5 /5 Bryce Parmelly: There just arent many places these days that do amazing work and arent out to make a buck. I used to do as much of my own work as I could to avoid crazy marin mechanic costs, but once I found this place I dont go anywhere else. They are honest, fair, and actually care about customer support. I have worked with Jason numerous times and he always takes care of me and is is totally honest about what I DO and DON"T need. He (and the other mechanics) take time to explain whats going on and again charge incredibly less than any other mechanic Ive been to in Marin. You just feel good working with this place, never gonna leave if I dont have to. Thanks Jason for all your care over the years.

5 /5 Chris M: Weve done many of our regular service appointments here for our Honda CR-V and Toyota Prius and have always found the people to be extremely nice and their work to be great. Yesterday, however, we had such an exceptional experience that it spurred me to write a review. Our Prius had a bad tire blowout that resulted in a tow to this location, arriving just two minutes before closing. The people here were so accommodating, staying an extra 15 minutes to make sure the car had a spot inside and that the needed tires were ordered in time to be installed today. They ordered a lyft to and from the repair shop and were just generally very kind and helpful. Thank you especially to Rosalinda, who works so hard and is so extremely nice!

5 /5 Kathleen Hb: I finally stopped taking my 2014 Lexus to the dealer for service and went instead to the AAA auto repair center in San Rafael. (I had stopped by a few weeks before to ask them to help replace a casing on my side mirror. The dealer had suggested to replace the whole side mirror for $2,000. They were so helpful at the AAA auto repair center; they replaced the part for a minimal cost.). AAA performed a multi-point inspection and service for a far lower price than the dealer would have charged. I felt confident in the competence and integrity of the employees. So glad I found a great alternative to the dealer service center.
