Jerome Carlisle Clent saved me!!! I was in jam, broken down in Stockton on the way to Reno for my son’s baseball tournament. The fuel pump was fried and I had no idea who to call and who to trust. I had to drop it off on a Thursday and pick it up on the way home that coming Monday. After being told no by several shops, Clent reassured me they could get the job done, and they sure did! Despite the disaster start to my trip, it ended with my son and I home in Salinas on Monday in the late afternoon. Enjoying Mom’s cooking! I’d have paid anything to survive this weekend for my son, but with Familia I didn’t have to go broke. The rate was fair and work was done very well. It was finishing up the moment I pulled in with my rental truck. Thank you to all the hard working folks at Familia! And we won the tournament!

Day Al “TechKnow” Fast service. Reasonable price. Tell him the problem and hell try to diagnose . I go here when dealer tells me I need to fix something and usually he has better price. Mechanic talks fast so sometimes hard to understand him.
