Marlene I needed a front brake replacement for my car and I was looking for a new mechanic because the last time I got my brakes done they squeaked from the beginning and never stopped. I was asking around and a coworker of mine recommended this place. He said he had complete trust in the work they did. I called in and left a message to make an appointment. Ernie responded back to me fairly quickly and told me to come on by, but I opted to go in the next morning. I went in the next morning, a little later than I originally told him Id be there. When I got there the mechanic that was there told me "the Boss" would be back in 5-10 minutes so I told him Id be out on the street waiting in my car. About 5 minutes later a vehicle drove by and went into the driveway. Less than and a minute after that Ernie was out there on the Street searching for me. Which I thought was nice of him, he could have just waited for me to walk up, which is what I figure most people would do. Ernie was very friendly, he explained everything to me in detail and was very informative. He told me what to look for, and informed me on what type of actions could have caused my brakes to wear down the way it did. I was also concerned about my tires because they wore down really fast, He looked at them and quickly informed me why that was. I left there feeling good about being a little more knowledgeable and wishing more people communicated on the ongoings of my vehicle as well as he did.

As someone who doesn’t know cars but likes to be informed, I’ve always appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what’s going on and giving helpful recommendations. Paolo Tinio Just left a few hours ago. Went in during lunch time to get an oil change for my vehicle . Let it to them and went to lunch nearby. Came back and hour later and it was done. And paid my bill When I got back to the my work. I checked underneath for oil leaks and unfortunately I saw there were several drips on the underbody of the vehicle . I called them back and they told me to bring it back asap. They put it up on the mounts and removed the plastic covers They inspected it and saw there was no leaks in the engine. The oil drip was from the plastic covers that had oil splatter when the oil was being changed They had me look under the vehicle to confirm when the cover was off They are easy to work with and good customer service

King Tam I had a great experience at this auto shop! My Hyundai Sonatas engine light came on, so I planned to replace the thermostat and temperature sensor. I bought the parts, got a quote from Austin on Saturday, and dropped off the car on Tuesday. I picked it up the same day, and Austin told me the temperature sensor didnt need replacing, so they adjusted the labor cost and charged me less. The engine light is now off. Very honest and competent. Highly recommended!

Rachel Gilyard Im so happy to have found this place. I moved to the Bay Area about 6 months ago, and have been to a couple of mechanics since (I bought an 11 year old car from a family member, and have needed a lot of repairs/maintenance). This past weekend, I needed my starter replaced. I called around for estimates, and Michael was so professional and straight forward, and offered a really reasonable price. So I decided to drive down, even though the shop was a bit out of the way for me. Ill definitely be back. The work was done quickly, and my car is starting just fine again. Im relieved to have my car fixed, but Im even more happy that I get to stop shopping around for a mechanic. Update: Visited again for an oil and brake fluid change. Had a great experience again!
