First, during the initial diagnostic, I was charged $150, and they confidently claimed that the issue was with a faulty AFR sensor. However, another shop determined that the problem was not the sensor at all but the PCV membrane. After replacing the membrane, all error codes disappeared, and the car became fully functional.
When I returned for a smog check, the staff conducted the inspection, found no errors, confirmed that all system monitors were ready, yet still claimed that I failed the smog check. They did not provide any explanation or specify what was wrong since all issues had already been resolved, and the vehicle was in perfect working order. Instead, they told me to drive an additional 1,000 miles, which is completely unreasonable, especially considering I had already driven over 200 miles after fixing the issues. This demonstrates either a lack of competence or an unwillingness to perform their job properly.
Additionally, I witnessed a shocking incident where an employee of the service center, while driving out of the service area, hit one customerās car with another customerās car. Many witnesses saw this, but the staff failed to address the situation in any way.
My vehicle was also returned to me with signs of careless handling. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this service center. Such negligent and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable!
