Shea Holloway The wait time . Getting an appointment is not easy due to the doctor or physicians assistant not regularly being avaliable and ones appointment being canceled and rescheduled fairly often. Its a 50:50 hit or miss in the competancy and care regarding the staff and nurses. The doctor and PA seem compitant and compassionate, but unable to handle paperwork and anything beyond a basic prescription. If you need a prior authorization, need documents signed regarding your health, etc. Good luck! Its like pulling teeth. Its not a lack of care, but competancy regarding legal, documentation, and insurance issues. I would rate this office at 3.5 stars out of five. The receptionist needs the most improvement, followed by some of the nurses, and the doctor/PA only need improvement in legal. The doctor/PA truly seem to do their job well (healing the sick). And I thank them for it! UPDATE 4.5 real stars! Great improvement from appointments to far less wait time. In and out in 45min. Nurses, great! Helpful, kind, professional. PA, great, patient, discusses options, but cares about patients overall health.

Jo Wolfe He is a very caring Dr. He takes time with you he listens to what you have to say and he explains everything so you can understand. He answers any questions and concerns you may have. Since I was first referred to him for removal of my gaul bladder in 2003 I have continued to see for other issues. The next one being I no longer had to return to the gastroenterologist who referrede to him. Because while he was going to do the gaul bladder surgery he asked if I was going to have the surgery to get rid ofy acid reflex. I didnt know there was such a thing And when I brought in the pictures from an endoscopy he showed the the.hiedal jernia

Natasha G Dont recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Childrens, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didnt bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

Luis Garcia This office is completely awful and unprofessional starting from the lack of education, resources, awful nurses, bad receptionists, and especially doctors. The wait time is absolutely ridiculously long for no reason and the appointments are less than 15 minutes and most of it is waiting for the doctors to arrive to check your children. This place was my personal pediatrician when I was younger but now having my own child years later nothing has changed in this business please take your children somewhere deserving. This place exploits low income Latino families... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Abe This place needs to do better. Appointments are 3 hours long. Or more. Wrong eta is given. People out to lunch and nobody to assist even after being admitted to a room. You ask roughly how much longer? She is clueless. Who’s managing schedules? Staffing? If your reading this, DO better. People have jobs to be at and other things to do. Also, these “medical assistance” need to work on their compassion and patient service skills. Because it stinks.

Rosalinda Garcia Came in on Xmas eve and got in so quick Nurses and staff where so nice, fast and very informative.. We just moved here from Arizona and I am not use to the fog/mist. So it was nice to be able to take the back roads to this hospital. I would have definitely not made it to Fresno! I just found out during our visit this hospital is closing. What a great loss for this community that I am now apart of. Thank you to Tyler and all the staff working tonight. You guys are amazing.

Maria Carrion If I could give 10 stars I would .the staff was great, from the kitchen to the nursing staff, and the Dr made my moms hospital stay very easy and safe. Its a small hospital ,that provides that small town at home environment. I know my mom is well cared for at this hospital. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my moms care but MCH.

Lisa Newman So on Halloween, which they admit is one of their busiest nights of the year, they have one doctor. With my blood pressure raging at 194/106 when I arrived, I waited 7 hours to be told I wasnt important enough to be seen by the doctor and to wait an additional 3 hours for an appointment with the clinic. Great service no wonder Madera community hospital ranks worst in the entire valley!!!
