Sue On my first visit to the office for an appointment with Dr. Jane Muldanado, I was horribly late. The staff was kind, accommodating and understanding. Dr. Maldanado simply dismissed the disruption I caused to her schedule and listened patiently and attentively to the story of my symptoms. She was thorough in her assessment of my experience along with reviewing my medications, lab work and CT scan. She diagnosed the cause of my difficulty and provided clear guidance for next steps. She was articulate and easy to understand and answered all my questions. Did I mention how personable and caring she was? She relieved my apprehensions. I will definitely follow up with her and recommend her and her staff highly.

Mark Berger When I arrived to check in for my appointment the receptionist was smiling up at me so friendly-like that I thought she remembered me from my previous visit months before!! She was just saying “Hi” to the next patient (me!) checking in!!! Then Dr. Aaron’s nurse Stephanie called my name and AGAIN I was greeted with such a friendly smile!! Can a person feel any more welcome than this?!! Then, Dr.Aaron comes in, also very genuinely looking happy to see me again (!!) and proceeds to check me out. This office is THE BEST! I wish all my docs appointments were this positive!!

Cecilia Ramos Dr. Eugene Lee is one of the best doctors without a doubt. He is highly skilled, compassionate and understanding. Three years ago, I had colonoscopy and endoscopy done by Dr Lee at the same time and it went very well. His staff are nice and friendly and the surgery center is awesome.

Mariela This rating is NOT for Dr. Lee, as I think he is an extremely competent and smart doctor. This rating is for his assistant, who is extremely incompetent and not communicative, and apparently does not know how to submit prescription requests for insurance approval. Ive literally been living off over the counter prescriptions to manage my bad acid reflux because of her incompetence, and Im so fed up that Im going to find an new doctor. The only reason I stayed this long with Dr. Lee is because I really, really like Dr. Lee, but Im fed up with his assistant.

r s All I can say, is Dr. Sujansky is one in a million. She provides my disabled brother with excellent care. He can be a challenge. Besides the excellent medical care she provides, she and her office manager Shauna are incredibly patient and kind to him. She is supportive to the family as well, which is needed to help support my brothers care. I feel extremely lucky that my family is in such great care.

Leonarda Corado I have been in the surgery center 2 times, for knee and ankle issues. The staff there went above and beyond their responsibilities, from the nurse in the preparation room, the anesthesiologist and the nurses in the recovering room. Each one of them treated me with respect and by my name. They did all what were in their hands to explain me the procedure, to make feel comfortable and calm. They over exceeded my expectations.

Robert I had hip replacement surgery in November 2024. My entire experience with Dignity Health at Sequoia Hospital was excellent. Very professional and kind staff, technically very strong, efficient and everyone was completely focused on the patient. I was up and walking 3 hours after the operation and went home the same evening. Three weeks later and I am walking normally (but still regaining flexibility and strength through ongoing physical therapy, as expected). I highly recommend Dignity Health at Sequoia Hospital for any medical procedure.

Our dog recently had inflamed gums, and they were able to see him very quickly and then schedule a follow-up dental cleaning and tooth removal (which went very smoothly). Maria Gutierrez I’ve been coming here for the last 2ish years for my annual visits with Dr Steers. I noticed that the front staff is rude, specifically Ida who rolled her eyes at me after I asked her if the doctor was still seeing us (she told us if we arrived after 9:35 they would not be able to see us for our 9:30 appt, we got there at 9:34 and it was 9:37, we got seen at 9:40). Another thing is when I called for Idas name, another rude front lady answered the phone. This was the same woman that while I was paying for my appointment, I saw asked a sweet older man if he was being helped, he said someone answered his question but he had another one. Instead of helping her she asked him who answered his previous question and then yelled “if *inserts her name* helped you then she can help you again” and walked away without giving him a second look. I don’t know her name but she was overweight, white, and had a white bob and a face mask. He looked defeated and said “anyone could answer it” as she rudely walked off. It’s a shame because it’s actually the second year in a row Ida is rude to me and I don’t understand how they can have such great doctors and such rude front desk staff. Unfortunately due to this reason I will be changing vets. I hope the staff sees this review and does something about it. I’m not the first person to leave a review like this one.

I had been using Carbon’s urgent care over and over again and was always happy with the care. So I chose a primary doctor and had my first appointment. All good. I’m happy I switched. Yuan Weigel My son needed a physical exam ahead of high school sports try out. The next appointment available at his doctor is 2-3 weeks out and I needed to get this done in the next 2 days. Was able to book an appointment online, got in 30 minutes later. Got in with minimum wait (less than 2 min) and everyone was courteous and professional. The NP was very thorough and helped us get all the forms we needed. Overall, an excellent experience for this specific need and at a very reasonable price.

Follow up: So I received lab results today at 10:30am so I used the chat function to reply and receive additional advice from the team. Unfortunately, after trying to reach the team 5 times throughout the day in the chat function, I gave up (my last try was at 6:30pm tonight). Why have this function if no one is going to get back to you? I was looking to keep Carbon Health as my first health option and look into picking someone for primary care. I’m really not sure now… Ended up calling at 7:30pm and leaving a message for a call back in the morning. Not what I was hoping for. 2nd update: was not called back. Called again at 2:30 and was told response time was 48hours through the chat function? What?!? Even if that is true, it is NOT stated anywhere. Shouldn’t businesses that deal with your health be better than this? Was told I would be called or someone would get back to me on chat function almost 3 hours ago. Again. Nothing.

During office visits he is very caring about addressing my concerns. His staff is excellent, very professional and supportive. His treatment has allowed me to have a better quality of life. Teressa Nguyen I came and had some Botox injection for preventative wrinkling and it works amazing! He is very careful with his injections and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedures. He really does listens to your concerns. A great and compassionate doctor who cares deeply for patients and very competent with injections. You could barely feel the needles! Vivian Nguyen I have been having right neck pain for over a year because of a fall. Dr. Chen and his staff provided an ultrasound of my right neck so I could understand what was going on. Dr. Chen’s trigger point injection was so quick and painless. His staff provided excellent care. I would definitely come back!

I had a pleasure interacting Emily when I called in the first time and she was efficient and accommodating to get me in the same day. Nurse Theresa and Alisse helped me out on my visits and they were both very helpful. Dr. Yung Chens deep understanding of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine was evident from the thorough initial consultation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully assess my health needs before tailoring a personalized treatment plan. During the acupuncture session, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated as he expertly placed the needles, targeting specific areas to address my issues. The treatment was virtually painless, and I could immediately sense a positive difference in my overall well-being after one session. I came in again the same week to continue my treatment. I look forward to coming in regularly and looking into the PRP injection for my arthritis.

Razvan Popa I had scheduled my immigration medical exam weeks in advance, only to arrive and be told that the doctor was not there and they couldnt see me. When I inquired why I wasn’t contacted with at least an alternative, they mentioned that I had not provided a local number for them to reach. The cost of sending an SMS to an international number like mine would have been negligible, and I would have gladly covered that cost myself. They also never requested my email address as an alternative contact method. Whats even more frustrating is that my partner had to take a half day off to drive me there, all for nothing. I later realized I dodged a bullet. They were going to charge me 570 US Dollars for the exam and two vaccines, a fee much lower at the clinic I ultimately chose.

S H Ive been a patient of Dr. Stevens for 19 years, first referred by a colleague and friend. The best rheumatologist, hands down! He is warm, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, funny, ethical, and overall a wonderful person! His office staff are true professionals, equally as wonderful, and my real-life super heroes! I travel a few hours, one-way, to receive treatments and receive care. There are many other rheumatologists minutes away from me but no sense in risking my health and total care I receive from the entire team. They have welcomed me as part of their family and do the same for all their patients.

She hardly expressed any concern and told me that my positive tests could mean anything and that Lupus was just a “label”. I moved on from that doctor and found Bryan and my intital impression of him was that he felt deep sympathy for what I was going through. He explained to me my illness and told me I infact have SLE accompanied by Rheumatoid Arthritis and wanted to put together a treatment plan immediately. He explained all the ups and downs of everything I would experience and was very open to all of my questions regarding my health. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone experiencing health issues involving rheumatology. I am not even close to being better but I trust and believe he knows I will improve and get this into remission.

Kristin H Dr. Carlson saved my dog’s life. Lenity saw us through an incredibly stressful week last week. Our 4 year old standard poodle, Luna, became very ill inexplicably. Luna stopped eating, became lethargic, and ran a fever. The team led us from diagnosis to emergency surgery for a liver abscess, as well as (two!) complementary staple repair procedures when she got through her collar. Dr. Carlson is a fantastic surgeon and owns the practice - it’s not corporate owned like many other places. She gave us a tour of the facility- they have everything there. I will not comment on the price, except to say that now we know the importance of having pet insurance without a cap. Overall, Luna is alive and we are lucky. I trust the team and am grateful for our time there. Apart from the animal care, they are good with people too. I was an emotional wreck all week and they rolled with me and my anxiety like pros. Shout out to Autumn and Brian who were particularly supportive. Thank you!!!

Rose Kilgore We brought our male cat, Finn, to Lenity when he was on the verge of a urinary blockage—a potentially fatal condition. Having previously lost a cat to the same illness, the experience was incredibly distressing. Thankfully, this time we caught the issue early and were able to save Finn’s life. While it took around 11 hours over the course of two visits to fully address his condition, we recognize that emergency clinics operate on a triage basis, prioritizing the most critical cases. That said, if your pet isn’t in a life-threatening situation or in need of 24/7 care, you may be better off waiting to see your primary veterinarian. The cost was significant and quickly exceeded our pet insurance’s annual coverage, but we acknowledge that without immediate treatment, we might have faced another heartbreaking loss. If youre a pet owner, I can’t emphasize enough the importance of pet insurance—it made a huge difference for us. (We use ASPCA and highly recommend having coverage in place!)

Ana Ramos While I enjoyed the concept and what this place’s mission and visón were, my experience was less than desirable. My teacup poodle went in for a potential bite or allergic reaction on her right eye after walking through some grass. The initial conversation with the receptionist was pleasant and I felt at peace taking my little one there. The emergency doctor was a lady. However, you first see a technician. They take the notes and then make you wait. They come back with an estímate and you need to pay first before they will look at/treat your pet. After much wait, the doctor comes in, takes notes and then explains what they found. This particular doctor was super rushed when she came back and did not take time to connect with the owner not answer/explain well. You then have the Technician come back with the medicine and they barely explain what it is and what to do. If you are not an experienced pet owner or know about medication, good luck! They expect you to read all the materials they give you and hooefully you understand. She remained ill, went in a second time, same emergency doctor and she made me feel so bad, incompetent and spoke down to me. They gave me more medicine and did a procedure. She remained ill and I went in a third time. This time is was a different doctor, showed more compassion but again the medication and process was not explained well. I finally went a different route after spending thousands of dollars over a supposed allergy. I called the medical director and it took weeks to get back to me. I left several messages. I wanted her to review the experience. This happened at the beginning of January. To date, I am still waiting on the follow up to the conversation we finally had, not just an apology, about everything that took place. I would definitely never return here and could never recommend anyone to take their loved pet here.

Kim McGarvey I called Lenity last weekend after my recently adopted rescue dog ate something in a bush and started vomiting. The person on the phone was very friendly and said they would see him. The process is efficient and seamless, you check in from your car, complete paperwork and then my dog was taken in. He was examined and I recd a phone call from Dr. Zak, also very friendly and explained thoroughly his recommended treatment. Every member of the staff (vet techs Brian and Amanda, I think) was wonderful, so nice, patient and kind. I really cannot remember the last time I experienced this type of excellent service at an ER Vet and I am so thankful to have found them. After recently moving back to the Bay Area, I was concerned about finding services in this exact type of situation. I had previously used another well know Vet Specialist and did NOT want to go back there since their customer care and services had severely declined over the years. I highly recommend Lenity Vet Specialists and Emergency Care.

Tiffany Amoyen We had a great experience at Lenity with Dr. Tong for our puppys surgery. We had found out from our vet that our puppy would need surgery. We reached out to Lenity and they responded on the same day, and we were able to make an appointment for a consultation the next day with Dr. Tong. The entire appointment was seamless. Since they have a small indoor space and are still following COVID protocols, they have you park in a numbered spot, and theyll come out to grab your pet. Dr. Tong was very kind, straightforward, and transparent about the surgery and potential risks. We were able to book the surgery for the following week. Following the surgery, the staff answered all of our questions about how to care for our pup and gave us very detailed printed instructions. The entire experience was very positive, and our puppy is having a great recovery. Everyone we worked with was so kind, communicative, and patient. Thank you Dr. Tong and Lenity staff!

L M If you are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented doctor able to communicate effectively, educate you and make informed decisions in partnership, you may want to look further. In my experience, her communication was unreliable. I chose her because I value consistency in care and wanted her to assist in my birth. Unfortunately, on my 7th month she told me that she may not be available around my duedate. That was a big disappointment that put me in a very difficult situation. After inquiring 3 times, she was unable to tell me specific dates or backup doctors I could meet. When I ask for options, she said she could induce me if the baby did not arrive before her vacation. I realized at that point that we had very different approaches and I would not feel comfortable having her deliver my baby. Overall, she seems to check boxes rather than caring for patients.

chan hidy Dr Beddow saved my life !! Went to see her because the perimenopause symptoms in early 50. Based on her professional knowledge and skills , she insisted me to have formal ultrasound instead of the one in clinic . Called me on the same day of the ultrasound and referred me at once because ovarian tumor. Prepared all blood test and further CT so I would have completed picture to the surgeon. The operation was done in 2 days after the first visit of surgeon. Here I could highly advise every perimenopause women to see a doctor ,like Dr Beddow , to rule out any other medical problems that you never ever think of. Btw The other name of ovarian cancer is called a‘silent killers’

Jenice Downend I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beddow’s for at least the last 5 years. I’ve been pregnant twice in this time, in which she took care of me and safely delivered both of my babies. Throughout both pregnancies i felt greatly supported and taken care of by Dr. Beddow and her office staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Beddow to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

kelsey stiles Dr. Beddow has been my doctor for over 10 years and she delivered my two children. I cannot think about a better person to have in the delivery room with me. Dr. Beddow is so calm, comforting and supportive - exactly what you need during that very emotional and challenging experience. She is always on time for appointments, her office is very clean/nice, there is a parking lot and she seems to always fit you in if you need a last minute appointment. I love Dr. Beddow and appreciate everything she has done for my family and I. Not to mention she has the best staff - Vinita and Mitra are the amazing nurses that work in the office and they have both been with Dr. Beddow for many years. They are very quick and responsive to emails and address any concerns, medication requests, etc. right away. I recommend Dr. Beddow and her team without hesitation:) Very grateful for the whole office and my experience.

Chelsea Lin Dr. Beddow and her staff are so kind, always on time, and very reliable. I have been a patient of hers since 2018. She also delivered my first child in 2021. She never missed a single appointment and she didnt miss the birth of our child. I seriously dont know how they manage to do it all with all of their patients. Best healthcare I have experienced.

Yasamin Golafshan I recently had a great experience at this clinic and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Dr. Dave conducted my allergy testing and was the first doctor out of three to properly diagnose my condition. I was very impressed by his expertise, and appreciated how he made my experience both comfortable and relaxing. The service was incredibly quick and efficient and I would recommend this center for both allergy testing and immigration examinations. I saw Dr. Tam for my immigration exam and the process thanks to him, went really well! The staff is very friendly and patient as are all three of the medical providers, making my visits very pleasant and enjoyable! The convenient location with plenty of parking is a major plus. I also love their new electronic medical health system; having access to my health information online is incredibly convenient and helpful. Overall, the combination of friendly and quick service and professionalism will keep me coming back!

Amara Michelle I was misdiagnosed by another doctor and could have lost my life had Dr. Amanda Howard not insisted I get sent to the emergency room right away. I was dealing with a life threatening condition and received the care that I needed. I am beyond grateful for this clinic and the urgency they put on my condition. They showed me true concern for helping people and that they ensure people receive the proper care they need.

Joe Root I had a great session with the doctor where we went over my blood test results in detail, and they gave me some helpful advice to improve my health. They sent prescriptions to my CVS, explained the medications to me, and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Overall, it was a really positive experience.
