5 /5 Flotsam PR: I was in a spot the day before Thanksgiving, 70 miles from home visiting family, and needed fairly major repair, new radiator. I went to shop one before they were supposed to be open and the owner was there, he gave a ride back to hotel and my car was ready by noon. Saved my holiday from being worse than just a lighter wallet, Cheers.

Jaime always have time to talk to me and any other customer. Even when he is really busy! Excellent communication, willing to explain in details what need to be done and why.
