5 /5 Dale Robbins: I’m really impressed with the top quality service I have received from Alpina. The top quality service, original BMW parts and detailed description of what was wrong and corrected. True professionals I trust. I normally do repairs myself. This problem was overwhelming. Gabe was amazing. This was the best car service I’ve ever received. To top it off the car was washed and vacuumed.

5 /5 John Holmes: I rarely write reviews, but this business deserves a good one. My wife and I were visiting Napa from our home near Seattle, driving our well loved, and well used, Audi A6. We were packed up ready to leave and the car would not start. A bit of research showed Alpina was nearby and a European auto repair shop. When I called, Sandy was sympathetic and very helpful. They offered to diagnose the problem right away if we got the car to them. AAA helped immensely and Gabe at Alpina did, indeed, work on the car right away. It turned out 2 of the 3 fuel pumps were shot. We decided to replace all 3 pumps, but were told we may have to wait an extra day for parts. However, Sandy called early and told us the car was finished. Gabe was very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive in our stressful situation. I highly recommend Alpina and it will be my go to shop if I am in trouble in Napa again.
