Valerie Justice I have been a patient at this Sutter Walk-in Clinic for about 5 years. I come in a few times a year. I like it very much: I am greeted, the staff move very quickly, I see a Nurse Practitioner. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Ana FM We really appreciate this Clinic and all of its staff. We have always had great experiences with their medical team, especially their medical assistants. The facility itself is always clean and the way they book keeps them on track and very efficient. I don’t think we have ever been in the waiting room at the same time as someone else, not sure if that is intentional or if we just get lucky like that? But they definitely do not get crowded like your typical care center.

Kelsey Myers I had a great experience at this urgent care today. The girl working the front desk was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to help me. My insurance wasn’t going through, and she worked with me to fix it. Since it took a while and several other patients were seen in the meantime, she even scheduled me an appointment for later in the day so I wouldn’t have to wait longer. When I came back, the doctor was thorough and really listened to me. After being sick for a couple of weeks and having a terrible experience at another urgent care that didn’t help me at all, I was desperate for relief—and I got it! The doctor took the time to figure out what was going on and prescribed the medication I needed to start feeling better. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely cared. I’ll definitely come back to this location if I need urgent care again. Highly recommend!

Kimberly Tresca My family primarily uses Sutter with our insurance. Our primary and pediatrician for our children is through Sutter. I’ve been to this walk in and other urgent cares for Sutter as well and have never had any negative experiences until this recent visit to this specific walk in clinic yesterday. I understand that you can book appointments online but my autistic non verbal child was sent home from his ABA therapy due to him holding his ear and being very fussy. I assumed we were dealing with an ear infection and given he also has AFRID he would need to start injection antibiotic therapy so it would be important to have a medical professional confirm the issue was an infection. I walked in to the clinic with my son and there was no one in the lobby but also no staff at the front desk. A woman walked out and immediately was cold to me asking what I needed. I explained my son was sent home for touching his ear and being fussy so I assumed possible ear infection. She immediately said well what insurance do you have. I was caught off guard as normally they ask if we are Sutter members and will look up our chart and see all our info including insurance. Nevertheless, I immediately said Blue Shield and started Look through my wallet to grab the insurance card And at that point my son began throwing up in the lobby. The woman acted as if she had never seen anyone throw up before and frantically said you need to hold on and ran to the back. I was once again shocked and obvious was trying to console my child while trying to understand why she was being so rude. We waited probably close to 5 min before someone else came out and again asked why we were there. I once again explained the ear issue and now obviously a stomach issue and since this was a walk in clinic we were here to be seen. She then said they were fully booked for the day and couldn’t see him. My child is 5 years old and obviously wasn’t feeling well yet they turned us a away. What’s the point in calling yourself a walk in clinic if you done accept walk ups at 3pm in the afternoon and you close at 8? Just tell me you don’t want to see my child cause he just threw up! So she ended up telling us to go to a different urgent care down the street Lincoln Urgent Care who was amazing! They took care of my son with no hesitation. I am beyond appalled at the treatment I received at this clinic and hope that no one else experiences this from them.

Joseph Earl The MA was really nice and got me back and vitals very quickly. I thought I might have some time to read a book while eating but the NP came in right after the MA. She did a great job asking me questions and looking at my ear drum and helped me understand how the ear and tubes work. She addressed my concerns and got me on my way quickly. Very fast and excels t service!

P KJ Check in was easy, plenty of seating for everyone. We were brought in promptly and the doctor was right on time. No waiting! Dr. Benson. He explained everything, what happened, and listened patiently to every question we had, and took time to answer thoroughly. He was very friendly, had a sense of humor, which helped in this situation considering how broken my foot was. Also, for the follow up appointment, he mentioned a different doctor maybe assigned to me. That concerned me and he asked me what my concern was, and he addressed it well enough that I agreed it would be OK for me to see the other doctor. Also, as he had already stood up and was getting ready to leave, I thought of another question and he stopped, turned around and sat back down and patiently listened to my question and answered it thoroughly, again! I am very impressed, thank you so much, Dr. Benson! By the time I left the exam room, I already had a follow up appointment pinging on my cell phone. My next stop was the cast room, and young gentleman by the name of Chris was super friendly, and accommodating. Again, having a great sense of humor and his calm and friendly demeanor helped put me and my husband at ease. He made the entire casting process painless and actually enjoyable with the conversation he led.

queen hawa This hospital deserves more than five stars. As a first time mother through c-section was a great experience. When they took me in the room to take my baby out I had a really bad headache at that moment and I was crying, they makes sure I was alright before they could continue with the c-section. Everyone was so caring. As a black woman it makes me happy to see Doctors and Nurses all care about me and my baby boy. I didnt regret one bit of the days I spend at this hospital. Eureka Kaiser Permanente in Roseville is a great place if you are pregnant or any other reason they are great at their job and very friendly.

Sydney Zeyen I had the most amazing hospital experience I have ever had at this hospital. Dr. Barnes was absolutely amazing. All 10+ of my nurses were absolutely incredible and attentive the entire time. I had so many nurses because I went in for a scheduled c-section. Every single question I had was answered. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the care that my baby and I received. I cannot recommend this hospital enough.

Jeanine Fling Kathleen measures the results of my “homework exercises” since the last visit, evaluates them, & adds additional exercises to keep me moving forward to higher levels of range of motion & healing. Even after I got sick twice & was not well enough to do the exercises faithfully every day, I have still made improvements under her guidance, with every visit & every new measurement. She is kind, thorough, caring & friendly.

Gillian Fischer Our whole family have been patients here since they opened. We have consistently received thoughtful, caring and prompt care. All the doctors and staff are exceptional and I could not recommend more highly. We have even delayed moving out of the area due to the unbelievably great care we all receive. Thank you P3 for always coming through for our family. We adore all of you!

Chris Connolly I joined the practice 4 months ago at $150/ month because I read positive reviews online and was wondering if there was a better option than the Sutter Health corporate health machine. The practice advertises “concierge service” and “direct communication when it’s convenient for you.” I found the level of service and communication not as advertised. I had a care related message go unanswered by the provider for a few days. I had to call and followup up with staff, and I received an apology from the provider blaming technical issues. The next month I had another delayed response with the same excuse. I tried calling the office manager to discuss but never received a call back. The provider called me the next day and advised I bring concerns to him directly instead of the part-time office manager, and intimated I might want to reconsider if the relationship with the practice was working for me. I decided he was right, and will pocket the $150/ month and return to Sutter. Ultimately, I received the same level of service.

Dannon McElroy I have been a member of Placer Private Physicians since it opened. My parents enrolled me when I was a teen and I chose to continue as an adult, eventually adding my husband and now son. The care my family and I receive from the entire practice is extraordinary. As a new mom, I fully appreciate being able to contact a doctor whenever I need or have a question. The fact they always have a doctor on call really puts my mind at ease. Each doctor has been excellent with my son since he was born. The nursing and office staff spoil him beyond measure. I am forever grateful to Dr. Brown for helping me to diagnose some chronic issues that other doctors/specialists have brushed off. I truly feel heard and understood, vs. the common medical gaslighting I have received elsewhere. I appreciate her willingness to listen, research, and advocate for me as needed and that she educated me on my body and conditions. If you are a woman with endocrine or hormone issues, she is amazing. The nursing staff is friendly, professional, and overall comforting. I have never had a negative experience with them (and I’m there frequently!) I appreciate being able to reach out to a nurse to help facilitate when I need questions answered quickly, quick referral, urgent med refills etc. And as someone that needs frequent injections, Lisa makes shots quick and relatively painless. Kimberly was so helpful as I learned breastfeeding and such a support to me as a new mom. While I don’t see him as much, Harry is a delight and may be my son’s favorite. The office staff is equally as professional and friendly and overall great to work with. I appreciate their follow through on sending communication to the nurses and doctors. Their on site nutritionist Prabha is incredibly helpful and thorough. She has even helped me plan meals and grocery lists to best support my family’s health. I realize I have said all positive things, but I think very highly of this practice. Where I have friends fighting to get themselves or a family member in for appointments or to be taken seriously and actually helped by other doctors in this area, I know Dr. Brown, Lisa (nurse), and the rest of PPP will make sure I can get the help I need. My only con is that my son has to get his vaccinations at a nearby doctor’s office. But, PPP arranges the appointment and we are in and out very quick. While the cost of being a member may seem like an extra expense, keep in mind you are avoiding co-pays when going there so you aren’t paying an additional fee per visit, you are actually being listened to, you have access to the on-call doctor, referrals are quick, and medication refills are easy. Being on a budget, I wouldn’t spend the extra money if I didn’t find the service and peace of mind of having them as my doctor’s office 100% worth it.

Jose Madrigal I want to start this post by thanking all of the staff in the clinic for the amazing experience and care they provided throughout our process. The staff was very professional and caring from the first time I reached out to the clinic. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered. After calling multiple Civil Surgeons (Doctors in the US who can perform medical examinations for persons adjusting their status to permanent residency), we came across DV Health Center – Immigration Doctor. Finding DV Health Clinic was the biggest blessing someone could ever ask for. Their fees were below all the clinics we reached out to in Sacramento County, but best of all, we were able to get most of the vaccines required by immigration in their clinic. Going through the immigration process can be very stressful and expensive, but DV Health Center made it very easy and affordable. The clinic staff always made us feel comfortable and at ease. This is the place to go if you are looking for an honest, reasonable place with excellent staff.

Courtney Osborn We visited Sutter Urgent Care last night and had a wonderful experience. It was our first time so there was some additional paperwork that needed to be completed but the front desk staff was friendly, patient and kind. The wait wasnt terribly long and once we were in a room both the nurse and the doctor were patient and friendly, which was essential as my 3 year old was half a sleep and sick (obviously why we were there). We were in and out in about an hour, which felt reasonable for being later in the evening.

Roberto Marquez I arrived at 11am and was called in at 11:20. My PA was Pleasant and professional! The Nurse/Doc came in 5 minutes later. We discussed my issues and was outta there in 10 more minutes! Thank You for being so efficient and considerate to patients time! I ❤️ Sutter!

Bobbie Spivey After an expected wait, I was taken back by a personable nurse who took my vitals and told me that now with three doctors on staff the wait wouldnt be long. The doctor who treated me listened and was also efficient in passing me on to getting an X-Ray the same day in another department. I love that Sutter has all their departments in and around the same area.

Nicole Collins I’m pretty sure they forgot about me at my visit. When I popped my head out they told me I wasn’t but per my mom who was in the waiting room all the people before me had been seen and left. All the people after me also were seen and left before my appt was over. As a patient ambassador or Sutter that is very poor care. I’m a medical assistant myself and I get things happen but at least check in with the patient if the doc is running behind. The doc I seen was good and staff was good. Just that part is not what Warner is looking for with Sutter.

She had the greatest experience at this doctor’s office and it means the most as she is developing her trust to go to these spaces. Thank you for the incredible visit! She’s already using her hand again.

Daniel Chance Mar. 2024 update: Ive been with Dr. Singh about 2 years. While there have been times when it has been difficult to contact Dr. Singh or his office, they have overall been good and recently have made some changes to help them get things moving faster. Before choosing him to be your doctor I would STRONGLY recommend to contact them and ask them honestly how busy they are with patients. In the past they told me they were "slammed" and communication was difficult. When youre actually talking to Dr. Singh hes GREAT, just set your expectations accordingly if they are busy. ------------------------------------------------------------ So far, excellent doctor, much better than my last. Decent wait times, very good assistant, listens well.

Alicia Patterson Dr. Singh has been a great Doctor for our family. I am very pleased to see that he is opening his own practice in Roseville. I usually don’t do reviews but after my parents were notified by the previous clinic that he doesn’t work there anymore, we were heart broken that he is no longer at that location but so overjoyed when we searched him online and found him . He is such a caring, kind Doctor who has been so helpful to our family. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to be seen at his new location. I am quite sure we will have an even better experience and service at his private clinic.

Have you ever left an MD appt. feeling reassured that your provider has your best interest at heart? Have you ever felt after seeing him or her that your provider really understands you? Well I promise you, after seeing Dr. Singh you will! I will ensure that you are receiving the most up to date treatment and include you in all care planning. Fast easy appointment scheduling and never waiting weeks and weeks to be seen. I highly recommend him and the health and wellness clinic for all your primary needs.

Toney Woods Charged me $25 upfront before I was even able to make an appointment. My copay is only $15. They knew that. Policy. Ok. So I go in for my 1 and only appointment and the office looked, smelled and felt like a Medical office in the hood. Dirty. Unfriendly staff ignoring patienys and gossiping amo gat themselves about hair and dates. Not too professional. Dr. Kelada was ok after a long wait. Average treatment. Gave me the referrals I needed but took forever. Experience was so bad that I changed doctors and offices over it. Makes me miss Kaiser. Then I take my wife to her appointment there (despite the poor experience she kept the same office and doctor) and ask about my $10 that they never paid me back. Found put they just took my $10 and credited my wifes account. One of the girls at the front desk was rude as well. No thanks. Hard pass. Dont recommend. Go anywhere else for better treatment. Hint: Anywhere Sutter or Kaiser etc. 1/2 star experience.

The Kelada family doctors are so caring and understanding. They go beyond their ways to listen to the patients illness and problems instead of ignoring it and assuming other things. Doctors here are very pro active in providing quick response if you have issues. Staffs are very friendly and every time I call they always provide me with answers. julie sandoval I don’t recommend coming here for an illness. They don’t perform any type of testing. I’m elderly, and have been very sick for over 10 days. The dr didn’t swab me to test for either flu or Covid. They said all their covid tests have expired. She recommended drinking garlic tea. Waste of my time & money.

Kirsten Andres I will NEVER return to this clinic again. I just received a bill in the mail even though I was given NO form of treatment, and when I had called back to review the results from my visit, the person that handles that department "was not there". Called back again the next day, and they still "were not there". (Called on a thursday & friday). I can afford the $30, but I am very upset because after everything I went through at this clinic (waited in the waiting room for hours to be seen for 5 minutes by a very pushy and snappy doctor), I was not able to have the results of the tests ran during my visit, and I was also not prescribed with any sort of treatment. When my visit was over I was just told to leave and call back. Do not go here, truly it is a joke. The nurses were very polite but overall awful experience and I do not ever want to give them any more of my money.

Claudia Izarraraz I came in because I had an infection going on. I paid out of pocket for my appointment.. Doctor came in, had me open my mouth, not even 2 seconds and she was done! She said, “You definitely have SOME TYPE of infection going on”. She did no swab, used no light to actually check my throat, barely got close enough to look inside my throat. She didnt even tell me what was actually wrong. I was very unwell that day and I didn’t even realize until I had left the office that I asked myself why I didn’t question the doctor. How can she prescribe antibiotics for 2 whole weeks without knowing what’s actually wrong. I took the antibiotics as she prescribed and as soon as I was finished all my symptoms came back. I called the office and they said I had to pay for another visit because it had been more than 7 days after my initial visit even though my antibiotics were to be taken for 2 weeks. How could I call before then, if antibiotics should be finished. How would I know there was a problem? I basically paid for a visit, walked out with no diagnosis, was blindly given antibiotics to resolve an issue she didn’t even diagnose to begin with and now Im sick again with the same symptoms. I have been to this office several times before with my husband and daughter and I had never had this sort of issue with other doctors. All the other doctors were more than helpful and the appointments didn’t feel like they were just trying to get us to leave, they were actually trying to help. This experience was far from that. This has honestly been a horrible experience for me because I paid and im back to where I was before. Please beware.

Debbie Diano I have unfortunately had many experiences at Sutter Roseville Hospital due to kidney stones over the years. I have always had wonderful care. Occasionally I have had a nurse or someone who seems maybe not as friendly or burned out but that is not common. Shift changes and you get a bright shiny face. This visit was my first time having a roommate and all the staff did such a fantastic job caring for my sweet elderly neighbor. I had many nurses and didn’t always catch their names but Jade is one I remember and she was great. Custodial staff came in and I wish I caught her name because she was so friendly and pleasant. Doctors and all staff were great from the er to me being admitted and cared for post surgery.

Alicia “Alicia” If you’re looking for mental health, you will not find it in this place, the nurse was rude and the service was mediocre, also most of the shift he was sitting at a desk chatting with coworkers and ignoring patients, when asking questions he was no been true full, despotic . When asking to talk to the dr he ignored me, I asked again and he said there is no Dr onsite and the dr will be here at 10:00 pm. We arrived Sunday at 1:00 am they did not have my son assessed as they said they would when we arrived, first is supposed to happen before 4; 00 am and by 5; pm he was still not assessed. They had him in. Bed for over 17 hrs without no treatment. They drown in blood and until I asked for the results, they did not provide us with no information. I took him there thinking they will help him but the only thing they did was keeping hostage and when to trying to leave for Jim to go home they attacked him. They provided no help and removed me from my sons side. Hours later I try to come in and said that is no visitor allowed. They did not let him get his charger for his cell phone. If you want to get help. Do NOT go here and is better to talk to a person on the crisis, line.

Those who put negative reviews you people have no patience, want quick treatment and leave FYI Everything precedure has to be done step by step, and if the staff tried to get patience out quick you will ALL still complain they didnt treat you properly. People when you go to hospital have bit of patience the staffs are there to help you.

Dan Smith I’ve been here 4 times now for emergencies and all of them took about 6 hours. I get it a major trauma center but after all the tests, they have zero interest in finishing the job. When you do get admitted, it’s a longer wait and lots of time in a hallway until a room is ready. They did all the tests and I’ll give them props for that but hope you don’t expect to get out of here in any kind of timeliness. I had to go to Mercy san Juan and was out in about 3 hours.

Brian Paris This might be the worst ER department. The wait is always hours long and the lack of people wearing masks is insane. People are all sitting in group areas and coughing, hacking and wheezing. Once in back, even if priority, the wait and response time can be long... a recent visit for my elderly mother was 2 hours in the waiting area, another 10+ hours in an ER room, with few doctors visits, then finally an admittance after another 2 hours. If you have an option. Take it.

Omar Magana About a two months ago my father in law was admitted to their oncology department. The times my family and I were there he had Ernesto and Brian as his nurses and I must say they both did an exceptional job taken care of all his needs. From what my mother in law stated is that Brian went above when my father in law did not feel great. He was right on it and had a full team of doctors around him. And I can say the same goes for Ernesto. Thank you for making sure my father in law was taken comfortable. Thank you for everything room 187.

victoria martinez I wish there was a zero star for this, several months ago I gave birth to my baby, I was in building two( the birthing center) they were great, how ever I got transferred to building one It was a nightmare! Some of the nurses were good but some of them I feel didnt do there jobs like regular nurses should! Some of them had really bad attitudes and I felt very neglected by them, I also had the pleasure of meeting a very unprofessional lactation consultant, she was RUDE!!!!! She embarrassed me in front of my family, my partner who was walking in the hallway to get to my room, he had over heard this lactation consultant talking about me to one of the nurses at the nurses station, she was talking about what I was eating and just gossiping about me once she saw my partner go into my room, she did later came in and said I needed to drink more water. I felt very judged by her and the rest of the team, I had felt very uncomfortable being there, I will not be returning to this joke of a hospital, if you want to feel judged, discriminated,or neglected this is the hospital for you!

Taylor I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Roseville Surgery Center. When I arrived for my scheduled surgery, I was informed that my deductible would be around $2,500, which, admittedly, wasn’t a surprise given that I have a very high deductible plan. What wasn’t made clear, however, was that I would need to pay the full $2,500 up front before I could even be admitted for the procedure. After spending $40 on Uber rides and having my family rearrange their schedules to support me, I was forced to walk away from the surgery because I was unable to make such a large payment on the spot. Being turned away from a necessary surgery simply because I couldn’t pay in full on the day of the procedure is exactly what’s wrong with our healthcare system. It’s frustrating and disheartening to experience such a lack of transparency and flexibility, especially when it comes to something as important as surgery. To make matters worse, the front desk staff told me that I had received notice via text message that I would need to pay my deductible up front. However, I never received any such message. When I reviewed their website, I found a "Financial Responsibility" section that mentions payment policies, but there was no clear indication that full payment would be required before surgery. It says that is "EXPECTED" not "REQUIRED". Expected means something that is anticipated or likely to happen, but not necessarily mandated or obligatory. The staff also told me it was my "responsibility" to be aware of my insurance benefits, which I am fully aware of. I even called my insurance provider the same day, and they confirmed that I was 100% covered for the procedure. Despite this, I was still turned away because I couldn’t make the full deductible payment upfront.

Brittany Jackson Dont let your doctor send you here. I do not recommend. I accompanied my mother to drop her off at her procedure. Upon check in the receptionist advised her of a copay she was never made aware of. Tracy, the receptionist begin to look into the issue (and was handling it just fine) and then an extremely rude woman named Rita stepped in. My mother informed them both she never received notice of the copay (she was supposed to get a text, but never did). Tracy was attempting to figure it out when Rita jumped down her throat and my others explaining in detail about the process. It’s completely acceptable to educate someone on a process, but extremely unprofessional to be rude and aggressive in doing so. I witnessed Rita talking to the both of them and belittling my mother as she spoke to her as if she were lying. Rita’s tone, body language and attitude about getting her point across was unwarranted and unprofessional. There is a level of customer service that comes with working with the public, but a bigger one in the medical field. This facility failed epically on every account. If you can’t hold yourself together when a consumer/customer gets frustrated about something your facility dropped the ball on maybe you shouldn’t be dealing with the public. Especially in a setting where someone is getting a surgery procedure done and is already dealing with the nerves that come with that. The way the issue was handled was terrible. There was no accountability on their end what so ever for not notifying her of the copay. No other options or solutions were provided (despite the sticker in the window for care credit or the ability to bill her). The lack of customer service and care surrounding an issue THEY created was appalling. On top of that my mother’s appointment was at 10:30am. We arrived and check in at 10:15am. She was not called back until 11:05… Please note that my mother still payed the copay and had the procedure done despite the unfortunate situation that occurred with the front office staff. I post this to set a realistic expectation of that type of service you might receive upon arrival. Not to speak to the doctors or procedures that take place. I surely do hope that there is someone from their office that reads or monitors these reviews. As we are not the first people to post about a negative experience. Just do better. Treat people with a little respect and care if you are in this field or even customer service. If you can’t do that - even when someone is frustrated, maybe you don’t need to be at the front window of a surgery center.

Cin Website says they open at 6, voicemail says they open at 7, they told me to be here at 6 even though I pleaded with them to be here at 6:15-6:30 since my senior (83 yrs old) client will have a hard time waking up so early and we have to drive 45 minutes and we had to wait more than 30 minutes at the previous 2 appointments before anyone even saw us. She says no…..so here I am waiting until 6:10 before an employee runs in and opens the door and tries to convince me that she must have told me 6:30, not 6. I told her for sure they said 6, an hour before his scheduled surgery and she then agreed. Btw, it’s 6:30 right now and they are just now asking me to sign paperwork. This is the 2nd time this place has disappointed me and I won’t even mention what happened the 1st time. Ugggggh, hopefully this is the last time I have to deal with Roseville Surgery Center

Sarah Hodson My surgery and recovery was fantastic! I would give 1000 stars for that. I’m only giving 1 stars because the business office cannot seem to know what they are doing. I had tubal ligation surgery in January. Was told it was not covered under Contraception therefore would need to pay my $1000 deductible. I tried to fight this as it’s literally contraception. I ended up paying for my surgery before it was done. 2 months later I go to check my EOB from insurance and low and behold it’s covered 100%. I stupidly assumed they would automatically send me a refund…nope. I called late April asking how I would go about getting that refund. They had to send it to the business office to be approved. I was confused as to how it wouldn’t be approved as they got paid twice! Said they would call me back to verify when it was approved, she never called. Called in May still not approved and they would contact the office and call me back, she did not. It was finally approved in June (when I called) but checks are only cut once a month so had to wait for July. Mid July still no check. I call in July and they need to talk to office as to why it wasn’t cut, she would call me back same day, she did not. I just called yesterday and same information. She promises she will call me back say day, guess what she did not! I am so beyond done. If you don’t care about wasting $ then go here. My surgeon was fantastic! But the office is terrible to deal with if you respect your time.

E. S. In my opinion, today was the worst experience Ive ever had at any Kaiser location in both southern and northern California. Ive never been treated with less humanity, or such non existent bedside manor in my life. I found the staff I interacted with today to be incredibly dismissive and condescending, which made me regret coming here at all. I will never return to this Kaiser, as I have never been treated like I was disposable until today. I have no trust in the physicians I had the misfortune of seeing today because you cannot have trust without basic humanity, integrity, or a semblance of care for patients who are hurt, scared and asking for help. Ill drive further to other Kaiser facilities where I have actually received treatment from doctors who care enough to read my chart and treat me like a human being.

Deborah Estey I think we may have to change to a Mercy medical it seems as though there isn’t enough staff and their focus isn’t on their patients, the specialists can be very good but actually getting to see one you must be close to death for this to happen, the governor and now president Donald Trump need to focus on Kaiser Permante more closely it’s basically “ practicing medicine “ a lot of guessing & very low medical care of their ER patients, not enough bed & staff, filthy conditions. Morale ave should have been shut down years ago now Roseville is falling apart and the patients are paying for their lack of medical knowledge and responsibility. They need to build a new Emergency Medical center in Folsom California and re train the staff they have . I’m pretty confident that their lack of medical knowledge is what killed my mother. Terrible Hospital…

Damian Gillespie On 12/3/24: They are the only urgent care open after 830p in Roseville but they turned away my 4 year old son who has a head gash and needs a few stitches because we arrived at 840p and “it’s too close to closing.” This would not have taken long and how dare they turn away a scared little kid who needed their help. Carissa Ortiz Switched from kaiser and 100 percent regret. Sutter is such a money grab. All insurances are but this is 10x worse than kaiser. They want you to be seen for every little thing even things that can clearly be done over the phone. My kid has been in speech for 1.5 years and therapist wanted a hearing eval and they said she needed an apt to put a referral in. The apt was 1 question "why does she need a referral" which I had already told them why at least 3xs .. then they gave her a referral and charged us 200 bucks for the apt. And then sent the referral to wrong place and wants us to be re-seen for a correction. And the place I called had a 6 month wait. Then my son who is a baby got thrush because older sister had it and stuck her binki in his mouth when I wasnt looking. Even though she was diagnosed and seen by a dr they wanted us to again come in to confirm. They didnt have an apt for a week! They booked us the wrong address for that apt and we had to wait an additional week. So my poor baby wasnt eatting and had a mouth full of thrush. Then at the apt they had the nerve to tell me I should have called in because usually all smaller members are treated for thrush in the house like pink eye... well I called 5xs and each time got "you have to have an apt" charged is 240 for that apt! Absolutely disgusting and trash. They dont care about the people they care about the money. My other daughter has had a eval for autism for almost a year. This Healthcare is a joke. Oh and on a annual checkup which is suppose to be covered under my insurance 100% they added a code that added a cost to my bill because I apparently asked a question that wasnt under normal annual care questions... that question was "can I get a refill on my sons inhaler" Absolutely joke!! I could go on because everytime we have an issue with them .. stick with whatever health insurance you have trust me you dont want this! Oh and I already sent a message to patient care team which I got a response of "oh we are sorry it wont happen again" but it always happens again .. so please dont respond w that b.s under this review about letting them know because they didnt do shit except waste more of my time.

AL If you have to check in at Pediatrics Do Not go to the receptionist Raffah, the guy behind the desk. It took him 25-30 mins to check me in. We are established Sutter patients and completed our easy arrival form on the app 48 hrs before arrival. Because of his lack if training or willingness to learn his job correctly, he told me that now I was late (because he had to go to a coworker 2x to ask what and how to do). So our 1030 am appt got moved to 1145 am. All thanks to someone who doesnt know what theyre doing. Also, I had called sutter billing 7 business days prior to verify insurance eligibility on our end and take care of any co pays if needed. Stop hiring people who cant perform qn entry level job that only requires a highschool diploma. And Hugo, I have also escalated this as a formal Grievance with my insurance company.

poet faithful “Ellie” My experience is that of disappointment. I had been with Dr. Sorgea from my birth until I had turned 18, and the last year or two. I completely felt as if I was being pushed to leave. I felt comfortable having a doctor treat me for as long as my insurance stated and that they were able to care for. And Dr. Sorgea made it known she also did not feel comfortable continuing to care for me at my age. Despite going to a second doctor for an opinion who recommended I stick with Sorgea. Not only do I feel disappointment in this but in that for a family doctor. I noticed the trash is only really used by the doctors. A note on top that even states to not throw away diapers and other trash inside the bin. With wait times for the doctors generally being longer then the average length a child can hold their bladder. It seems unrealistic to also just carry it throw the appointment. I did not have a completely bad experience with Dr. Sorgea. But overall I do not think I would necessairly advertise her. Overall I felt as if she could come across as more judgemental. Then I would prefer.

Tawni Lyn Doctor pushed their own personal agenda when it comes to their beliefs based on covid or other illness. Took both my babies there and the Dr refused to to listen or take feelings into consideration. Didn’t he take an oath? Nicholas Charles I sadly had to go into this ER on two different occasions for the same injury. This injury turned into a herniated disc L5-S1 compressing a nerve root. The first time they gave me pain medication, steroids, and things to try to aid in the injury to get me home. Sadly as soon as everything wore off and I completed steroid treatment, my injury came back full force. During the second visit I was admitted to the hospital and it was decided to undergo a microdiscectomy surgery. If I were to attempt to make any suggestions, it would only be because during my time the hospital was very much impacted, so a lot of my time was spent in hallways, or shared rooms. Obviously it would be ideal being able to be in one’s own room, but I know that’s out of their control. I also really did struggle for the moments in the initial waiting room. With my particular emergency I couldn’t sit or stand for very long.. it was really tough because they only have chairs and not really anything to accommodate me until I was back on a bed/stretcher. It would be lovely to somehow address this for future patients who cannot sit. However, this is very much a positive review from me. So with that said, The staff that I dealt with treated me with kindness, knowledge, promptness, and overall incredible bedside manner. I really wish I could reference every single nurse, doctor, neurosurgeon - because the work that was done with me, was outstanding. I’m beyond grateful for my experience, and for what I witnessed just being a patient through every process. What everyone does at this facility is seriously one of the most admirable lines of work I’ve ever seen. Thank you will never be even close enough to express my gratitude. I would feel very comfortable recommending this ER and Hospital to a loved one if they find themselves in need! Thank you Sutter Medical!

Ansel Rockwood I got admitted to this ER Thursday 3/6/2025 with acute appendicitis that required emergency surgery. I interacted with a ton of staff; lots of test techs, at least a dozen nurses, 5 or so doctors, a few surgeons, and everyone there was an absolute gem. Even the security were very kind to me. The food was good, any discomfort I had was addressed very quickly, all the staff (especially the nurses and nurse assitants) were extremely kind and efficient. Everyone there seemed to be there because they liked helping people. I dont want to have to get admitted again just because I prefer to stay healthy, but I just hope the staff know theyre doing a fantastic job and I really did appreciate them taking care of me while I couldnt take care of myself. I have a feeling Im not going to have nearly as many nice things to say about the billing dept since they did plenty of expensive tests to keep me alive and healthy, but the folks on the front line interacting with patients were fantastic, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Magali Bishop Go to another ER if possible. Went into this ER with my daughter (6 months) after talking to the sutter advice nurse. We went in because of a possible seizure, it ended up being a verified seizure. Went in at 1:48 pm and left at 9:30 pm. The doctor was a really nice person and was to the point about testing. Heel blood draw went great. But then they seemed to forget about us in the waiting room. My daughter had a urine bag attached in the waiting room instead of just having it been done in the room when we were in already prior. This happened because we asked what we were waiting on, general information. What broke me and what made this experience awful was when they said they would need a blood draw from her arm. Both parents holding our daughter down. While another nurse held her arm straight. The 4th person then went in with the needle repeatedly missing and unable to get a line going. My daughters arm was covered in blood from the needle piercing her skin. She was screaming and I finally said we were done. I told her it was absolutely ridiculous what was happening. (I was told later from another RN that getting blood that way was a delicate and complicated process and its really hard to do on a child that young, but I guess this nurse thought hey lets give it a whirl why not!) Their response was a simple "sorry guys" with a shoulder shrug. Lack of empathy or awareness of the situation. Absolutely disgusting to the point I will do anything in my power to not return to that department. I demanded the urine bag be removed because at that point I was leaving. I went full ugly cry on the next nurse who took the bag off because he was trying to get us to stay to finish up not knowing why we had asked to get it taken off. I was so upset and I cry when Im mad, but he understood and was so helpful and honestly he was one of the glimmers of light in that place. Someone who cared, he got her ekg done and was connecting with the doctor after that to get us out because he was blown away with how long we had been there (around 7pm at this point). By the time we left I didnt see any familiar faces from that morning in the waiting room, our discharge nurse was really nice as well. I know the ER could take a while but the lack of care, awareness, empathy that my daughter does feel pain was horrible. There were a few people who really seem to be there for the right reasons and their patients matter to them but I wouldnt go back with the fear that Id encounter the others again. This was our experience on this day.

Nicole Burgess The staff was very professional and helpful on our visit. Intake was efficient and despite the bed assignment being in the hallway, the experience we had here was positive. The doctor was knowledgeable and direct and everyone we met treated us like people. Even the handling of the upset person down the hall was professionally addressed, in my opinion. I would come back to this facility if need arose.

Aman K I want to share a horrifying experience my wife and I had at Sutter Roseville ER during her first trimester. She started bleeding in the evening without any symptoms, and we decided to go to the ER. Upon arrival, her pain level reached at around 7. The doctor did an initial ultrasound but couldnt find anything in the uterus, so he ordered a detailed ultrasound and bloodwork, prescribing Tylenol for pain. After the bloodwork, we were sent back to the waiting area. This is when things took a drastic turn for the worse. For over two hours, my wife’s pain escalated to 10+, yet no one helped. Despite multiple pleas, the RN receptionists refused to give Tylenol, saying it would be administered only after the ultrasound. She was crying in pain, and I kept on begging for relief, yet I was repeatedly told to just "wait." When I even considered leaving to buy Tylenol myself, I didn’t have the heart to leave her alone. Seeing her pain, I even asked RN Receptionist that should I call 911 for help and was advised that doing so would put her back in the line. As her pain became unbearable, she passed out near the restroom. Only then did an RN finally get a wheelchair—but still, no immediate help was provided. All this time we were waiting for the ultrasound and when an ultrasound technician came out to call the next patient, I requested her to take my wife. However, she wasn’t aware of the urgency, and she simply followed the queue, unaware that a patient had just passed out in the lobby. Then, God bless the soul of doctor who had initially seen my wife stepped out into the lobby to call another patient. In just one glance, he knew something was terribly wrong and acted immediately. Within minutes, she was rushed inside, where they found her vitals were dangerously low. She was given emergency medication for pain and blood pressure, and we learned she was having a miscarriage. This should NEVER happen in an ER. We left with one haunting question: What if the doctor hadn’t come outside at that moment? This experience raises serious concerns: 1. Lack of communication – Despite my desperate pleas, the RN receptionists never engaged or reassessed my wife’s worsening condition. 2. Lack of compassion & urgency – A patient passed out in the lobby, yet no one checked on her. 3. Triage failure – Despite my 100+ requests for help, no prioritization was done. 4. Coordination failure – Not once did the RNs consult the doctor who had seen my wife. I mean if there are 40-50 patients in the ER Lobby and only one of them is crying/passing out due to pain should be given immediate relief. A single glance from the Doctor was enough to take immediate action—so why didn’t they? This isn’t just a review; it’s a plea for change. Patients come to the ER in their worst moments, trusting the system to take care of them. That trust was completely broken for us. I pray no one else has to go through this nightmare.

Now I have tried to schedule an appt with my new primary and all the doctors are booked months in advance. I wait over 45 min just to talk to someone at the front desk when I call. And the entire time they have a recording saying how they provide quality blah blah. No they do not. They do not provide good care, you are purely a number. I pay a lot of money for insurance to not have to use urgent care. Find another doctor or health group.

Mathias Warnes This is a business more than it is a medical facility. Very hard to get through to a person through all the automated messages. Once you do, youre told that a doctor cant see you for your primary care visit for almost a year. If you tell them you think youre at risk, they boost you up to just 3 months. Shameful. If Mercy Medical is your provider through your insurance, choose another. They obviously have way more patients on the books than they can service. Ive never gotten an appointment in less than 3 months, except when I got covid.

Doing so means being assigned or signing up with WS through your private insurance, Medi-Cal or Medi-Care. So, once you have selected WS or been assigned to them you call and wait on hold for at 40 to 60 minutes pretty much anytime you call. Expect the same wait time or longer each time. 2. When someone answers the phone if you have an "immediate care need" and you are not established you have several options. All bad: a) Come to the "immediate care" clinic on Arden Way (in Sacramento, CA) and wait hours to see someone (almost certainly not a doctor) who will only be able to see you for ONE issue only. If you need a referral at this point, NO ONE is authorized to give you a referral and they will not do that not even if you have a broken bone, are bleeding or have another obvious physical issue that needs immediate care. Your only option is to go to the emergency room or an urgent care assigned by your health insurance. Ouch! That co-pay is expensive if you have private healthcare! b) Your next option is to take the first available appointment to try to establish care (which takes at least one month). Once you get this appointment you can ask for referrals that you need. After being seen, you will be given a handout with a summary of the appointment and what the next steps are. Most likely the provider that saw you will not review that with you. And neither will anyone else. That provider is off to the next patient (or break) and WILL NOT under any circumstances come back to your room to answer any questions. So, if that provider sends you for an X-Ray for the right arm and the problem is on your left arm you have to set another appointment to come back to the clinic to get the proper referral because Mercy Imaging Centers (Sacramento) will not honor the faulty referral. Sadly, however, this is all just wishful thinking because the Referral unit has to make the referrals and it will almost surely be weeks to months before you will see anyone. If you are lucky enough to see the referral specialist and get any tests done over at Quest Diagnostics you will have to make another appointment with WS to have someone go over the tests. Getting that appointment will take most probably weeks to months. At this point, you can not select a WS primary care physician until after the initial appointment and screening (and probably will not even afterwards) so you probably wont see a doctor at this appointment either. c) Just go to the emergency room or urgent care center and wait and pay all the co-pays etc. In this case, you will still get referred back to WS and guess what? It all just starts over again. d) There is a Healthcare Advisor for after hours that you can call. Just be aware that they can not diagnose or treat any illness and can not write a referral either. They will most probably tell you to take some tylenol, wait for 72 hours for a call back from WS or to go to the emergency room. In conclusion, the structure of this group of individuals is as follows: 1. The "doctors" main job is to oversee the work of the staff certified medical staff who are generally responsible for all patient care. 2. I do not know if they charge the regular rate for services to Medi-Cal, Medi-Care or private insurers (my guess is that they do). 3) Do not allow anyone to be assigned a PCP because then the whole system can be tracked and investigative agencies will be able to go after specific doctors. 4) Do not allow any patient to have direct ability to contact the individual offices or the doctors or medical staff through email, or written correspondence or by phone.

nikki K This clinic doesnt help much patients. Had to schedule an appointment for leg pain, they requested for xray, then when its done, you have to schedule another day for results, which take 8weeks before you can get a schedule. you have to suffer those weeks before they could give you a prescription. instead of saving you a trip to urgent care, they dont really care. No empathy.

Jessica Powell This medical facility deserves zero stars. My children and myself have unfortunately been patients of Wellspace Health for over 8 years. If there were other options I would not come here! I have experienced the absolute worst health care here, if you can even call it that. I’ve had way too many bad experiences to write in one review. They are so unorganized! It literally takes three or four months to get a referral and sometimes up to a year. Their fault not mine. I sent a message about a month ago asking where my son’s referral was that we requested months before and they said it was approved back in November but no one ever called me nor did the doctors office call me. Now they said I have to make another appointment just to get another referral. Because when I called to make an appointment with the doctor, they no longer see patients for that diagnosis. But the worst part about Wellspace health is their customer service! I don’t know where they get these people from that answer their phones, but they are the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to! I told the lady on the phone that I was never notified for the referral and she told me “yes you were!” I said no, I wasn’t and she kept saying yes you were over and over again! They seriously need to start recording their phone calls and hiring better customer service representatives! Another thing that is bad about Wellspace health is that you can’t keep a doctor that you see for years that knows your history. Instead, you get to see a different doctor every visit who knows nothing about your history and is rude and rushes you out of the room and only allows you to address one issue and no more! You’re only allowed to address one issue and it takes two or three months to get in for an appointment and that’s only if they’re scheduling is it completely booked! There have been many occasions. I’ve called in several times to make an appointment and they can’t even schedule anything because they are fully booked out as far as they can go and tell me to call back in a month. Really?? We’re forced to go to urgent care or the er half of the time. Another issue we’ve had happen several times is calling in to make an appointment and showing up for the appointment only to be told they don’t see any appointments. I could go on and on but unfortunately nothing will be done and patients will have to go on accepting third world country medical care.
