Mike Hudspeth He’s the best doctor!! He’s very kind and will always make time to squeeze in an appointment. He’s very accommodating and his staff is very sweet. Daniela Barbu Dr. Magdi Elsaadi is our family doctor for over 25 years. He is very patient, very knowledgeable. I feel like he saved our lives several times. He answered our calls when we were very sick and he helped us. We never got delayed, postponed, when we were sick. He did give us a consultation either in person or by answering our call, telehealth services when in an emergency kind of. He did explain conditions well, answered questions, took his time to explain his treatments. His medical assistants are prompt, helpful and reliable. They helped us with scheduling appointments, dealing with insurance and referrals. Yes, we highly recommend Dr. Elsaadi.

Sarah Silvester Dr. McDowell is one Awesome surgeon and deserves 5 stars but this place and staff deserves a low star rating. You cant get through to the office ever. It took almost 3 days to get through to get my Moms meds after her hip surgery. I work in the medical field as well and find their patient care to be horrendous. The message says they are open 8am-5pm but they come in at whatever time because when I called first thing the phone lines were still not connected. Then I called almost an hour later and the same thing. If you message them at all, you wont hear back until the end of the day, if not then next day. I hope they truly start caring for the patients.

Carolina Hernandez I just got out from there from getting my ears cleared out. The doctor didnt do it the nurse did it and pop my ear drum Im at the er right now and could probably got deaf on one side. They gave me no paperwork, no doctor that they could recommend me. Told me my ear wax was stuck to my ear thats why my ear was "bleeding" no they did it too fast and Im talking to my lawyer now. Please be careful I came here because they have great stars.

James Harris The medical people are fine and the office staff are nice enough. I am rating IPMG with only one star because the office and the billing department are not in sync with each other. I am completely done with paying my copay at the end of a visit only to be called saying I still owe money. Has been happening for months and Im seriously about to report them to their regulatory board.

Jobita Rea I went to the ER about 2 weeks ago and I was seen and told I would be admitted. Although the ER was quite busy I had a positive experience . Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning people, nurses , doctors, radiology, Physical Therapy, phlebotomists.. were wonderful. My favorite was my night nurse Manny he went above and beyond . Stephanie Chavarria I think the service there is really good, everyone is very nice and attentive. My only issue and I think is one that shouldn’t have been a problem is that I’ve had to get an IV twice for a simple medical procedure, one for an MRI and the second for a CT scan. None of the people that were performing my test knew how to properly place an IV in my arm, first time it took around 4 different people ending up in a huge bruise in my arm. For my CT scan there was the lady that was in charge of my test, she told me she was practicing since she hadn’t done IVs in a while, there was a guy helping and instructing her unfortunately the lady ended up letting go of the needle halfway in, the guy then took over and poked my vein multiple times while finishing inserting the needle. I did mention the saline solution hurt when flushing my IV. I understand there’s mistakes, but I feel like everyone should receive extra training for something simple as an IV. Long story short, while getting my CT scan done the contrast ended up infiltrating my skin and I ended up in the ER after getting a BIG painful lump on my arm. I’ve gotten IVs for the same procedures at a different hospital and I’ve never had this issue. So more than a complaint, I feel it’s a matter of concern and I hope this can be fixed so no one else should experience this or avoid problems.

I was treated with lots of respect as well as my husband & they actually take the time to listen to your needs & explain thoroughly what is to come. The lobby is also clean & organized with not much of a long waiting time to be seen.

They gave me antibiotics and I am happy to say I am on the road to recovery. This urgent care is in and out. The staff is very nice and caring. It is very clean. I highly recommend this location.

I was first last I was a patient here after a very serious car accident in 2008 and I had to have assistance remembering how to do some daily activities and thanks to Laurie I rehabilitated amazingly. Thank you very much Laurie and the entire staff. I’m Marco Jr I had a two bone flaps removed from my skull. I apologize for being difficult when I was a patient but with your understanding and patience I am here and better then ever. GOD bless you and this entire rehabilitation facility, I am forever grateful and appreciative of my assistance here.

Lee Sands I really appreciate the services provided to me here by the entire nursing and therapist staff. They’re very attentive, caring, and professional. Everyone here made sure I was taken well care of. I really enjoyed the meals that were given to me as well. They were always carefully planned out ahead of time by the nutrition department. They also have a well equipped gym facility for patient use. But the part I really admire most is their occupational and physical therapist staff. They’re very passionate about what they do for a living and dedicated to meeting their patients’ individual needs. I can’t thank them enough for my rehabilitation. It has been quite the recovery process since my surgery. But I’m very grateful to have gotten this far on my journey.

Ernie Oh San Bernardino Ballards. Frank,Nia,Chantel,Beverly, Big Ben, Edith, Vanessa, AJ, Jonah, Mia, Macario and lets not forget Lorena, Luis respiratory therapist and my physical therapist RK, Marissa, Nickie, Nichole, Mary all of them are great best ever but Evelyn is the bestest ever. Her and her baby partner are awesome they all(everyone list) handle their task with a great attitude and smile. It makes writing this review so easy even feel like im forgetting someone which i apologize now if i did. They know what what they are doing and what needs to be done and im forever greatful for them and their attitudes. Im still here so i still have work to do and im glad im here and wouldnt have choosen another facility with better ratings. That 3.9 doesnt do them justice and its clearly a typo. Someone just being a complainer and doesnt want to put anywork into their own recovery but enough about them the negative ones. And another thing the food is not bad at all ive been eating everything which is rare. Im looking forward to my full recovery which i know now that it will be sooner then later. What im not looking forward to is having to say farewell to them when my time and recovery have been completed..so i say to them all from the bottom of my heart muchas Gracias and i appreciate you all more then i can express. And to Paola y Brenda the new rookies on the block you young jalisciense gals are off to a great start, fabulous attitudes and willingness to learn and get your hands dirty are gonna make a lot of patients willing to put a lot more effort into their own recovery. Michele Baird I want to take a moment to commend the particular staff at Ballard. My brother-in-law was there for a couple of weeks and he lives alone and we all live in different parts of the state so we were not able to closely monitor his care as we would have liked. I want to give a shout out to Noemi, one of his nurses who took such good care of him and communicated effectively with the family about his treatment. Also, Marcella was exceptional in keeping us informed whenever we called. I was skeptical about this place, but I can tell you they took great care of our family member. With that in mind, it is ALWAYS best to have an advocate and get to know your loved ones caregivers.

DAILY REFINEMENT I have always had a great experience with Dr. Sunil Arora, MD. He is a knowledgeable, caring, and attentive doctor who truly listens to his patients and provides excellent medical care. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing. The receptionist is rude, dismissive, and lacks professionalism, which makes visits frustrating and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has affected my overall experience, to the point that I have decided to stop going to this practice. I hope the office management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service because Dr. Arora himself is an excellent physician

Delores Chan My mother has been seen here for some months now, and Ive never heard her talk about feeling different as in good health until coming here. She understands the medications that shes on and what each of them does for her, and why she needs them. The facility is clean, the Physician, Ms. Dhara, knowledgeable, kind, and patient and very thorough with the information my mother asks for or when she needs to explain something to my mother. The lovely Ms. Fetu greets patients with respect and does her best to get everybody seen in a timely manner. Love Blossoms I’ve been attending this clinic since 2008 at 3rd street when I became pregnant and my daughter was seen here as a baby and now she’s a teen being seen at this location since it moved. The staff provides 100% the best quality of care service. I recommend this clinic to my family and friends. From experience, The wait time is understandable. Be prepared to wait approx. 30- 45 minutes to go in then 1-2 hours to leave the clinic. I don’t mind waiting when I know my kid is receiving the best care service from residents and attending staff. Bring a book to read or arts & crafts for the kids.

For my last baby I came here and every doctors appointment I waited more than three hours for a 10-15 min check. I’m so happy today is the last time I come here. Appointment was at 3pm and is now 4:30 and still waiting. Love Lomalinda hospital but this Sach clinic is the worst!!!

Sierra Solis We had the best experience for our 6yr old son who needed emergency dental surgery. From the moment we got there after our transfer from another hospital, they really made my family and I feel at ease. The doctors, nurses, staff, security, and even the maintenance staff were all so kind, helpful, and amazing human beings. Everything was explained to us step by step and they were so patient with my husband when he had many questions, which was obviously understandable. I am so thankful for this hospital and everyone who works there. My son said it’s his favorite hospital, because they were nice, took care of him, and had toys to play with lol. They truly think about the kids!

Laura Miller Loma Linda is such an amazing hospital. My 12 yr old son had to spend a total of 12 days here. All the nurses and doctors we encountered were very patient and kind and always took time with my son and made him feel cared about. Some nurses shared their card tricks with him, some played video games with him and others took time in our room and chatted with him about his crazy accident he had that landed him in the hospital. We definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. He had such great patient education from the nurses and doctors that he could teach anyone all about his wound and how to care for it and what the V.A.C. does. No one wants to be in the hospital, but we’re so grateful when we needed to be in one that it was this one.

Heidy Childrens ER can be a long wait but this is the place to be for a pediatric emergency. Imaging here is promptly taken when needed. Nurses and doctors are fantastic with the kiddos. Id recommend wearing a mask in Kids ER.

Sharon Tuione Been picking up medication for my husband for years at multiple Kaiser locations including this one and never had a problem until today at this SB location. The woman at the counter wouldnt release his medication to me with his MRN and DOB, but insisted that I recall the exact name of his medication. There was only one prescription I filled for him but she refused to help me without me naming the singular prescription. I had to pull up his in kp.org and research the details in front of her. I felt as if she was policing me. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and time consuming. She was very rude and spoke to me as if I was stealing.

Amy Means When i first went to see her she explained what she was going to do to help me with my problem and the insurance approved my surgery. At the pre op, just 4 days before the surgery date she cancelled my surgery and stated in her own words that she did not know why she was going to do this surgery. I was shocked that she could not remember or did not take proper notes from our first visit and by how mean and rude she became. She became the exact opposite person we enjoyed in our first. I do not reccomend this dr., she gives false hope and is a liar. I should have known better on my first visit when I could hear her through the wall yelling at another patient. Beware of this doctor.

Manuel Nava Great doctor ..buuuut the office personnel are VERY unprofessional and forget to send paperwork on time, mailed it 3 weeks late only to find out they filled it out incorrectly with someone elses social security #, causing me to receive my disability 2 months late and still refusing to fill out any further paperwork because theyre "dont remember"... Moral of the story is DO NOT TRUST THEM TO FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK.. OR that it will be mailed out on time

Carolina Llamas I was referred to this office to have a procedure done and I called about 4 times to try to make my appointment and each time they said the doctor had to review my referral in order to make an appointment even though my insurance had already approved it. For a whole week they just kept saying that I would get a call back the next day but I never did. It is very clear that they do not care about their patients and are very irresponsible.

Carly I had a good experience at the hospital but the billing department sucks. They overcharged me and I called and left a message for the accounts manager multiple times. She never called back. The individuals working under her couldnt help. So do I just have to go to collections? Is that really fair when Im genuinely trying to settle the bill? Doesnt seem like it. They would have gotten a higher rating if the aftercare wasnt so poor, but Ive spent so much time trying to call them to settle the bill (yes someone is trying to pay you, just fairly), that its been a real hassle. Also instead of replying to this with the individuals number to call (because Ive already been leaving messages for months), just connect with your staff and sort out the problem. If shes overworked, get her help! If she doesnt care, put her in a position she enjoys and find someone more suited for this one. Hopefully you guys work things out on the backend and I can settle my bill. Weird to leave a review like this...

Dominique Orozco MY REVIEW IS SOLEY BASED OFF OF PHONE INTERACTION. My experience with calling was an absolute nightmare. I work at a Medical Facility, and I called to try and verify information of a previous patient but it seems as though they all work under a different system. No one had the information I needed. If patient was there in their facility regardless of what section or level or wing they were in you would think the same info would come up. No one was able to transfer me to the correct department to verify the information I needed. There are way too many departments there. Medical records didnt have the information for the patient but is it because theyre only Medical Records for the Hospital, Swing, Skilled nursing facility? Makes no sense. I will say every person I spoke to were very nice which is why Im not leaving a one star review. I hope they can soon get a system that will work for all departments there to give the same and correct info.

Ashly Wisely Always act like nothing is wrong, wont actually look for whats wrong. The long haired doctor guys, is so rude to females and the girls. Super nice to men though. He was telling a baby how painful it would be and the shot would be worse, essentially terrifying her, she was crying the whole time, then when a man came in and needed stitches he was so nice, numbed it with no issues. I will not be back unless Im dieing and have no way down the mountain. I thought victor valley hospital was bad but this is ten times worse, clean yes, a few nice nurses, yet the male nurses are rude and kept saying we are not giving you pain meds I all I wanted was meds to stop throwing up. Absolutely rude and horrible bed side manner.

Kacey Guthrie (Husband and I booked new patient appointments together) They do their best, however we had an unusually long wait. We had a LOT of let downs following. I didn’t receive a prescription that my provider told me she would refill. So I called and was told on the phone I had to come into the office becuase the systems were down. Upon my arrival to the office, systems were working fine. They just forgot to send in my prescription. I wound recommend elsewhere that puts your health & well being as a priority.

Rex Pelley This place is full of nice people. Dr Arora save my life. I have hard time breathing until I meet Dr Arora and his loving staff. It worth waiting to see them. Their wait time is never over 10min. This is my favorite Dr. He spend time with patients and meet all my needs. Thank you Dr Arora and Dhara.

De-Anne Pinota I use to be at some other family medical group where I would be on hold forever and waiting in rooms forever. But here! This is where they work so quick and efficiently. They are very straight forward and very specific on what I need to do to become healthier. Doctor Dhara has helped me so much and I appreciate the genuine hospitality speaking with everyone there even at the front desk with Mrs. Fetu.

TaeEyun Jang I come here once a week, cuz my church members son is locked up in here. This place rather seems like a jail than hospital. Every time we visit with korean food, they dont allow certain kind of food and spoon nor chopstick. Hey if you havent eat the food doesnt mean its poisend

Caino the Concerned Citizen To visit an inmate, file the appropriate paperwork with the Patton State police (mail it in) for a "background check" and you can go in to see your loved one on Sundays. I know, Ive been there. I recommend minimizing interactions with staff as they are "high-strung," ignorant people. Dont do it. Must be court ordered to be there so District Attorneys office (DA) and public defender/private attorneys are useless. According to my brother the "counselors," doctors and those in training dont genuinely care (less interested then DMV employees) spending a better part of their shifts gossiping about personal nonsense and out of sight in their "offices." Apparently they document progress made for the court going so far as to put their thoughts/expert opinions.. According to the states website, the ratio of employees to patients/inmates is insane. Its like a small base employing the surrounding areas.. At least they dont do lobotomies anymore.

Anthony Espinoza You cant run a state hospital with staff who come to work high and talks about how they get drunk and etc. I was in eb-02 staff there have no respect for the job or the people. Its so sad because a lot of them are really sick and have no.idea whats going on and the staff they always talk down to the patient even the social workers like come on now do you really have to treat patients like that knowing your brain is working way better than yours? They should feel sorry for them self. But some staff really care for what they do. Allen RN is an outstanding guy much respect to him...

Beverlyn Jackson Not only have I worked with him professionally, he has been my husbands family doctor for 2 generations. Yes, he is abrupt, yes his bedside manner is "different" but lets face it what would you rather have a sugar coated, pleasant doctor, that cant find his way around an accurate diagnosis and only cares about the money or an excellent diagnostician, that deeply cares about his patients. Connected to the community he serves. The profession needs more like him.......Hes my hero!!!

justice Love This Dr was so rude. As someone who worked in medical field I was shocked at how I was treated. Completely unprofessional. Put me down because I didnt want to be seen by a certain Dr. Absolutely wrong to belittle a patient for choosing to see a different Dr. Pretty sure thats illegal, that goes against patient rights

Marisela Gray I have worked with this Doctor on a professional level and have found him to provide excellence in patient care. He is a no nonsense Doctor. My husband took my son to his office, his nurse noticed my son was very sick, stopped everything and brought the doctor out to the waiting room to see my son. He made my son a direct admit and ultimately save my son’s life. This Doctor learned later that he was treating my son. He doesn’t feel the need to say goodbye when he hangs up, that is just the way he is. I thank God each day that he took care of my son. As previously stated, I worked with him while at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.

E. Woodrow Ive never had an experience like this before. This doctor is RUDE and VERY unprofessional! I would never go back or recommend this man to anyone I know. When speaking to him over the phone, he has no compassion and wasnt very helpful when trying to make an appt or when asking him questions. At the end of the call, he just hung up on me without saying Goodbye. If I could give him less than one star, I would. DONT GO TO HIM. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE.
