5 /5 Raquel Castro: This review is long over due. I took my 2011 Lexus here on my moms recommendation for the first time 2 years ago, for a water pump issue. I was stressed at the time with my cash flow as we often are when major car issues arise and every where else was quoting me three times plus what this shop did. I wasnt sure if this place was the right move for my car as I had always taken my car directly to Lexus for maintenance. Over these next few years, my car has been here for all its maintenance needs, including plugs, breaks and more recently, transmission. The job here is always done right and I always know Im getting an honest fair price. Im grateful to have found the Aquilles team for my cars needs. I recommend this place 100%

5 /5 cheryl smith: They are AMAZING never tried to up sale me or tell mew something else was wrong with my car.. fixed what I brought iţ in for and told me I will need breaks in about 3 to 4 months.. Great front office help also very helpful and nice. 5 stars totally

5 /5 mia ulloa: If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. Any time I need body or mechanical work done I will go to these guys and will forever recommend them.

4 /5 Shahin Rezaeihaghighi: Decent job on a few panels I turned in to be painted couple of runs ons on clear coat but barely noticeable. Price was reasonable too. They have two locations communication is a little bit poor thats why the one star off.

1 /5 Nadeem Zahid: Took my old SUV there for a noise diagnostic due to towing a boat for $110 and waited for 3 hours. The first guy who drove said its differential. The other guy (owner perhaps) said, no it’s not, checked for engine light as well and saw the opportunity to make more money and told me a laundry list of things including front and back motor mounts, spark plugs, catalytic converts, sensors and so forth. I asked him to give me something in a printout and estimate to repair and after charging me $120, he said oh we do not provide estimate, there will be $80 additional for that. But i will give to you verbally that. I asked for at least the diagnostic in writing but did not get it. No paperwork or signature. After waiting 2 days, never got a call and called him. Within 1 minute conversation ended as soon as i said that you charged me at least tell me something, you owe me. He said I owe you what? You are rude and then hung up on me. Talk about customer service. So basically I paid $120, burned my 3 hours, and I still don’t know in precise detail what is wrong with my car that i need to fix? And forget the estimate.
