff and Dr K wonderful. Dr K was very uplifting and positive during my follow up. So incredibly happy with her as my new PCP.

Bill De La Hoya Dr Solis and staff reassured me that there are still Practices concerned with Patient care. My recent appointment was late in the afternoon on a Monday and despite the time slot, every individual I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with my health.

Enedina Rubio I see Anne Minard at Dr. Sanchez office. I have seen her for many years and can truthfully say that she is an amazing caring person. She takes time with you and sets up what needs to be done immediately. I hate that I had to change doctors as I moved to the high desert but I kept going down to see her for a year. Insurance insisted on a doctor up here.

Gabriel Dr. Elias Sanchezs team are amazing and give treatment with care. My aunt went to see him when she was in bad shape with her health and he literally brought her back to life with her health being increased, diabietes in check, and she now has energy to do things around the house. I was so excited about her recovery that I decided to change my health care provider to Dr. Sanchez. I havent had any issues with him or his staff. In regards to the previous 1 start rating below i want to say that i completely understand about lunch periods for doctors offices being between 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. as a norm. I work in the workers compensation field and Its standard for lunch periods to be about 2 hours long for the whole office to eat which is why they have an exchange dept to help with messages or a staff member to assist with general questions so I wouldnt hold that against them. I would recommend this clinic/health provider to others definitely and if you have to wait for an appointment with Dr. Elias Sanchez trust me its well worth it.

Connie Blake Dr. Elias Sanchez, is the best doctor Ive ever encountered, his passion for caring for his patients really shows. He integrates all types of medicines to come up with a plan to help your body heal itself. He will totally check to see where you are lacking and prescribe the most natural way to achieve your health goals.

Silvia Hanlon Dr. Elias Sanchez is phenomenal! He stays on top of current medical research and approaches as much as possible holistically. He takes the time to educate you on what is happening with your body. Every visit, I learn something new! By far, the best doctor I have ever had :)

Hector Wanted to put my work insurance to good use so I searched around my area, found Dr. Sanchez who had mixed reviews but I decided to give him a try anyways. Glad to say I didnt even get the chance to be disappointed. I called around 12pm and asked to make an appointment as a new patient, they said the person in charge of that is out to lunch and will be back until 130pm the lastest. I never heard of an hour and a half of lunch time but fine, I called back at 1:45pm and the same person told me to call back until after 2pm because the appointment person is not back yet. What a joke, Im glad this happened so I dont waste my time with them.

Eileen Vee Dr. Thuan Le has been nothing but the best throughout my pregnancy! From the moment I met him, I knew Id be very comfortable & that hell take care of me & my daughter. I am currently 26 weeks into this pregnancy & I am very very pleased by him & cant wait till shes here to give me full review but so far so great! I recommend him to every female whos looking for a dr who cares, is kind & takes an interest in their patients.

Amy Vincent My daughter in law was seen at the hospital recently for extreme pelvic pain and swelling and was told to follow up with an OB/GYN. I have never experienced such poor bedside manners. Dr. Le was abrasive, spoke more than he listened, and he was generally awkward. I am concerned that he takes drugs. He was much too high-strung to come down to the level of someone experiencing immense pain. Very glad we left and immediately got a second opinion for her. She is currently getting excellent care.

Esmeralda Rios Dr. Le was an unsupported doctor during my pregnancy back in 2021-2022. He definitely talked more than listened. I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn’t accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father’s store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he’s old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

Starlynn Perez Dr. Le was amazing during my emergency c-section. Calm, cool and collected. From the moment I called him he acted quickly and efficient. I truly believe he saved my baby girls life. I 100% recommend Dr. Le and his staff at RMC. Thank YOU Dr. Le.

Carmen Tapia Ohhh its been a long time I saw Dr. Le is been since he delivered my identical twin boys on June 7th 2017. First of hands up for this great doctor I loved the passion he has answering all your questions. I had lots and lots of questions and he always had the time and patience to answers. I originally had another doctor that was no good at all and would never seemed like she cared so i then researched for Drs and found Dr.Le. I really didnt wait to be seen at my appointments, when ever I had a question and I called i always got an answer. And let me tell you about my c section scar; you could barely see it unbelievable! His after care was amazing. I will always refer this amazing doctor.

s milson Any trip to a hospital for a procedure is not a fantastic trip. But… The nurses, doctors, etc. that I had interactions with, were fantastic. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly have been. Everyone was caring, kind, and knowledgeable. All the questions I had were answered completely. I felt cared for. I felt important. Even the person at the front desk when I walked into the building was very helpful and kind. My sister took me to my appointment and of course stayed there to drive me home and even she commented on how nice everyone was to her. I highly recommend this hospital and the people who work there. Dr Emdadi was my surgeon and I cannot speak highly enough about him. I have had procedures and surgeries at other hospitals and facilities and I have to say this was my best experience as far as doctors nurses and any other employees. 10 out of 10.

Deanna Brooke I had a wonderful experience at RCH when delivering my baby! The L&D staff were so attentive and patient. Everyone was so kind and truly seemed to care about both mine and my baby’s needs. This was my first time delivering at RCH and I was delivering my 4th baby so naturally I was nervous to deliver at a different hospital than I’m used to but I can honestly say that I wish I could have delivered all of my children at RCH. Amber, Haiyun, Christa, Leo and Alicia were the best and provided exceptional service.

arely rosiles I had my baby here, and I had the great care. The nurses, drs and staff were so amazing . They make you feel at home and safe. Me and my husband are very happy we choice this hospital to my twins.

Mary Kroll I was put in the new section of the bldg and had the great view. But more importantly I got blessed with a nurse named Mora! She was an angel. She was kind, gentle, listened when I talked to her. She is a smart young woman and so GREAT at her job. Anyone who gets her as their nurse is very lucky! I felt so thankful I got her as my nurse!!!!!

Mariah Kaye I was so satisfied with the customer service and the way they care for me for 3 days staying in here for my c-section. Starting from the nurses that are very friendly and approachable. I also wants to extend my gratitude to the surgical team that makes me feel comfortable during my surgery. My doctor Emeruwa did a fantastic job on my surgery for making it fast and safe. They always ask me if I need any help or if i need anything else. Thank you to my nurses Colleen, Maria, Mary , Grace, Missy, Leo, Patience, Hazel, Katie, and all the staff of this hospital. You guys are awesome !!

Christopher Davison My father has been waiting from the time of 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning in a waiting room for a inpatient room it is now 12:00 a.m. Thursday night and he still has not been accommodated to a reasonable room. I was waiting in place of my sister for the time being until my father could get a routine procedure completed while my sister gets ready at home for the transportation for our mother home from a severe stroke since July of 2023. The staff seemed friendly at first but then had changed their mood when I asked when will my father be placed in a more private and accommodating room for his and my needs as I took have a injury to my calve and tightened thigh muscle from a work incident, we are both staying over night for a routine procedure I would post a picture of the seat that I was told to sit in over night but the reviews doesnt allow it, so with that said allow me to explain that it is a very hard cold plastic chair with no cushion at all. Not to mention they bill my father over charges with no itemized bill on service or products used on past visits and tell him he will loose his spot for the procedure for the next day which usually not started until about 03:30 p.m. / 4:30 p.m. so he cannot go home to a comfortable setting in the warmth of his daughters home. Basically its a clog fishla that needs to be replaced.

Sonya Ortiz My mom was sent to G tower on the 5th floor. She was on hospice due to her dementia progression. She needed a 24 hr care person in with her to make sure she wouldnt pull out her IV or hurt herself. The nurses were attentive to my mom at 1st and then pulled her 24hr nurse and we were told that one her family members would need to stay with her for 24 hrs so she could be sent to a skilled nursing home. I felt like they were trying to push her out of the hospital as soon as they could. My mom passed away the next day. The nurses on the AM shift on the 5th were un compassionate . I thank the hospice nurse and Dr and coordinator for their help and compassion through this difficult time.

Classy Love this hospital! I was taken great care of by the staff on my 4 day stay from having a hysterectomy! My Nurse Ratna was GREAT!!!!. I also enjoyed Angelica, Katlyn. Charge nurse Teena. Everyone was great and helped a lot!

LynnK I love how they treat their patients. The nurses and Doctors are nice. It is just hard to look for parking when you go there late. Most of the parking spaces were taken I had to go as early as 6 am or 7 am to get a parking space close to the building.
