gloria green It is very unfortunate that you see their doctors, have all the pricy lab work and MRIs completed and the most you get is a prescription for some iffy drug that does not work. Your calls are never returned. Anyhow, you get empty promises of pulmonary referrals only the dr never puts in the referral. You wait months to see the dr thinking it is better than UCSF. You lose a year of your life and I question the connection to the university. Probably should have gone to the Mayo Clinic or Sansum in SB. I have been a supporter of Universal Health Care but find the system worse than ever. When I had employer paid insurance I was never sick and the premiums were waisted. Go to Community Hospital and you are put on a gurney, treated in a storage room. Our governor cares little for CA hospitals. Sorry to report my lack of faith in a health care system that fails the majority of its patients.

Tina Brust If I could give a negative star i would. I called 3 times to be hung up on all 3 calls without reaching anyone, the last wait time was over 8 minutes. Their referral scheduling is atrocious, it took 14 days plus the referring physician to call and rip them a new one before getting scheduled. The doctors bedside manner is dismissive at best. We called the day before our scheduled appointment (because it’s an hour drive there) to receive the results of a biopsy and were told “they had them in the chart and we’re looking at them” when we arrived today we were told oh no, it’s far to early for results, Per the Dr. they “train their staff” to say that so the patient comes in…I’m sorry, that sounds like insurance fraud to me. You have no regard for people’s mental health when they brace themselves for possible devastating results only to basically admit you teach your staff to lie. Shame on you!

Chris PLEASE - If you value your life or a loved ones life, do NOT go to this place. They performed surgery on my mom and she is in bad shape now, and no one there cares about her status they give her the run around when she calls, she has been to the ER 5 times in the past month with her insides literally falling out from the failed prolapse surgery and in extreme pain. If her condition does not improve or she dies I am defiantly going to take legal action against this place.

JTBOSKET I have been sitting in this hospital ER for so many hours watching roaches walk around. I have never ever seen this before in a hospital and at 74 its shocking. I have lived in many states and I have never seen such a sight and the staff doesnt seem to care.

Moe Bundy DeVries We have been coming here for years. We get the best of care. Both, my husband and myself have many different doctors here. It makes it very easy to see everyone. Theres a laboratory. Parking is free with validation. We highly recommend this awesome place.

odalyz macias I am willing to put my name out there even if it means to help other women out. The staff is nice, the ladies in the back who get your information make you feel very welcomed, also the other OBs are nice. The problem is Dr. Pascual. Please change your OB if you get put with her, as soon as you know it. I was stuck with her because my insurance took forever to transfer me. Also change your clinic, it is important to do so to avoid being scheduled with her during appointments and when you deliver your baby. It’s not worth the risk! The negative reviews about her are true. The things she says to you are usually scare tactics and negative. She doesnt give you advice at all and only tell you things as if she know for sure will happen, like your baby dying or even you dying (she used those exact vocabulary words to others and I). She also keeps her nails long and filed into square tips, which is unsanitary and is probably the reason why it was painful when she examined me. Mind you, you’re pregnant and a lot more sensitive in those areas, she doesnt seem to care though. She belittled me for not being able to get checked and told me I cant deliver my baby, if I cant handle her checking me. She doesnt even think about being more gentle or clipping her nails at all. She rushes through the whole process (after waiting an hour and half to see her, even for a scheduled appointment) and uses her “sweet voice” to cover it all up. Last appointment, I walked out bawling my eyes out because of the awful things she told me. She’s said worse and unacceptable things to others and I’m not exaggerating or being extra at all. Ima start off by helping women with this post by writing this review. I really hope something can be done. I knew she would be a bad OB, but I didnt think she’d be the worst.

Athena Lynn First visit was with Dr morales, he was very nice and informative. When it came to my second prenatal visit, I got seen by a different Dr. I got seen by Dr ana pascual. I was laying half naked waiting for a Pap smear that I didn’t know I needed to do, I was laying there for atleast 15 mins so uncomfortable waiting for the dr. After, she came in the room she appears to be so hostile and rude to me telling me she seen in my notes that I have not attended a ddc program and canceled the second appt. I explained to her that I had training from a new job that took all my day and that when I was finished with training I would attended, I also mentioned that I let the ddc program know. She went on very agitated that if I don’t comply with them they will send me off to another care as I’m showing that I am not following their orders, and she mentioned to me how her patient baby died at 35 weeks pregnant. I was very scared, remind you I was still laying there half naked waiting for the Pap smear and her just giving me a lecture very rudely and telling me how her patient baby died. I was in shock , I didn’t know what to say as I didn’t expect this was gonna happen during my appt. I ended up getting transferred to another care. Which him I’m glad to be removed from her care. She never greated me, came in hostile, was very aggressive and rude to me and scaring me about her patient miscarriaged at 35 weeks. I really do not recommend her to anybody. Find someone else

Jenny Fall Dr. Julie Nicole is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. I am so thankful to have found her! Finally, I have an obgyn I am completely comfortable with! Dr. Nicole is thorough and attentive. She cares to explain lab results as well as treatment options. She is also always willing to answer any questions her patients may have. I highly recommend her!

Miranda Garcia The receptionists were not very friendly. My appointment was 3:15pm and I called and said I was lost in the building. I arrived 5 minutes later. They had me sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes before they told me they were going to reschedule me for being late. I showed them I called and the time stamp. Only then did they let me stay for my appointment, but not with out a lecture and a condescending voice. This is my first time at the OB/GYN and I was nervous enough as it was. My experience with the staff was not a good start.

Lisa Romero Worst customer service ever!!!! You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, and if you do it’s only to place you on hold without even answering the phone just a cold transfer to hold. Please get rid of the front office assistants, if they can’t do the job right get someone who can. Office is going through construction but the real problem is the customer service.

Tatevik Hovhannisyan Honestly the only two professional people in this place were Jasmine(Hasmik) and Arpi. The front desk is unbelievable. they are incredibly unprofessional. i have two elder parents that have sicknesses and it would take weeks sometimes months for them to send over referral to the doctor appointments. you call them they always put you on long holds and don’t pick up and when they pick up during the 10th time of you calling, they never give you the answer. they put everyone in a position to be rude to them. I highly don’t recommend this clinic, because they are not professional, or they just need to change their entire front desk! i don’t care either way thankfully I found another physicians office for my parents.

Tiffeny Fergusen Ive read the reviews and my experience with the Dr was great. She will send you out for testing if need be. And do follow ups. Its the front desk that is real bitchy. They dont do their job. They dont want to be there please find a new job. You can ask them to fax something it never makes it. You can ask them a question theyll drag you on. Until the office close. Omg worst experience ever with them Again Drs are great

Chris H I had an appointment at 12 noon it is 206 and Im still sitting in the waiting room. I will be switching Dr very soon. Last time I was here I waited 3 hours. This time they also lost part of my lab results and had me redue them. My chart was never sent to the back. Horrible service. Fresno Shields Medical Center you need to hire staff that can schedule properly or get more Dr to help with the amount of patients you have. Update: dont go here. Find a different Dr. They almost killed me!

Corey Cavanaugh Well first of all wow how amazing and gorgeous and beautiful this place is including the staff I’m a brand new patient for this clinic and the first day I went I had to fill out a survey paper about my sexuality and shortly after I was seen and got sent to the room to see my doctor well long story short while I was waiting in the room I had to pee really badly I was kinda embarrassed to ask where the bathroom was so I accidentally not knowing right when my girl doctor came in I peed all over her but it was ok

D M If you are not Hmong, do not bother coming here. They prioritize their client care by that standard. I was treated kindly here by staff, but I did not receive good care. They do not follow up with any specialist referrals unless you call and push, I even had a very important medical diagnoses be completely overlooked and left out from my chart after it was reported on imaging by another specialist. I essentially viewed it myself and had to ask them to review my results again, only to find that although they confirmed I was correct, it still wasnt updated and the necessary specialist was not contacted to help me. If you want your health taken seriously, go elsewhere. If you just want a Drs note to get out of work, this might be the place for you.

Fantastic 6 For some reason if youre Hmong and you come here, they always talk to you like they are so much better than you. Worse case sometimes, they try to make you look like the dumb one. Im not sure if they do this to other race, but I would only recommend this clinic as a last resort. There are better clinics elsewhere.

Nate Singh Sitting here at Kaiser ER for almost 5 hours, freezing cold, over bearing security guards, nurses & doctors are nice but way understaffed for the amount of patient. Waiting area/lobby is small & overcrowded.

Brittney Bonds Update- Kaiser replied to this review and told me to contact them via email. I emailed them everything they asked for and said they would contact me to get this figured out and I never heard anything from them in well over a working week. I’ve never had a good experience here. It all started when I had extreme abdominal pain, I drove the 1 1/2 hrs to Kaiser ER and they sent me home saying nothing was wrong with me and to take Ibuprofen. A few days go by and the pain became unbearable. I was rushed back to the er and waited there for 14 hours, and never received a room. Turns out I needed emergency surgery to remove my fallopian tube. Surgery happened at 10 that night and I was released around 1 am. I asked to stay the night and they refused. My husband drove us the 1 1/2 hrs home immediately after that surgery. Fast forward a couple months and I haven’t been able to pass a bowel movement in 3 weeks and am in extreme pain. I go back to the er and was seen by MD Manavjeet Singh. He was extremely dismissive and after looking at my labs told me it was “all in my head” and discharged me. My husband had to refuse the discharge and insist they do something as I’ve tried all the home remedies. After all that ( 7 hrs) I was re assessed and then they decided an enema was a good idea when it should have been done in the first place. All the staff was dismissive and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and I was discharged again without resolution.

Diane Franco Such a horrible experience. Became violently ill on the way home from visiting family. Chest pain, arms numbs, throwing up etc. I was so dehydrated they had a hard time taking my temp and blood. I felt like I was passing out and there was no place to lie down. The nurse and doctor didnt seem too concerned. So many people were waiting and angry that they couldnt get care. Finally decided to leave. I needed fluids asap. We got a hotel across the street and decided to call an ambulance if it got worse. Its the only way to get priority care. Thankfully I was ok. Talked to the doctor the next day. He apologized for no bed and no iv. I was just scared I was having a heart attack. Probably was noroviris. No more giving my money to Kaiser. Not worth it. Security guards were extremely helpful and compassionate. The ER staff could learn something from them.

Stephanie Rubio Terrible care. No words can express how unprofessional, incompassionate, and humiliating the treatment we received was. This person was in excruciating pain and all the doctors could do was shrug their shoulders and say "I dont know". Discharged despite pleading for help. Even had to beg to give some form of medication to us. A doctor (or nurse?) said something along the lines of "man up, woman give birth", this is not the time and place to humiliate anyone. Someone even recorded our altercation because it was truly outrageous. I know nothing will be done out of this review unfortunately. They are very kind at first but when you actually need help they become extremely inhumane.
