5 /5 Thomas Torres: My alternator went out while driving on a Sunday morning. Im a contractor & my truck is my life. I was an hour away from home & unfamiliar with Pasadena. I called whoever was open which meant just a couple of shops. Pep boys wanted me to sacrifice my firstborn. Luckily for me, I had stopped at Autozone to test my battery. As I waited, I found Als auto shop literally walking distance from Autozone. Agostino looked at my truck quickly & told me to go grab something to eat & he would have the truck fixed for HALF THE PRICE of Pep boys. True to his word, my truck was done after grabbing a meal at The Hat. Als Auto shop saved my day. THANKS AGOSTINO!!!

They treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care. They actually explained what was going on with my car and even called me over to show me the details firsthand. I felt completely safe and seen the entire time. The team here is attentive, professional, and truly cares about your safety — not just your money. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity these days. I left feeling grateful and reassured. Highly recommend!!

5 /5 Marc Papas: Had to get a tire patched and they took me right away. Within 15ish mins the nail was out, the tire was pumped back up and back on my car, and I paid a quick 20 bucks and I was out of there. Quick service, no questions asked, no attempts at an upsell or insistence that Id need a new tire. Great all around experience.
