An Pham Overall great service! The main mechanic, Julio, was very knowledgeable about his work and clearly passionate about cars. I usually just bounce around mechanics trying to find the best price, but the service here felt personal and the quote I got beat the other shops! He was able to immediately identify the problem, gave me a fair quote, and delivered the car as promised on the day he promised! It’s a small shop, but the personal attention and service you receive beats the other big shops in town! Highly recommend!

Ahmyiah turner I love this Auto shop and the owner is really nice and really funny (which is my uncle). I do not know how to drive yet but when I do get my license I will go Raul’s Auto Service any day, because of the great customer service and fair pricing.

Elaine Zimmerman If I could give more stars, I would. I had a fantastic experience at Santa Rosa Transmition service center. It was my first time there and I just wanted a check up for my 2012 KIA. I hadnt had it services in a while and was expecting all kinds of possible things that may have needed attention. They gave me a complete check up and there was only one small thing that needed attention. I was so relieved and so grateful that it was a minor fix and modest charge. I always worry being a gal that I may get taken to the cleaners when I know nothing about cars but it was the opposite feeling there. Highly professional and informative every step of the way. I will be bringing my car back for all services including oil changes from now on. I highly recommend them and applaud their integrity.

Jeremy Montanez-Rogers The guy is noble and does great work. He doesn’t cut corners or promote “shade tree mechanic” work ethics. I’m definitely a repeat customer! Good mechanics are hard to find.

Jeff Silva Fixed a sunroof for 50 bucks. Give me an estimate of 160 for an hours work and when I got there the bill was only $56. Good, honest and very reasonable. Will use again

William Huntsinger I really like these guys. They have done a few repairs on our Toyota and Hyundai cars so far. Ray assesses and gives me an accurate breakdown of the problem then takes a methodical approach to fix it without driving the cost up with unnecessary repairs. They are polite and put that extra effort into keeping us problem free. We are lucky to have them close to home.

Peter Bridge First visit, with a 95,000 mile BMW. Matt did a thorough inspection and told me what maintenance should be carried out in the near future. The advice he gave me was prioritized: in the near future Ill need tires, brakes, and transmission service, all of which made complete sense to me. The work that was done was turned around quickly. Price was reasonable, neither expensive nor cheap. I will return. They gave me confidence.
