All my concerns were addressed. Everyone at the office (doctor, specialist, assistant, check-in office staff) were very kind and professional.

Norma I love having her as my doctor. She not only listens to you, she reads your chart and makes sure you are up to date with your blood work etc. She may have time restrictions with her patients but she doesn’t rush you.

I was able to get in and see Dr. Alvarez in a very short amount of time and her physician assistant and Dr. Alvarez were very attentive and helpful with any questions that I had. My care was established and I feel like I have an excellent team to help me achieve my health goals. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez and her practice. 11/25/2024 I want to give a big shout out to Heather at this office. She went above and beyond to help get a clearance letter typed up for me and I am so grateful. Sommer McDaniel This Primary Care office has been a God send genuinely. I had nearly 4 years of negligent care before coming here. When I first became a patient of Dr. Gomer, I was not at all sure what to expect, because with me, he was going to get a mess thrown into his lap. However, Dr. Gomer and his team have been really patient, have been willing to work with me, get me in when I need an appointment, and been willing to change referrals when necessary. Over the years, my symptoms had exacerbated. You get apprehensive about calling as much as Ive had to, but they have not made me feel bad about it or brushed me off. Carolyn Burgin Dr. Chung is the best Cardiologist in Temecula. He is so kind, understanding, and he take the time with his patients to ease thier concerns, answer questions and doesnt leave his patients until he know they are good. Hes been my Dr. for 9 years, I have never wanted to switch to any other Dr. He doesnt try to push pills on you, and respects your concerns and anxieties about your health and medications. He is very straight forward but very kind. His staff is top knotch as well.

Marcus Nerey Clean comfy room for my sleep study. Very much like a nice hotel room. Definitely recommend bringing your own favorite pillow as the ones provided are not as comfortable as I had hoped but still decent. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Xochilt Jimenez Hanh made sure I was comfortable. The bed feels like it could have been more comfortable, maybe needs to be upgraded. I brought my own pillow. Id also prefer a curtain or door to separate the restroom from the room. If someone walks into the room you have little time to cover up if youre sitting in tne restroom that is straigh across the room door. I would suggest maybe curtain for privacy. Room was a bit cold at first but by morning I was comfortable. I would have preferred a 7am wake up time. I feel like 5am is a bit too early for someone who suffers from insomnia despite taking melatonin. Overall it wasnt bad, had a good experience.

Sheka Moore Going into the second sleep study for CPAP fitting, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff member made me feel comfortable and well cared for. He took the time to explain everything, which put me at ease. The experience was smooth and supportive, and I left feeling confident about the next steps in improving my sleep.

Bharat I recently visited Dr. David Chao, MD, at 27699 Jefferson Ave Suite 201, Temecula, CA. While he was pleasant to talk to, the appointment felt like a one-way conversation. He seemed uninterested in addressing additional concerns and had already made up his mind about the course of action. After briefly checking in, he mentioned an on-premises ultrasound and then said an MRI was needed before disappearing from the room. We waited for a long time, only to find out he had gone to lunch without informing us of the next steps. The staff eventually explained that Dr. Chao would decide on the next steps after the MRI results, but none of our other concerns were addressed. We were left without any information, and I was very unhappy with the experience. Despite this, he will charge the full amount to the insurance. I cant understand how he has good reviews on Google; they might be fake. I would not recommend visiting Dr. Chao.

LRee Burns Neither Doc, anesthesiologist came out after meniscus procedure to let my husband or I know how everything went or what was done. I was extremely nauseous after being put under, called office to ask for anti nausea meds. No return call. No follow up at all. I had to call to schedule an appointment for follow up. To be honest, the receptionist sounds like she’s falling asleep too! Not sure they will be my go to for other knee. Very disappointed.

Nicole Razon Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean. The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped. The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours. Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!

Glenn Carvin Pleasant and quick reception/check-in. Clean and modern office. I was a walk-in, no appointment, but it was a bit of a slow day so I only had to wait about 10 minutes. PA Nick escorted me to the exam room, listened to my reason for being there and asked questions to be sure he understood. He quickly did the necessary tests and explained his diagnosis. He ordered medication from my pharmacy. I was in and out of the office in less than half an hour. This was my second visit to this office in the past six months. Both times- great service!

Orlando Torres Great experience. Quick and easy from the reception to the consultation with the doctor. Less than an hour from the time of my scheduled appointment, which I was able to schedule the sane day. Also, the doctor’s recommendation seemed accurate. So, I did’t feel like the quality was secondary to the speed of the service. Plan to use this place again for regular urgent care. However, this is not a hospital. They can just take care of cases that do not require treatment at a hospital.

Ben Rogers Dr. Gisi is great! She is our family doctor and has been great with my parents, my husband and I, but I do need to give her special props for helping my mom so much. After one immunotherapy treatment at the oncologists, her liver was near failure. Along with cortosteriods, Dr. Gisi recommended a liver support supplement which worked wonders. The oncologist was shocked at how well her liver normalized - great combo of eastern and western medicine with Dr. Gisi. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and will take her time to listen to concerns. Thanks so much to Dr. Gisi and staff.

Ola Atia I had a number of negative experiences with Rancho Family at Temecula and Dr. Rahman. I was referred to physical therapy by Dr. Roberts for a rotator cough and after three sessions my shoulder was worse. I sent a message to Dr. Rahman to ask her if I needed an MRI as I’m worried about my shoulder. I received a reply that I have to continue on PT till my physical appointment with her or go to urgent care if the pain is intolerable. During my physical, the doctor came in for 5 min after a 30 min stay with her physician assistant. Once she saw me she said I needed an MRI immediately. She ordered an MRI and I took an appointment that the imaging center cancelled on the same day because the insurance required to pay for it since Dr. Rahman did not write enough justification for the case why I need an MRI and said that the doctor should call the insurance to do a peer to peer. I called the clinic asking for this peer to peer then I received a message from them that Dr. Rahman was on vacation for 10 days and when she comes back they will check if she will agree to do this peer to peer. Unfortunately the imaging center contacted me for insurance approval 7 weeks later. During the physical She also looked at my labs without reading my history telling me I’m prediabetic despite giving them my history that I’ve been diabetic for 10 years. The final problem with this place and Dr. Rahman is that I was running out of a blood sugar medication and the doctor was not able to do a preauthorization because she was not in network with my new insurance and I wasn’t able to book an early appointment with a new PCP so they offered to gave me free medical samples till I meet my new PCP and assured me they will call before the wnd of the day simce I only have a 5 day supply but they didn’t bother to call. I’m glad I no longer have to deal with Rancho Family Medical in Temecula or Dr. Rahman.

Lindsey Ruscoe I wouldnt recommend this physicians office. Ive had a few issues but the more recent issue was the icing on the cake, when they billed me $50 to tell me my blood test results were of no concern. A less than 3 minute phone call. They gave me wrong information, and my insurance even called to figure it out. She told me shes never heard of an office not offering to put a hold on a bill before being sent to collections less than 6 months old. Just save yourself, this physicians office isnt worth the sneaky bills and they dont work with you at all.

Death One The Orange (Oranged) She was negligent with paperwork causing me to lose a week’s pay at work. She was not sympathetic to the situation she put me in. Also no one even reviewed my MRI until I asked them too.

Stephany Davis Terrible experience with Michelle Uttaburanont. Took me weeks to even get an appointment to discuss abnormal bloodwork. On the phone she was highly insensitive and dismissive. Repeatedly stating that what I’m going through is not urgent and I can simply just wait three months for answers and help from a Rheumatologist because she would Not even nowhere to begin with blood work needed to diagnose a specific auto immune disease. Such a waste of time. As far as the medical group in general, I’ve used the Fallbrook office And all the stuff there were kind and courteous. Someone also did reach out to me from the office asking about my experience with this doctor. Advised you steer clear of her.

Marlene Gonzalez Doctors are good, at least the ones that I’ve seen. However, their billing department is complex and not very helpful. They denied my prescription refill due to having a balance that I was not really aware of. I had to go on my vacation without the medication that I needed. This is completely unacceptable. If you need to see one of their doctors, do it but make sure you have all the issues with your account dealt with before you leave their office.

Before moving to a new doctor in the same practice I left multiple voice mails and sent notes through the app. All went unanswered, I had an urgent question about when and how to stop taking my meds. They need to invest in more support staff and a better portal.

Bluesky3815 Was asked to arrive 10 min before appointment which I did, however, I had to wait an hour in the lobby. Was in the process of leaving when staff came out to bring me back for appointment. Appointment lasted about 10 min because of insurance issues. I had not been previously contacted by United Healthcare or my insurance so the appointment was a waste of mine and the Dr’s time.

Michael Swain I am a new Patient at the Health point location in Temecula. The check in process was nice and easy since I already had the new patient packet filled out Prior which helped. I was seen by Dr. Hui and he was very helpful and listened to my issues and had a plan that worked for me. The staff were all very nice and professional. I will be seeing Dr. Hui again. It’s always good to find a Dr that works with you. Especially with all the choices out there and some Dr’s I feel just try to see as many patients as they can and do not really listen to your issues not Dr Hui he was great reason for making another appointment.

Shearl Purcell Ive recently restarted my medical health journey after several years of avoiding doctors due to medical gaslighting, insurance issues, etc. Finding Dr. Connie and Dr. Phelps has been a blessing. They are professional and arent just there to prescribe something for a particular ailments. They aim to find each patient quality of life and they take the time to listen and understand each patient and give them the respect and humanity they need, which makes a scary journey like getting medical help feel not as overwhelming through their reassurance. Also the nurses, especially Bethany (sp) have been kind, responsive and helpful. Plus their digital patient portal makes it easier to view medical records, test results, doctor recommendations all in one source. The practice is fresh, clean and organized, though small, which only concerns me since at how busy theyll be once more word gets out at how great this practice is!

Javier Alvarez I would first like to say this place is like any other doctor. My issue has always been I have a phobia with getting my blood pressure taken unfortunately it’s psychological and my doctors have never been able to understand that so like with most doctors, they see that your blood pressure is high and they right away. Want to change up your blood pressure and that is where I’ve always had. The major concern is that finding a good doctor that is willing to understand that it’s something I can’t control but because my blood pressure is high the medication doesn’t seem to be working and that’s not the case. so of course I chose this clinic as my new doctor due to the high rating but as always blood pressure is high and right away they want to change my blood pressure medication instead of trying to understand my situation. I truly appreciate the friendly staff, but this is why medicine is not always the best and most cases.

Natalie G Young Treatment at its Best! Cielo at the front was so personable & catering to my needs. NOT like some places thatll make you feel like youre a bother to them. I was seen promptly by Dr. Allen Phelps who Ive seen before at 24hr Urgent Care. Im not the easiest patient always having a lot of questions, but he answers every one of them. He makes you feel like your concern is his concern. Selfless, trustworthy, extensively knowledgeable! A gift to his patients. You could say, "I highly recommend."

Freedom Rescue, Inc Our Director ended up having to go to the ER here and they were absolutely wonderful. It didn’t hurt that they weren’t busy, but they took systematic steps and kept things moving. For in, Taken care of, and out rather fast. Truly appreciate their staff and the hospital itself

Jessica Lopez The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful and interested in me and my health issues. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and to the point and order everything I needed quickly. She explained everything clearly before and after my diagnosis. The discharge paperwork and nurse went over everything to be sure I understood my care. The ultrasound technicians were very careful and thorough in my exams and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I really appreciated the staff coming out to the waiting and keeping me updated through the process. Excellent quality care was given by all. Thank you so very much for caring and showing it.

Denise Campa I had a cardiac ablation for AFib done at this Hospital. The nurses were all amazing. Very kind and attentive. That includes the surgical nurses and technicians and the nursing staff in the hospital rooms. The room was clean and cozy. I can’t say enough about how thorough, kind and pleasant not to mention professional they were. I hope I don’t have to go to the hospital any time soon but would definitely want to go to Temecula Valley Hospital if I do.

June B This hospital is going down hills. Second time going to the ER in just over a year. I live less than 2 miles from this hospital, and I am disappointed I will need to find a different ER to go to. I dont recommend this place if you have GI issues as they will think you are a drug addict or alcoholic. While receiving ER care for the second time, they verbalized the annoyance of my previous visit due to the VA not paying them. They said it was because they didnt have my social security number ("which apparently was my fault"). Just kidding - that was sarcasm, not my fault intake didnt do their job. I gave them my SSN in hopes that I would receive different/better care afterward. NOPE-- instead, they discharged me after one bag of IV fluid. The funny thing is that this hospital is the one that gave my gastroparesis diagnosis one year ago. After being there for 5 days, they didnt want to let me discharge. Now fast forward a year later - they are discussing billing issues with me while Im literally cyclic vommitting. Do not go here if you have VA (Im 100% VA), and they dont know how to do basic billing. Do not go here if you have gastroparesis/GI issues. They will most likely recommend you to the GI doctor thats less than 1 mile away down the street. And Ill let you know now that the GI doctor wasnt worth the wait. I am only giving 2 stars because of the staff that took care of me ONE YEAR ago after being admitted for 5 days. The most recent hospital visit (9/9/2024) is absolutely disgusting how you were treating other patients. Ill find the names of all the people who were dogging me and update my post. Beware, and dont leave your loved ones unattended.

Susan Marston I have been going to this medical group for over 6 years. Love dr. Olah. I called in the morning & asked to get a prescription to medicine to help with my COVID symptoms. I spent a lot of time in the hospital when my husband stayed there for his surgeries and probably picked it up there..My husband just got out of hospital from heart surgery and I needed to get better to take care of him. I left a message of how important this was. The person I talked to did not speak English well. Called back later in the day and the new person said it could be 1-2 days before someone will call. I drove to office. The receptionist told me dr Olah isn’t in on Mondays & to go & wait in the car and someone will call you. I waited over an hour for someone to call back. Meanwhile my husband is home alone. I went through the tribulations of computer hacking switching to Polomar & now back to Graybill. This is not the way a long time patient should be treated. I love Dr Olah but I will be looking for a new provider. Get your act together Graybill or you will lose more people. Feel free to contact me.

Rewa Kamel I have been with this docter for along time she is the best! She is the best listener she takes time with you as much as you need and she answer all my question. My husband is a disabled and you have a lot of special orders and stuff and she do all of his orders. I love her so much.

Julie Jewels Guerrero Dr Olah & staff are the best in town. They are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Dr Olah takes the time with you and makes sure you understand any diagnosis. She’s up to date on medications and the results they can offer. I highly recommend her to anyone!

nancy woolfrey Dr. Kristin Olah is the most wonderful family physician that I have ever gone to. She is warm, extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile with your care. In a world where medical services can now be difficult, Dr. Olah rises above it all and puts the patient first. I feel very safe knowing that Dr. Olah is in my corner, and I feel very lucky that I found her.

Cherry Chaser Dr. Jackson is so honest, kind, sweet, gentle, caring and so informative. Everything you would want your ob dr to be. We met under unfortunate circumstances but I’m so glad for her sweet heart and soul during my difficult journey. I would go back to her for all my girly needs and you won’t be sorry if you go to her. This office was so quick and clean. Amazing n refreshing to be at a good dr office

Daniel Hernandez We loved this place for our first baby boy! The staff is very friendly, nice and relatable. You can tell they all genuinely care and have a passion for what they do! Dr Kendra Jones was with from the very beginning to when we found out we were expecting to delivering our first child. Dr Jones was very knowledgeable and straight forward which I loved. She gave us her honest suggestions/opinions every time and always provided it with her best judgment for the baby. She did an excellent job all around. My wife and love her very much and are glad she was able to be apart of our special day!

But some ladies at front desks when checking out weren’t helpful, didn’t provide much context into some fees and didn’t allow me a second to think or any way to understand what was I being charged for. This is one lady in particular but I rather not give specifics lol is not like I want to give her a hard time but I wish they in general were more empathetic

Maryann Maguire The very best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Every single member of the staff was so nice. They took such good care of me and they were so through with my testing and really helped me. I was able to breathe better after leaving the office.I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with urgent care. This is the only place I will go for my family and myself. I would give 10 starts if I could! Thank you to all of the staff they are excellent!!!

Lorenzo Warfel USELESS? It’s kind of useless coming here as they don’t prescribe medications according to a patient’s needs. For instance, my family member had to get x-rays after suffering an excruciating pain due to a major hit and they didn’t even give them ibuprofen! One of the staff said it’s due to substance abuse issues in the area, not true! The staff were giggling and having a jolly time instead of doing their jobs! The only reason we came here was because it’s a 24hr clinic and they have the x-ray machine on-site. We also saw that they had an online check-in system where you can sign-in before you arrive! Everything looked promising, yet we still waited over two and half hours!

Robert Jones I recently visited Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care and had a mixed experience. My initial visit was quite positive; the doctor was attentive and prescribed a medication cocktail that provided relief from my stomach inflammation. I genuinely appreciated the prompt care and the effectiveness of the treatment. However, my follow-up experience left much to be desired. I called to request approval for a refill that I was sent home with of the same medication, only to be informed that I would need to return to the clinic since the original doctor was not in the office. This was frustrating, considering the urgent nature of my condition and the fact that I would have to make a 30-minute trip while feeling sick, only to pay another $50 co-pay. It seems unnecessary to have to recount my medical history to a different doctor when they already had my records on file from the previous day. I’m only asking for the same prescription, that was prescribed 24 hours ago?! This situation felt like a lack of consideration for me. A simple refill could have alleviated my discomfort without the need for a repeat visit. Shame on you Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care! Please streamline your processes in the future to avoid inconveniencing patients who are already struggling with health issues.

Bryce Morton I was getting a urine drug screen at an 0805 appt. The desk receptionist and subsequently the shift manager were both professional, efficient, and helpful.,There was some question (on my part) regarding protocol and the manager ( name?) walked me through it patiently and clearly. I’m a physician and this isn’t always an easy task. It’s a tricky thing,, trying to balance urinating volume with the anticipated wait. When I started to get very uncomfortable I was processed,,again with the help and empathy of the manager, expediently. Everyone involved was respectful and professional. Much appreciated. It was early, and no one in waiting room so I’m sure that helped. That hasn’t always been my experience at Urgent Care so this visit was particularly smooth and easy.
