5 /5 Stephanie M: I didn’t get any service done by Hector - BUT he is so nice. I had gotten service done at Honda Primo and they told me I needed a bunch of stuff - break pads amongst them all. They wanted to charge me $250 for it and I figured I could save a bit by going elsewhere - at A&L it would cost me only $100 + price of the break pads (purchase in autozone). When I came to Hector though, he told me my break pads were good for at least another 10k miles! And he asked if he still should change them, but told me there was no need! I offered to pay him a tip for his service and honesty but he declined. WHAT A NICE PERSON, and a place you can actually trust. Thank you Hector - once I drive those 10k miles I’m definitely coming back to you!
