Walter Fritts Okay, ..... Just in for a smog certificate on my Corvette. #1.) Arrived early but got immediate attention and directional help to the parking lot. #2.) My appointment started exacty on time. #3.) This appeared to be an automotive garage that is usually showcased on a TV reality series. I was right. The mechanics have years of experience and could probably repair or restore the mechanical aspects of any vehicle. (Also the owners). #4.) As a stranger, and a new customer, I was treated with the utmost respect and congeniality. #5.) I was completely "blown away" with all of this! I highly reccomend Burrells Automotive to anyone. I will return when the occasional warrants !!!

Morning Star Bedell Did a great job They put on an after market bumper for me (That I purchased myself) when no other place would. Very reasonably priced and even picked me up and gave me a ride to their shop so I could pick up my car! Will definitely be going back for all my future car related needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Jay Breezin This place turns out some sick ass cars. You can see pride in ownership when you drive up to the shop. Best looking building in the whole town. know that Pride will extend right into the work on your vehicle. And the quality I cant even do it justice. Seeing is believing get in there and check this place out.

Josh Marsh My truck broke down in a tight spot and needed a tow. I called several companies around the lake and this was the place with the best price. Also super fast and friendly. Bob told me when he could reach the vehicle, but I needed a bit more time to get back there with the keys. I was 5 min late but he already got it loaded and good to go. Great guy and great service. I would definitely recommend using their service

Gary Raynes Theyre very reasonably priced for tire repairs as I had a nail in my tire so I brought it to B&G (see my review on B&G) first as I live in Clearlake Oaks and theyre the closest. B&G said that they couldnt remove the nail and patch it as the tire is too old and they wanted to sell me a new tire. The tires are old and tires have a date code on them but mine were only half worn and didnt have any dry rot, etc. TP took the tire off, removed the nail, patched it and remounted the tire for $22.50

The staff are professional and friendly, provide transportation to and from the shop, and are upfront and honest. Tim the Service Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable walking me through what I needed to maintain my 16 year old car in tip top condition Safety is important and they made me feel I was in safe hands!
