Brian Dietrich This place was awesome! I had the best experince getting my motor mounts fixed in my 2009 audi a4. Other placers were over priced and didnt accept after market parts. European auto took the work with no problem and with the best price. Not only was the owner very informative of problems or concerns i had with the car not related to the motor mounts. He was very experinced and new what he was talking about. I wont go any where else for my audi to get worked on. Thanks for getting my audi back to its smooth and undeniable audi feel!!

Though even though I was late to my appointment they still squeezed me in for my oil change. Lounge area is ever so clean an inviting. The staff was more than inviting and interacted with those waiting for their services. I highly recommend this staff for their professionalism and setting a high standard. Elias Munguia Very knowledgeable and professional. After calling almost all the mechanics in the city and even in Vacaville, most of them told me they would call me back with a quote for a specific job I was looking to get. Turns out none of them ever called me back and this is not the first time. Don helped me evaluate the problem over the phone and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job that I had requested on that same phone call unlike the other mechanics in the city. Once I dropped the car off, Don was able to diagnose my problem within an hour of me dropping it off after I had left. He called me and notified me that the problem was actually not what another mechanic had told me it was and told me what it actually was. Turns out my car was too far gone and needed a new engine. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis and even towed the car back to my place with his towing services at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him and will be coming back to have work done on my cars in the future when needed.

Sarah Spears Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

Monica N Had a mobile service company (online scammers) make a new key to my Honda Pilot ignition only for them to completely break the nonfunctional key inside it destroying the housing. Long story short, estimates from all around the area were pricing the fix at $1400+. Bill fixed everything and even sourced the rekeying out to a local locksmith and it all came up to $700. He was a Godsend in a very stressful time.

BK Tulabut Efficient, easy, and knowledgeable! I was referred to Victors shop from OReilly Auto Parts in Suisun and I was pleased with the referral. Victor answered my call right away and was able to see my car the next day. I was initially told from OReilly that I needed a part replaced, but when Victor looked at the car he noticed that all it needed was an oil change, and explained to me why - which I appreciated. He told me it would take 20 minutes to change the oil. Id left to go get a coffee at a nearby café and the car was ready and waiting upon my return. So far, the car is running smoother -- will update if anything changes. Thanks Victor!
