Dawn De La Cruz This was my first visit to Rideout Hospital Emergency Room. I love the care i recieved from all of the people involved in my treatment from the receptionist, to the nurses and the Doctor. Everyone that played a part in my visit were very kind, gentle, sweet, understanding and sensitive to my needs. They not once passed judgement on me for anything. They made me feel like i was important and my feelings were valid. They made me comfortable and my anxiety level was zero when normally i hate going t⁰o hospitals and i have sever anxiety bad when i need to go ĺ1iito the emergency room. This is the first time in my life that i had no anxiety and could completely relax. Everyone was very kind and so considerate. I love this hospital and plan to make it the only one i will visit when i need to even though i have to drive 50 minutes to get there. It is worth every mile. Thank you Rudeout Emergency Room Staff. Yo09ur all amazing. God Bless you all. The most important part of my visit was the fact that they did not judge me and treat me badly because of theur judgements. Thst is so important. Non judgemental hospitals and workers are very hard to come b qqa y so i appreciate that more than anything in the world

Surena Sahota I had my initial appointment with Dr. Broutski last year, during which he identified that I have a heart murmur. He promptly referred me to a cardiologist. I am incredibly grateful to have chosen Dr. Broutski as my new primary care physician. It turns out that I have an atrial septal defect (ASD). Thank you for caring and listening!

Vickie Dr. Bajwa is amazing doctor. He has a wonderful, personal bedside manner and explains things in a way that you can easily understand and if you have questions he is always more than willing to answer you. He is professional, understanding and easy to talk to.

Doug Floyd I have been on blood thinners for over 30 years. In that time I have had occasion to have my blood drawn in many different labs throughout our state. The Sutter North lab stands head & shoulders above all I have experienced. All of the technicians are excellent. They handle themselves professionally, they are personable & friendly. Two of them Juan & Victor deserve special recognition. Their techniques are close to flawless & I have lost count of the perfect, i.e painless, number of draws I have had with them. We are very fortunate to these gentlemen & this lab for our care. I thank you all! Doug.

Glen Robertson I have been here several times during and after my cancer treatment. They have treated me with dignity and respect every time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will always return here when I need their services. I highly recommend this draw station.

Jean E Ross I had a very positive experience and was in and out in close to 3 hours, with 3 different procedures , Every one was courteous and helpful despite being very busy helping many people get whatever the next procedure needed to be. Dan Danielson Clean Reception area. Nice warming welcome by receptionist. Brief wait before being called-in. (I was 20 min Early for 9:15 appt) Took weight, BP, & into Exam-room within 5min. Saw Dr Dhanota, quick, fast positive conversation/examination. Within 5 more Min, got Cortisone shot & out the door. Was on my way home by the time the orig. appt was scheduled. Git er Done Doc! Patricia Marquez I trust Dr Gupta with my life. She was my mothers Dr for over a dozen years until she passed at 96. She has been my Dr for a dozen years and if she were to move, I would follow her. If she retired, I would be so sad, but happy that she earned her new life. Okay, I would be despondent and lost and not knowing who to visit. How many people can say they love their doctor better than family ?

Kelly Ayala Dr Serrano and his staff are amazing! Dr Serrano is caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. He and his staff react quickly to messages. He works very well with specialists. He is a well rounded physician. I and my husband have been patients of his for years!
