Even after covid and all that mess he kept pushing and got a bigger and better shop and now he can do smog checks and everything. 5 /5 MAMA: Today, Mike was able to make the necessary recommendations for service and repair on a vehicle I was considering buying. Based on his analysis of the vehicle as a solid van, I purchased it same day. Mike happened to have all the parts available, and made all the fixes (bearing and hub, power steering pump, and new brake pads and rotors) that afternoon, and I drove it home, all within a 1/2 a work day. Wow. The whole time he was pleasant, multitasking, knowledgeable, and prompt. He also manages a U-Haul rental location from his shop, which was busy with clients while we were there. I watched Mike expertly handle each client, just as he treated me and my husband. People make the difference.
