1 /5 Nadeem Zahid: Took my old SUV there for a noise diagnostic due to towing a boat for $110 and waited for 3 hours. The first guy who drove said its differential. The other guy (owner perhaps) said, no it’s not, checked for engine light as well and saw the opportunity to make more money and told me a laundry list of things including front and back motor mounts, spark plugs, catalytic converts, sensors and so forth. I asked him to give me something in a printout and estimate to repair and after charging me $120, he said oh we do not provide estimate, there will be $80 additional for that. But i will give to you verbally that. I asked for at least the diagnostic in writing but did not get it. No paperwork or signature. After waiting 2 days, never got a call and called him. Within 1 minute conversation ended as soon as i said that you charged me at least tell me something, you owe me. He said I owe you what? You are rude and then hung up on me. Talk about customer service.
So basically I paid $120, burned my 3 hours, and I still don’t know in precise detail what is wrong with my car that i need to fix? And forget the estimate.
