Ben Rogers Nobody comes here on a winning streak, and I was no exception. But my experience at Canyon Ridge truly changed my life. My therapist, Jill R., is not only an outstanding professional but an even better human being. Jill embodies compassion, empathy, and unwavering support. She’s caring, non-judgmental, and genuinely invested in her clients’ well-being—I could go on and on. Through my sessions with Jill, I’ve gained the tools and confidence to enjoy life in ways I never thought possible. I know how difficult it can be to make the decision to seek help—it takes courage. But I can say with complete certainty: going to Canyon Ridge is life-changing. I hope someone in leadership reads this and realizes what a gem they have in Jill. She is an absolute angel and personifies everything you could ever hope for in a therapist. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the support staff, especially Cecilia. Her kindness, understanding, and compassion were felt every day. She made each person feel valued and special, and her presence was such a comforting part of the journey. I am forever grateful for my time at Canyon Ridge. Thank you for giving me the tools to reclaim my life.

huh what Truly one of the worst experiences ever. I was trapped in a room watching Disney most of my day and the 4 days i was there, i only went outside twice for fifteen minutes. I asked to take a nap because i had an anxiety attack and they told me no. Most of the staff was rude and short with me, except Hector. He was the only one I felt hat cared about me. Please consider other mental hospitals before this one, for your own sake.

Shingleton Nuts (Jay) I was forced to sit in a room from 7am to 8pm watching Disney channel, the entire 72 hour hold I was there I got therapy once. Restricted outside access most of the time, never saw the sun except once for about 30 minutes. The food gave my roommate food poisoning and they fed us day old food more than once. Also gave me the wrong dosage amount and then cut me off completely when I left the mental hospital. Pretty sure this whole place is just fraud considering no matter how much better you get they request more holding time as well as never actually checking up on you. Also one of the patients knocked out a couple nurses and harmed a few others in the span of a couple minutes, he was left free to roam around with us when he wanted.

Mk This place is very unprofessional, staff is rude, and disrespectful. You come in willingly to seek professional help and instead of helping me just made matters worse, they forcefully admitted me by a big strong tall guy not even dress in proper uniform hospital attire, was given a shot, was grabbed by staff in a cruel manner and was left with lots of bruises in my body, they mentally traumatized me and now paranoid to seek for help. Do not come to this place for assistance because of course the doctors won’t attend you right away, keep you there for hours, days be mistreated and humiliated, this place only keeps you to get insurance to pay this facility be careful coming here !!!

Cory Chance 2 hour wait. And air pollution from the construction workers next door left my baby contact high and acting a fool. Argumentative on my daughters name that was clearly written down and just full of staff that cause scenes. Eventually walked without treatment. Upon leaving had another employee approach us from behind and follow us out to our vehicle....making us uncomfortable and upon turning around was told not to hit them? As if they didnt just follow us out to our car.

HagoLo Very bad service, even with an appointment they make you wait more than an hour, please don’t over booked and stop wasting peoples time.

Bettie Anderson I took my son here for an annual well check up and had a great experience. The provider who assesses him was kind, professional and went above and beyond to help us. The nurse who took blood and gave vaccines was great, my son didnt even cry. She gave him a bunch of stickers and it made his day. We were in and out of the clinic within an hour and had no issues. Im really surprised that there are so many negative reviews, because the place I went to today was nothing like what is described.

Mayra Fuentes The staff here does not care about patients. Neither do they care about your paperwork or mental health. I have spoken to the manager and she seems nice she listened to me and my concerns but honestly nothing has changed with the staff. Everyone there seems not to care. They have left me waiting at the waiting area for me to be called in and two hours passed and no one came to get me. Then I saw obgyn and it was a not so great experience especially the assistant “Ericka” oh lord she always seems in a rush and not wanting to spend too much with you. They are unprofessional. I am 40 years old recently had my appointment with the MD. Worst experience I came out crying feeling humiliated. He asked me if my baby had been a mistake since I was too old to be having babies. I wished there was someone else to talk to. Someone who can actually make a difference in this clinic I don’t anyone deserves this type of treatment.

Angela Banuelos The doctors doesn’t take time to talking to you about how you feel. He ask you what you have and prescribes the same medication even though he prescribe the same medication prior and are not feeling any better. When you pick up the medication sometimes he throws medication you don’t even need like allergy medicine when you don’t have allergies. The wait is a joke. Once I was there for 4 hours, they let people go before me because they “couldn’t find my file”. If you are looking into picking a doctor, I do not recommend this one!!!!

Tonya Cota This is BY FAR the absolute WORST doctors office I’ve ever come across. It pains me to even refer to it as such. The customer care here is lacking in a BIG way. The staff is NOT friendly. The Doctor wouldn’t listen to me or help me when I was in extreme pain. I waited over 2 hours to see him and when he finally saw me, he was there a whole 5 minutes! I had just heard him tell the nurse in a very firm and harsh tone that “he was leaving at 1pm no matter what” just before he walked into my exam room. It was just shy of 1pm when he walked in to see me. No test, no physical exam, no prescription. Just advice to rest for 6 weeks in bed and get a cane. SIX WEEKS OF REST AND GET A CANE?! I’m a 30 year old suffering from sciatic pain. THAT IS NOT A SOLUTION ITS A JOKE. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE EVER EVER EVER!!!!!

Joshua Young recommended for a sleep study in may, sleep study was completed in June. I have been calling 2-3 times a week because they have not sent my prescribed cpap settings to the place that is supposed to set me up with equipment. They tell you theyll call you back, pretend like theyre going to see it through so that this can be fixed but its all bs. Its mid November now and Im still calling and waiting and hoping. Its affecting my job, my relationships, and my mental well being. I dont know what to do anymore.

Timothy Liska What a waste of time, ER right supposed to be taken quickly. Waited over 2 hours at 3am on a Tuesday morning. Not that many people in ER. I went to ask how much longer cause no one was called in at all for over 2 hours they tell me a shift change. While she on her phone. Place is dirty trash everywhere. They only want one thing money.

Jerry Jones Emergency rooms are not being cleaned between patients. I couldnt believe what I saw when I was allowed to see my mother in room #1. There was blood from a previous patient on the bedding and on the floor. No one took the time to sanitize the room between patients.

H Lovejoy We were turned away by the urgent care 1 hour before closing. Told they would help us schedule an appointment for tomorrow, by a triage nurse at the desk. Then last minute told we should go to the ER and we could not schedule an appointment based on that recommendation. The ER was busy, not their fault. They took my daughter in right away for a ekg and blood pressure + chest x-ray. The coordination of the waiting room triage was terrible. We waited for 5 hours. They never asked for any other tests. They did follow up vitals at the 5 hour mark, but when I went to the counter to check on her status, we were told we were the longest waiting patient. We should have left. At 5.5 hours finally taken in and then told she needed more tests, tests that should have been taken in the nearly 6 hours we were waiting. Not comforting to be told. "I dont know why they didnt take blood". Now, we were told for the next 2 hours that a doctor was assigned and is comming. Nothing new was done. They asked her to put on a gown and they put a monitor on her finger. We still have no discussion of results. The entire visit though perhaps not a complete waste of time, was terribly mismanaged. The doctor was amazing the triage was very ineffective. Total time before consultation 8.5 hours.

Day U Recently visited for appendicitis. Nurses were unhelpful at times. 30 minutes after surgery I was yelling due to pain and none of them would come to attend me. They never told my mom when I was out of surgery, she had to keep asking and once they did they acted as if they completely forgot. One of the nurses hurt me while distributing medication by accidentally pressing on a pump. He also looked very weird as if under substance. Overall, very unpleasant environment along with the staff. I suggest a different hospital.

Jesse Gardner My girlfriend came in completely unable to move her body and her whole body hurting when she breathes. She was full on sobbing in front of the nurses and we have been waiting for 2 hours to even get called back. Wait times are terrible, was brought into the back and the nurses and doctors were all just standing around and talking about a game they were all going to go to. They also have a bunch of homeless people just sleeping in the lobby. Receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. As someone else stated, the security is taking better care of patients than the nurses and doctors

Cari Ll First and last time I’ll be here. I came since I haven’t been checked in a while. They barely even checked me and I told them about my Thyroid problem but they ain’t do nothing.

John Ahumada May the world never punish you so harshly your medical provider assigns you to this location. To renew a prescription took 5 visits. You cannot see your lab results online or hear them over the phone. The walls are dirty with holes in them, there are rats in the ceiling, and mildew in the ceiling tiles. DO NOT COME HERE

Seth King Waited over 3 hours just to hear my test results. Seems they only have 1 Dr. Running the whole place. Never coming back

Barnes Jhade (JB) Terrible experience, the staff has no clue what they are doing, poor communication and interactions with patients. You can expect to sit waiting with minimal communication for 6-8 hours while they try to figure out whats going and get you seen. I have been trying to transfer my medical records for 2 weeks from the Ontario office to Moreno Valley with no success. Managers and Directors work whenever they want and dont display any leadership. I wish there was a way they could be closed down. Minimal to ineffective use of Electronic Medical Records, patient care and or follow-through. I have been on the phone countless times with the staff and zero progress.
