Alec Okamoto was very friendly and professional and I was updated daily on the my vehicle. My car was completed as promised.

Chunyang Wang I found this shop on Google Maps and was impressed by the reviews, so I decided to give it a shot today. Just brought my car home, and Im so impressed that I couldnt wait to write this review standing up! I reached out yesterday for a quote on replacing the front axles (both) of my trusty 2007 Toyota Camry, and Mike presented an offer I couldnt refuse. I call them this morning, dropped off my car around noon today, and within a few short hours, I got the call to pick it up! The service comes with a one-year warranty, and by the way, Mike inspected the entire car for free. From my experience, its nearly impossible to find a reasonably priced yet top-notch auto shop in the outrageously expensive Irvine, but this place is the exception! From now on, its my go-to auto shop, and Ill be recommending it to all my friends. Hey Mike, if you keep this up, I wont be surprised to see 10 branches of your shop flourishing across Orange County in a few years! PS, Ill be back to share my thoughts if my car needs a second look!

F Lee Had my X5 E70 repaired here. $2000 P/L for water pump, thermostat and new battery. I was wondering how the water pump came to be $800 when all over the internet it was max at $580. But since all in = $2000, it was fair, quick and I didnt ask further. Battery was $460, Thermostat was $190.

Garrett Stephens I was quoted $7k by South Coast Toyota to get several things fixed on my car which they assured me were imperative. After a few months of searching for a new car, being that I didn’t want to put $7k into my current one, I figured I would get a second opinion. I selected Harbor Auto because it was nearby— I knew nothing about them before coming in. After only a few minutes on the phone, I had an appointment set same day. I returned a few hours later, and they had completed their inspection of my vehicle. They walked me underneath the car, showing me what the dealership was referring to, and told me that they were glad I came by before paying the outlandish price. Out of the laundry list of items Toyota told me I had, Harbor Auto only identified one which was immediately needed. They told me I can come in any day next week to get it repaired…. $300. Inspection free. Unfortunately, this kind of honesty and transparency doesn’t exist much in America anymore. I’m no car guy, but I am going to find every way possible to line these guys pockets! Couldn’t recommend this shop more.
