Scott Delgado The biggest fear most people have when it comes to going to the mechanic is honesty. Ive lived in Santa Ana for over 2 years now, and I finally needed to find a mechanic. I checked out Autocare Express, and Im very pleased with them. Kevin is very good with communicating, and he doesnt just dismiss an issue or think he has all of the answers. I was having door lock issues, and he researched the problem online to make sure his course of action would work. After ordering a part, installing it, and fixing the issue, Kevin wanted to make sure the issue was indeed fixed and that I was satisfied. He let me have my vehicle back (without paying), so I could drive it for a couple of days and make sure things seemed to be sorted out. Finding a mechanic you can trust is one thing. Finding a mechanic who trusts YOU is a whole other thing. My vehicle is running smoothly, and Im very pleased with this place. Im glad that I can now say I have a local mechanic I trust to go to when I have issues with my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a bit crazy due to the other businesses around the shop, but if you call them, they can instruct you where to park, such as in their shop. Dont let parking deter you. This place is good.

Jack Cieniewicz Proper diagnostics led to a repairing a smog problem other shops couldnt figure out and fix. Ace has a service pit, so they were able to work on my RV without having to lift it.

M R. I visited a few days ago for some maintenance on my car but have been coming here for a while now. After coming with them for some time, I can say I am very pleased with their work and honesty. They always explain what needs to be done and give you best and honest recommendations. This is the place I’ll always be coming to and recommending. Kinney Yong First time here at Lopez- fast service replacing 2 rear pre-loaded shock/coil assembly and new brake rotors and pads. Friendly and fair prices - 2008 Lexus GS. A bonus they have a small but very clean bathroom.
