Before even doing the inspection he knew exactly why my check engine light was on and fixed the issue within 2 hours for a reasonable price. Nick Young My vans emission monitors dont reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didnt work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So thats when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and theyll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I dont have to bring it in again, but if I do I wont even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.

Zach TJ was super helpful and resolved my issue bleeding a Clutch Master Cylinder. I called a couple shops and the mechanics I spoke with told me they didnt want to touch it because it was too complicated. I even scheduled someone to come out through Wrench. After waiting over 2 hours they didnt show and cancelled because they didnt think they could resolve it and didnt want to get involved. I had a 10 minute phone call with TJ and he told me how to resolve my issue with the Master Cylinder and said he could make it out the following afternoon. With TJs help I was able to resolve the issue in 15 minutes the following morning. Five stars, this guy knows his stuff

Met the owner Frank, very nice, very kind and very professional. He said only thing I needed was an oil change and filters changed. The price was reasonable. My car was in and out today.
