Dream Luna “Goddess L” the staff is unprofessional and the service is unacceptable. They should be shut down. They dont care about patients wellbeing and dont even bother to check on them. Do better, your patients deserve better. You could die there and they wouldnt know for days. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Ashley Johnson Usually when I come here there’s no problems. But it’s really going downhill. All these new nigh shift people are not well mannered and have attitudes when you ask them about anything. Yesterday on thanksgiving was worse! When I was getting my shot I was seated near the nurse desk and you would think they were having a college hangout. The way they talk makes me feel uneasy of the care they might provide. The night I was here, there was a lady next to me and she was complaining about the wait and how the 3 workers laughed at her. (she seemed mentally I’ll, not all there) and the people in the round desk area were laughing and making comments. That’s someone’s mother, daughter, or sister going thru whatever feelings they are going thru obviously she’s not all there and them laughing was disrespectful especially someone working in the hospital. These new college kids are ruining this ER. I get it they need experience but have someone higher monitoring them and making reports.

Kara Gee ER DR JOVE GRAHAM SHOULD NOT BE IN THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE. He is arrogant, HORRIBLE bedside manner, asks you how you feel and what your symptoms are and then tells you that they make no sense and you shouldnt feel that way. He tried to debate what my moms doctors are doing for her saying she shouldnt be on oxygen. She went in because she is passing out and has a whole body numbness and he is trying to give her a stomach CT when she is telling him it is her head and that she feels dizzy. He said “the er is not somewhere you go for a diagnosis” She couldnt remember all of what happened so when my aunt walked in she tried to explain to him what has been happening and he stated his conversation with my mom went great when clearly it did not because she has no memory of what happened. My aunt then asked for his name and he said Im not giving you my name she looked around to see his name tag & said she said it aloud he requested she be escorted out of the hospital immediately and had 2 guards escort her out. Overall a DISGUSTING experience and definitely not a place to care for your loved ones or yourself!!!

Jennifer Cooper After nearly two weeks of unbearable pain, the ER staff at Clovis Community ER was amazing. I did spend 7 hours there but in that time I had 2 blood tests, 2 ultrasounds, and a CT scan. The Dr wanted to find an answer and he did. Then, three days later I get a call from the ER that after continued testing, diagnosed me with an infection and sent a antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy. I am thrilled with the care.

L Lee Nurses dont keep track of patients, doctor doesnt even care to see patients. The patient had to wait 12 hours and still did not get seen by a doctor. At this point, this hospital mind as well close for Emergency services. Horrible staff they dont even update you or get back to you. They will not provide their directors information to be contacted in Emergency service department. No need to come here if they do not care.

Rachel R I went in for my initial check up and to establish care. Requested a referral to a specialist. Two weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called to check the status of the referral. Turns out the doctor never submitted a referral. To top it off, I also did labs (again, establishing care, so these were routine lab tests) and had a telephone call scheduled to go over the results. The scheduled time came and went, and no phone call. I gave them 15 minutes and called the office directly only to be told that I need to reschedule and had to wait another two weeks.Turns out they had the wrong phone number on file (they missed it by one number) and the “appointment window” had passed. They can’t meet the needs of basic healthcare; seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you have the option, look elsewhere and do not waste your time here.

T Ramey My son and I had appointments with two separate doctors and really liked them both. They took very thorough medical histories down and didnt make it seem rushed. The facility was very clean with plenty of seats to sit in the waiting area. All the ladies working the front desk were very pleasant and professional.

Jim Casey IV Fast , in and out very thorough, up to date on meds , front desk is kind , dr.K.Rivera best doc , he helped me change my life . I really cant say enough good things about this place .

Tammie Shepley I absolutely adore Dr. Bangalore and I have seen her for years. When I call in, I know that I will get excellent service, but especially if Diane answers the phone. All of the front desk girls are awesome. Lucilla especially shines. She regularly goes above and beyond for good patient care. The telephone hold times were long before, but they are better now.

Derek R. Addelsee The staff only care about the money. They with hold med refills while there professionally suck, lack of communication. Them they want to blame you. My meds are not narcotics, Im a insulin dependent diabetic. I hope somebody can teach those people a lesson in being a positive force in heathcare not just a business for profit

Ruth Soderlund I wish I’d looked at reviews! Moved to Fresno recently and am looking for a new PCP. Dr Miramontes is unbelievable. She literally argued with me the entire time she was in the room with me. She cut me off after we’d only been talking 10 minutes even though I had more questions. She opened the door and said “have a good day” and left as if she was disgusted by the way I’ve been caring for myself based on my own symptoms experience. I can’t believe people would see her more than once. She wanted me to come in for a physical in a couple months and there is no way I would ever return to this office ever. Poor lady. I can’t imagine what her life has been like for her to treat people like this for so long.

T Money Incredibly rude and dismissive. I’ve expressed concerns regarding my anxiety and depression, and she hardly listened to me. And being at my most vulnerable, she became increasingly condescending with me. She also didn’t put in a referral for me regarding a serious health concern as she promised and seemed confused. I believe we go to doctors to get help. I didn’t feel helped and plan to find someone else. Please don’t go see her.

Stephanie Garcia Horrible experience with Judy Miramontes. Please avoid this person, she is not professional in the least and simply acts like she is helping. She interrupts people and is horrible towards people seeking her help. My father went to her for medical advice after being prescribed medication by her that may have sent him to the ER, and had the audacity to laugh with the receptionist after and deny him rest. She constantly interrupts when you are trying to speak and does not listen to your concerns. She speaks to you as if you are just a number and shuts you up when you try to speak. A medical professional who truly is there to help you will actually listen and maintains patient autonomy. This person is not that.

Frozen Rose This doctor rude & arrogant forces me to take medecine which I refuse to take because of the risky reaction it can do like blood clot & stroke. I said NO an she still prescribed it on my pharmacy. I had been on a medical field before & I know medications that is being prescribed to me. As a doctor, she should know the PATIENTS RIGHTS.....A RIGHT TO REFUSE MEDICATION.....She ditch me for noncompliance which I can sue her for refusing my rights. She is just lucky I am very caught up busy with my life rn. Hope she meets her match someday. All these bad reviews from others are precise..if u ignore this, go find out yourself and sacrifice your health.

Jenny Araiza I recently had an appointment with her where I brought up some concerns. She continuously cut me off. I commented “you are really short with your patients, I can’t even finish my sentences.” She replied “ I only a-lot patients 20 minutes.” She then walked out. I’m curious does that 20 minutes include the time we sit in the room waiting for the doctor to arrive? Worse experience ever. Miramontes is rude and completely ignores what her patients say.
