Allen H. Dr. Bucci has been my doctor for approaching 5 years now. Beginning with my first appointment with him, I felt completely at ease and heard. He takes his time to explain, and he LISTENS to my concerns. Unfortunately for me, Ive moved to another state to retire. The distance will make it difficult to be able to remain under his care. But it is important that I at the least say thank you to him for being there when I became permanently disabled and no longer able to continue my career. So, thank Dr. Bucci for being there when i really needed you. Also, thank you to staff for being so very kind. If you are someone who is looking for a family practice physician, you will do well to see if Dr. Bucci is taking on new patients. If he is, consider yourself fortunate.

lol 2 Kindred staff is still supporting me in so many positive ways. My sister Awilda G went to the emergency room at st Jude was there for about two weeks and sent to Kindred I thank and appreciate the magnificent care from Dr Chang to Carlo and Kim and the nurses therapist wound care personel and so many more to mention were all awesome treaded my sister and myself with respect care and dignity thank you is not enough. They truly care about my son and are giving him the best medical care possible. The doctors, nurses and administration are amazing! The facility is clean, patient advocacy is important, family meetings are encouraged, teamwork amongst staff, communication and follow up with family is a priority to Kindred. They understand that family is just as important in the recovery of the patient and appreciate and listen and respond to our concerns regarding our loved ones. Rita Ramos The Partial Hospitalization Program Costa Mesa has changed my sons life! He has a chronic mental illness that prevents him from being able to have a daily job but still has so much energy. He used to be at home all day, not doing much and did not want to attend. Since he started, he loves it! This program allows him to be around people with similar struggles as him, provide meals and transportation. The entire staff is so warm and friendly. They communicate with my family and I any concerns they come across and help us with resources whenever we need it. I am at ease knowing he is there everyday and learning new life skills. Cant thank the people at this program enough

Josh swimmerly I swear I went here as a young man. Maybe 12-15 years old. This is about thirty years or so ago so its a bit fuzzy but I always remember it being a really nice place. But it was the staff that worked there that made it such a marvelous place. Theyre wasnt a single one that wasnt absolutely charming, kind and wonderfully patient. I was NOT an easy case back then. I was an incorrigible and wild youth. But I made a lot of headway there. More than at any of the other places and its the only one I have fond memories of. I even remember the name of a counselor there. She was my favorite. Her name was Katie. She had a strange last name. I dont remember her last name but it sounded French to me for some reason. I think it even ended in an x. Like Sonigrix or something but pronounved like sona-grey. I fel strange admitting this to anyone who wants to read it but whatever. If its still filled with same caliber of person it was it must be a grebavk then, well it is a great place to find hope and help at. Thank You.

Celia Diaz My mother recently had surgery at Foothill Regional Medical Center. She loved it there so much. We were so impressed with Dr. Cubberly’s expertise. Staff and nurses were so kind and gentle with my mother. Communication, treatment and coordination of care exceeded our expectations.

Jax Arrived to this hospital through the ER. The ER staff lacked compassion and empathy. The ER Dr asked me 3 questions and then left me alone for 7 hours before I had any updates. The ER was NOT that busy. The nurses were on their phones and the DR sat in front of a laptop. The Dr and nurses lacked any compassion for my situation. Instead I would see them mock other patients. Im still traumatized from the experience. I told this to the customer experience manager and got the same answer as some of these other reviews. DO BETTER!!!!

Begum V I called a month ago to schedule an appointment for my husband, and they booked it for last Monday. However, we didnt receive any calls or reminders, even though we were told wed get a text message and forms to fill out. After my husband called, there was no response. So he didn’t go! For following Monday he did an online appointment for 3:00 pm, but nothing appeared on his phone. There was no communication from their end. He arrived at the medical exam facility at 2:50 pm, only to find a sign stating they were on lunch and would return at 3:40 pm. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and it seems like a lack of professionalism on their part. We value our time and are considering changing our primary care doctor immediately.

Julie Metzger This Dr. was assigned to me due to location by my new company. I went to renew my sleep medication and the office was difficult to find from Google Maps. Lobby was empty and after checking in I waited over 30 minutes to see the nurse. After vitals and questions, I waited another 20 minutes to see a different nurse. She said they should be able to order the Rx and sent me back to the waiting room. Another 20 minutes they said the website was having issues so they would call me and let me know the outcome. I specifically asked if I needed to pay my co-pay and they said no. Later that afternoon, they called and said the Rx I wanted wasnt covered by insurance but they could prescribe a different medication. I agreed and gave them my pharmacy info. I never heard back from the Dr. or the pharmacy. I wasnt going to write a review but then I received a bill today for a $40 co-pay. Worst medical office Ive ever dealt with.

Hank DO NOT GO here to get I-693 form. They DID NOT sign my I-693 correctly and their mistake that cost me to wait more than a year and half and pay another a lot of money and time. They insisted saying that they signed but USCIS document says THEY DID NOT SIGN THE FORM! Official document they give you MUST SIGN by doctor but they did not and screwed my case. Everyone in my range get accepted but i did not on time because of their mistake. If you do not know how to operate a business DO NOT DO THIS JOB because the job you doing might be so important for someone who visits your office to get official medical forms.

Bee Taar I waited for several hours because the doctor was busy helping other people who were there before me. Let me help you out here, Dr. Antonio Carbayo was worth the wait. The entire office staff was very professional and apparently they love their jobs because they were cordial and thorough and focused. I was so impressed by everyone there. Then I meet the doc. He was very efficient. After we met he asked me if I have any questions and I thought "no, you answered them all." He explained everything thoroughly, professionally and was competent. His bedside manner was compassionate and I felt very confident. This is really important to me because for the first time in my life I am having a health scare, so all of these qualities in a doc and office were important. You can tell by the way he has his office set up there he loves children, he pays attention to detail and the literature in the office is there to help educate parents to help their children eat better. As for my own issues is referring me to a specialist. And did so in a very educated and efficient manner. I left feeling helped and cared for by their entire staff. PS, in an area where there are more low income people and more people in need I think we need to be patient when it comes to the wait time. Im grateful for being able to meet these people and for my experience there. So give these people the patience you would ask in return - they are worth the wait.

Then comes out another lady/patient at that same moment n my mom decided to ask her if Dr was still there turns out he was. It’s really disappointing that knowing your Dr is there you being 1 of his patient driving that distance to say no/refuse you. WTH!!!

Is it that hard? I think this can be solve in less than 5 minutes They have the worst customer service Oh and they texted me the day before to remind me to be ready for the appointment

Emma Gonzalez i got here about 12:00 a group of about 12 people waiting in the entrance lobby for bout 30 minutes already but there was NO ONE in sight other then the security guard it’s so crazy to me apparently they all went the lunch at the same time which is absolutely crazy to me. whole lobby completely empty for about 35 minutes now and the security guard said they would be back around 12:00 to maybe 12:45 !! so an hour and 45 minutes they should be expected to be back. that’s just obnoxious and bizarre to me.

Christie Nguyen I had a very disappointing experience at Garden Grove Hospital and Medical Center’s ER on 3/5/2025 at 11:00 AM. After going through the security door, the nurse at the front who took my mother’s information—height, weight, symptoms, blood pressure, etc.—was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I didn’t catch their name, I believe the hospital can check the records to see who was on duty at that time. When she asked how strong the Tylenol my mom took was, I didn’t know, so I turned to ask my mom. At that moment, my mom was in pain from her stomach hurting and said she didn’t remember. Instead of being patient, the nurse gave us attitude and loudly demanded, ‘How many pills? One or two?’ in an aggressive tone. Later, she asked if my mom had high cholesterol or high blood pressure. I answered yes and even offered to show her my mom’s medication for reference. Instead of acknowledging my effort to provide accurate information, she loudly interrupted and emphasized, ‘I asked you, does your mom have high cholesterol or pressure?’ Her tone was condescending and completely unnecessary. Patients and their families come to the ER in stressful situations, and the least they deserve is basic kindness and respect. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting, and I hope the hospital takes action to address staff professionalism. No patient should be treated with such rudeness, especially when they are already in pain and seeking care.

thalia kempis Doctor Jennifer L. Stever was my ER doctor and I came in for a cyst , she looked at it and didn’t touch it much but she was looking for the head of the cyst but said they’re wasn’t much to do and didn’t want to poke around . She then suggested surgery but didn’t give any info on it and I felt as if I was rushed to be discharged . I left with a prescription of antibiotics and was told to come back if it gets worse . On my way out it felt like she just didn’t want to start her day by lancing a cyst I came in on 7am. When I got home and checked the area you could see the cyst . It definitely didn’t feel like I got a good consult of my possible surgery more shooed off until it got worse.

This Japanese lady, I dont know who she thinks she is.But when youre working in an emergency room you have to try to make people feel little respected and cared for especially if they were in pain and not talk to them nasty poor demeanor like she cant handle them, too much for her to deal with, or like numbers or she doesnt like what shes doing. Gabriel Pietro I recently visited this office and I can honestly say don’t judge a book by its cover! I’ve never in my life have left smiling leaving a doctors office. I’m not exaggerating when I say I hate going to the doctors. The staff there was super kind and very thorough . Donna the nurse practitioner took her time with me and explained what I needed and Adriana was very sweet and calming especially when taking my blood. The wait was worth it, you can’t rush greatness. Maria Vargas My kids have been patients of this clinic for 9 years it’s sad to see that most of the old crew is no longer there the only good employee there is Paty which we thank so kindly for taking care of us for so long. The receptionist Genesis is Rude and short and doesn’t care about any of the patients she treats people as though she is doing them a favor for having them there. Dr. Donna was good in the old years but now lacks the enthusiasm to try to help her patients out. Dr Stirbl is said to be the PCP at this location but in 9+ years we never saw him. I received the worst experience from the receptionist and also “manager” Genesis today, they want to force us to take my daughter to a dr that doesn’t even have any appointments available for 2 weeks and would not send an authorization over to Choc as the E.R. Had originally requested. She would not let me speak and would not let me talk to any one else saying she was the manager and the only person I could talk to. I have been wanting to change my kids Dr. office for a while now but didn’t want to leave their original medical office, everything is just familiar there but thanks to today’s special treatment you guys lost 2 patients. Thank you Genesis.

Annabel Aleman If I could give Zero stars to this place I would, Lets start off with receptionist. Really rude and not even professional. Called to request medical records and I get told that medical records from 2 years have been moved to storage.... OK and want to charge ridiculous amount of money for YOUR medical records! COME ON!!! I think thats how this place is still running because of the high amount of money for medical records. Im sorry but this place should close. Not to mention that my husband or me asked which lab they used to send out the specimens and NOT even that they could tell us.

Lourdes Chavez The waiting room and the entrance to the office are very dirty, there are mosquitoes and a lot of dust everywhere.

Dylan Thompson I recently tried to switch my doctor to Dr Sanchez Anaya. I had a routine physical done. Unfortunately, I never got a call back when my labs were finished. When I tried to call to get feedback on my results, they said they would call me back and never did. They never even called to tell me the doctor was too busy nor to schedule an appointment. When I called again later, another office worker said I had to come in without an appointment to hear from the doctor. A third time, they said they would call me back, but never did. I got fed up with being ignored, so I had to drive in to get copies of my medical paperwork. The office staff is incompetent.

Miller Jackson Dr Sanchez and his staff are an amazing team that have helped me specifically with my diabetes management and improved My overall health drastically through his approaches in modern medicine. Probably the best doctor Ive ever seen I am truly grateful for all his efforts and his wonderful and friendly staff would recommend to any friends and family.

adam gordillo Great physician and staff members... This place is great and family friendly... Dr. Sanchez has gone above and beyond to ensure good health for both my kids and i. His bed side manners are impeccable and on point! Most definitely recommend!

Stephanie Gutierrez This doctor is amazing he shows lots of interest for his patients well being. He never brushes off any concern I may have in regards to my health he takes to the time to listen. As a Medí-Cal patient it is unfortunate that he is having so much trouble to renew contract for patients like myself it is hard to find doctors who care as much as Dr. Sanchez!

I feel like a lot of the negative reviews are from people who didnt like that they werent treated like delicate little angels by people who had to juggle them and people suffering from active emergencies. Theyve been good to me for my false alarm heart attack and tended to my childrens emergency illness and injury needs.

Shawn Maghzi Avoid if possible. My wife was rear-ended and ended up here with our kids. When I arrived they made me fill out paperwork before I could go back and see them, then in once I did they still didnt let me go be with my family in need.

Jacob Elias 5 stars goes to the Nurse (Amy) and Dr. (Leo V.) who helped me and my wife deal with some heartbreaking news. They made us feel as safe and comfortable as we could in this situation. Dr. Leo your kindness touched our hearts and we wont forget.

Vickie Nurse who checked us in was rude Went waited an hour and half after checking in and noticed no one was leaving and nothing had been done for pain. heard a doctor tell a family the there not going to make it story in the waiting room did not pull them aside so I didnt have to cry with them. I leave drive to hoag memorial in the first 30 mins I had xray and was getting the wound cleaned and an excellent staff that made me feel they at least cared we were in and out in an hour and a half. Worst part of the OCG the bathrooms were like a gas station and the place from parking in the parking lot to the ER it self had a lot of trash lying around.

DVN Had to unfortunately come here in Oct 2023 from out of town. Highlight of this review is staff here do not practice with compassion. The female physician (middle aged blonde curly hair) was mediocre and instead of reading my chart assumed I was a pain med seeker and refused to give therapy that has helped in the past (I get flares 1-2x a year). I have a history of pancreatitis and chronic dyspepsia. I’m also a pharmacist and my husband is an internal medicine doctor who works passionately and heavily with the addiction community. We aren’t dense people. Though my dealings with the MD were not the best overall and what I am mentioning first, the main reason I’m actually writing this review though is b/c of my nasty experience with an ER nurse there. As people in the health care field, my husband and I know how stressful healthcare can be esp in the ER setting. However, I have never been treated so unprofessionally, coldly and disrespectfully by a nurse (think her name was Stolo/Stolla). I came in with severe nausea and stomach pain and it was hard for me to hold still as a hard stick. The abdominal pain was also almost unbearable at the time. I tried my best to stay still and answer her many redundant questions (her nursing student has spent 10 min on admission writing down my issues but I guess did not communicate info). This nurse made rude comments about me being a hard stick and actually put the IV needle into my bone. When I asked her to have more compassion esp. when I’ve had nurses successfully place IVs and not treat me so condescendingly, she told me I was being rude. She even left the IV near my bone area despite me screeching in pain and said “Really?!”. Yes Ms Stola, one would be screaming in pain to if an incompetent nurse rammed the IV needle into your bone and left it there. I once again reminded her to remember her compassion taught in nursing school and she took offense to that. I’m in the health care field and held my ground, I can’t imagine what she’s probably said to pts not in the health care field who don’t know to advocate for themselves. I have many friends are nurses that are excellent and realize through talking to them it’s very easy to get jaded but it doesn’t stop them from doing their job professionally and compassionately. I’m sure there are other complaints about this nurse and hope she gets reprimanded if so. If the hospital wants me to elaborate, I gladly will provide more details with time and date and fill out HCAP forms when they are mailed to me Surprisingly though Kaiser has bad publicity in the news, our care there was so much better when we unfortunately had to go again to the ER the next day. Highly recommend the Anaheim Kaiser ER. We had to wait a little longer but not being treated like some animal makes it worth it

Micaela Zamora Recently visited Dr. Molina for some hormonal issues. Was really nervous visiting for the first time. Speaking with Dr.Molina made me feel a lot better and assured me with time I would be feeling a lot better. Thanks to Dr.Molina I am feeling more positive about my situation.

Maribel Ortega it never fails, i’ve been trying to make an appointment for my husband and no luck .. the reception girl has such a bad attitude, that’s why i changed my primary, gonna have to do the same for my husband now.

MELISSA RAMOS It is incredibly frustrating that when trying to contact this office for an appointment or a calling for a quick question, they do not pick up the phone, disconnect calls, transfer to automated systems without allowing for messages. Additionally, they often double-book appointments, leading to further delays and inconvenience. Numerous complaints have been reported to both reception desk and the doctor, resulting in no action being taken.

michael antonicelli The receptionist is the laziest and most rude person Ive ever encountered. I have worked healthcar for over a decade and have never come across someone who hates their job and is the front face for this practice. Dr. Molina should be ashamed to keep someone like that. Your practice will dwindle if you dont do something doctor. She is miserable and makes others feel the same. I am sure she abuses the seniors that are seen there. My whole family will be leave the group because of her. Youre welcome
