5 /5 Nv P: I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️

5 /5 Terence Green: I have to say that Luis Medina and his sons do an AMAZING JOB!!! My Mercedes had a few dings and scratches and I trusted a local bonehead, that was referred, to do the work. That was a big mistake! He made a mess of my bumper and hood. I Googled auto body shops in Tracy, CA and I found A1. I called the shop and Luis (The Dad) Medina answered. He listened to my woes and said “Bring the car by and I’ll take a look.” When I arrived, I was greeted by Luis and he gave me a fair price for the work. He finished my job in a day! I was amazed by the quality of the work. I decided to have him and his sons clean up all the imperfections, and to my delight, my old car looks like new! When Luis was away for the weekend, his son took very good care of me. Basically, your car is safe in the Medina’s hands. Trust me…They’re amazing. Luis is my guy!

Just recently i had some damage done to one of my newer cars & Will was super helpful and was able to repair the damage quickly and was super affordable. 10/10 recommend!

5 /5 N June: I took in my 2012 Honda to be detailed. They did a fantastic job. My car looked brand new when they we finished. They even removed the headlights and cleaned them as well and cleaned the inside of my car, it smelled like a brand new car. Customer service is top notch.

5 /5 Jim Ratti: I brought our daughters 2016 Audi Q3 in for paint repairs to the Fender and Rear Bumper. Luis and his crew did an AMAZING job, their work made the car look like new again! Quick turn around, outstanding communication at a good price. Thank you for doing such a great job, our daughter is so happy with her car.
