5 /5 Melese Getenet Dessie: Ive received service at 3D Auto twice, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I had an issue with noisy brakes, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The second time, I had a flat tire that was also damaged, and they not only replaced the tire and broken sensor but also arranged a tow truck for me when I couldn’t drive the car in — all at a reasonable price. The repair shop is clean, well-organized, and the customer care is excellent. I highly recommend 3D Auto for reliable and reasonably priced car repair.

What began as an incredibly stressful weekend—accidentally hitting my neighbor’s car—turned into an experience filled with relief, gratitude, and even a sense of community, thanks to this amazing shop. I had to get both my car and my neighbor’s car fixed, which is no small ask—especially on a tight timeline and with only one vehicle for our family, which we depend on daily for things like getting my daughter to school. I found this shop simply by driving by and popping in, but from the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Getu, the owner, was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to locate hard-to-find parts, got my neighbor’s car fixed the same day (a Saturday!), and helped me navigate what was otherwise an overwhelming situation. By Monday, he had sourced the part for my car and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. As a woman, it’s all too common to fear being taken advantage of at auto shops—overpaying, getting upsold, or simply not being taken seriously. That never happened here. I was met with kindness, integrity, and genuine care every step of the way. If you’re looking for a shop that does excellent work with honesty, speed, and heart, this is it. Especially for women who are tired of the usual runaround at auto body shops—go to 3D Auto Body. Youll be treated with respect, transparency, and the kind of service that’s truly rare these days.
