Irene Garcia Best urgent care ever. I have been going here for years. The excellent service starts at the front desk with the sweetest front desk. Doctor and the nurse work extremely well together and I never have to wait in the room to be seen. The service is fast and the proper care and treatment is given immediately if they are able to perform the service in office. The staff makes me feel 100% comfortable ever single time I have been here. I will continue to be a patient here for all my urgent/emergency needs. Thank you West Oaks Urgent Care!

Shauvon Quin Really nice experience here. My daughter was very upset with a suspected snake bite and Dr Golzari was so good with her and helped her calm down. He gave honest treatment options and I really appreciated his advice. Would recommend to others :)

Max Patrick They are HANDS DOWN the best medical facility in the area. The administrative supervisor in the front was extremely friendly, and both Doctors are SHARP. I always go here and would recommend anyone to them in a heart beat. This place truly is excellent. Been going here for a while.

Leah Harrington Terrible doctor. Went in the sickest I’ve ever been in my life and the man sent me off with amoxicillin, refused any other care. Great, let’s keep contributing to mrsa by prescribing antibiotics for no bacterial infections. What the hell is an antibiotic going to do when I clearly have a virus that is wrecking havoc and tons of debilitating symptoms, including a horrific cough that will not clear. Big fail.

Cohen Medical Centers

(74) Reviews Cohen Medical Centers:

Rohan Iyer Dr. Cohen is, without question, the most transformative physician and provider of care I have ever had the privilege of encountering. This assessment is not made lightly. It stems from extensive personal experience with numerous physicians across California, Massachusetts, Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania. Dr. Cohen’s profound dedication to the total wellbeing of his patients sets him apart. He understands that health is not confined to the clinic. Rather, it extends to every single dimension of a person’s life. Dr. Cohen demonstrates a rare and genuine investment in his patients family dynamics, mental health, social engagement, dietary habits, and even their personal aspirations and dreams. He is a guiding figure and a friend. Unlike many others, Dr. Cohen does not fall into the common trap of viewing patients merely through the lens of clinical care. He treats his patients as whole individuals, advising them while respecting their autonomy and considering the full depth of their lives. His commitment to this philosophy is evident in the extraordinary lengths he goes to support his patients. In my own experience, this meant not only answering a 2 a.m. phone call when I was enduring debilitating stomach pain, but also staying in communication with my family until the morning to ensure I received necessary medications promptly and without delay. Dr. Cohen and his team consistently go above and beyond, living in service of their patients. Equally impressive is Dr. Cohen’s commitment to collaborating with the most accomplished specialists in the field. His own expertise is unparalleled, but he understands that medicine is a team effort. His network includes some of the most reputable neurosurgeons, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and psychiatrists in California—and in turn, the world. Dr. Cohen’s network is a reflection of his diligence and discernment in selecting colleagues who share his commitment to excellence. Unlike the all-too-common practice of offering generic referrals, Dr. Cohen ensures that his patients are entrusted to only the most skilled and compassionate specialists. This level of intentionality has been a paradigm shift. Amidst my most stressful moments, it entirely relieved me of the overwhelming burden of researching and identifying top-tier providers. Having faced one health-related obstacle after another over the last few years, Dr. Cohen’s care and expertise provided me with an unfathomable advantage in overcoming each and every difficulty along the way. His unparalleled dedication, compassion, and competence have earned my highest recommendation, and I am confident he will inspire the same confidence in anyone fortunate enough to be under his care.

Shiva Rajagopalan Dr Cohen is a genius! I love to run! I overdid the running a few months ago and my Achilles has been sore ever since. I have tried PT, massages and other forms of treatment. But Dr Cohen recommended a shockwave therapy on my Achilles and just after one treatment, my foot feels so much better. Anyone suffering from pain should go see Dr Cohen. His staff is also kind, engaging and treats patients with great care.

Stefanie Cramer Our experience with Dr. Cohen exceeded our expectations on every level. How do you say thank you enough to someone who has dedicated their life to caring for others in the most remarkable way. He takes every opportunity to be attentive, detailed, thorough, patient, accommodating, & respectful. His generosity, compassion, & sincerity is unparalleled. He’s incredibly insightful & clearly puts his patients best interest at heart. His professionalism & knowledge is unmatched & he takes human kindness to a new level. In addition to his unwavering dedication to patient care, he embodies everything wonderful in a good doctor. He is a unique gift to his patients! Thank you again for your generosity & kindness. We’re so appreciative of you & your services! Thank you!

Madison ODonnell Wrote my first review for Doctor Cohen and his personal assistant, Chase, yesterday, August 22nd, however, today August 23rd the review is now mysteriously gone. My father has been seeing Doctor Cohen for the last few months for shoulder and thigh pain. At no point during that time did Doctor Cohen state that my father needed to see any other doctors. Actually, Doctor Cohen was willing and gladly took over my fathers care. Now I’m giving back story so that’s there no reasoning why Chase, Doctor Cohen’s “personal assistant”, made the statements that he did. Doctor Cohen ordered bilateral MRIs. Now as a doctor, it’s the doctors responsibility make sure in the patients notes that there is enough clinical reasoning and evidence as to why the patient needs imaging. For some reason, this wasn’t done for my father and the insurance denied it. Mind you, we have PPO insurance with one of the best insured around. This leads to another phone call to Doctor Cohen. Doctor then recommended that we meet with him AGAIN, taking time out of our day, for Doctor Cohen to adequately document the reason for his mris. Then yesterday, I called, trying to see why once again what was going on with the mris. Chase answered and from my previous witness attacks of Chase I knew the conversation wouldn’t go well. The first time I met chase he was yelling at the front desk receptionist. Clearly unprofessional and rude. I don’t care what kind of Doctor you are, your staff can not and should not be rude and yelling at ANYONE. Then on this phone call from yesterday, Chase went on and on and on that Doctor Cohen is doing US a favor for ordering the MRIs. As a physician myself, you never, I repeat NEVER tell a patient that you are doing them a favor. Doctor Cohen willingly took on my father’s case and Cohen was the one who was adamant about ordering the MRIs Now, Chase is telling us we need to see an orthopedic surgeon because Doctor Cohen had done such a favor for us. The only favor Cohen did is that now my father can’t get bilateral shoulder MRIs for 3 months. For chase, Come on chase, who do you think you are? You have no right speaking the way you did to me and no right to the staff the way you did. You should be fired. I would be embarrassed if my staff member acted in any way, shape, or form like you did

kristen mclaughlin This is the absolute best place! Dr C is my OB and I couldn’t imagine a better one out there. She is extremely knowledgeable, detailed and with you every step of the way which is so rare to find with OBs. I’m able to text the office when I have questions and get fast answers which has been helpful throughout my first pregnancy. I also love everyone in the office! Aly is the sweetest human and so amazing. Kayla and Megan at the front are always so nice and personable. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone! Would 100% recommend using them as your OB!

Shari Sutcliffe I have been going to Hera Beauty & Wellness- Mirela Cernaianu for many many years and recommend her and her staff highly. Dr. C. is incredibly well educated and informed on the human body and has helped and both my husband and myself with a vast range of medical issues. We are grateful to have someone who we trust and feel comfortable with. I love her ever expanding Beauty and Wellness programs, I have benefited from her Morpheus 8 treatments that I did not find painful (but I do have a high tolerance to pain). It helped with the bra fat that would not go away after giving birth to my son years ago. If you can go to one of the events they have that showcase their programs - GO! You will get to see all the great services offered and get to sign up for any special deals.

marsha tryforos I cant say enough positive about Dr. Sherry Thomas. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but stepped up and showed incredible compassion in helping my bedridden mother. When my mother became bedridden her own doctor, Dr. Patricia Lanter offered no help with her own patient in either doing the simple procedure herself or offering any advice on who could help. I contacted Dr. Sherry Thomas and without hesitation she came with her wonderful nurse Shirley to my mothers care home to do the minor procedure on her own time, free of charge! This is a true, caring, compassionate doctor. She cared about the patient that wasnt even her own and not financial. I have found there are not many HCPs that truly care about their patients. Thank you so much Dr. Sherry Thomas for your integrity and embodying what a true doctor should be and regaining my hope that there are great doctors out there!!!

Linda Plummer I have been seeing Dr. Sherry Thomas for about a year and I continue to be impressed by her knowledge of her field. She is compassionate and obviously really cares about her patients. She listens to my questions and fears and has helped me tremendously. I feel fortunate to have found her and can highly recommend her as a highly trained physician who will take time to talk to her patients and provide the best treatment that is available.

Barbara Rinsler Dr Sherry Thomas gave me my quality of life back. Having been suffering with frequent urges to urinate, Dr Thomas suggested I consider a bladder sling (lift) to alleviate the urgency and stop leakage when I coughed, sneezed or did exercise. She explained how the procedure would be done and suggested I consider this option. I finally had had enough of this bladder problem and told Dr Thomas, with her expert qualifications, that she was the only doctor I would allow to do the procedure. I am now a new, free woman! The procedure was easy and there was really no down time at all and a year later there is no leakage. Dr Thomas is the best!

Monica Cohen I’d never seen a UROGYN before today. Everyone was courteous, professional, and impressively knowledgeable about what I was experiencing and the next steps. All worked so well as a team from reception to in room nurse, then the PA who explained what she would be doing, what she preliminarily found, to tests ordered and an RX to alleviate one condition so far. The assistant with her was extremely efficient and both communicated along the way. I’ll see the doctor and PA again after my tests in 3 weeks. 10 stars!

Laure McKinnon I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for about fifteen years. Her laser treatments brought me lasting relief from recurring UTIs and uncomfortable vaginal dryness. She is smart, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Andy Sellin Dr. O gave me my life back. I had constant years of neglect from Kaiser and couldnt sit, stand, or lay down without being in insane amounts of pain. I got referred to Dr. O by my orthopedic and I cant praise him enough. He listened to me and didnt immediately blame it on my weight or my lifestyle. He listened and was able to get me the surgery i was in desperate need of. Im so grateful for him and his team!

Debbie Lehto Dr. Orlovich is the best!!! I have had back issues for several years. I was about to give up on medicine when Dr. Orlovich discovered or figured out where my pain was coming from. Yay!!! He performed a Pain Tech Procedure (the real name is too long to remember) on me and I got my life back!!! I can walk again, stand to cook, clean, etc. All of this right after the procedure. It’s miraculous!!! I’m so grateful to Dr. Orlovich for his exceptional skill and the care I have received. Thank you so much to Pain Tech for the allograft and thank you to the entire staff at Dr. Orlovich’s office and Conejo Surgical Center. You all have been so good to me and I truly appreciate it.

Narine Hakobyan Amazing! My mom was in pain for a year. I ended up taking her to all kinds in doctors, no one could understand what was wrong with her low back. Doctor Orlovich was the only doctor who was able to access her situation and diagnose it immediately. He prescribed treatment and in a month she was able to resume her day to day activities. Very knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner and wonderful personality overall. Highly recommend! Thank you Doctor Orlovich! My mom and I can’t thank you enough!

Domenic Lanzillotta Behind every great doctor, theres someone behind the scenes coordinating all the activities. Such is the case for Ruby Lazo, Practice Coordinator for Dr. Daniel Orlovich at Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Utilizing her professional skills, Ruby efficiently scheduled my final Thermal Frequency Ablation within a few days of my Endoscopy procedure. This was crucial because, as someone on blood thinners, I needed to be off them for 5-plus days for this procedure, unlike the first initial 2 tests. This personal attention was significant to me as it spared me from stopping my blood thinner regimen twice and for a longer period, ultimately reducing my risk of developing a clot. Thank you, Ruby, for your understanding of service and client care. I genuinely appreciate your dedication in scheduling and navigating the paperwork challenges, especially with my Cardiologists electronic fax issues.

A David Klein I have contacted MDVIP on several occasions to discuss what I believe needs to be added to enhance its service by adding much more information about nutrition and supplements (vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc) rather than just Endless DRUGS for Wellness, Health and Healing. One example which is well documented - Manuka Honey for Healing Wounds plus many other well documented items for all kinds of medical issues. I have offered to meet with your corporate executives to discuss this but no follow through. I have studied Natural Healing for, over 40 years and it is a regular area , in addition to conventional medicine , I practice to retain the quality of life.

Kenneth Charles Greene Dr. Margolis is a throwback to an era when doctors took the time to get to know and understand their patients. He is a no nonsense doctor with a very practical outlook on life and a clear expertise in his field. I recommend him heartily to anyone who wants a great doctor in his corner.

Jorge Endara At every level of my surgery experience, everyone was positive, helpful, and friendly. We were escorted to the surgery room by the front desk. We would have definitely gotten lost. Parking at pick up was super easy. They have a system. Communication of what to expect along with how things will go along the way was all there. I was contacted ahead of time to shore up billing. They gave me the option to prepay or pay when I get there. Knowing that was taken care was a relief. I am very impressed with my experience. Dr Pakula was my doctor. She won me over with the knowledge and confidence she portrayed of her ability to solve my medical issue. I am on day 1 of recovery from robotic assisted hernia. My mobility is surprisingly good after only one day.

Erin Conroy It’s hit and miss at Simi Adventist. The staff does a great job most of the time though, and there are usually not as long of wait times as there are at other hospitals. Occasionally, you’ll encounter a less than great person working there, but that happens everywhere. There really have been some fantastic health care professionals at Simi Adventist. I appreciate the staff, and I’m glad they take good care of me when I’m there. Thanks Simi Adventist!

Debbie Anatole I went in for chest and shoulder pain. I am so impressed on how organized this hospital is. Many people around and all are busy keeping up with a very busy ER room. They dont keep you waiting, they are on top of every protocol. I had an EKG blood work and chest xray all in one hour. I was comfortable every step of the way. The hospital is clean, efficient and happy caregivers.

Rob White Everyone from the time you walk in the door are very courteous and helpful. Getting admitted was a breeze. Dr. Quinn and his staff were awesome. The nurses in pre-op and post-op did an excellent job. And all the nurses and nursing assistants I had in my room did a superb job. Physical therapist for knowledgeable and various assisting. I was in there in March of 2023. And I was there for 11days with some pretty serious issues. And the care and compassion I received was the best. And this trip was the same the best.

I felt well cared for and reassured throughout the visit. I highly recommend Adventist Health SV for anyone in need of urgent medical care.

Daryoush Jadali, MD

Images reviews: Daryoush Jadali, MD

(83) Reviews Daryoush Jadali, MD:

Ashley Garcia My experience with Dr Jadali during my high-risk pregnancy was nothing short of awful. He dismissed me and made me feel that my condition wasn’t worthy of his attention (low PAPP-A and Anti-E blood incompatibility that can lead to hemolytic anemia). He made comments about my insurance being an HMO and that regal won’t “pay for any scans so it’s a waste of time”. This was furthest from the truth. I worked my insurance to get assigned to a different MFM specialist who no longer practices (James shields) and had an amazing experience with lots of scans and care and attention. Others have shared similar negative experiences with Jadali. For my last baby, I told my OBGYN I wanted to avoid him at all costs and got my insurance to refer me to the dignity health MFMs, Kathy Sharma and Peter Rubelio. I saw Dr. Sharma until she went private practice which happened to be about a month before I was due (I highly recommend her and her office is in Ventura called Ocean Perinatal) and then saw her partner Dr. Rubelio for the last few weeks and weekly scans. He was excellent also. Kind and made me feel comfortable. Please look into these doctors if you want to avoid Jadali.

Alma Rosa Rios My experience at Dr. Jadali’s office was far from anything pleasant. The ultrasound tech, Rosy, and Dr. Jadali had a cold, rude, and un-inviting demeanor. Their bedside manners are poor. I felt like I was in defense mode the entire time I was there. I was referred to Dr. Jadali’s office by my OB/GYN’s office after 2 inconclusive NIPT tests. I was unsure what procedures they were going to do. My OB/GYN’s office did not clearly explain to me why I needed to go to this specialist, but neither did Dr. Jadali’s office. I was told I was to do another NIPT test and see the gender through an ultrasound. The whole time the ultrasound tech was doing my ultrasound, she did not explain anything. She’d close the door hard behind her and seemed like she was just in a bad attitude. If I didn’t ask what the ultrasound was for, I’m betting they wouldn’t even have told me anything. The tech and the Dr. spoke in a different language outside the door, which wouldn’t be an issue except when the doctor came in, he was so vague with what he was there to do and we didn’t even know he was going to see us next. So naturally, whatever they were talking about worried us because we were unsure what was going on the entire time there, and we weren’t sure if something was seen on the ultrasound or what was going on. The doctor came and in asked about my inconclusive NIPT test dates, and said we needed to wait a few more weeks to make sure there was enough DNA from the baby to re-test. I said okay, well we’d like to get the sex of the baby in an envelope today, so we can do a reveal. Especially, since I was under the impression that’s what my ultrasound was for. Dr. Jadali told me to wait until we received my NIPT results to know the gender because, “what if the results come back with down syndrome, you wouldn’t want to tell people.” Confused by his comment, I said “tell people the gender?” The energy of the room shifted as he looked at me annoyed and rolled his eyes saying, “it’s my bias that if the results come back with down syndrome you wouldn’t want people to know.” At this point, my mom frustration came in after all this experience at their office and I firmly responded, “I don’t care if my results come back with my child having down syndrome. I’m still having this baby and I’m still going to have a gender reveal.” He backed off a bit afterwards. They didn’t tell us when we’d need to come back for our next visit, so when we went to the front desk and the young lady asked us when our follow up appointment was, we couldn’t give her a straightforward answer. The ultrasound tech, Rosy, came over and said we’d need to be back in a few weeks to re-do my NIPT test and an ultrasound. She said everything looked fine so far, but just in case. Needless to say, I am writing this review because I will not be returning. Maybe this was just my experience, but please be careful about this office. Maybe it’s just their Thousand Oaks office that is like this, but if you do experience this, please speak up for yourself. Doctors should NOT make you feel intimidated, confused, uneasy or unwelcome. Please speak up if you get comments like the ones I did. With all due respect doctor, nobody is asking you about your bias on knowing a sex based on a child having Down syndrome.

Yuliana Galvan TERRIBLE experience. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I must say it’s been a battle. P.S. be prepared NOT to get a physical copy of your babies ultrasound (text will b sent). Went to my first ultrasound appointment at 11am, arrived at 10:50am and left at 12:40pm. When the light skinned Mexican (I’m Mexican as well) took my blood she was extremely rough to the point where she made me gasp (I have a high tolerance for pain). When getting my results on a Friday over the phone they mentioned I may pick up my results, I drove 40 minutes at 3:30 from Camarillo to Ventura to get a post it size paper that said my babies gender, the paper had NO information relating it back to me (the patient), I called right away and told the lady that I wanted my results that’s why I drove in traffic, she said they do not give out results that I had to sign a medical release form for my own results that she could email me the form (she didn’t). I spoke to the office manager on Wednesday letting her know what was going on, she apologized and stated I didn’t have to sign any medical release form that she would email them to me. She did but the results were blurry, I called and they said I needed to wait until the following week and I had to pick them up (I did) same issue. Customer service is not their priority or common sense. Needless to say I switched ultrasound providers.

Asa Stephanie I only came here for a 3D ultrasound since my regular OBs availability was on a day that I worked. Dr. Jadalis office did the ultrasound and then scheduled a follow up echocardiogram stating it was necessary to make sure my babys heart functioned ok. I am not a high risk patient and did not have any problems with pregnancy. I did the echo because I wanted to make sure baby was ok as the staff made it seem like I really needed it and it worried me that maybe they saw something. Everything was fine. My regular OB stayed it was a scam when I asked if I still needed to follow up with them and now Im stuck with an over $1000 bill for nothing. Insuranve wont cover because it wasnt medically necessary even though I was told it was. Dr. Jadali wasnt even available during my appointments and the tech would call him on the phone to talk to me after the ultrasound. Very disappointed with the underhanded tactics for a profit.

D S We made an appointment here after seeing another doctor we were very unsatisfied with. Dr. Jadali and his staff were very professional and nice, he took time to answer questions and really seemed to care which made us feel much better than the last place we went since this is our first baby. I wouldnt hesitate to make your ultrasound appointments here!

Randall Fabiano Dr. Abdulhai is truly a great doctor. Extremely knowledgeable, not judgmental, literally the epitome of what anyone should look for in a doctor. Sam is amazing too! Overall, I rarely if every write reviews good or bad. But since visiting Patriot, I know I am completely in great hands. Highly, highly recommend. I rarely if ever trust Doctors, its just a me thing. But I trust this Doctor! You should too

Brian V Dr Abdulhai is absolutely the very best, most caring doctor I have ever seen (and Ive been to many doctors). He is polite, patient and exceedingly knowledgeable. His nurses rock, too! Front office staff are competent. Im lucky and happy to have found Dr Abdulhai!

Kara Berry Dr Abdulhai, Mary Lou, and the rest of the staff are super welcoming, educated, and treat me like a friend. I recently lost a pregnancy and everyone was so caring, sensitive and gave me words of encouragement; Ive never felt so cared for at a doctors office. Dr. Abdulhai always takes his time with me (I never feel rushed) and answers every single question. Mary Lou is so gentle and I never flinch when she does blood work (even at my age, Im a wuss when it comes to needles). My family and I are lucky to have found such an amazing doctor and staff.

Nicole Pollastrini I came to this practice to establish care after he was recommended by some moms on Facebook. I have never been to a doctor that rushed so much through a visit. Without getting into specific details, I left with an order for an xray on my right shoulder, when my left shoulder is the one I have trouble with. I left with an order for a sleep apnea sleep study, a diagnosis that was already ruled out by a previous doctor, which I told him about. I did it anyway, hoping maybe I would get new insight on my sleep issues. It took two weeks for any response on the report from the sleep study and I only Got a response because I called them for the results. The answer? “You don’t have sleep apnea”. So frustrating! He’s a nice guy (although a bit chaotic because he’s moving a million miles a minute), he has a great staff, but he doesn’t listen to the patient. I felt like he would ask a question and answer it before I could get a chance to. I left with two orders that were unnecessary, no answers to any of my questions, and honestly my visit here was a complete waste of time and an unnecessary cost. I am disappointed because I had high hopes that he could be my family doctor after so many recommendations. Maybe he had an off day, but in medicine I just feel like you have to be more on your game. I know people love this office, but I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone I know.

He is very resourceful. He made sure every health need was met. And he has a great helpful staff! Highly recommend.

Davis Bartels Dr Cohen is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. While I have seen countless doctors of all different practices, it is extremely rare to find a doctor who truly cares about his patients. Dr Cohen, on multiple occasions, goes out of his way and above and beyond to help me with whatever it is that I am going through. The beauty of his practice is that he has vast knowledge of many areas of health and is eager to help find solutions to whatever it may be. Prompt responses, friendly and caring... 100% would recommend Dr Cohen and his staff to all.

Linda Courtier I started going to Dr. Cohen 13 months ago for treatment for osteoporosis and arthritis. He was very friendly and seemed to care about my treatment. I was in evenity for 12 months and my osteoporosis had no improvement. I thought I would see Dr Cohen after 12 months of being treated by his staff. I was told I would get a viral call with someone else in the office. I have spent hundreds of dollars hoping to find improvement so I could get much needed back surgery. I’ve decided to find a rheumatologist who will actually see me.

Morgan Z Had such a great experience getting outpatient surgery at TOSH. The process for scheduling the surgery was smooth and billing questions were answered quickly. All the peri-op nursing staff were outstanding. I haven’t had surgery in a while and was quite nervous, but they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery hospital is very nice and every staff member was professional and kind. Hopefully won’t have to come back anytime soon, but would definitely choose this facility for any future procedures, if at all possible.

Jeff Werdesheim After having multiple orthopedic surgeries and having stayed in many hospitals and Surgical Centers in my lifetime, all I can say is WOW! TOSH is clearly run by a management team who knows how to deliver health care at the highest level. And of course what makes this place special are the Doctors, Anesthesiologist, Staff, Nurses, Physical Therapists all the way down to the aids and Restaurant personnel. The facility is literally like staying in a Four Seasons like setting. Their communication and transparency before during and after your surgery are phenomenal. A big shout out to Angela and Allie who were simply the best post surgical nurses I’ve ever had. Thank you for taking such good care of me in such a beautiful facility by simply the most caring and attentive nurses you could ever ask for.

Jesse Cuevas The nurses were absolutely amazing. They all did a perfect job, and I can’t even explain how comfortable they make you feel. They all have a great sense of humor and a huge heart. My first nurse Kate made everything so much nicer. And my last nurse, sadly forgot her name, but she was also the sweetest. If you’re having surgery here, just know you’ll be well taken care of.

John Platero Any kind of surgery can be stressful, however, spinal surgery is a little more serios than usual. From my first contact with nurse Leslie, to checking in with Carolyn to my admission nurse Lynn, to my surgical nurse Nuni, along with Sebastian and my anesthesiologist Wayne, made me feel at ease. They were kind, considerate, calm and patient. I also had to stay over night. My nurses Angela, Molly and especially Laura ( I believe that was her name; I was a little out of it) were soooo kind, attentive, and best of all had great senses of humor; which really helps in stressful times. The room and the food (yes, hospital food!) were fantastic. I actually wanted to move in! Thank you all at TOSH

Shopper M I unfortunately went here for ankle surgery in 2011. The anesthesiologists was horrible. I was in terrible pain afterwards and nothing was given to me to alleviate. Not even Tylenol. My blood pressure went through the roof. Nothing was done. Then after at home I had the worst thirst that lasted for a week. I’m pretty sure whatever was given to me was not right. I will never go here again.

robin shear Dr. Taqi is a blessing to anyone who he treats. He is like Superman, shows up when you need him most and saves lives. If not for him I would have literally died in 2019. I thank God every day I wake up and see the faces of my kids who would have been devastated without a mother (their father had passed away prior). Dr. Taqi, thank you for saving my life.

itsbobbyopp Dr. Taqi was very helpful. I brought my fiancé to his practice as she’s experienced a rapid onslaught of neurological and inflammatory symptoms. It was out of network as we live in southern Oregon. He referred her to a rheumatologist in southern Oregon who denied his referral. He didn’t advocate for her after the denial and he didn’t contact her either. Also, a practice is only as good as its front of house staff, and his assistants are terrible. We can’t even get an ROI emailed without attitude from the staff.

Lisa Budnik I had a subdural hematoma brain bleed. Dr. Taki was the Dr. On staff at Los Robles emergency room at that time. He did the surgery and I was in ICU for a week. No one got me up to walk until the day I was going to be released. After about a week I noticed one of my legs was much bigger then the other. I had developed a blood clot in my leg and had to go back into the hospital. I was put on blood thinners and anti sezier meds. This was in March that this all happened. It is now July and I had 2 different appointments with his office that they have canceled. The 3 girls that work the front office are very rude and should all be fired! When it comes to life or death they dont seem to have any since of urgency.

Ryan k Dr. Gilbert Simoni runs a very very good office! Five stars all around to the Doctor and the front desk. He made everything feel safe and under control, Ive seen other doctors before for similar issues but he was very thorough and explained the steps and solutions. I will recommend friends and family to Advanced Gastroenterology, Inc.
5 /5
Chris F. Dr. Simoni has been the most attentive doctor I have been to in my life. He really listened before doing anything and then we put together a game plan. He is a very skilled modern day doctor with an old school bedside manner. I have been frustrated with other doctors and their lack of follow through and desire to prescribe pills for anything and everything... Dr. Simoni is different, I really feel like he wants to get me better and thats exactly what hes doing. I feel extremely fortunate to have him with me every step of the way... In my opinion he is the best of the best. As far as his staff and office help, in my experience, they have been patient, kind and helpful each time I have visited the office or called with a question. Their job is difficult too and they seem to handle things with care and professionalism.

Michelle Elliott The staff was pleasant, however I dont know how they can work for a doctor who is so heartless. My son had 3 or 4 visits and never met Dr Sumoni until the day of his procedures. Even the nurses at Los Robles were surprised we hadnt met him. My son had been in severe pain and was looking for any kind of relief. He asked Dr S to prescribe him something he researched that might help with pain. Dr S threw a tantrum and said find another doctor. He left my 19 yr old , depressed son in a compromising position and to top it off, Never gave us the results of his colonoscopy and endoscopy as he said he would do right away. This doctor should be ashamed of himself...he is a robot, not a caring physician. Per Dr Ss response....you wouldnt know the truth because you werent involved. A young adult, 19yrs old...you kicked to the curb. Maybe take a step back and wonder why you have other, similar reviews.

Rk L This review is written with the understanding that my request to see the doctor at Advanced Gastroenterology, Inc occurred during the 2023 holiday season and that staffing was at a minimum. Nevertheless, the lack of response from this facility when I clearly noted this was an urgent situation is unacceptable, especially for a facility touting its expertise in interventional gastroenterology. On December 22, 2023, I was seen at the Los Robles ER for a continuous painful abdomen. After CT and ultrasound scans, the ER found my liver enzymes were out of range, I had a distended common bile duct as well as an undefined pancreatic cyst. The ER urgently recommended I see a GI specialist for follow-up. I contacted AGI on December 26 and sent them my ER records as they requested. I was informed the doctor would review them and that AGI would then get in touch to let me know if they could take me as a new patient. On December 27, still hearing nothing from AGI even though I had noted the urgent nature of my contact, I could not wait any longer and made contact with Cedars-Sinai Hospital where I knew the staff would be attentive, professional and concerned about providing the best care possible. After a few phone calls within about 2 hrs, including the exchange of the noted ER records, I was scheduled the next morning for an EUS/ERCP. During this procedure, the findings of the ER were confirmed, the medical team performed a sphincterotomy and cleared the CBD, and made a referral for a potential future cholecystectomy. Three weeks later (Jan. 14) I still have heard nothing from AGI. Apparently “interventional gastroenterology” means when they “get around to it” rather than recognizing the urgency often surrounding that term and how a delay affects the patients health and well-being. Given my experience, I can not recommend this facility.

Carolyn Marti Dr. Aamin Iqbal has been my fathers physician for many years. I highly recommend him for his medical competence and expertise, his excellent communication skills and human qualities. His office assistants are kind, personable and efficient. I consider these qualities of significant importance in any medical field. Last but not least, I would like to note, sadly, that human qualities and values are becoming extinct, very unfortunately. Let us ensure they are preserved and encouraged!

KM F Long overdue review. I was a patient of Dr. Iqbal for several years and as long as you dont question him, he is great. He once got so upset that I was attempting to discuss my health and his suggested protocols, he started yelling at me and I quickly got up and closed the door of the examining room. He then complained to me about having multiple stents in his chest and that life is hard for him too. I had to quickly de-escalate the conversation. Im sorry, but that doesnt give a doctor carte blanche to yell at a patient. On another occasion, he said I had Hashimotos hypothyroidism, and then on a follow-up visit he got upset and denied saying that when I wanted to discuss my diagnosis. When I developed Bakers cysts behind both knees he said he could drain them. Then on a following visit, he denied saying they could be drained. That 2nd lie was the final straw that broke the camels back. My endocrinologist questioned the thyroid medication he subscribed saying its the least safe and changed it immediately. Great Doctors know they are not omnipotent and appreciate open dialogue with their patients, he does not. SMH. Lastly, Melissa in the front office is not the friendliest of people, she is aggressive and curt. Everyone else was always pleasant and helpful.

Fabian Citraro Dr. Iqbal and associates have been our primary family doctor for over 30 years. Extremely knowledgeable and well respected within our community. Lately over the last couple of years Ive taken advantage of their concierge service and I cant see myself going back to normal medical care. Obviously assessing your health and stage in life is an important consideration but I rest well at night knowing my personalized medical team is available 24/7 regardless of when I call and/or text. More recently during this unprecedented era of "Covid" the team has gone above and beyond my expectations to provide unparalleled health care. Ive been recommending their practice for years and will continue to do so! Stay healthy!

Becky DR REDDY, YOU WERE GREAT, but when your office staff FAILED TO HANG UP YOUR PHONE BEFORE THE TWO OF THEM STARTED TALKING ABOUT ME…. I’m in SHOCK. You are a great doctor (or so I Thought)… but to have your staff saying “of course it’s our fault, yeah she’s blaming it all on me…” when I am in pain, physically sick, is the most sickening thing I’ve ever experienced. And to top it off, I have added Dr Reddys office number. The one they told me to add. And I have no voicemails, phone calls, nothing. I have one from a March 25th appointment, that’s it. Yet Your front staff insisted that the calls they make are “ courtesy “ calls before appointments (seems a little shady especially because soooo many of your patients have brain fog— we could really use the help.). Also, doesn’t it seem courteous when someone is frustrated and trying to figure things out to … listen , instead of looking for a quick rebuttal? And when I called her back to call her out on talking about me to her coworker, because that is WRONG — she yelled at me me to listen to her, stop, let me talk. She raised her voice, yelled, and for someone who can see my chart— see that I’ve been a victim of all types of abuse INCLUDING VERBAL abuse, I’m appalled It’s this type of gaslighting that makes me wonder why you employee these uneducated individuals. They’re going to cause you sooooo many more headaches than that that your patients bring in. I’m frustrated. I have brain fog because I’ve been fighting a cold and severe allergies.. The empathy isn’t here. I get that the medical field experienced a lot of turmoil during Covid, but you can’t let these two individuals make US, your patients, look like this. Do they not know that there are reviews people can write? To top it off, I head them bad mouthing other folks when I was in there too. So I guess it’s a regimen that I too, am a victim too. Attached are the phone calls I made to your office today in case you’d like to reference the times your office should have cameras

Ilana K Levinsky Dr Reddy is an excellent physician and treated my father very well; however, both my father and I just had the most shocking exchange with two of his office staff, Vanessa and Michelle, who raised their voices at us and verbally attacked us for presumably not carrying the correct insurance the first time we met with the doctor, immediately determining that we owed money and that we would not be seen again! They were on the attack from the get-go, obviously trying to cover for their own inefficiency. My dad is a retired heart surgeon, he spoke to them in his usual mild mannered tone of voice only to be stifled and told to be quiet twice! Never ever have we experienced anything like this before. My dad practiced medicine for 50 years and has never come across such disrespect from office staff. Neither have I.

Leon Levinsky Moving with my wife from the East Coast to California meant new health insurance and new health professionals to help navigate through a laybrinth of medical issues. I was fortunate to have been directed to Dr. Feldman after hearing great reviews about her practice. How surprised I was to find a doctor who goes far and beyond what I had grown to expect from medical professionals. She listened intently, studied my problems, and tackled every one of my health concerns. She also referred me to the best doctors to further pursue treatment for specific problems. She followed up with each and every one of them too! I find that Dr. Feldman is knowledgeable, a problem solver, and very personable. She even phones me up after business hours to discuss test results or any other issue at hand. Thanks to Dr. Feldman, I no longer shuffle my feet like a zombie; I can walk without a cane, and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Her staff is another bonus that comes with joining this practice; either Ariel or Claudia answers every one of my calls. And, they take care of all of my querries and needs with much grace and patients. This speaks volumes of a very well managed practice and one that I always look forward to visiting again.

Dave Dolnick I have been a patient of Dr. Feldman since 2012 and have gotten excellent medical care during the past 4+ years. She spends more time with me during an appointment than any other primary medical doctor I have had. She is thorough, gives sound medical advice, and is a very good diagnostician. I like that she can offer alternate methods of therapy along with conventional ones. Dr. Feldman has a good office staff although personnel does change rather frequently. Becky Dirickson We loved this group until Dr Pachorek retired. Unfortunately, they have taken on more patients then they can handle. I had my kids with Conejo Childrens for 25 years, my youngest is in college and we were told she would remain in their care until she graduates. She has been suffering the last few days with a massive ear infection. She has had them in the past so she knows exactly what it feels like when she has one. She was sick with a virus for weeks prior and has an autoimmune disease that often causes her to develop infections. Shes also on an immune suppressant medication which Conejo Medical group has all records of. I called to see if they could send in an antibiotic for her to pick up as she is in back to back classes and in the middle of midterms and has no time to get to an urgent care. The office admin says they will not send in a prescription and when I ask to speak with a doctor a doctor refuses to call me back having the same office staff relay the message. Despite the fact that we have been there for 25 years and getting her on an antibiotic would mean the difference between buying her time and getting better or ending up in the ER. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of communication and support from the team of doctors who we have not only been loyal long time patients, but referred so many of our family and friends to in this community. I am grateful for all the years we had with Dr Pachorek, and believe she was the last REAL pediatrician at Conejo Childrens Medical Center who really took any interest or care in her patients. Ill be picking up her records tomorrow morning and finding someone who truly cares about their patients well being and who can find the time to communicate. Im sad to think that after all these years, while both my kids have grown up in the care of this medical facility, the doctors couldnt even open her charts or call me back. Very disappointing
