Sherilynne Fehr HORRIBLE person running the phones. Wouldn’t let my husband finish his sentence several times. Just kept interrupting him. He finally just told her off very loudly when she wouldn’t shut up long enough to get his questions out. Ridiculous!

There is a scary and alarming trend going on that if youre disabled or have a mental health distorter they can FLAT OUT KICK YOU TO THE CRUB and think were not educated Little do MDs know, bipolar people are highly intelligent. Addressing my emergency visit I was checked in and before the nurse was finished asking questions about my health MD Evan comes into the room with a body language that wreaked of RUDE ADDITUDE. Im always afraid to visit doctors alone because Im bipolar and Ive learned by now I need witnesses so I had my family with me to watch me. The doctor literally saw my blood pressure was 215/105. That is heart attack and stroke numbers. He then said why are you here? I said, because Ive had inflammation so bad I have fluid in my ear, behind my ear drum. I was diagnosed with Otits Media Infusion in Ukiah, California emergency room and a month in a half later I went to urgent care. The nurse gave me a very low dose of Prednisone 10 mg for only 5 days and it takes 4 days to start working. Well, that medication was the only thing that helped the fluid behind my ear drum,which u dont want. Fluid behind your ear drum can turn deadly and cause hearing damage to vital parts of the inner ear. I only wanted a 5 day refill and he looked at me like I was crazy and said No !! rudely!!! I said why ? He said side effects. Im like Sir Ive had fluid in my head / ear for 70 days this is the only thing helping me. I could lose my hearing he said, youre bipolar I dont have to talk to you and left me. He stormed out of the room. I was baffled like what a joke of a licensed doctor. The reason why Im being seen by urgent care and emergency visit is because their is no primary doctor visits until July 2024 and no ENT visits until October 2024. It was so important that I got Prednisone it literally says on Google, with fluid behind the ear a high dose of Prednisone works a steroid to stop my body from attacking my inner ear with inflammation. I tried to explain this but couldnt get a word out was told youre bipolar I dont have to deal with you!!! Well, sorry but disabled people MATTER!!! I hope all this was worth exposing your low IQ DOCTOR!!! You should be getting in trouble treating people less than human !!! The worst and most heart breaking thing about the visit wasnt even that, it was going home finding out my blood pressure was at heart attack - stroke level and he didnt address it. How heartbroken I felt that is the worst blood pressure reading Ive had ever !!. He was with me 2 minutes . It takes longer to get fast food!!! Doctor I will stand up for all bipolar people all disabled people MATTER!!! And I guess now I have to wait almost 6 to 8 months for an ENT doctor and primary Care visit. Our health care system is broken. Its sad this is AMERICA! where a mystery vaccine is pushed on everyone, even babies but medicine that been around 60 + years is denied. DO BETTER because people actually want to LIVE!!!

Tim I had an issue with my knee. I got there checked in had an X-ray done received a knee brace and was out of there in less than a hour &15 minutes. Mind you the lobby was full. All the staff were attentive. I was amazed at how efficient they were. This ER should be the model for every hospital in the country. There was a guy with a broken arm. He was out in an hour. Just amazing. Well done!

ROB GOODMAN I don’t recommend using emergency room here. Wife has been sitting in waiting room for over an hour. Morning and in pain. Won’t treat her until room becomes available. Just letting her sit there, morning. Horrible. And nothing we can do about it.

Paula Elam Appointments keep getting canceled. According to the staff, the online portal cannot tell which Dr. is available,once you schedule they will cancel,then call and tell you. I was rescheduled,only to be told the Dr. is not available,no explanation. Rescheduled 2 weeks later..As a medical professional, I would never subject our patients to this nonsense. When I asked to speak to a manager,She said sure, it’s her problem.I’ve explained on several occasions the importance of this appointment,as I have relocated and in need of live saving refills. All I get is I understand. SAD

Dennis Chuning This review is important for anyone looking for an ENT doctor. Im going to focus on the issues and MEDICAL NEGLECT! First off the doctor was not interested in his JOB as an ear, nose, throat professional he came into the room took 30 seconds on me and I felt I had a foreign object stuck in my ear and I was having extreme anxiety. I said to Dr. Lombardo, that cant be all the time too take looking at me?! He then said, what is it you want me to do? I said please take your time and look thoroughly and use light and tools he became frustrated I wanted medical services told me he has 30 years experience and I said so this is all the care Im going to receive?! I have pressure in my ear the nurse then said to doctor Lombardo can we give her 2 mins and she put the timer on her cell phone. Doctor Lombardo isnt able to sit in a medical chair because hes not physically able to do this because of his weight hes 480 + pounds and that is important because it stopped me from getting critical care that is why I think he wasnt able to medically help me. He had to do what the nurse suggested and it was too difficult for him and he then took a tool and flashlight looked in my ear and poked my ear drum saying "look Im in here witch u should never poke at an ear drum if u dont have too it can cause serious damage. Im sickened by his actions I did report him to California medical board so he retaliated and has wrote un_ true statements about me in medical notes so other doctors will see it. And then sent me a letter saying hes no longer my provider because of inappropriate behavior and non compliance. This doctor should be fired unable to perform his job period. I never did anything inappropriate or anything hes stating flat out liar hes just mad someone finally caught him unable to do his job correctly hes mad I have intelligence hes mad he had to do his job for more then 30 seconds. I highly recommend seeing another doctor if u are having ear , nose, throat problems do not risk being a victim of malpractice by Dr. Lombardo. He also did something that messed up my ability to get a cat scan furthering me from not being able to get medical help by putting in wrong codes for insurance. So Im outraged that when u have a foreign object in your ear youre going to spend 30 seconds with me and u went to school for 15 years Im not going to let any doctor get away with that and Im going to stand my ground for myself and other future patients. This doctor was so horrible he was bragging about his vacation he was going on while Im scared and in pain.

Shari l b Most of the people working here try to be nice. The problem is the power hungry women that answer the phone, they are so rude and judgemental. Why are you arguing with me when I ask to leave a message for my Dr? When I say Im having a mental health crisis is being nasty to me really necessary? Second problem: why must I wait in a room an hour passed my appointment with no explanation. No one wants to be at the Drs. And, sometimes I understand, things happen and Drs get behind. But, almost every time I go lately its at least a hour inside a tiny, windowless exam room with no explanation of what is going on. No one here has any regard for the people they are treating. I resent being treated like cattle. If you mention pain to your Dr or anyone else the whole conversation is shut down and you get the drug seeking third degree. They ask you if you are in pain, but never address your pain. I understand this community has substance abuse issues. But, to just ignore everyones pain without offering physical therapy or chiropractic help, something is really harsh and unfair. Not a big fan anymore. Tribal health cannot open fast enough for me. Ive been having INFLAMMATION in my EAR for over 70 days Ive tried everything seen 2 different ENTs and all that has been done was a little bit of wax removal not addressing the real PROBLEM, inflammation in my middle inner ear. Were talking, I havent been able to do much. So much fluid in my ear it started ringing. I finally got some help after I begged urgent care in Lakeport for prednisone it almost took everything away I felt like my first time like my self in almost 3 months no pressure no ringing I went to this appointment to get a 5 day refill on prednisone the guy I explained everything to him a refill will be the last thing i need to continue healing im all most there because what urgent care gave me wasnt even standard its at least for 7 to 14 days Im begging people to have common sense is flat out disgusting. The thing u must know is nurses are now being presented as MD doctors how scary its like that all throughout lake county. Ill be told Im gonna see a doctor its a NURSE Ill ask the nurse are u a doctor they say something like MD and their names low and behold the telephone operator says u saw nurse so and so Im like WHAT! So this NURSE I asked him in the appointment are u a doctor? He mumbled and shook his head yes when he flat out isnt a doctor the appointment was so sketchy after he refused to help me get the only thing I said was making me feel better. I said so what are we doing? What is happening ? He became so weird said chest x-ray, head scan, blood work. Im like dont u think thats a waste of time ? Its just my ear pain and I told him Im getting over a cold or I have more inflammation in other parts of my body. The only drugs that are gonna help is anti inflammatory drugs HELLO, HELLO! What a waste of a visit, time, and hope why I was there I could hear loud laughing throughout the hallways just so unprofessional. The next day I get a call from his assistant saying who I saw wanted to give me nose spray I picked it up at the pharmacy and and tried it because Im desperate for help it started burning my ear so badly I was crying and waving paper around my ear I rushed to urgent care for more anti inflammatory prednisone it was starting all over again. Unbelievable, malpractice instead of giving what I said was helping me feel better he gave me something that started burning my middle ear making my inflammation 10 x worse. I will NEVER go back to this place again EVER! You are better off switching to tribal health or driving hours away then being seen here. There is high chance of "death "with every lake county hospital & urgent care their is a reason why lake county is known to be a bad low poverty area so that means all the uneducated nurses and doctors apply here it will be an easy job to get! However prednisone is held away by most all hospitals because clearly they want to keep u sick its business for them! The nurse who presented himself as a doctor to me was Nurse (owoeye,fnp,olatunde,) they call him OLA!!! THANKS FOR BURNING My EAR For 10 hours for nose spray I NEEDED just a refill on prednisone what was making me feel better!!! but youre too incompetent!! I almost forgot they had a broken blood pressure machine my blood pressure was 117 / 77 im 39 years old and overweight NEVER had a blood pressure reading under 134/80. In all my life.. Just this hospital needs to be shut down im sorry but BEWARE of any care here BEWARE cant stress that enough!!!

Amanda Santana Ive been taking my girls to Dr. Jamie Bhatia for almost 5 years now and have been seen by former Diaz as well as the other pediatricians. It hurts to see how terrible this clinic gets a bad rep but in all honesty, we LOVE the staff and our doctors. Yes the parking lot is horrid and the homeless lurk about as well as come into the clinic when they need help but truly its just like any other doctors office in the waiting room but we have nothing but praise for the staff and clinic. Its always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and listen to what your concerns are at your appointment. I only give 4 stars due to the absolutely horrible parking lot and the random scary man or women who comes in yelling.

Nicole Kleaver Oh my goodness, where do I begin. . .the administration staff are EXTREMELY lacking in any PROFESSIONAL skill set required to work a front office position, for starters as there is SO MUCH wrong with this practice it would be hysterical if it wasnt so pathetic! Not for the first time since Ive been a patient here Ive received MULTIPLE calls regarding other patients personal information BEFORE staff verified theyre speaking with the right patient. Clearly the staff arent familiar with HIPAA! The medical assistants are competent at least, but the doctors rush through appointments and behave as if they really dont have time for their patients youre just a number to check off their list--at least with the first pediatrician my baby was seen by, the most recent one is fantastic--I absolutely adore the Nurse whos given my baby her vaccinations, shes an absolute delight and angel. Otherwise this office needs to reevaluate its front office personnel and start over with more effective training. If I had another option for a doctors office that took my insurance and wasnt an hour and a half or more away Id transfer there in a heartbeat.

Orchid Burch This used to be my favorite place for medical care. But eight months ago everything changed. I have been trying to get a new primary care physician for eight months, and wont get one until February-- a full ten month wait. I dont even know if the doctor they assign to me will be compatible. In the last ten months I had one great doctor, who left the clinic about a month after being hired. The next doctor (assigned as an urgent care doctor) seemed nice and appeared to care. But he advised a common over the counter medicine, claiming it would help with the swelling and pain in my arthritic hip. It didnt work and I went to the manufacturers website where they clearly stated the medicine doesnt reduce swelling. So that doctors knowledge became suspect. After he left, my arthritis became so painful, it was a choice of either going on opiods or spending my days in agony with 16 hours or so a day in bed. The new doctor said he was an urgent care only physician, and could only give me 9 pills. I told him I couldnt take NSAIDS, and he agreed, but had no other suggestion. It is 45 days until I get to see my new primary care physician, so I guess they either expect me to spend 31 days in agony, or buy pain pills from the street. I am an old woman who can barely move, so street drugs are out. Add to that the extreme wait times, often 1.5-3 hours, and you have a picture of the place. The doctors and nurses are nice, but the administration stinks. I would change doctors, but my health is poor and I havent the energy to find another doctor.

NORCARL707 C.Valle Aside from the waiting room, this place is great. We came here for Dental Care. Friendly and helpful staff. The waiting room is a bit small and crowded. Once you are called, you go to a well organized, clean, dental office. I love the way this part of the place is set up. It was well worth the drive and wait. The dentists that we saw were very informal and friendly. We recommend this dental care, Adventist Health.

Michael Chandler I wish I could rate it negative stars. INCREDIBLY horrible service, if you can get anywhere at all with them at all. I have made multiple appointments where nothing has been done. I have been trying to get in to see a doctor for NINE months with no luck. I finally went to another doctors office to get the referral for the doctor I needed to see, and St. Helena screwed that up as well and didnt schedule me with the proper doctor that I was referred to. I am totally done trying to see anyone there at all, as they certainly dont have my health and well-being in mind. I would rather go ANYWHERE else for health care, and by anywhere, I mean Id rather have my cat provide me with health care services than St. Helena. Update: If I could rate this hospital system in negative stars, it would score a perfect -10. If you have the means to get your medical care _anywhere_ else, you should do so (this includes asking that weird neighbors 12 year old kid for medical help if you think he might know what hes doing with that pocket knife). The incompetence and not-my-job attitude of the staff is absolutely beyond belief. Im honestly surprised they havent killed off most of the residents of this county off by now. I now understand why I see so many ambulances going back and forth out of the county all the time. Theyve got smart people in them going to get their care somewhere that they might actually receive treatment and not get a constant runaround from the staff. My mind will never be able to wrap itself around whatever is going on over there. If you make an attempt to obtain health care services there for yourself, I wish you the absolute best of luck. Youll need it to navigate their ineptitude.
