1 /5 Treggan Mullenix: Ive been meaning to write this out for a while now, just kept forgetting its been a few years. Horrible experience with this guy. I bought a car that i wanted gone through in the most basic way. Fluid changes + empty pcv catch can, code check and diag, spark plugs, just check it out. I showed up for my appointment and he has no clue why im there or for what reason, tells me hes busy itll be an hour or so. So we rearrange the day as my wife works weekends (this was a Saturday) and my son was a baby at the time. I drop it off and go back to pick up the kid and go home. Come to pick up the car and im told its $400... to change oil and insert a scanner into the obd ii port... Oh, and also, i dont have room for waste oil, so heres a bucket full of oil you need to take home in your new to you hatchback. For whatever ridiculous reason, i do all of this and agree then get home and check the catch can, and its still full of old grimy oil. Definitely not changed. He said it was so hard to get to. i had to reach up from below the car and remove the drip pan and bumper and blah blah blah. Its 3 allen screws mounted to the core support. Im not retarded just dont have time to do this myself and i thought you were a professional. The moral of the story is dont pay others to work on your cars. This was the day i finally realized that you are way better off just doing everything yourself. It stings even more knowing that i have tools and Im capable of the "work" done that day. Everything our cars have needed has been touched by my hands only since that day so i guess thanks for a valuable lesson.

Ive known Ross for 19 years; in that time hes been more than fair on prices, he isnt stereotypically overt with riding high, and charging more to women and the less mechanically inclined in the way Ive both seen and experienced in the past. Overall very good dude, good turn around time as well.

5 /5 Sheila LaRue: I have been going to Auto Imports in Auburn for over 20 years. They are absolutely the best people and mechanics in the world!! Have saved me many times, they are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, fair and most wonderful folks in the world. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
